In March, cops were called twice in 24 hours to Tori Spelling?s house for domestic incidents. Tori called the cops the first time, believing that there was a robbery in progress late at night. That was just Dean coming home and failing at sneaking in. The next morning, Dean called emergency services on Tori, claiming she was flipping out and aggressive. That call was characterized by dispatch as ?female mental illness.? A follow-up story in People quoted a source who claimed that Tori has ?a ton of pressure and stress, with the kids, work and her marriage.? The police were called again a couple of days later when paparazzi followed Tori and Dean to a diner, where they appeared to be arguing. Tori is angling for a reality show so it remains unclear what is staged for publicity and what is real, but she was obviously having marital problems. According to Tori though everything is great now, her family life is so ?balanced? and she?s supermom, basically. She gave an interview to US saying that she also wants a sixth baby (she and Dean have five kids under 12) but claiming that it would be too much for Dean. Tori, on the other hand steps up and does whatever that?s needed, according to Tori.
She claims her life is balanced
?My husband and I have it so balanced. We really balance each other with getting it all done. We?re kind of that rock for each other. I always feel you?re not given more than you can handle.?
?The more you put on my plate, the more creative I am, the more things get done,? she said. ?I could never be complacent having one child. I mean, God bless anyone that has one child. Children, whether you have six or one, it?s great. But one child, I would be like, ?OK, but what?s next?? It?s my thing.?
On rumors about her personal life
?It takes everything in you to not scream from the rooftops, ?It?s not true!? But I?ve been in this business long enough to know that it does eventually go away.?
She wants a sixth baby
?You know, I do, I like even numbers, they keep asking, they all want one more because they want a little baby sister now. But I can?t imagine dad being sane if we have one more. It would push dad over the edge. He?s doing the best he can!?
Everything is amazing
?It?s going amazing. You know, we had four kind of back-to-back. I was pregnant for years, and then there was a little break, so now that we have started over basically, Dean always says we got [them all out] of diapers, all of them self-sufficient, and then started all over again with Beau/ But Beau is going to be the happiest, well-adjusted baby ever because he has four doting brothers and sisters?
?It?s amazing to watch your other kids take care of your youngest kid, it?s unbelievable. It?s a built-in playdate I always say! We have a big family playdate 24/7.?

She claims that she is able to do whatever is required, but that Dean would go crazy if they had a sixth kid. ?He?s doing the best he can,? while ?the more you put on my plate, the more creative I am, the more things get done.? They are not totally balanced with a perfect life, she feels like she?s doing all the work while Dean isn?t pulling his weight and is holding her back from having another baby. Remember when he wanted to have a vasectomy after the fourth one and she cried poor? She?s not too poor to hold lavish parties for her kids and go on long European family vacations.

I haven?t forgotten this: Miranda Lambert is a serial husband-stealer. Her current relationship is with Evan Felker, the lead singer of the Turnpike Troubadours. The band joined Miranda for THREE DAYS on her tour and by the end of those three days, Evan Felker had started an affair with Miranda, left his wife and begun to ghost his wife (who didn?t know what was even happening). He just never went home. Miranda also ?homewrecked? Blake Shelton?s marriage when they first got together, and of course there were many rumors that Miranda cheated on Blake with other men, some of them married.
The ?ground zero? of all of this is a man named Jeff Allen McManus who dated Miranda quietly 12 years ago. They were engaged and then she cheated on Jeff and left him for Blake Shelton. When the story came out about Miranda and Evan Felker, Blake tweeted some not-so-subtle jabs about ?karma.? Jeff Allen McManus clapped back, calling Blake an ?arrogant S.O.B.? who cheated too. Anyway, Jeff has more to say. He spoke to Star Magazine.

?I would imagine that the Miranda I knew 12 years ago is a completely different person now,? he mused. They dated for three years and then she ditched him via a phone call to chase after married Blake. ?But [she?s] also learned a lot and should know better.?
Jeff is referring to Miranda?s almost pathological penchant for married man, from breaking up Blake Shelton?s marriage to allegedly cheating on her then-husband Blake with her married tour manager. Now that Miranda has come between Turnpike Troubadours singer Evan Felker and his stunned wife Staci Felker, McManus says that his heart goes out to Staci: ?I know that heartache. I know what it?s like to be blindsided and the pain that comes along with it. I wish her the best. I was fine and I?m sure she?ll be fine too.?
But Jeff wasn?t quite as warm and fuzzy when it came to Blake. ?I just thought Blake?s comment was arrogant and off-putting,? sniped Jeff. ?I?m sure Miranda did Blake dirty just like she did me, but he wasn?t thinking about me when he was cheating with her, so I don?t know why he thinks [Miranda?s new romance] is karma??

The gossip that I didn?t know about was the rumor that Miranda was cheating on Blake with her married tour manager? Yikes. I mean, I believe it. I?ll believe just about anything involving Miranda and married men. It bugs me that he seems angrier at Blake than at Miranda it?s pretty clear by now that Miranda is the common denominator of all of these broken marriages and heartbreaks. Yes, Blake cheated on his first wife. But damn, Miranda keeps on doing this! Anyway, Jeff is happily married now, so maybe Miranda will try to hit him again now that she sees his wedding ring.

Here are some photos of Salma Hayek at this year?s Cannes Film Festival. She was there to attend premieres, walk in the Women?s March, and talk about the need for changes in the industry so that the Harvey Weinsteins of the world would never be able to prey on victims so thoroughly for years. Salma wrote a New York Times essay about Weinstein and what he did to her over the course of years, how he harassed her and bullied her and more. Weinstein actually released a statement directly about Salma?s accusations, just like he did when Lupita Nyong?o told her story about Weinstein. Salma noticed the pattern.
On Sunday at the Cannes Film Festival, Salma Hayek alleged that Harvey Weinstein, who hadn?t responded to other actresses? claims, denied her and Nyong?o?s accounts because they were both women of color.
?We are the easiest to get discredited,? she told Variety?s Ramin Setoodeh at the Women In Motion panel. ?It is a well-known fact. So he went back, attacking the two women of color, in hopes that if he could discredit us.?
Hayek was one of 82 women, led by jury president Cate Blanchett, who protested Cannes? gender imbalance on Saturday night. The figure symbolized the small fraction of women, 82, who have directed one of the 1,645 films to screen at the festival since 1947. Hayek called the moment profound and beautiful, but warned the industry not to be too complacent.

True or false: Harvey Weinstein released statements about both Salma and Lupita because they are women of color? Or was it because they are both so powerful and well-respected? I think it?s both the essay from Lupita was startling because she exists in the zeitgeist as such a beloved fashion-princess and Oscar-winner, and to hear her describe being victimized and harassed by Weinstein brought home the fact that literally NO ONE was safe. Same with Salma Hayek, quite honestly. But yes, I do think Salma is right: Weinstein denied her story and Lupita?s story specifically because of they are women of color.
Salma also called on male stars to take pay cuts so that women can make more. That?s probably not going to happen, but it?s a good jumping-off point for a larger conversation about how we get to equal pay across the board.
