I remember reading some internet analysis of what the Kardashian-Jenner thinnification meant culturally and economically. I forget what indicators the person used, but basically it was like, the thinner Kim Kardashian gets, the more likely America will face a recession and a return to a ?heroin chic? aesthetic. I bring this up because suddenly, it looks like Kim Kardashian is no longer in her Ozempic Era. Kim wore this strapless white Balenciaga ball gown to the VF Oscar party and I know the acres of fabric are hiding her body, but I can tell from her bust and her face that she?s gained some weight back. Recession Watch over?? Nah, we?re going to need some new economic indicators.
Kendall Jenner in Mugler this could have been interesting on someone with the pizzazz to pull it off and make it seem funny and sassy. Instead, Kendall just has a wet-blanket aesthetic.
Margaret Qualley in what I think is a custom Chanel (I could be wrong). The color is wrong? It?s too orange-red for her coloring, she needs a blue-red.
Ana De Armas? party outfit made me laugh out loud. The bandeau top and the skirt? it?s hilarious.
Lizzo has been on a weight-loss kick for a few years and she honestly looks great. I have no idea about all of her legal issues, but she truly looks happy, healthy and glowing.
Stephanie Hsu I hope she has a huge career, I love her so much and I?m still mad that Jamie Lee Curtis won supporting actress that year.

Last week, just hours after the Palisades fire began its rampage through thousands of acres of densely populated Los Angeles, Kim Kardashian?s Skims company ran a series of social media posts about the company?s winter sales. Given that Kim and most of her family live in LA County and given that Skims is mostly an LA-based company, you would think that the social media people would be more engaged in what?s going on in their area. So, mistakes were made and the company looked tone-deaf, as did Kim (even though she probably wasn?t sending out those sales alerts). To make up for it, Skims announced that they are donating clothing, underwear and necessities to victims of the wildfires.
Kim Kardashian?s SKIMS clothing brand is donating clothing and other necessities to families affected by the Los Angeles wildfires that have destroyed large portions of the area this week.
?We have donated to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation providing critical resources to the heroic first responders protecting our city,? the reality star and businesswoman wrote on her Instagram Story Friday. ?Additionally, we are making a sizable donation of underwear, clothing, and socks to Baby2Baby to help those displaced by the fires.?
Baby2Baby is a nonprofit organization that provides children in need with diapers, clothing and other basic necessities.
?As our community faces the devastation of the Los Angeles fires, our hearts are with all those impacted, and we are committed to helping during this challenging time,? Kardashian, 44, penned on another Story slide. She urged fans to donate to the cause as well.
?Together, we can bring hope and relief to those who need it most,? she noted.
Her announcement comes after she was slammed for being ?tone-deaf? while promoting her SKIMS winter sale this week.
Kardashian and her family were not immediately in danger when the original Palisades Fire erupted on Tuesday, as they live in the Calabasas and Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, which is northwest of the Palisades.

People will think the worst of Kim and her family, but those Skims donations will help. People have lost everything, and having clean underwear and a fresh pair of sweatpants will make someone feel a little bit better, you know? In recent months, Kim Kardashian and ?sources? close to her have been emphasizing the fact that she?s raising four children pretty much by herself. The comments were, I believed, about Kanye West?s lack of involvement with his children, although I think Kanye does spend some time with North (the oldest). But Saint, Chicago and Psalm? Ye isn?t involved. It really is up to Kim to do all of the child-rearing and keep up with all of the kids? schools and activities. But this whole time, we?ve always believed that Kim has an army of nannies and helpers. I mean, she?s a billionaire on paper, she?s also still a ?law student,? of course she pays for nannies and helpers, right? Well, not according to Kim, who told a podcast that she?s ?basically raising four kids by myself here.?
Kim Kardashian admits she often feels ?alone? raising the four children she shares with ex Kanye West. During Tuesday?s episode of pal Zoe Winkler?s iHearRadio podcast, ?What In The Winkler,? the reality star addressed her co-parenting arrangement with her ex-husband. The episode was dropped just weeks after a source claimed to People that West has been an absent father.
?You and I have mostly connected on parenting and judgment, and you know, feeling like sometimes you?re in this alone,? Kardashian, 44, told Henry Winkler?s daughter. The Skims founder ? who shares North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, with West ? went on to confess that she also feels overwhelmed at times.
?Even though we have great support systems and we have people around us, but sometimes in the middle of the night when [the kids are] all sleeping in your bed, kicking you and crying and waking up, like, it is?,? she said before trailing off. ?It?s not something I talk about a lot because I feel like there is always a lot of judgment. Or people will always jump to the, ?Oh, but you have the resources to have nannies and to have help.? And I just think that no matter what kind of help I have, I?m basically raising four kids by myself.
Zoe called Kardashian?s current parenting situation ?insane,? to which the Hulu star replied, ?Yeah. I mean, even carpool this morning, I had five kids that I had to take, two came over, and everyone leaves and wants to leave at like, different times and wants different stuff. I feel like I?m at, like, a pitstop of a racecar driver, when it?s like, ?Brush your teeth, brush your teeth, brush your teeth, brush your teeth, OK, get dressed, get dressed, do your hair.??
Zoe brought up in the podcast how the SKKN by Kim creator drives her children to school every morning. ?That?s what?s really important to me ? driving them to school every single day is just what I have to do no matter what [my] work schedule [is]. It?s really important to me. That?s just, like, my bonding time. That?s when I can get them up, get ready, but it?s madness.?

She?s not saying she doesn?t have nannies or help, she?s saying that she?s the only one parenting her kids. I?d also like to point out that? she?s the one who wanted four kids. Even when her marriage was on its last legs, she was still organizing a gestational carrier for the two younger kids. Kanye West is probably still with his wife Bianca Censori, and for years now, he seems committed to making a horse?s ass out of himself at all times. That?s how it?s been ever since his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized, although I would argue that his mental health was in a steep decline for years during his marriage to Kim. In any case, Kim walked away and she?s got their kids almost all of the time. I still believe that Kanye only really cares about North and not the other kids, so North is the only one with any kind of relationship with Ye. Speaking of, Kim Kardashian turned 44 on October 21st, and ?sources close to Kim? did a status report on what?s going on with Kim?s life these days. I mentioned that Kim and the other K-Js have been suspiciously quiet in recent months, but maybe that?s because Kim is just being a single mom and focused on her businesses?
Kim Kardashian is navigating parenthood largely without her ex Kanye West, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. On Monday, Oct. 21, a source close to the reality star, 44, tells PEOPLE that Kardashians life revolves around her and Wests four kids: daughters North, 11, and Chicago, 6, and sons Saint, 8, and Psalm, 5. The source notes that Kardashian is pretty much a single mom, as West, 47, is often not around.
Kanye is sadly not around very much. Shes pretty much a single mom, the insider tells PEOPLE. Although she has help, its still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything.
The source continues, Kims life is around her kids schedules. When they are in school, she works. When they are off, shes very much focused on being a mom. They add that the SKIMS co-founder is not even dating anyone now. Its all about work and the kids.
A rep for West did not immediately respond to PEOPLEs request for comment.

Yeah, I totally believe that Kanye isn?t around for the other three kids, but he does see North somewhat regularly. Which probably causes some issues in Kim?s house too, if Kanye is so blatantly playing favorites with the kids. I don?t envy Kim, although I will say that? this is what she wanted. She wanted four kids. She knew she was probably going to raise them by herself too. I sort of believe that Kim isn?t dating anyone as well the fastest way to get Kanye suddenly demanding to be ?involved? with his kids is for Kim to get a boyfriend. I also think that?s why Kanye treats Bianca like a doll too it?s not about Bianca, it?s about Kanye showing Kim that he?s ?replaced? her with a new doll.

Have I gotten really good at ignoring Kim Kardashian or has she been relatively quiet for months? She appeared at the Met Gala in May, she went to a wedding in India and? like, there?s been no real news or gossip about her in a while? Minus the gossip about how she sliced the top of her finger off. All of which to say, Kim has been out and about in New York this week and it feels like we haven?t seen her in months.
She wore a Miu Miu ensemble out to the Polo Bar (yellow sleeveless top and brown pants). North West is also with her on this trip, as is their dog?? Let me look this up? North West has two Pomeranians, Sushi and Sake. I hope North is taking good care of those dogs because Kim has a terrible track record with pets (RIP Mercy Kardashian-West). Kim was also spotted around 30 Rock, and she turned up on the Tonight Show on Wednesday:
People really do love SKIMS. Even people who dislike Kim sort of begrudgingly admit that SKIMS has some good stuff. Kim also talked about her new Ryan Murphy series, but the big headline is about her love life. She says she?s single and her kids are ready for her to date and they keep trying to set her up with people. Like, they?re creating lists of ?dream boyfriends for mom.? I like that Kim isn?t ready to jump into anything though. I do wonder who she?ll date next? my assumption has always been that her endgame-partner would be a lawyer or someone who reminds her of her dad.

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian at the 2024 Met Gala. I saw some fashion talk about how she still represents Balenciaga and yet she didn?t wear anything from her friend Demna (the chief designer). Kim stopped repping Balenciaga a few years back, but she does still wear the brand sometimes. This year, she decided not to destroy a significant vintage gown and instead went with a Maison Margiela custom piece by John Galliano. The point of this is to say ?Kim?s 19-inch waist is snatched.? Indeed, she probably had surgery to get her waist that tiny, plus there?s obviously an intense corseting situation happening here. All in all though, she just looks uncomfortable. In the videos of Kim walking the carpet, she looked absolutely miserable and like she couldn?t even breathe properly. What women do for fashion, huh?
I also have to wonder if the cardigan was always part of the plan. The way she was clutching it in a particular way, it makes me wonder if something on the dress broke and the cardigan was a quick fix. Her hair also needs a quick fix she went back to blonde last week and I knew she was doing it for the Met Gala. Congrats, it looks like sh-t. Stop frying your hair!

A few days ago, Kim Kardashian made a dramatic hair change. She went back to ?icy blonde? and cut her hair/took out her extensions. The new hair color does nothing for her, but the point is that something happened recently which made Kim decide to give herself a big makeover. We?ve just learned what that something is she and Odell Beckham Jr. apparently ?fizzled out.? Kim did a ?breakup blonde? makeover. I barely remembered that Kim and Odell were together, and they mostly avoided being photographed together. They were seen on Oscar night, after the Vanity Fair Oscar party. Kim also attended his blowout birthday party last fall. So they were dating (or whatever) for about seven months.

It?s over and just fizzled out, a source tells PEOPLE of the pair, who were first linked in September 2023.
The split comes after the SKIMS founder, 43, and the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver, 31, were spotted exiting the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party together in March. At the time, a source told PEOPLE that they were ?hanging out pretty much all night once he got there.
There wasnt a ton of PDA like some of the other couples, but there was a lot of touching, and they were right near each other the entire time,? the insider added. ?They were careful about not being too all over each other, but there was lots of chemistry, and they left together.?

TMZ got the breakup confirmation at the same time as People Mag thank you, Kris Jenner. TMZ?s sources say that Kim and Odell have just phased into a friendship and there?s no bad blood (ha). They still respect each other, no one?s bad-mouthing anyone. Which sounds fine Odell was seen out with another woman a few weeks ago, so maybe that was it. Or maybe they were never super-exclusive in the first place. Kim making sure that everyone knows she?s single ahead of the Met Gala is so funny. Is she going to try to find a new boyfriend there?

Here are some photos from the 10th Annual Breakthrough Prize Ceremony at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. This event was as well-attended as the Oscars, I swear. Kim Kardashian got a lot of attention for wearing this 2024 version of the ?bandage dress.? The old version was Herve Leger, but I haven?t seen an ID for this one. Kim occasionally does ?wet look? hair and I hate to admit it, but she sort of pulls it off. I mean, she looks like a plastic Barbie doll left in the pool, but she also just looks pulled-together and pretty. Her date was her momager Kris Jenner.
Elon Musk was there. He looked like a needy ahole begging for attention. Growing up, I used to think being a billionaire must be so cool. If anything, Musk shows everyone that you can have more money than God and still be the biggest fking loser.
Brie Larson wore Chanel she has this thing where she?ll wear something interesting or offbeat, but she somehow makes it look so boring.
Jessica Chastain looks sort of like a game-show hostess but I love the color.
Venus Williams is a literal GODDESS and she was my pick for best dressed of the event.
Last people: Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Katy wore Coperni. I swear, about five other women wore versions of this dress. Michelle Yeoh kept it simple and elegant; Glenn Close wore a shiny jumpsuit; and I kind of like this version of Maria Sharapova, where she has dark hair and looks like hell.

The color scheme for this year?s Vanity Fair Oscar party backdrop was so weird and dated this year basically a mustard-orange and a muted red. Basically, people who wore white really ?popped,? and everyone else kind of clashed. Speaking of, Kim Kardashian wore a surprisingly great Balenciaga gown to this year?s VF Oscar party. I love the neckline, don?t hate me. Her styling is good as well a sort of brunette Veronica Lake, with decent makeup.
Kylie Jenner wore Ludovic de Saint Sernin. Call me crazy, but I like this? She looks good. Don?t get me wrong, she looks like she?s already had more plastic surgery than Kim. But she looks okay.
Kendall Jenner wore Maison Margiela Haute Couture. I like this? It?s flattering and it looks like a typical Oscar party dress.
And the matriarch of this wretched clan, Kris Jenner.
