The ?Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? actress paid a visit to the Starmaker Theatre Company to share her experiences with the young aspiring actors there.
Kate spoke of her shortcomings, including being overweight and having big feet, and how hard it was for her to score lead roles.
She also encouraged the young thespians to continue to pursue their dreams, reminding them that ?anything is possible.?

In career news, Jennifer will be starring alongside Jason Bateman in a new workplace comedy called ?Horrible Bosses.?
Due to hit theaters July 8th, ?Horrible Bosses is about three friends who conspire to murder their awful bosses when they realize they are standing in the way of their happiness.

Continuing on the arduous quest for tip-top fitness, Gisele Bundchen paid a morning visit to the gym in Beverly Hills, California earlier today (February 21).
The model mommy was clad in an all-black tracksuit as she hit the exits en route to her car following the west coast sweat session.

Taking in the latest looks overseas, Rachel Bilson and Kate Bosworth attended the Burberry Prorsum Show in London, England on Monday afternoon (February 21).
The two actress beauties both got all prettied up as they grabbed up front row seats at the Kensington Gardens venue.
Clearly enjoying what they saw, Rachel and Kate both had big smiles on their faces as they watched models strut their stuff on the catwalk during the London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2011 event.
The trip to London comes after Miss Bilson and Miss Bosworth jetted in from the States following the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week events in NYC last week.

As I?ve mentioned before, there are few fashion houses that I think more highly of than Burberry. I absolutely love with Christopher Bailey has done with the label, but all great men have an Achilles? heel. Bailey?s problem is that every talentless toothpick wants to wear Burberry, and they want to come to the shows too. I give a pass when it?s someone like Sarah Jessica Parker - for all of SJP?s faults, she loves fashion, and she knows a lot about it. But when the biggest ?name? you?ve got at a Burberry show is Kate Bosworth, there are problems. Significant problems. Huge problems. Anyway, these photos are from outside of today?s Burberry show in London (it?s currently London Fashion Week). The Bos is wearing Burberry, of course, on her slouchy, emaciated body. And I don?t care that so many of you disagreed with me last Friday - I still think the bitch is jacking her lips, Lohan-style.

Ashton Kutcher has a new interview on UK’s Graham Norton show in which he reveals that he had a bet with a friend in high school for $1,000 that he would score a date with Jennifer Aniston. Apparently that bet had no time limit, because he’s still trying to win it after sixteen years. Does that mean that Demi was his second choice out of the famous women he lusted after during his formative years? As for his relationship with Demi, he says he’s proud of how long they’ve lasted, since “eight years which in Hollywood years is about 81.” Can we interpret that to mean he’s sick of her? Like Aniston, he’s not that skilled at expressing himself so maybe he just meant that they’re solid. He seems kind of perfect for Aniston in a way. He’s got the douche part down.
?I bet a high school buddy $1,000 that one day I would go on a date with Jennifer Aniston,? Ashton revealed on ?The Graham Norton Show? in an episode which airs next week on BBC America. ?I was 17 years old and she was on my screensaver.?
The ?No Strings attached? star explained to the Irish comedian that when he finally got to Hollywood and had some success, he turned to Jennifer?s then-husband, Brad Pitt, for some help.
?Five years later I actually met her and I asked Brad Pitt?s permission to ask his wife out on a date. He was so cool and said ?You go for it? so I asked her and she turned me down,? Ashton said.
While he?s now married, Ashton said he still hopes to win his teenage bet.
?Now we?re friends so it might still happen, but now I have to ask Demi?s permission and I just don?t know how to broach that with the wife? but I do want to win the bet,? he said.
As for his life with Demi, Ashton told Graham he was proud that the two have spent nearly a decade together as a couple.
?It?s been eight years which in Hollywood years is about 81 so there?s extra points for that,? he said.
Their relationship, or at least their domestic bliss, didn?t start out very easy. Ashton admitted he was ?extremely single? when he met Demi and it took a while for word to get around that he was taken.
?I was living with a buddy who refused to leave when Demi moved in,? Ashton said of his early household moments with his brunette bombshell, whom he eventually married in 2005.
?But it was kind of a good thing,? Ashton added. ?It would be the middle of the night and there would be visitors and he would do a lot of intercepting for me! I wanted to keep the relationship private so [I] didn?t put the word out and its pretty hard to slow that train down.?

After watching the video (above) I think it’s most telling that he prefaced his story about the bet by saying he was 17 when he made it and “I’m living on a farm in the middle of America, [Iowa] really having no chance at having a happy life.” I get it - we don’t want to end up like our parents, but it comes across as callous, like only people in big cities are happy. As far as being offensive it’s very minor, though. It’s not like using the “r” word.

Sofia on primping: ?All the women in my family are [primpers]. We put makeup on to give birth! When I started feeling contractions with my son Mamolo, the first thing I did was wash and blow-dry my hair before I went to the hospital. You never know how long you?ll be in labor. It could be days until you?re able to take a shower.?
Sofia?s cravings: ?If I could, I would have foie gras and clairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner!? But her real love is cake - ?I love it. Vanilla cake, angel food cake, chocolate cake. For me and my son, buying cake at the grocery store is like buying milk. We always have it in the house.?

Every morning I awaken to the smell of my husband?s delicious strong coffee. Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston and Brooklyn Decker are promoting Just Go With It in Germany today. The film is actually named ?My Imaginary Wife? in Germany, which makes sense because the original English-release title was The Pretend Wife. Anyhoodle, I learned some new things about the cast of Just Go With It today. I learned that although Brooklyn Decker has a great figure and millions of young guys want to do her, Adam and Jennifer will be pull rank and insist that they pose together, just the two of them, before Brooklyn is invited to join them. I also learned that Brooklyn has a pretty good bitchface.
As for the fashion faceoff? Team Aniston on this one. I like her little black dress (designer unknown), and I like the necklaces. My only complaint is that she stole this look completely from Reese Witherspoon?s recent Berlin photocall for How Do You Know?- go here to review Reese?s identical ensemble, down to the long chain necklace. Perhaps this is all about Jake Gyllenhaal?!?
Meanwhile, Brooklyn Decker wore what I?m sure she thought was high-fashion. Maybe it is. It?s looks like the Marc Jacobs pajama-wear-as-high-fashion look from several years ago. But the real star was Brooklyn?s bitchface!

She?s been laying low as of late, but Ashley Judd looks to be poised to star in a new ABC network action series.
The project is currently titled ?Missing,? and it sounds like a variation on the Liam Neeson movie ?Taken.?
Judd, who is close to inking a deal for the gig, would play Beca Winstone, a devoted single mom who travels to Italy to find her 18-year-old son after he disappears.
As the plot progresses, it becomes clear that Winstone used to be an agent with the CIA as she chases her son all over Western Europe. ?Missing? is scheduled to debut this fall.

On Friday, after singing at the school of her fiance Eddie Cibrian’s seven year-old son, Mason, LeAnn Rimes unprotected her Twitter account so she could gloat about it. Mason’s mom Brandi Glanville told LeAnn on twitter last Tuesday that it was “highly inappropriate” for her to sing at school on family week and that “it isn’t ur place… You are not his parent.” LeAnn of course didn’t heed Brandi’s warning and went on to do it anyway, after which she tweeted about it, noting all the cute questions the kids asked her about her celebrity status. One of the first things she tweeted about after opening her account was a thank you letter she received from Barbra Streisand presumably. LeAnn performed at the tribute concert to Barbra a little over a week ago.

For that last tweet, I thought that LeAnn was saying that people were crying at her performance at Eddie’s son’s school, but she was actually referring to a wedding she sang at for music producer Darrell Brown, during which her performance supposedly brought people to tears. I wanted to cry just having to read through the insane amount of tweets she made to all the fans singing her praises.
As Kaiser said back when LeAnn joined the PTA at Mason’s school, I get why she wants to get involved with the boys and on some level it’s nice that she cares for them and wants to be there for them. She’s not their mother, though, and she has no respect for Brandi to the point where she’ll tweet about taking one of the boys to the emergency room before she’ll bother to call Brandi. All you have to do is read through LeAnn’s tweets (if you can stomach it) to see how much farther she takes it with those children and with her fans. There is something incredibly desperate about LeAnn, and the sheer amount of tweets she makes show how much she seeks validation for everything she does. She unlocked her twitter account because she wasn’t getting enough adoring tweets from fans, and that outweighed the inevitable criticism she gets for her narcissism. She needs constant praise like she needs to shove her relationship and personal business in our faces.

Spending her 23rd birthday tending to center spotlight performing duties, Rihanna offered up a sizzling halftime show during the 2011 NBA All-Star Game at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 20).
The Barbadian beauty took the stage as she kicked things off with a rendition of her career-launching single "Umbrella" before transitioning into her hot new hit "Only Girl In the World".
Also delivering an energetic rendition of "Rude Boy," RiRi was then joined onstage by Canadian rapper Drake for their chart-topping duet "What's My Name?" - during which Drake changed up the lyrics to offer up birthday wishes to Rihanna.
Closing things out to the delight of the packed crowd, Kanye West
emerged for the final song of the evening as he and Rihanna performed "All of the Lights" - which just saw in the release of its music video directed by Hype Williams the previous day.
Once finished up with the show, Rihanna changed into something more comfortable and grabbed up a seat alongside Justin Bieber as the pair watched the Western Conference team beat the Eastern Conference squad by a score of 148-143. Kobe Bryant was named MVP.

Spending her Sunday afternoon with her two main men, Kourtney Kardashian was out alongside boyfriend Scott Disick and their son Mason in Beverly Hills today (February 20).
The E! reality star family had a late brunch at Il Pastaio before doing a little window shopping as they brought the weekend to a close.
Tweeting about the day's doings, Miss Kardashian wrote to her millions of followers, "What's happenin now BAYBAAY? Just left the BH hotel so @kimkardashian could give mason un besito. Shop n' chop family day."
The sighting comes just as the trio gear up for the airing of a brand new episode of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" - in which Kourtney and Scott's plans for a romantic evening at home run into a snare when sister Kim decides to stay in, as well. As a result, the twosome end up fitting in a little lovin' in the nearby gym.

Bringing an end to a momentous weekend, Natalie Portman joined fiance Benjamin Millepied for a weekend walk in New York City on Sunday (February 20).
The expecting actress dressed for the chilly east coast weather in a long, faux fur lined jacket with jeans as she and her man did a little household shopping the the Big Apple locale.
As for the big news over the weekend, Miss Portman's Oscar nominated movie "Black Swan" continued to pile up the cash - as it broke the $100 million domestic mark in its 12th week of release.
Natalie's also gearing up for the April release of her new drama "Hesher," which co-stars "Inception" star Joseph Gordon-Levitt and "The Office" actor Rainn Wilson.
Having just debuted the trailer, "Hesher" is the story of a loner who hates the world while touching on topics such as loss and adolescence.
