Acting as a possible spoiler, Kim Cattrall turned up on the set of “Sex and the City 2” in New York City clad in a wedding dress on Friday (September 18).
Looking as if the Samantha Jones actress might just be ready to walk down the aisle, Kim strolled along past a crowd of spectators in a sleeveless white gown paired with Ugg boots.
Having broken up with Smith Jerrod (Jason Lewis) at the end of the first movie, sources tell that Samantha’s love interest turns back up in the much-awaited sequel – possibly being the man to tie the knot with Cattrall’s character.
“Yes, Jason is back!” an insider tells. “Smith has become a famous movie star, so we’ll see how that plays out and how that affects their relationship.”

Out promoting her new movie, Megan Fox was simply stunning as she dropped by the “Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” on Thursday night (September 17).
Wearing a sexy black dress, the brunette beauty chatted about her just released movie, “Jennifer’s Body,” which hits theaters today.
Meanwhile, Miss Fox also just recently released a statement in response an open letter written by three crew members who worked on “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” – which bashed the sexy young actress.
Her statement reads: “I have spoken with the parties involved privately. I am very fortunate to be involved in this amazing franchise and look forward to Transformers 3.”

Finished up with her stay in the Big Apple, Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (September 18).
Dressed casually in a grey zip-up sweatshirt with her signature black leggings, the “Mean Girls” actress was joined by a security staffer as she made her way through the terminal and out to an awaiting car.
The return flight home comes just as police officers have arrested two suspects in the recent burglary incident at LiLo’s home.
According to TMZ reports, the LAPD tell that a woman named Rachel Lee helped Nicholas Prugo, who was arrested yesterday, for the break-ins at both Lindsay and “Hills” hottie Audrina Patridge’s Los Angeles homes.

Yesterday Kaiser wrote about Lindsay Lohan pulling a complete diva act at the G-Star show during Fashion Week in New York. Lohan didn?t like where she was sitting, so she started tossing the seating cards of tons of much bigger celebs and arranging everything to her liking. When the event organizers came over to her, she told them, ?Don?t f-cking touch me.? Kaiser suggested they should have called the police ? and it seems like others agree that?s generally the best way to handle Lindsay Lohan.
According to Hollyscoop, last night Lindsay and girlfriend Samantha Ronson got into one of their epic fights. I?d link the past examples here except I think the servers might explode from so much work. I can?t link four hundred fights. I?m sure this pair argue in their sleep. They?ll fight from their graves. It?s all their relationship is based on. Anyway, last night Lindsay and Samantha were still in New York, staying at the Bowery Hotel. During one of their screaming matches (I mean it was a Thursday, got to have the customary late-week brawl), Lindsay hurled a room service tray at Samantha?s door. Only it turns out it wasn?t Samantha?s door. She was off by a few. Naturally the guests inside that room called the cops, because there is seriously nothing more terrifying than a rage-filled Lindsay Lohan outside your door. I know that sounds sarcastic but I really do mean it.
Police arrived on the scene and Lohan was eventually dragged out of the hotel by the cops. Hopefully kicking and screaming, as instinct tells me she?s not likely to have left with dignity.
Lindsay Lohan is back to her old tricks! We suspected Lindsay wasn?t 100% ?sober? like she?s been claiming, but this story pretty much confirms our speculation.
Inside sources tell Hollyscoop that Lindsay Lohan was kicked out of the Bowery Hotel in New York City last night after a blow-up fight with Samantha Ronson.
Police were called to the scene after Lindsay reportedly “threw a room-service tray at what she thought was her girlfriend’s door” during a heated fight.
The only problem was?she threw that tray at the wrong door. As a result Lindsay was kicked out of the posh hotel, with authorities escorting her off the premises.
The same source claims Lindsay?s friends and family are planning on staging an intervention to get her back in rehab for the fourth time!
It?s official! Lindsay is a mess! Her family and friends have a right to be concerned for her health and her safety. She?s clearly a threat to herself and those around her!

You know what would be fabulous in addition to an intervention? An arrest. I know the cops are more likely to try to settle a dispute in a case like this instead of arresting someone since no one was injured. But with Lindsay?s cracked out history (she?s had plenty of arrests, mostly involving stealing cars, running over people?s feet, and high speed chases through the streets of L.A), she should have been arrested. I realize the NYPD has bigger fish to fry, but Lohan is capable of being more dangerous than she appears. I would absolutely not put it past her to hurl something at a cop, given a chance.
Lohan is normally a prolific Twitter-er, but she?s been totally mum since 9:27 Wednesday evening, when she denied the rumor that she was in a psych ward. Hey, maybe that?s true now!

Keeping herself busy, Paris Hilton was out and about attending a vocal class in Hollywood on Thursday afternoon (September 17).
Upon finishing up her voice lesson, the hotel heiress then headed over to grab a drink at Coffee Bean in Beverly Hills as paparazzi followed along.
The outing comes as Miss Hilton is reportedly facing a $34 million dollar class action lawsuit after failing to appear in a series of scheduled appearances in Italy and Germany.
Michael Marx, who organized a few of the events, told press: “Mediastar is not alone with the lawsuit. Paris Hilton also pulled out of appearances in Italy, postponed flights, threw the whole program over. After examination of all the facts and contracts it (suit) can even become more than 34 million dollars.”

A synopsis of the movie via IMDB tells: “As he plans his next job, a longtime thief tries to balance his feelings for a bank manager connected to one of his earlier heists, as well as the FBI agent looking to bring him and his crew down.”
Also starring, Blake Lively, Rebecca Hall and Chris Cooper, “The Town” is scheduled for theatrical release on September 10, 2010.

“When someone showed the nuns a video of her bloody performance at Sunday night’s VMA Awards, the good sisters were not amused,” a source tells the paper.

I doubt that this is the first time they?ve seen or heard about Lady Gaga?s antics. They?re probably not getting Twitters from Perez Hilton or anything, but most schools keep tabs on their famous alumni. But you never know ? sometimes it?s amazing how people only hear the good things. I remember about ten years ago some news show ? I think it was ?Dateline? or ?20/20? - went to Britney Spears? small hometown in Louisiana and asked the locals if they were proud of her. They all said yes, and then the reporter showed them pictures of Britney in that naked ?Satisfaction? outfit she wore at the VMAs and her kissing Madonna and whatnot. And all their faces fell and they seemed genuinely surprised. So I guess it?s possible the nuns didn?t realize the extent of Lady Gaga?s act. I?m guessing her next outfit will be some sort of ripped apart nun?s hobbit with random parts of furniture glued to it.

The small screen's hottest stars will come out on Sunday for the 61st Annual Emmy Awards, hosted by "How I Met You Mother" star and Emmy nominee Neil Patrick Harris. Blake Lively, Michael J. Fox and Tina Fey are some of the celebs tapped to present awards at the big show, which airs on CBS live from Los Angeles on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET.
On Thursday, Emmy winner Justin Timberlake was announced as a presenter alongside David Boreanaz, Hayden Panettiere, Jon Hamm, Simon Baker, Jimmy Fallon and others. After winning with Andy Samberg in 2007 for "D--- in a Box," Timberlake picked up his second Creative Arts Emmy last weekend, for his guest-starring work on "Saturday Night Live."
Among this year's standout prime-time nominees is "American Idol," which has eight nominations, including Ryan Seacrest's nod for a reality-show host. "Mad Men" is up for 16 trophies. The 1960s-set cult favorite is competing against "Big Love," "Breaking Bad," "Damages," "Dexter," "House" and "Lost" in the Best Drama category. The comedy series being nominated are "30 Rock," "Entourage," "Family Guy," "Flight of the Conchords," "How I Met Your Mother," "The Office," and "Weeds."
Among the other winners at the Creative Arts Emmys, held last Saturday, was Selena Gomez's "The Wizards of Waverly Place." The Disney show beat fellow teen queen Miley Cyrus' "Hannah Montana" and Miranda Cosgrove's "iCarly."

Jennifer Garner is still on promotional duties for The Invention of Lying, so we?re still being gifted with some of her boring stories. How shall I say this kindly? I don?t hate Jennifer Garner in the least - I think she?s a very talented actress, a true professional, a good person and she seems like a great mom. But I?m getting really tired of this wholesome act she puts on - and I really do think it?s an act. I?ve said this all before - I suspect the real Jennifer Garner is really interesting. This is the woman who, within just a couple of years, dumped her husband Scott Foley for Michael Vartan, and then dumped Vartan for Ben Affleck and got knocked up within a few months. See? That?s interesting. That?s a great backstory. I would love it if people asked her about that stuff, but they don?t. Instead, we get Jennifer?s too-sweet musings on motherhood:
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck may be among the busiest actors in Hollywood, but their first-born daughter Violet has her own ideas about what her parents do for a living.
“The older one thinks that I work in a trailer. She thinks that my work is getting hair and makeup done,” Garner, 37, told reporters at the Toronto International Film Festival press conference for her new movie Invention of Lying, costarring Rob Lowe, Tina Fey, Jonah Hill and Ricky Gervais, who directed it.
Violet, 3, also thinks mom’s job is to bow to audiences. “If you ask her what I do, she’ll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she’ll say, ‘My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done,’ ” says Garner. “It’s a great job!”
Garner has yet to bring Violet or her little sister Seraphina, 8 months, to Take Your Daughters to Work Day. “She’s never seen a set, but she will at some point. She has made it to the trailer and to craft service. She gets M&M’s when she comes.”
And can Violet expect to see her parents ? who last appeared in the same movie six years ago, in Daredevil ? onscreen together again?
“The question keeps coming up, and we have literally never spoken about it,” says Garner. “He’s a beautiful director and such a gorgeous writer but, you know, to go to work with him, I would just be like, ‘I need to go home to the kids.’ ”

Gatecrasher had another too-sweet story about Jennifer today. Apparently, she ?pranked? Ricky Gervais on the set of their film. Did it involve saran wrap, whipped cream, a dildo, and cow-tippin?? Of course not! That would be too interesting. Jennifer?s ?prank? involved a ringing cell phone and gum. Seriously.
At a luncheon feting the flick at the Plaza yesterday, The Invention of Lying?s co-director Matthew Robinson revealed that Garner showed her comedic chops at the expense of her co-star (and the film’s other director), British comedian Ricky Gervais.
“Ricky had a few specific rules on-set,” Robinson revealed. Among his quirky (okay, complete pain-in-the-butt) tics: no gum-chewing, no cell-phone talking, no snorting and no standing in his line of vision while shooting.
But the delightfully complacent Garner didn’t argue with the rules; instead, she decided to let her inner child loose and give her co-star a little payback. On the last day of filming, the actress made an executive decision: She would break all of Ricky’s rules in one day.
Said Robinson: “In the middle of taping, Jen’s cell phone went off, and she pretended it had happened accidentally. Ricky got really annoyed. All of a sudden, Jen started chewing gum and Ricky’s going, ?What are you doing?’ And then she snorted. He didn’t catch on until the entire crew started laughing.”

Here?s something else that?s interesting about this publicity tour - no one has asked Jennifer Garner about all of those Ben Affleck-Blake Lively rumors. Granted, I wouldn?t expect some rude reporter to shout ?Is Ben cheating on you with Blake Lively?? But I would think someone would ask ?Does Ben like being in Boston? Does he enjoy directing Blake Lively?? If it was another celebrity couple, the reporters would be asking questions. But since it?s sweet, wholesome Jennifer Garner, of course not. By the way, Blind Gossip put this blind item up, and pretty much everyone thinks it?s about Garner, Affleck and Lively: ?Which A-lister couple?s relationship is on the rocks? Seems he is cheating with his much younger co-star and the wife is now trying to accompany the two on set as much as possible. She heard the rumors way before we did and is now hanging around to nip this thing in the bud. Not Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise.? It does seem to fit. After promoting The Invention of Lying this week, she went straight back to Boston to keep her eye on Ben.

The Daily Mail is claiming Brad left Angelina and the kids ?in France? but I?m not sure if that?s true. Angelina and the kids might still be on some kind of holiday in Africa, where they?ve been for more than a week. Last weekend, Angelina visited a refugee camp on the Kenyan border, and then she took Zahara and Shiloh to Ethiopia. Maybe they did go back to France though - I really don?t know. Speaking of Angelina?s refugee camp trip, most of the tabloids are running stories this week about how thin Angelina looked. According to various sources, Angelina has lost weight because of the strain of her relationship with Brad, et cetera. Blah, blah, something about gerbils:
Angelina Jolie’s weight has plunged dramatically - and worried friends blame the shocking weight loss on her unraveling relationship with Brad Pitt.
The 5-foot-7 actress is so stressed out that she’s eating very little, and now her weight is getting close to a pin-thin 100 pounds, according to an insider.
“Angelina is so skinny that you can see the bones. She needs to get help before she wastes away,” confided the insider.
The ENQUIRER first revealed the growing concern over Angelina’s weight in February when she plummeted to 110 pounds. Since then, she’s lost even more weight, said the insider.
The 34-year-old star’s emaciated-looking frame shocked bystanders when she visited a border camp of Somali refugees in Kenya on Sept. 12 in her role as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations.
“Angelina was speaking to refugees who fight starvation every day, yet she looked as thin as many of them,” said the insider. “She was doing an amazing job, as usual, but her friends have noticed sadness in her recently as she struggles to keep her relationship with Brad together. She hardly eats anything.?

It was around Shiloh?s first birthday that Angelina got drastically thin - and now it?s happened again around the twins? first birthday. Halfway through Paula Abdul's hosting duties on Thursday night's "VH1 Divas" — her first prime-time gig since leaving "American Idol" — the former pop hitmaker staged an amusing send-up of Ellen DeGeneres, who's about to replace her on "Idol."
Strutting down the aisle at the Howard Gilman Opera House at the Brooklyn Academy of Music to the tune of Pink's "Get the Party Started," Abdul donned an Ellen-esque short blond wig and mimicked the comedian's well-known entrances on her syndicated talk show. Paula had no doubt been studying up on Ellen's dance moves, because she nailed 'em all as she made her way onto the stage.

Once there, Abdul was greeted by a talk-show-style set of two oversize chairs and a coffee table. The host plopped onto one of the chairs, threw her legs over one said and said, "Why are you all staring at me? Can't a girl try out a new job?"
She then got up and turned slightly serious. "All kidding aside, nothing but love, Ellen," she said. "I wish you the best of luck and congratulations on the new gig! And you've got to call me if you have any Simon [Cowell] problems, because I know him best."
It was the funniest moment in an evening packed with a range of musical performances. Miley Cyrus sang alongside Sheryl Crow, Kelly Clarkson teamed up with Melissa Etheridge, and Jennifer Hudson stood by Stevie Wonder as he played piano and they traded lyrics on "All in Love Is Fair."

Actress Suzanne Somers, 62, is an advocate of natural health practices and told Oprah earlier last year that she takes 60 pills a day, along with bioidentical hormones, which she credits with helping stave off the symptoms of menopause. She has a book out about bioidentical hormones, Ageless: The Naked Truth About Bioidentical Hormones, published in 2006, and another about general wellness, Breakthrough: Eight Steps to Wellness published last year. Apparently Somers has yet another book coming out in a month about cancer, and she just had to speak out to a journalist about how Patrick Swayze was “poisoned” by chemotherapy:
Suzanne Somers, a cancer survivor herself, thinks Patrick Swayze was killed by chemotherapy. “They took a beautiful man” and “put poison in his body,” the “Three’s Company” star told columnist Shinan Govani at the party for Tom Ford’s movie, “A Single Man,” at the Toronto Film Festival. While Julianne Moore, Naomi Watts, Clive Owen and Colin Firth made chitchat, Somers, who has a book about cancer coming out next month, said: “Why couldn’t they have built him up nutritionally and got ten rid of the toxins? . . . I hate to be this controversial . . . but I have to speak out.”

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most silent, deadly and fast-acting cancers. Swayze had the benefit of some of the best cancer treatment in the world, and was treated at Stanford University Cancer Center, where he underwent CyberKnife surgery, a state-of-the-art treatment that allows for precise radiation treatment of tumors without surgery. The fact that Swayze had access to the latest care is likely to have allowed him many more months with his family and loved ones on his ranch. He was diagnosed in March, 2008, and survived a year and a half after what was initially rumored to be a very grim prognosis.
Somers probably means well, but she really shouldn’t bring up Swayze at all to further her agenda. Illness and treatment are a personal matter. Somers had breast cancer, which does make her a cancer survivor but not an expert on all forms of cancer or treatment. Chemotherapy saves lives, and while it inevitably makes people sick and kills healthy cells while it’s killing the cancer it’s reckless to dismiss it as “poison.” It’s especially callous to claim that Swayze’s death was somehow

I would argue that Eddie doesn?t just have a taste for his costars, his type seems to be ?two legs and a pulse?. Other than that, I agree with In Touch?s sources. I think LeAnn stalked the hell out of Eddie, and her devotion to him destroyed both of their marriages. Actress Katherine Heigl, 30, and her husband of two years in December, Josh Kelley, 29, have adopted a special needs daughter from South Korea, little Naleigh, 10 months. Instead of selling the photos to a magazine, they released the photos themselves on the website for the animal foundation Katherine founded with her mother, the “Jason Debus Heigl Foundation.” It’s named after Katherine’s late older brother Jason, who died in a car accident at the age of 15 in 1986. Katherine’s charity runs a special ranch for dogs in which they rescue and re-train “medium to large dogs from high-kill shelters throughout Southern California.”
On the website for Katherine’s foundation, she explains that Naleigh is a nickname for the baby’s full name, Nancy Lee, which is a mix of her mother’s name, Nancy, and her adopted sister’s middle name, Margaret Leigh. Margaret is also from Korea and Katherine once said that adoption is something she’s “always planned.”

The Grey’s Anatomy actress and husband Josh Kelley have released the first photos of their daughter, a special-needs child they adopted from South Korea, on Heigl’s fundraising site.
“She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign,” Heigl, 30, said when announcing the news of her adoption on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week.
In addition to four intimate photos of the family, the site explains that Naleigh is just a nickname for Nancy Leigh ? named after Heigl’s mother Nancy and Heigl’s sister Margaret Leigh.

Heigl said on Ellen that her name will be pronounced like “Neigh-Lee” and that she first saw photos of her six months ago and had not yet met Naleigh at that point. She said that normally the process of adopting from South Korea takes much longer, but that her daughter has special needs and that “because of that, it all moved so much faster. They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible.”
Katherine Heigl is not my favorite person and I generally find her insufferable, it’s something I just can’t not mention when talking about her, but this is a very wonderful thing she’s doing and she’ll make all the difference in that little girl’s life. She also deserves a lot of credit for releasing the photos on the website for her charity. Best wishes to Katherine, Josh and little Naleigh. These photos are just adorable.

To be fair to all of the people speculating, Halle does seem to prefer wearing clothes that make her look pregnant, like loose dresses and baggy shirts. But Halle put the rumors to rest last night on Jay Leno?s show, basically saying that she?s not pregnant, she just likes to eat. It?s a hamburger baby!

When a svelte Halle Berry walked onto Jay Leno’s stage Thursday, the host told her she looked terrific, to which she replied: “You know, thank you for that, Jay, because that must mean that pregnancy rumors can be put to bed!”
Sources at The Jay Leno Show taping tell PEOPLE that Berry, wearing a low-cut, short black dress and black thigh-high boots, also told Leno with a laugh, “I was getting a complex! Because I was like, I’ve got to stop with the burgers or something!”
Berry, 43, and Gabriel Aubry, 34, welcomed their first baby, Nahla Ariela, in March 2008. The couple, who have been together since 2005 when they met while shooting a Versace ad, have made no secret of their desire for more kids.
In February, Aubry told PEOPLE Nahla “needs a sibling.” The model, who comes from a family of eight kids, added, “I believe in big families.” And in March, Berry said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she was ready to have a second child.
Berry was another in a series of high-profile guests for Leno in this inaugural week of his 10 p.m. show. In addition to fending off pregnancy rumors, Berry told anecdotes about Nahla and meeting Aubry. Simply put, Berry gushed, “My daughter is fantastic.”

An arrest has been made in the burglary of both Lindsay and Audrina Patridge?s homes. The guy?s name is Nicholas Prugo, and he was arrested on a felony charge of suspicion of burglary. He?s being held on a $20,000 bail:
The culprit caught on security videos in both Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge’s home burglaries has been arrested, Los Angeles police announced.
Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested Thursday morning in connection with the two break-ins. He was charged with felony burglary and is being held on $20,000 bail, police records show.
Lohan’s mother Dina tells PEOPLE, “Yes, we have found [him], God is good.”
Lohan’s Hollywood Hills home was burglarized last month by a young man and woman in which a safe was ripped out of the wall, and bags, shoes and jewelry were stolen.
In February, the apparent same pair broke into Patridge’s Los Angeles home and was caught on tape making off with several bags of her possessions.
So far, police have only confirmed the arrest of Prugo. “As of now we just have this one person in custody, and the investigation is ongoing,” says LAPD spokeswoman Karen Rayner.
The break-ins were among a rash of recent starlet burglaries in the past year, all within several miles of each other. Paris Hilton, Hayden Panettiere and Rachel Bilson have also been victimized, but Prugo was not arrested in those cases.

After developing a reputation for not only her sex appeal, but making provocative and occasionally outrageous statements in the press, Megan Fox wants you to know something about her: “I’m kidding!”
“Ninety-eight percent of the things that come out of my mouth are intended to be harmless or even charming,” Fox tells PEOPLE at a fan event and autograph signing for her new film Jennifer’s Body at Hollywood’s Hot Topic store. “They’re not ever intended to be offensive or controversial.”
Fox also insists she’s not just trying to put on a saucy persona in the public eye for her own amusement. “It’s just to get through it, I think, because you want to present and you want to be available to your fans, but you also don’t want to give too much of yourself away, because people take advantage of that,” she says. “It’s learning the balance between giving the information that needs to be given, but then also protecting your privacy and your personal life, the things that you hold dear.”
Her Jennifer’s Body collaborators say they know a different side to the actress than the one in magazines and blogs. “She is incredibly professional,” says screenwriter Diablo Cody. While costar Amanda Seyfried adds: “People will be surprised to know and it will be proven very shortly when people see this movie that she’s a really talented actress.”
And even though she plays a sexually charged and very literal man-eater in the horror-comedy there’s one thing that Fox finds really scary: her power over men.
She said she first discovered that her alluring beauty gave her some sway over males when she was 12. “I think initially it’s sort of overwhelming because little girls are very much exposed to sexuality through the media and the entertainment industry and advertisements,” she says. “So when you realize that you have the same power that you’ve watched women who’ve come before you have, it is frightening and you don’t know what to do with it.”
Even now, well-established as one of Hollywood’s hottest sex symbols at age 23, she’s not at ease with her own sexual power. “I don’t think you ever get comfortable with it,” says Fox. “It’s a strange, sort of almost supernatural thing
During a Q&A session with hundreds of fans at the Hollywood & Highland shopping complex, Fox shared memories of high school that revealed even her budding sex appeal didn’t exactly elevate her status. “I was not ‘the sh-t’ in high school,” she laughs. “I was not an outcast but I didn’t have a ton of friends. I got picked on, and I ate lunch in the bathroom because I was afraid of being picked on in the cafeteria.”
“I was a loner, and I think that’s okay,” she says, and while she thinks celebrity life messages are “lame” she did offer a tidbit: “I think it’s perfectly acceptable not to run with cliques.”

I don?t think Megan should be able to get away with some half-assed ?just kidding?. Some of the crap she says is just ridiculous and dumb, and I could easily wash my hands of her. But some of it is truly offensive - and there?s no ?just jokes? about it. Here?s what I really think about Megan - she is a very average, boring, intensely insecure young with little in the way of personality. She?s a woman who is dumb enough to not have any kind of internal censor, but smart enough to make her “assets” a major calling card, at least in the short term. Long term? well, we?ll see. I don?t think Megan will be this popular in two or three years time. People will get tired of this bullsh-t after a while, I hope.

NEW YORK — Kelly Clarkson is looking to put all this Ryan Tedder drama behind her.
For the uninitiated, much was made earlier this summer when people noticed the similarities between Clarkson's "Already Gone" and Beyonc's "Halo," similarities that seemed more than coincidental, considering both songs were written by the same guy: OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder.
So many people began to talk about it that eventually Clarkson weighed in, saying she had no idea about Beyonc's song when she was recording hers, but that, when she heard it -- and noted how similar it was to hers -- she immediately called Tedder and asked him, "Why would you do that?"

The E! reality beauty and her babydaddy strolled along side-by-side past awaiting paparazzi, with Scott carrying a load of gift bags following the day’s outing.
Meanwhile, it sounds as if Kourtney is having a tough time coping with her growing need for maternity clothes - instead opting to ransack sister Khloe’s wardrobe.
The 30-year-old’s little sis, Kim, tells, “She’s huge. She is huuuuge! I think she’s in denial of buying maternity clothes, because she just borrows Khloe’s clothes.”
“Khlo is going to kill me for saying that, but it’s really because Khlo is so much taller,” Kim adds. “Kourtney will take Khlo’s top and wear it as a dress...She will not buy maternity clothes. I don’t know what’s wrong with her.”

After more than three years of marriage, Avril Lavigne and her husband, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, are separating, according to a message posted late Thursday (September 17) on Lavigne's MySpace page.
"Deryck and I have been together for six-and-a-half years. We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship," the message reads. "I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note."
Lavigne concluded the message by thanking her family, friends and fans for their support.
The message (which was titled "Moving forward on a positive note") confirmed speculation that had run rampant in recent months that the couple's marriage was on the rocks. Earlier on Thursday, Us Weekly ran a story that cited a source as saying Lavigne had "dumped" Whibley and forced him to move out of their Bel Air, California, mansion, adding that "divorce papers will be filed any day now."
Lavigne and Whibley were married in July 2006 in a non-denominational ceremony held at a private estate in Montecito, California, and their partnership quickly extended into the field of music, as Whibley played on and produced parts of Lavigne's last album, 2007's The Best Damn Thing, and was reportedly working with her on the follow-up to that record.

Stepping out for red carpet duties in the Big Apple, Miley Cyrus was on hand for the VH1 Divas show at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City on Thursday evening (September 17).
Posing solo before joining up with Sheryl Crow, the “Hannah Montana” starlet is slated to perform alongside the 47-year-old American singer-songwriter during the course of the night’s festivities.
With Paula Abdul acting as host, other scheduled performers include Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis and Jordin Sparks, among others.
Talking with press about the fun-filled concert, Miley said, “To be a diva, you have to pay your dues, but you don’t have to be older to have paid dues.”

Sounding as if she’s ready for the role of mother, Rebecca Gayheart is reportedly expecting her first child with her actor husband, Eric Dane.
Rumored to have visited a fertility clinic to help with her pregnancy ambitions, a source tells Star magazine, “Rebecca had some pretty bad morning sickness, but now she’s more than three months along and in great spirits.”
Hinting that the pair, who married back in 2004, were doing their best to bring a child into the world - Dane previously spoke of plans to become parents in the near future.
The “Grey’s Anatomy” actor told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres of conceiving, “We’re currently working on that. It’s funny because you get the doctors involved and they call you and it’s like, ‘In eight days I’ll have to put in some work. I will be very busy and I probably shouldn’t schedule anything else.’”
