If any of you were paying attention at all to the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce case, you’ll be glad to know it’s over. Kris walked away with nothing which made the case a win for Kim.
Kris gets NO money from Kim. As we’ve reported … he had previously demanded $7 mil.
Kris dropped his demand for an annulment based on fraud.
Each party will pay their own attorney’s fees.
Kris was about to be fined for no-showing at last week’s hearing but Kim asked the court to drop it.
For reference, Kim and Kris’ marriage lasted 72 days. Their divorce case lasted 536 days. That’s what we call a successful marriage.
In other news, Kim Kardashian is now a penguin.

22-year-old Emma Roberts looked amazing at the Tribeca Film Festival yesterday in an amethyst Cushnie Et Ochs Spring 2013 satin dress. Although I wouldn’t really describe that color as amethyst. In my opinion, it’s more of a cross between Violet and Acai, like the deep azurite color of a magician’s cloak. And that was exactly what I told my orthodontist when he asked what color rubber bands I wanted, and yet I still somehow wound up with regular old purple. Seventh grade was NOT my year.

I get the idea of wearing a structured blazer over a flattering camisole, but this camisole is being stretched into oblivion and I don?t need to see that little window of flesh on her belly. Anyway, there are tons of new stories about Kat-Face, so let?s get started:
*You know how Kim is crazy about electrolysis and she had all of her body hair removed, even her baby hairs on her hairline? Well, pregnancy has brought all of her body hair back, according to TMZ. Sources claim: ?Her pregnancy hormones have reawakened the slumbering beast?[so] Kim has recently been forced to wax — something she hasn’t done in years — and she’s already made appointments to get the new hair growth re-lasered after she gives birth.”
*Kim and Kris Humphries are due in court today to work on a pre-trial settlement conference. And yes, Kris is expected to show up this time (after not showing up the last time and possible facing fines because of it). TMZ had a pro-Kardashian story yesterday claiming that Kris might finally realize that he?s not going to get an annulment based on fraud because there really isn?t any evidence of fraud at all. Also, there are shenanigans with the money issue ? Team Kim still says Kris is demanding $7 million, but Team Kris says he doesn?t want money.
*If Kris loses in court, he?ll have to pay his own lawyers? fees (up to a $1 million) plus Kim?s lawyer?s fees too. A source claims: “Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn’t look good.”
*But Radar has a pro-Kris story claiming that Kris still has the same conditions for settling as he did before: he wants Kim to apologize to him face-to-face, and she has to apologize publicly too. Also, ?If Kim comes into court with an attitude and acting full of herself, Kris will absolutely take this to trial.? God, he?s so stupid.
*TMZ followed up this morning with a story about how Kim is ?actually excited? to see Kris today. She?s telling people that she still loves him as a person but ?We just didn’t work as a couple.” Blah.
UPDATE: According to TMZ, a settlement has been reached!
TMZ has learned Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian have settled their year-and-a-half long divorce battle, and it looks like it will be announced in court today … this according to sources directly connected with Kris.
TMZ broke the story Thursday … Kris had softened his position about demanding an annulment because his case had gone South — in other words, there was no proof Kim committed fraud when she married him.
Our sources say Kris will not show up in court today. Sources connected with the bballer tell us … he’s with his team today, gearing up for the NBA playoffs. This is significant, because Kris was ordered to court — a judge wants him there when he gets hit with fines for not showing up last week.
We’re told Kim will show up. As for the settlement, it’s confidential so far, but you can bet this was a divorce and NOT an annulment.
To put this in perspective, the divorce battle raged on for 536 days. They were married for 72 days.

When I first glanced through these photos, I thought I was seeing Amanda Bynes. I?m not sure if that?s insulting for Lindsay Lohan or Amanda. Anyway, these are pics of Lindsay departing from LAX yesterday. I hate myself for kind of wanting her jeans. Those are flattering jeans, right? I?m assuming Lindsay was flying from LA to New York, probably to get a few more weeks of partying under her belt before she heads to rehab on May 2.
Lindsay is coming off a multi-day party at Coachella, although Lindsay made sure she told TMZ repeatedly that she wasn?t partying at all. LL told ?friends? (at TMZ) that ?she didn’t drink an ounce of alcohol and stayed clear of all drugs … even though people all around her were getting high.? She wasn?t seen late at night at any of the parties and she claims she ?turned in by 10 PM both nights during the weekend.? There was also a really gross photo of Lindsay a few days ago ? you can see it here. She was wearing shorts and you could see some really awful-looking bruises on the backs of her legs. Lindsay ?is telling friends she bruises easily because she doesn’t drink enough water.? Um? yeah, no.
As for where and how Lindsay will rehab, apparently it?s still up in the air after the hardcore Hamptons rehab basically said that LL couldn?t have her Adderall if she came. Page Six reported this a few days ago:
Lindsay Lohan is still shopping for sites to serve her court-ordered rehab, sources say, after reports she?d been eyeing the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach. Her lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, confirmed to us yesterday that he and LiLo are still weighing five rehab centers around the country and will decide on one this week.
?Lindsay is expected to sit with me this week . . . and then a final approval has to be rendered by the court,? Heller said of Lohan?s requirement to report to rehab May 2.
Sources added that Lohan, who?s been busy partying at the Coachella festival in Palm Springs, is considering the Betty Ford Clinic in nearby Rancho Mirage. The troubled starlet?s reportedly concerned about being able to take Adderall while in treatment and had said she?d leave rehab if she?s not allowed to pop the prescribed pills.
But Heller tells us that?s not so: ?She has not, nor would she be poised to, mandate any type of requirements. Nor has she directed me [to a facility that permits] her to use any types of substances such as Adderall. She has to conform and comply with the [rehab center?s] requirements.?

Well, considering she didn?t stay in California, I guess any California rehab center is out of contention, which is fine by me because Lindsay has been to most of them and they didn?t do much for her. Maybe a New York rehab will have better luck? See how optimistic I am? Ha. I genuinely think a New York rehab will have more rules and they will let her get away with less shenanigans, but crack shenanigans are all she knows so she?ll be able to get around the rules wherever she goes.

It reads like a PR piece in which Miranda admits that she knows people are saying her husband cheats, but she’s pretty sure there’s nothing going on and it’s just rumors. Miranda supposedly knows Blake is faithful, even though she’s apart from her husband most of the time, because she snoops in his twitter account and phone whenever they’re together. The article also includes quotes from Miranda about how tough marriage is and how she’s surprised they even lasted a year. Miranda and Blake are coming up on their two year anniversary.
She knows it looks bad and she monitors his data
“She knows he comes off as flirty,” says one source of the country darling, who has copped to reading her husband’s text and direct Twitter messages. “She questions him at times and asks about certain girls. The rumors are hard for her to hear.”
Blake swears he didn’t cheat with young singer Cady Groves
“Blake swears up and down that nothing happened,” says a Shelton insider – another source says the ugly rumors have taken a toll.
And at the very least, stir up some memories. Lambert herself has confessed to falling for him at first sight in 2005 – even though she was reportedly in a relationship at the time and he was still wed to Kaynette Williams.
She’s monitoring him on set
“Miranda is definitely aware of how Blake can act,” says a Voice insider. “That’s why she’ll hang out on set to keep an eye on him.” Echoes another insider, “She trusts him, but she knows how flirty she appears.”
They won’t be together this summer
Even sharing a time zone this summer will amount to a serious challenge. “Their schedule is truly the harderst part,” says a Lambert source of the couple, who share a spacious rental in the Hollywood Hills, a Nashville pad and a farm in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. “Miranda always has to go to L.A., or they’ll meet in Oklahoma. It’s a lot of flying.”

“Either one of us can always look at each other’s phone, and we know each other’s passcode. I don’t have to snoop anymore. It just takes the question out of the marriage. I like to check his direct messages [On Twitter]”

Is this acceptable in a marriage to reach a point where you don’t trust the person and are digging through their data whenever you can? Or is that just being open? If a cheating spouse knows their partner is snooping through their stuff they’re going to get better at hiding it. If one party thinks the other one is cheating, is a non-incriminating data trail going to reassure them?
Miranda has half-admitted that she got with Blake back when he was married. She said in an interview a couple of years ago that she was instantly attracted to Blake when she met him, that she “knew better,” and “I knew he was married.” It sounded like she was trying to own up to an affair without stating it outright. So now she’s fighting for her own marriage after a scant couple years. She seems to think it’s worth fighting for at this point, but it also reads like she didn’t know what she was getting into. She should have, she’s said that her parents are private investigators and “I’ve seen this my whole life – affairs.” I’m sure she’s seen affairs happening in second marriages too, when the husband decides he wants to trade in his second wife/former mistress.

I wasn?t going to write about Victoria Beckham?s 39th birthday until I saw this Twitter photo. I think it was one year ago when Victoria Beckham tweeted another photo of her birthday celebration, and her birthday reward was? a fruit plate. So for this birthday, Victoria got an actual birthday cake and she tweeted the above photo of said cake. Note that we are not actually seeing her take an actual bite of a piece of cake. That?s because NO. That?s because Victoria?s birthday present to herself was looking at the cake. Not eating it. One must never eat the cake. Even looking at the cake adds too many calories!! If you think about calories, you will get fat, in Victoria?s mind. And in Victoria?s mind, fat = size 2.
Posh and her whole family celebrated her birthday in London with a nice dinner at Nobu earlier this week. All of the kids were spotted with her ? half the family had just flown in from LA. Listen to how time flies: Posh?s oldest kid, Brooklyn, is 14 years old now. When did that happen? Romeo is 10, Cruz is 7 and Harper is one and a half I think. When Posh tweeted the header photo earlier today, she included the message: ?Thank u for all your kind messages fashion bunnies, I had such a special birthday x v?. Is ?fashion bunnies? the new thing and no one told me? I like it! You bitches are fashion bunnies.

Remember when I was asking for random hair advice last week? (I’m getting a little desperate since I don’t trust my hairdresser anymore, my hair is dry and I need to make a change.) Well I took your advice and did not mess with henna at all. Thank you for that! I went with a semi-permanent color, L’oreal Healthy Look dark blonde (not a plug, I picked it out myself), which turned my red-blonde hair mousy brown. (Some people have said it looks dirty blonde.) At first I didn’t like it but it wasn’t tragic or anything and it also made my hair much healthier and shinier, so it’s growing on me. Plus it’s washing out gradually. I’ll use it again but just go with a lighter color next time.
All of that is preface to these photos of Sandra Bullock at CinemaCon, where she’s promoting her comedy The Heat, with Melissa McCarthy. Sandra’s hair is so freaking gorgeous I want it exactly, even though I know her shade of brown won’t go with my coloring. I’m taking this photo to whichever hairstylist I bet on and asking for this cut. This is how you do straight ironing with a center part. In terms of what she was wearing – I like it! I also like that she sort-of coordinated her look with Melissa McCarthy. Do you get the impression that they called each other up and decided to both wear all black outfits with black pants? I do. Melissa looks great too. I love her sneakers! I want a pair like that.
Also there was Kristen Wiig. This movie is by the director of Bridesmaids, and I’m guessing Wiig was there for support since she’s not listed on IMDB for this film. She wore this really unfortunate, busy, floral print dress. Kaiser, Bedhead and I had an e-mail exchange wondering if she was pregnant and hiding something or that’s just a terrible dress. I voted terrible dress.
In The Heat, Bullock and McCarthy play two mismatched cops who have to team up on a case. The trailer makes it look hilarious! I’m including it below, and it made me laugh out loud multiple times. Warning that is the the RedBand trailer and contains a lot of F-Bombs. (Thanks to Lainey for linking it) This movie isn’t out until late June though, damnit. I would love to see it now.

Donning a Pink blazer, white top and flared blue jeans, the supermodel mommy looked to be in good spirits as she carried her white leather Prada handbag past the waiting shutterbugs.
Yesterday (April 18) Miranda joined John Travolta and Kelly Preston at a massive promotional event for Australian airline Qantas Airways at the Sydney Domestic Airport.
Kerr also recently fired back at claims that she was dumped by Victoria?s Secret, noting, ?I?m just not in a position to commit to a full contract at this time.?

So this is where Gwyneth Paltrow chose to go instead of the UK premiere of Iron Man 3. These are photos from last night?s Tiffany?s Blue Book Ball in NYC. How is this more important (to Goop) than the premiere of her film in her hometown? I don?t get it. Gwyneth wore this rich-looking blue Ralph Lauren gown which? I don?t know. Would this design flatter ANY figure? Because it certainly does nothing for Gwyneth?s body. The fabric is gorgeous, though, and the color is pretty on her. Satin (or silk-satin, as I?m sure this is) makes even the most toned ladies look lumpy, though. Also: side-part! HUZZAH. She?s still flat-ironing for every event though.

The Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth “are they or aren’t they?” affair is truly becoming a bit tedious, but the tabloids aren’t done with this couple just yet. Nobody really seems to know what’s going on with Liam and Miley, and even Billy Ray Cyrus has admitted that he doesn’t know what the hell is happening. All we really know for sure is that Liam took a solo vacation in Australia to get away from things after he and January Jones supposedly made out at a pre-Oscar party. Then Miley played the ring game for awhile and Liam eventually returned to Los Angeles where they were trying to work it out, whatever that means.
Most recently, Life & Style published a story about how Liam and Miley had (at the very least) postponed their wedding, and People received the official publicist confirmation yesterday that this part of the story is true. Now a story in this week’s Enquirer says that Miley found some new texts between Liam and January, and she’s absolutely livid as a result. Here are the details:
Miley Cyrus caught fiance Liam Hemworth texting “Mad Men” siren January Jones, and now she’s telling pals they’re kaput, say sources. “Miley couldn’t believe it!” an insider told The Enquirer. “As if the embarrassment over Liam’s fling with January wasn’t bad enough, to find out that he’s still in touch with her is pretty much the nail in the coffin as far as their relationship is concerned.”
Miley, 20, and the Hunger Games hunk fell in love while filming the 2010 drama The Last Song. But they hit a rough patch after Liam, 23, was spotted leaving an Oscar party with Jones, 35, in February. The two were reportedly seen “making out,” and Miley was so enraged that Liam fled to his native Australia for three weeks in hopes that she would cool off.
Despite a brief reunion upon his return, things have gone from bad to worse for the couple. Miley has been flirting up a storm with her ex Nick Jonas and model Patrick Schwarzenegger. She was also spotted smoking a suspicious-looking cigarette on a hotel balcony in Miami, where she partied hard at hip-hop mogul Pharrel Williams’ birthday bash.
Meanwhile, Liam cozied up to a mystery blonde in a Los Angeles bar on the same weekend. Added the source: “Miley has been telling pals that Liam is no longer interested in even trying to talk things through, and now she knows why. At least she found out about his roving eye before they tied the knot.”

I hate to say it, but it doesn’t sound entirely implausible that Liam would still be in surreptitious contact with January. They obviously are comfortable enough to (at minimum) share a car ride home from a party, so they’ve almost certainly got each other’s digits.
That’s not all of the tabloid fun for Miley this week. This week’s issue of Star says that Miley is “guilting” Liam into sticking around by “deliberately acting out of control because she knows that he’ll come “rushing in to save her. He has the kindest heart, and Miley knows he can’t turn away if he thinks she needs help.” I don’t know if Miley and her pantless pot smoking are really going to bring Liam running to “rescue” her. These two haven’t been photographed together in months, and she didn’t even go to the MTV Movie Awards with him last weekend. One would think that if they were still a solid couple, Miley would want to show everyone what she’s got. That hasn’t happened.

But now that the Oscar campaign is over, when is the last time anyone has seen Esmeralda? Poor Esme. How old is Esmeralda? I have no idea. Star Magazine claims that Anne think Esme is ?half-dead? and that Anne wants to get a fresh-faced puppy to go with her new image of a young Oscar-winning actress. This story is totally harsh.
Hathahaters are about to have even more fuel for their anti-Anne fire: Star has learned that the much-maligned Anne wants to replace her faithful Labrador, Esmeralda, because the pup isn?t hip enough for Hollywood.
?Anne really wants a ?stylish young puppy? she can play and interact with? she says she just can?t bond with a dog that?s half-dead ? it?s not quite the glamorous look she?s going for now that she?s won an Oscar,? fumes an insider.
While Anne?s rep denies the rumor, Star?s source claims that even Anne?s husband, Adam Shulman, supports her heartless plan.
?It just shows out of out of touch Anne is getting. Friends think it?s horrifically sad and worry that her obsession with her image is taking over everything ? even her humanity.?

Yes, as Star Mag notes, Anne?s rep did deny it. I think it?s possible that Star is twisting a perfectly normal story into something horribly anti-Hathaway too ? like, Anne might have been telling friends that she wants a new puppy because why not? It?s not like there?s a law against only having one dog. So maybe Anne wants a new puppy but that doesn?t mean that she doesn?t love Esme. Except for the fact that we haven?t seen poor Esme in months. New theory: Anne is a MONSTER!!!

I know this isn?t the most popular opinion, but I think LeAnn has been looking really good (for her) lately. Yes, the bangs were a mistake (a terrible mistake), and yes, her style is still the worst, but she?s been putting on some much-needed weight and her body is back to looking healthy and athletic, as opposed to what it looked like a year and a half ago.

I get the idea of wearing a structured blazer over a flattering camisole, but this camisole is being stretched into oblivion and I don?t need to see that little window of flesh on her belly. *You know how Kim is crazy about electrolysis and she had all of her body hair removed, even her baby hairs on her hairline? Well, pregnancy has brought all of her body hair back, according to TMZ. Sources claim: ?Her pregnancy hormones have reawakened the slumbering beast?[so] Kim has recently been forced to wax — something she hasn’t done in years — and she’s already made appointments to get the new hair growth re-lasered after she gives birth.”
*Kim and Kris Humphries are due in court today to work on a pre-trial settlement conference. And yes, Kris is expected to show up this time (after not showing up the last time and possible facing fines because of it). TMZ had a pro-Kardashian story yesterday claiming that Kris might finally realize that he?s not going to get an annulment based on fraud because there really isn?t any evidence of fraud at all. Also, there are shenanigans with the money issue ? Team Kim still says Kris is demanding $7 million, but Team Kris says he doesn?t want money.
*If Kris loses in court, he?ll have to pay his own lawyers? fees (up to a $1 million) plus Kim?s lawyer?s fees too. A source claims: “Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn’t look good.”
*But Radar has a pro-Kris story claiming that Kris still has the same conditions for settling as he did before: he wants Kim to apologize to him face-to-face, and she has to apologize publicly too. Also, ?If Kim comes into court with an attitude and acting full of herself, Kris will absolutely take this to trial.? God, he?s so stupid.
*TMZ followed up this morning with a story about how Kim is ?actually excited? to see Kris today. She?s telling people that she still loves him as a person but ?We just didn’t work as a couple.” Blah.

What would happen if Beetlejuice and Men In Black had a love child and that love child was an idiot? That love child idiot would be R.I.P.D., the new film starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds. I remember the photos from this film shoot too, and at the time I thought it was a standard-issue ?opposites attract? cop movie, like Lethal Weapon only with one old white guy and one young white guy. As it turns out, R.I.P.D. is ?supernatural? and extremely weird. That?s kind of on me, by the way. I never bothered researching this mess, and it?s only now that I?m discovering that the film is based on a comic called Demolition Man. R.I.P.D. stands for ?Rest In Peace Department? ? meaning that the characters Ryan and Jeff play are actually dead, and they?re like ghost cops. Why didn?t they just call this shiz ?Ghost Cops?? It would have been more to the point and less annoying. Here?s the first trailer:
The only bit I think is somewhat funny is the thing about how people in the real world see them as completely different people, and Jeff?s reality avatar is a really hot model chick. By the way, how in the world did Jeff Bridges ever sign on to this mess? What, he won his Oscar so he?s just doing crazy stuff now? And I swear to God, he?s still doing his Rooster Cogburn voice from True Grit (how amazing was True Grit?). I guess I understand why Ryan Reynolds said yes to this ? he wanted to work with Jeff and it?s not like Ryan gets all of the good scripts, you know? Ryan Gosling gets first choice. Reynolds is lucky if he gets Gosling?s throwaways.
Anyway, this comes out on July 19th? let?s see what it?s up against? The Lone Ranger will dominate the first weekend of the month, than Pacific Rim (maybe?) the week after that, and the only thing really competing with RIPD is the sequel to Red, that Bruce Willis/John Malkovich/Helen Mirren movie. I dunno? I?m kind of rooting for Red 2. Right?

Heading to Mexico to promote their new movie, the stars of "Grown Ups 2" attended the photo call at The 5th Annual Summer Of Sony at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Cancun on Thursday (April 18).
Dressed casually for the event were Taylor Lautner, David Spade, Adam Sandler, and Kevin James, while their beautiful costar Salma Hayek opted for a brown short-sleeved knee-length dress and platform heels.
The sequel follows Lenny as he moves his family back to his hometown alongside his old posse of childhood friends.
Directed by Dennis Dugan, the flick also stars Chris Rock, Maya Rudolph, Tim Meadows, Maria Bellow, Colin Quinn, and Steve Buscemi. "Grown Ups 2" hits theaters on July 12th.
