The blonde reality TV star and husband, Spencer Pratt, recently confirmed they will be getting their Maltipoo’s brother.
Their first one is a girl called Dolly named after the legendary singer, Dolly Parton, and the second one is a boy –per Spencer’s request- and will be named Inky the Ninja.

A little while later, Ms Johansson emerged from the gym, looking clean and cute while still jamming to her iPod.
And in other news, it was recently announced that Scarlett is the newest actress to join the “Guys of Iron Man 2.” Of her new role, she says, “I think I imbued enough femininity to quiet them down a little.”

Tending to her all-important pet owner duties, Sienna Miller was spotted waking her dog in New York City on Monday afternoon (September 28).
Currently in the Big Apple for her “After Miss Julie” Broadway duties, the “Layer Cake” cutie strolled along with a few pals as she gave her canine companion a little exercise.
Meanwhile, Miss Miller recently flew back home to London to support her sister, Savannah, at the London Fashion Week festivities - telling press that she thinks Londonites are quite fashionable.
She explained, “London girls are really at the forefront, I think my biggest inspiration and Sav’s for this collection was driving through London. People really aren’t afraid to be themselves here and it’s a really inspirational place to live and design in.”
Of the Twenty8Twelve collection, she adds, “We’ve got a lot more colour. It’s really sexy. We’ve got swimwear for the first time. We really feel like this is our most exciting collection.”

The expecting “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star couple were spotted out over the weekend, strolling through their Los Angeles neighborhood while enjoying a relaxing outing together.
Showing off her growing bump, Miss Gayheart was clad in a loose-fitting summery dress as she held hands with her man before breaking away to tend to a few errands.
As for the baby-on-the-way, a source close to the pair told People magazine: “They’re definitely happy. They’ve been trying for so long.”

Of the situation, an insider told press, “The wedding made her miss him, so she flew to see him,” late Sunday night after the wedding festivities.
The source also added, “They took a few months off and couldn’t be apart. The time away was needed so that they could figure out what their priorities were.”
Kardashian, 28, and Bush, 24, had been dating for two years when they announced in July they were taking a break.

Looking as gorgeous as ever, the brunette actress made her way past the paparazzi in jeans, a plaid button-up, leather jacket and some cool shades.
In other news, Ms Cruz is Vanity Fair’s November cover girl, and in the interview with the magazine’s contributing editor, she tells that she is not pregnant with boyfriend Javier Bardem’s baby, and is still trying to put that rumor to rest.
On another topic, when Penelope was asked who was a better kisser - Scarlett Johansson in “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” or Charlize Theron in “Head in the Clouds” - she simply replied, “No matter how I answer that I will be in trouble. Both were pretty beautiful partners.”

Over the weekend, Vanessa Minnillo (who has reunited with ex-flame Nick Lachey) was busy promoting the DSW Presents: Step Up & Step Out shindig, to benefit the female empowerment charity.
And while chatting with press, the former MTV veejay revealed how important it is for younger women to have role models to look up to.
Vanessa explained, “I didn’t have my real mother growing up. My dad was always there, but there is something about a woman’s touch. So I’ve literally drawn from so many women in my life, and I was fortunate enough to be able to have that.”
Despite her personal success, Miss Minnillo says she has a hard time feeling confident. “I’m still like a little girl who cries at night and has a fork in the road and says — does she go left? Does she go right? I need someone’s guidance and yet, I have also helped guide others.”

Last week, Star Magazine had a surprisingly no-bullsh-t piece about Pamela Anderson?s general financial situation. It seems Pamela owes more than $1.2 million in construction costs and back taxes, and Star had quotes from a few of the contractors who did work for Pamela and weren?t paid. Many of the companies have gone the legal route, and taken liens out on Pamela?s Malibu home. It?s totally possible that if this situation isn?t resolved, Pamela could lose her home.
Instead of just admitting that she?s in a financial pickle (or she could just, you know, keep her mouth shut), Pamela has decided to show us what denial looks like. Denial is not pretty. Denial is a busted face and big, ugly, fake bazongas. Here?s denial:
Pamela Anderson says she’s not bankrupt ? thank you very much ? and is firing back against allegations that she owes more than $1 million to contractors and back taxes.
“I’m financially secure and I want to thank everyone who expressed concern for me based on these rumors,” Anderson said in a statement Monday. “I am actually touched at how much concern has been expressed for me over this. It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors.”
L.A. County records show that five construction companies have filed liens for unpaid bills for remodeling work done on the star’s Malibu home, with one company claiming $674,043 alone for “labor and materials … to remodel main house, construct swimming pool, construct foundations for guest house.”
Repeated calls to the contractors were not returned.
“My lawyers are reviewing the work done to see if the bills are fair,” Anderson continues. “If they are, they’ll be paid. If they aren’t, they won’t be. I am just sorry [one of the contractors] went to the press, especially when I was working out of the country.”
County records also show that Anderson owes $252,360.39 in back state taxes and penalties for 2007.
Anderson added, “On a separate issue, mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid.”

I would be perfectly willing to give someone other than Pam the benefit of the doubt. I might even give Pam the benefit of the doubt, had it just been one contractor who put a lien against her home. But there are like five contractors who haven?t got paid! That, plus the back taxes, it makes me think that Pamela has some serious financial worries. Last time I said that Pam should get her real estate license. My next suggestion is that she should make another sex tape with someone really unexpected (Sparkles Pattz!), and sell it for profit. Even though she looks busted, I?m sure a lot of guys still would pay for that sh-t.

'American Idol' judge addresses early failures, personal life in essay for U.K. newspaper.By Jim Cantiello

Simon Cowell turns 50 next week, and in honor of his half-century on Earth, the "American Idol" judge addressed his "cocky" younger self in an introspective letter published by a British newspaper on Sunday.
In the more than 3,500-word letter published in the Daily Mail, Cowell described his career highs and lows — from helming one of the best-selling singles in U.K. history to spending beyond his means and racking up massive amounts of debt — in flowery detail.
When discussing the moment his first record label went belly-up, Cowell wrote, "So the sun went down on your shiny empire and you had to go back to living with Mum and Dad. That was, as I am sure you and I agree, humbling to say the least. Yet what is harder — much harder — is trying to claw your way back up the ladder."
At times the letter is both self-deprecating and self-aggrandizing. While patting himself on the back for correctly predicting the sales potential in marketing music on television for BMG, he also explained that his record-label cohorts thought of him as "a freak. Or worse."
Cowell recounted one particularly low moment when he heard his boss trash his career to a low-level employee: "As you turn the corner towards his office, you hear his temporary PA ask him: 'What does Simon Cowell do in this company?' The boss answers: 'Whatever is sh-- in this company, that is what Simon Cowell does.'"
According to his letter, Cowell's tales of woe hearken all the way back to the '80s when he ran Fanfare Records. After a few hit records with then-girlfriend Sinitta, Cowell lived a lavish lifestyle he could not maintain. "You are about as bad an example of '80s excess as you could possibly be," Cowell wrote. "You are overconfident, far too cocky and dressed from head to toe in expensive designer gear. Armani and Versace. Oh, nothing but the best for you, Simon! It hasn't dawned on you yet, you idiot, that you can't afford any of this stuff."
The letter also served as a thank-you to Cowell's mentors, one of whom is BMG chairman Richard Griffiths, who apparently told Simon, "Don't ever blame anyone else if things go wrong. You're in charge, so it's your fault." Cowell cited that piece of advice as a big turning point in his career: "Never again will you let yourself feel intimidated by others; indulging yourself by thinking that it's poor little you against the world."
The "Idol" judge even discussed his personal life. "You have had lots of relationships with women and have remained close to all of your exes. Their friendship is important to you, it sustains you through your tremendous workload and commitments." He also feels no regret for remaining a bachelor. According to Cowell, that's just the way he's wired. "Sometimes, when friends are over, you want to ask them to leave," he wrote. "You get hit by black moods and you want to be alone. Stuff like that is difficult when you have a wife and kids."
Cowell closed the letter by hinting that his TV career might be winding down. "You need to feel you are welcome into people's homes, not somehow forcing your way in. If you feel that is happening, you will be off, gone."
Despite Simon's cryptic conclusion, "Idol" fans can rest easy. Earlier this year, Cowell re-upped his contract through 2011.

The “My So-Called Life” actress and her hunky beau became husband and wife in a low-key wedding attended by family and close friends.
Ms. Danes, who has been dating Dancy for a little over two years, told press that she’s head-over-heels in love, and looks forward to growing old with Hugh.
“He’s such a cutie patootie. While relationships are work, this just didn’t feel like it. It’s the kind of work that feels energizing rather than enervating. I find it very freeing to know that, okay, it takes constant nurturing and attention, but I can also stop looking for the one.”

Here?s Penelope on the cover of November?s Vanity Fair. While I really like almost everything about the cover shot, they should have rethought Penelope?s makeup. Those cat-eyes make her look like she had a bad facelift. Other than that, it?s very sexy.
Over the weekend, the NY Daily News ran a gossip piece about the continuing pregnancy rumors surrounding Penelope. The pregnancy rumors swirled for most of the summer, and then Penelope denied them in total while at the Toronto Film Festival two weeks ago. Anyway, the NYDN ran a story about Penelope and her hottie boyfriend Javier Bardem exiting an ob-gyn clinic last week, and how Pene was ?glowing? and Javier was ?tightly clutching a large, white envelope?. For the record, Penelope?s denial to the pregnancy question was ?No, I?m not.? No room for question about it, really.
Now Penelope is giving a more formal denial in the November issue of Vanity Fair. The full interview is on VF?s site as well as a retrospective portfolio of Penelope?s previous appearances in VF. I?ve skimmed the article on VF?s site, and it?s a little light on actual quotes from Penelope. The writer, Ingrid Sischy, is too interested in telling her own personal stories to get anything really juicy out of Penelope. Here are some of the highlights, via Huffington Post:
Penlope Cruz, notoriously private and press-shy, tells Vanity Fair contributing editor Ingrid Sischy in a rare revealing moment that she is not pregnant with boyfriend Javier Bardem’s baby.
“My most nosy Parker question–one that I felt it was my duty as a reporter to ask–was whether the widespread rumors that there was a wee Bardem-Cruz on the way were true,” writes Sischy. “Here, unlike before, there was no telling silence from Cruz. Instead she answered no but in a rather baroque, roundabout way, detailing how [director Pedro] Almodvar had tried, to no avail, to put that rumor to rest when a journalist asked him about it on a red carpet.”
Normally mum when it comes to her relationship with Bardem (”It’s more that she is protective of their privacy to a point that is striking even for performers who don’t like to kiss and tell,” Sischy writes), when Sischy brought up a U2 concert that she and Bardem had attended in Paris, mentioning that she’d heard Cruz was playing air guitar during some of the songs, Cruz squealed with delight, saying, “Javier is even better at air guitar!”
Sischy asks Cruz who was a better kisser: Scarlett Johansson, with whom she shared a famous make-out session in Vicky Cristina Barcelona, or Charlize Theron, whom Cruz smooched in the 2004 film Head in the Clouds. “No matter how I answer that I will be in trouble,” she says. “Both were pretty beautiful partners.”
Sophia Loren–Cruz’s co-star in the upcoming film Nine–tells Sischy that Cruz “has become a real friend. We talked a lot about life and our careers. I talked about De Sica, she talked about Almodvar. When it was my last day she came to my dressing room. She was crying, and I was crying. This is the first time that I have left a film crying because we got so upset about leaving each other.”
Sischy writes that Cruz’s anxiety is fascinating, coming from someone who is so fearless on-screen. “I’ve always been a worrier,” says Cruz. “Since I was a little girl I’ve always felt that if I had a moment of peace I’d wonder: Are you sure you can afford to feel like this?”
Woody Allen, Cruz’s director for Vicky Cristina Barcelona, is effusive in his assessment of her ability, but tells Sischy, “I never thought about her as a person, because when I work I’m not interested in the person except as a performer. When she turned out to be lovely, that was nice, but I would have been O.K. if she had been a bitch.” Regarding her beauty, he adds: “I don’t like to look at Penlope directly. It is too overwhelming.”
On the set of Nine, director Rob Marshall remembers, “She’d be the last one in that soundstage working, and I’d have to say, ‘Penlope, it’s over.’ The day we were shooting her big song, ‘A Call from the Vatican,’ she was out there working so hard. In the middle of the number she does all this work with ropes–she was swinging on them and it was scary and she had formed calluses and her hands were bleeding. Daniel [Day-Lewis] was screaming to her from the back of the soundstage that she is a warrior. We had told her she should wear gloves, but she was like, ‘No, no, no–I have to feel it.’ There’s this huge sheath of Pink satin that she slides down on. When we finished the number she had disappeared behind the satin and was in tears. I said, ‘Are you unhappy with what you did?’ She said, ‘No, no. It’s that it is over, and I loved every second. I want to install ropes in my bedroom so I don’t have to let go of it.’ “

I can?t wait to see Nine. But not really for Penelope, I want to see it for Daniel Day-Lewis and Sophia Loren. I can?t wait to see Daniel sing, dance and romance. God knows, he?ll probably get yet another Oscar. In case anyone is unfamiliar with the project, this is how it went: in the 1963, Fredrico Fellini made a film called 8 , based on his own life, his own marriage and affairs and his relationships with the women he loved. The film was turned into a Broadway musical (called Nine) in the 1980s, and ended up winning a slew of Tonys. There was always talk about making the musical into a film, and now Chicago director Rob Marshall has done it. The film?s cast is kind of amazing - in addition to Day-Lewis and Cruz, there?s Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman, Sophia Loren, Judi Dench, Marion Cotillard and Stacy ?Fergie? Ferguson. Cannot. Wait.

It?s been confirmed that Miley Cyrus will have a part in the Sex and the City sequel after all ? though she?ll just be there for looks. Originally it was denied that Miley was involved in the movie at all, but now both sides have worked it out in her schedule. And considering the role is teeny tiny and has no speaking parts, it couldn?t have been all that difficult to rearrange Miley?s schedule a bit. It sound more like a cameo than anything, but cute nonetheless.
For weeks rumors have swirled that Miley Cyrus will have a role in ?Sex and the City 2.?
Well, Gossip Cop has an answer.
Gossip Cop can confirm that in the current script, Cyrus has one scene, and in it she wears the same dress to a red carpet event that Kim Cattrall?s character buys to look ?hot and young.? In the script, Mario Cantone?s character Anthony responds by exclaiming, ?Mother of God: She is wearing the same dress as Hannah Montana.?
As of now the script doesn?t call for Cyrus to have any speaking lines.
Initially, Gossip Cop was told Cyrus wouldn?t be in the film because of her busy touring schedule, but now sources involved in the production tell us both sides are arranging so that it can happen.

That sounds like the perfect starter role for Miley. Obviously she?s been in plenty of films, but they were all aimed at a teen/tween audience. Lots of kids that age are fans of Sex and the City too, though that?s obviously not its intended age range. I doubt anyone will be coming out just for Miley and there?s little chance she?ll steal any thunder from any of the rumored-to-be jealous actresses. But she?ll get to be in the film just like she?s been yakking about forever, so good for Miley.

Hello! Magazine has a new interview with Harrison Ford, 67, and he comes across as very open and honest and like a great guy. I don’t remember the last time I saw an interview with Ford, so I watched a couple on YouTube, and he does seem like a normal, nice guy who also happens to be a movie star.
In Hello!, Ford talks about the pitfalls of fame and enthuses about his love of flying and riding motorcycles. The interviewer from Hello! points out that Ford is an environmental activist and that he drives a Prius. When asked if he’s planning a green wedding to fiance Calista Flockhart, he basically answers “of course.” Ford doesn’t say much about his commitment to environmental causes, but Hello! points out that he’s doing promotional work for the Team Earth project, which encourages people to live a more sustainable lifestyle. In that same interview, Ford admits to owning more motorcycles that he can count on both hands and Hello! mentions that Ford, a pilot, has five airplanes and a helicopter and owns three residences. Now how is owning six aircraft and three homes compatible with being conscious of your environmental impact? I’ll give the guy a break, though, as he’s donated a lot of money and time to environmental causes over the years.
Ford also speaks candidly about his love for fiance Calista, and you can tell that she means a lot to him. There’s no word as to when they plan to get married.
When it comes to work travel [Ford] often opts to take either a helicopter or an airplane which he pilots himself…
Every year, he divides his time between his Manhattan loft, his ranch in Wyoming and his home in Montecito…
On yearning for privacy
Ford: “It’s horrible to live with people looking at your nonstop. I’ll never get used to it. My fantasy would be to be invisible.”
On his love of flying
Ford: “I’m not just an actor. I’m also a pilot. I really enjoy the mix of freedom and responsibility that flying requires. I’m not seeking out the adrenaline as much as the pleasure of calculating risk and knowing where the dangers are.”
On his love for Calista
Ford: “I was 60 when I fell in love with Calista. What surprised me most was that I was still capable of establishing a long-lasting relationship, making a serious commitment. With my children, in my private life or my work, I try to learn from my mistakes and evolve.”
On a green wedding
Ford: “I haven’t thought about ‘greening my wedding.’ My wedding was always going to be green.”

Ford confirmed earlier this month that a fifth Indiana Jones movie is in the works. We heard earlier this summer that Ford’s co-star Shia Labeouf said that filming had already begun on the fifth movie. Fox News has a new amusing editorial that asks if some action heroes are just too old to be convincing. The youngest guy they mention is Nicholas Cage, 45, and the oldest is Clint Eastwood, 79. Of Ford, 67, they say “Shia Labeouf will be back [in Indiana Jones 5] to do more of the heavy lifting, but it will still be hard to watch Ford huff and puff his way alongside his much younger co-star.” Ford doesn’t see that as a problem, though, and told Hello! that he’s still around because “I’m not a trend, so you can’t replace me just like that.”

Britney Spears wrapped up the U.S. leg of her Circus tour on Sunday in true Las Vegas Fashion with a 90-minute set at Mandalay Bay, which was attended by Barry Manilow and Brit's longtime friend, former 'NSYNC member Lance Bass.
Spears reportedly gave Bass some special treatment during the show. People reports that Bass was brought onstage during the singer's sexy rendition of "Breathe on Me" — the song during which she usually serenades a male audience member — and she proceeded to give a lap dance to the openly gay singer, who smiled and sang along.
Sunday night's show wasn't the only one attended by celebs. On Saturday, Miley Cyrus and Spice Girl Mel B. caught Britney's concert, as Spears wrapped the U.S. tour she began back in March in New Orleans. She is next set to play a string of dates in Australia in November. This week, she'll also be dropping her new single, "3," which will be included on her upcoming Singles Collection, due out November 24.
While she was in Vegas, Spears was seen with her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, and rumored boyfriend Jason Trawick, shopping for candy at the Mirage's Sugar Factory.
"She spent about $3,000 and walked out of the store with 10 bags," a source told People. "She got a bunch of candy and shirts for her kids and got a bunch of the couture lollipops to give to her backup dancers."

I remember hearing that Alicia Keys, 28, was dating a guy named Swizz Beatz and that he was married. Beatz , 31,filed for divorce last summer, and claimed at the time that his divorce had nothing to do with his relationship with Keys. The National Enquirer reported about a year ago, in October, 2008, that Alicia had broken up with Beatz, a music producer, after she learned that he was still with his wife when they first started dating. Apparently Beatz swore up and down to Alicia that he was separated when they hooked up but he was still living with his wife and infant son at the time. If Keys did break up with Beatz that didn’t last long, because he told The NY Daily News in May that he was dating Keys and that things were going well. The two have since been photographed out together several times.
Meanwhile Beatz’s soon to be ex-wife wants us to know that it’s not true that her marriage was already over when Alicia Keys stepped in and stole her man. Singer Mashonda has penned one of the best “wife to the other woman” rebuttals that I’ve ever read. She says clearly that Alicia broke up her marriage, which was going well as far as she was concerned, but that she has accepted it and had moved on. I’m so impressed by how well written and convincing this woman’s story is. Mashonda is responding to some tweets Alicia made in shorthand about love. It’s hard to tell what the hell Alicia is talking about, but she tweets stuff like “Having a heated debate n the studio. Question is…N love is it better to go 4 the choice that is “SMART” or the choice that has “SPARK”??…. love is knowin all abt some1, & still wantin 2 b wit thm more thn any other persn. love is trustin the enuf 2 tell thm everythin abt urself.”
After having a great evening with my son and enjoying some fun twit chat, I decided to sign off and get some work done. However, a few hours later I was advised that I should check @aliciakeys twit page. I’ve never reached out to her on twitter before. I feel our issues are a lot more serious than a website conversation. Not to mention that I’ve reached out to her many times in the beginning of this whole thing, as any wife would do. Unfortunately, I never succeeded in getting a response. The 1st time I meet AK, my husband introduced us to each other at an event. ( I have no choice but to call him my husband, until he is not anymore) In the messages that I sent to her (AK), I made it very clear that on the contrary of what she might be hearing, I am still married to my husband, living with him and just had a child. Its been two years and I still have not received a response. What I do receive, is constant displays of selfishness and disconcern to me and my son.
I was a fan of AK’s last album, we were both signed to J Records and I always checked up on her projects. I sang her songs and admired her for creating Superwoman and Karma, I would never deny her, her talent. I believed in her until I found out she was possibly sleeping with my husband. The affair was denied by both, until it was finally admitted months later.
Already I can hear some of you saying ” why are u blaming her, You cant make someone leave their wife, You cant break something thats broken”. Well, my marriage was not broken, as far as I knew we were celebrating our sons birth and getting ready to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary . Call it blind love, whatever. I call it being a devoted wife.. As far as me blaming her and not blaming him, thats false. Me and my husband have worked out our differences. We are in a good place as people and as parents. I accept his choices and I am comfortable enough with myself to move on. I am so very blessed in many ways.
My concern with AK is no longer the fact that she assisted in destroying a family but that she has the audacity to make these selfish comments about love and wanting to be with someone, even after knowing their situation. How is this the same Superwoman that I sang out loud with in my truck? I ask myself sometimes.
If you are reading this Alicia, let me start by saying, you know what you did. You know the role you played and you know how you contributed to the ending of my marriage. You know that I asked you to step back and let me handle my family issues. Issues that you helped to create.
Im not saying everything was perfect all the time but no relationship is perfect. We made a vow to God and I believe you should have respected that, as a woman. I know you owe me or my son nothing but I just wish you would’ve handled things more carefully. I’m not judging you, I put you and the whole situation in the hands of God, the Higher Power. Just know that as a woman, I expected so much more from you. I never had intentions on reaching out to you this way but after reading your twits tonight, and the constant disregard, you left me no choice. I feel that after 1 and a half years of you hiding this affair and acting like it doesnt exist, that now is the time to confront it, since you talk so openly about it now
This is not a publicity stunt, I dont have a record coming out. I just need to close this chapter in my life and that means confronting our issues. There is a small child involved. His dad loves him to death and he wants to spend more time with him but hes afraid because he knows we don’t have a relationship. This is my main concern. My son NEEDS his dad and I NEED to be comfortable with you. For him!
I know many will see my point and many will not be able to look into what’s real because they only want to see Alicia Keys the celebrity, not the human. This is not for the “people”, this is for you. Like I said I was left no choice but to reach out to you this way. By now, Im sure you want to find a balance in this as well.
I read your tweets tonight and I felt they were very insensitive. You have no idea how much pain I was caused because of this affair. Its baffling to me that you don’t understand what I might have gone through with this situation. I dont consider myself a victim anymore, Ive learned alot from this! I just ask you to try and be a bit more realistic and delicate to the situation, at least until my divorce is final. I felt me attending the party would have been a starting point for us, since you shook my hand after I offered it, but I suppose I was wrong.
If its so, that you and my husband are meant to be together, then God bless you both and I hope you never have to deal with what I did. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. If you two being together forever is the case, its more of a reason for us to get along, because I’m not going anywhere. Theres a child to be raised.

I guess I’m team Mashonda on this one. Mashonda is giving Alicia way too much credit for those barely readable tweets, though. It’s like Alicia is on a fourth grade level, tweeting about love in a grammatically-challenged text-speak version of one of those cute naked people cartoons. Then Mashonda responds on a college level that Alicia is a fool and a homewrecker. This woman is so smart and well spoken. She obviously had to deal with a lot of pain and heartbreak, but she sounds like she has the sense to work through it. She’s also convinced me that Alicia Keys knew what she was doing when she started dating a married man. Even if Alicia truly believed the guy was separated, I’ll doubt she’ll be as able to convince us that she’s innocent. She’ll have to hire a copywriter and use more than 140 characters to do that.

After spending Thursday at the Clinton Global Initiative panel discussion on environmentalism and architecture, Brad Pitt spent Friday with Maddox in New York. The two went to the Dave and Buster?s in Times Square, where they played games and probably ate a ton of junk food. For those of you unfamiliar with Dave and Buster?s, it?s an American chain restaurant/fun-house popular with teenagers and people who want to feel like kids. It?s got tons of games, like a really family-friendly version of Las Vegas, without the high financial stakes. Lots of bright lights, lots of noise. Just thinking about it gives me a headache. Anyway, Brad and Maddox spent several hours there, and then went to JFK where they caught a flight back to France.
Brad Pitt and his 8-year-old son Maddox were spotted making their way to Dave & Busters in Times Square on Friday evening (September 25). Maddox held a box of take-out food as his proud papa led him toward the restaurant for an evening of fun and games. A couple of hours later, the father-son duo were seen departing NYC from the JFK airport.
The 45-year-old hunky actor was in the Big Apple to attend the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting, where he was presented with an award recognizing the green credentials of his housing project in New Orleans. Pitt’s Make It Right organization built 13 homes in an area of New Orleans destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Rumors have resurfaced that a “Friends” movie, based on the hit NBC sitcom that ran for ten years, is in the works. “Friends” has been off the air for five years and it seems like we’ve been hearing stories of a big screen version ever since. Last year, The Daily Mail claimed that a Friends movie was forthcoming, and that it would be produced by Warner Brothers, a claim that Warner Brothers promptly denied. Now News of The World has a new interview with James Michael Tyler, who played cute bald barista Gunther at the show’s coffee house, Central Perk. Tyler allegedly confirms that a film is underway, and that everyone has signed on, including presumed holdout Jennifer Aniston:

Studio bosses have got together for an oversized mug of coffee to prepare a script for a film version of the series.
And they are ready to break the bank with a multi-million package to get the main cast on board.
In an exclusive interview with the News of the World, James Michael Tyler - who played Central Perk oddball Gunther - confirmed: “Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen.”
The film comes in the wake of the big screen version of Sex And The City which took an astonishing $408,921,925 at the box office.
The cast have always made no secret about a desire to do a film and Lisa Kudrow said: “It would be so fun to be with all those people again.
“But our show was not like Sex and the City - ours was multi-camera, in front of a live audience.
“It’s a completely different feel. You’d have to bring the tone down, and I don’t know how it would be. I’ll just stay open.”
Meanwhile actor James, 47, who is in London for the launch of a Central Perk themed coffee shop in Soho, is keen to reprise his role as Gunther on the big screen.
He said: “The one thing I can tell you is that I am definitely on board to do the film.
“I really loved my time on the show and I am looking forward to meeting up with the old gang again.
“I just hope we can do justice to the show in a film.”

Jennifer Aniston is just about the only castmember who seems busy and successful enough to want to avoid a film version of “Friends.” She’s been gracious to the show that helped launch her career but has said several times that she’s moved on and doesn’t want to do a movie. Aniston has her own production company and according to IMDB she has three films in post production and a whopping seven films in development. I doubt she has the time or inclination to remind us yet again how well she plays Rachel Green. Courtney Cox has a new sitcom, “Cougar Town,” that premiered last week and is doing well in the ratings. (I saw it and thought it was goofy and trying too hard, but people seem to like it.) She isn’t that booked and would probably gladly do a “Friends” movie. The other cast members, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Leblanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer, have all kind of floundered in their careers post-”Friends” and would probably love to a do a film.
That said, it’s possible that News of the World is either making this up (they’ve been known to fabricate entire interviews) or that they’re twisting Tyler’s words to make it sound like a movie is in the works when all he said was that he’d be open to it. It seems like all the latest films are based on old ideas and I wouldn’t be surprised if this was in the works, but I won’t believe it until I hear confirmation from a reliable source. “Friends” was a great show, though, and I would definitely go see the movie if this is true.

Recently returned home following a stay in NYC for the Clinton Global Initiative, Jessica Alba was spotted making her way around Los Angeles on Sunday (September 27).
Showing off a new hair color, the “Sin City” sweetie looked cute in a pair of daisy dukes and a singlet showing, which showed signs on the back of her neck that she’s in the midst of laser removal to get rid of an old tattoo on her neck.
Meanwhile, Miss Alba recently chatted with People magazine about her growing daughter, Honor Marie Warren.
She tells, “I am a mother who shoves information down her throat, poor thing. I sing her songs about colors in Spanish and English when I’m cooking. Literally I integrate learning into everything I do. We’re into colors because I feel that’s something a 15-month-old can sort of identify. So now she kind of points to blue and says ‘azul’ and I say ‘Yes, azul, muy bien!’ It’s slow going but she’s sort of picking it up.”
