Brad Pitt?s team continues to be disgusting. They remind me so much of the cracked-out team of misogynists surrounding Johnny D*pp. For the past year or so, Angelina Jolie has been fighting back against her physically, emotionally and financially abusive ex. She?s countersued Pitt after he tried to drag her into court when she legally sold her half of Chateau Miraval. She?s dropping receipts in court and she?s already winning chunks of this complicated case. While their divorce was bifurcated, Pitt and Jolie still haven?t settled the financial or custodial parts of the divorce, which means that Pitt is still bound by a ?temporary? court-ordered agreement for child support and spousal support. All of that is background for Team Pitt?s latest unhinged bullsh-t in the Daily Mail: ?Angelina Jolie is accusing Brad Pitt of trying to bleed her dry in their ongoing bitter legal battle despite him helping enrich his vengeful ex by close to $100million.? The basic gist is that Pitt is paying child support.
Its a breakup thats lasted almost as long as the relationship that preceded it. Dubbed the war of the ross, Angelina Jolie has now accused controlling ex Brad Pitt, 60, of financially draining her, through the protracted legal battle over the winery thats dogged the couple since their split in 2016. But while she seeks to claim her ex is bleeding her dry, DailyMail.com can reveal that since their ten-year relationship ended in divorce after a two-year marriage, her fortunes have soared.
Far from causing her funds to dwindle, a DailyMail.com investigation reveals that Jolie?s relationship with Pitt has helped enrich her by close to $100million. That money has come through loans, child support, gifts and the millions she garnered from the sale of her 50 percent share in the property at the heart of the dispute Chateau Miraval ? ten percent of which was a gift from Pitt.
The couple?s former French home, a stunning 1,200 acre estate and vineyard was worth $60million when they bought it in 2008. Now, thanks to Pitt?s effort and investment in the business, it?s worth a staggering $164million. And, while Jolie, 48, appears to be crying poverty in her latest court filings, sources close to Pitt point out that the Tomb raider star had sufficient funds to sign a recent deal to take over 57 Great Jones Street, a unique Manhattan space once owned by Andy Warhol and previously rented for $60,000 a month. Jolie has signed an eight-year lease for the 6,600 square-foot property to use as a store to promote her fashion label, Atelier Jolie.
In newly filed court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the actress claims: It is extremely painful for Jolie to have to defend herself from Pitts lawsuit ? itself another example of Pitts unrelenting efforts to control and financially drain her ? especially because Pitts false allegations as to the reasons the Miraval deal cratered can only proven by doing exactly what Jolie never wanted to do: Provide to the trier of fact the reason the Miraval deal failed, which was Pitts demand for an NDA to cover up his history of physical and emotional abuse of Jolie and their family.
Says one source familiar with the situation: Angie says Brad is bleeding her dry ? but it looks like she wants to bleed him dry. Far from being out to ruin his ex, it looks like Brad has bent over backwards to support Angie and help her out financially in spite of her appearing to be so vindictive, the source added.
Friends of the Oscar-winning star of Upon a Time in Hollywood have stepped up to defend Pitt as a man who has been nothing but generous in his dealings with the actress. By 2018, Pitt had spent more than $1.3million on child support, including therapy for the children, as well as paying hundreds of thousands in sundry bills. According to sources Pitt has been consistent in his payment of these expenses for the past seven years during which time he is believed to have he has stumped up close to $10million in child support.
As well as this generous gift [of Miraval co-ownership], Pitt gave his wife a rare Winston Churchill painting, Tower of Koutoubia Mosque which she sold in March 2021 for $11.5million. He loaned her $8million to purchase her current Los Angeles home in 2018.

Just so we?re clear, child support is not a ?generous gift? given to your ex-wife. In this particular case, Jolie had to drag Pitt to court years ago to get him to pay child support, and that was after he terrorized and physically assaulted Jolie and their children on a plane (necessitating years of therapy) and then refused to allow Jolie and the children to collect their belongings from his Los Feliz compound. Jolie did make something like $50 million from her sale of Nouvel (her half of Miraval), and that?s the whole reason why Pitt is suing her (after he tried to low-ball her on the sale, then tried to gag her about the abuse). I could rant about this sh-t for a long time, but this story just shows that Pitt IS financially abusing her and trying to control Jolie in any way he can.

Last week, we talked about Brad Pitt?s Formula 1 film, loosely called Apex, which had been filming in the UK for several weeks before the SAG-AFTRA strike was called. It?s a complicated situation the film is produced by Apple (an American company) with an American actor and SAG member in the lead, but most of the crew members seem to be British, and Lewis Hamilton is a producer on the film too. Once the strike was called, sources insisted that the production shut down and that Pitt is ?definitely a very loyal member of the union? so he wouldn?t cross the metaphorical picket line in the UK. The thing is, he?s still in the UK. And Apex, or what it?s being called, still seems to be filming. It?s a bad news/bad news situation: either Pitt has crossed the picket lines and he?s still filming in the UK or Brad is just sitting around British pubs, getting sh-tfaced. Or both, because that?s what it sounds like.
The Mail on Sunday can reveal that the Fight Club actor has spent weeks here letting his hair down after filming his new movie about Formula 1 racing. He has been based at the exclusive Soho Farmhouse near the Oxfordshire village of Great Tew, staying in one of their A-list cabins previously used by his friend Tom Cruise and British actor Simon Pegg.
Sources close to Pitt, who turns 60 in December, also say that he fell in love with a traditional British pub in the market town of Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, where they were filming scenes for his movie, rumoured to be called Apex, in which he plays a fictional F1 driver called Sonny Hayes.
He sipped pints at the idyllic Globe Inn, on the banks of the Grand Union canal, along with his co-stars and other staff working on the film. The traditional menu includes scampi and chips for 11.99 and sausage and mash for 11.89.
One source said: Brad loves traditionally English things, including a really nice pub. It was closed for a week for filming but Brad just loved it there so would stay after filming and enjoy a drink.

So much for his ?sobriety.? To be fair, I never believed he was sober. I think he dried out for a year or two following his violent assault on his wife and children in 2016, but Pitt has looked actively drunk or drugged out for a while now. There have been many reports of Brad drinking while in the UK too reportedly, he and Guy Ritchie were drinking heavily during and after the Wimbledon men?s final. And now he?s filming in British pubs and then sticking around to drink after filming?
PS? British actors? union Equity cannot strike in support of SAG-AFTRA, but they can ?demonstrate? and express solidarity with SAG-AFTRA. Equity?s leader Paul Fleming spoke, this weekend, about how he will not allow the UK film industry to become the backdoor for studios to undermine the writers and actors? strikes. I am very curious to see if the British reports about Apex continuing to film through the strike will eventually be a bigger deal in the American trade papers.

Brad Pitt was nominated for Babylon at the Golden Globes, but he didn?t win and he didn?t walk the carpet. His new rent-a-girlfriend wasn?t with him (that I saw), so he arrived undercover and then he was seated at the Babylon table with Margot Robbie. It?s probably a good thing he didn?t walk the carpet we would have gotten more unflattering angles of his very recent face work. We saw some telephoto-lens pics of him in Cabo a few weeks ago and he looked visibly ?worked on? even in those pics. I think he was probably healing this is Pitt all shiny and pulled and tweaked in time for the Golden Globes. Anyway, it?s just a reminder that Pitt was welcome in that room and people gave him shout-outs on stage, even though he assaulted his wife and children on a plane.
Margot Robbie wore this boring-ass Chanel dress she was nominated for Babylon as well and she lost. Robbie should be counting down the days until her Chanel contract runs out, this collaboration has been awful. Someone described this as Midwestern prom dress and they?re right.

As we discussed previously, Babylon is a big box office bomb. Maybe not the biggest of the year, but definitely a significant flop for Paramount, for Damien Chazelle, for Margot Robbie and, yes, for Brad Pitt. While Pitt barely lifted a finger to promote Babylon, he still got top billing and I?m sure Pitt?s name was a big reason why Paramount agreed to the $109 million budget, not to mention whatever Pitt?s paycheck was. All of that means that Pitt suddenly needed to update everyone on his romantic life, because nothing can ever be Pitts fault. His people leaked an exclusive to People Magazine that Pitt spent New Year?s in Cabo with Ines de Ramon. On December 19th, Brad Pitt celebrated his 59th birthday. 59 years on this earth and the man has some of the most hacky, obvious PR in the world. Even Gawker is calling out Pitt for his latest shenanigans involving Ines de Ramon. Ines is either 29 or 32 (who knows) and she?s Paul Wesley?s estranged wife or ex-wife (who knows). Over the weekend, Pitt?s publicity team and Babylon?s publicity team blanketed the media with gossip about how Ines came to the Babylon premiere and they were loved up, even though they?re not officially dating:
Brad Pitt had his girlfriend Ines de Ramon by his side Thursday night, at the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie Babylon. The Oscar-winning actor, 58, was seen with the jewelry executive, 32, at the afterparty for the new film ? the two mingling with guests, occasionally with their arms around each other.
According to the source, Brad is really into de Ramon, who separated from her husband, Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley, earlier this year. They met through a mutual friend. She is very nice, the insider added.
Ines is cute, fun and energetic. She has a great personality, a second insider said, noting the two arent yet exclusive. Brad enjoys spending time with her.

Since I never watched The Vampire Diaries, I never really followed the actors involved with that series. I?m sure Paul Wesley is a big deal to many people, but this is truly the first time that I?m hearing about his wife. Or ex-wife. Or estranged wife? Paul was married to Ines de Ramon, a jewelry designer, from 2019 to this year. They separated in September, with their rep telling media outlets that they had actually been living apart for several months. I don?t think they?re actually divorced, but the separation is very real. Well, it looks like Ines de Ramon is Brad Pitt?s new girlfriend. She?s 29, he?s 58.
It looks like Brad Pitt has a new woman in his life, as exclusive DailyMail.com photos show him cozying up to actor Paul Wesleys ex wife.
The actor was spotted Sunday night arriving at a Bono concert in LA and appeared smitten with Ines de Ramon, 29. Brad, 58, could be seen holding her arms and pulling her close as the two chatted outside the Orpheum Theatre with A-list pals, Cindy Crawford, husband Rande Gerber, Sean Penn and Vivi Nevo.
Bachelor Brad, dressed casually in jeans, a gray cardigan and tan hat, has been romantically linked to several women since his tumultuous divorce from Angelina Jolie. But is not usually given to public displays of affection.
And jewelry professional Ines, who wore black leather pants and a cropped white t-shirt paired with a bright yellow Herms bag, is newly single as well, after announcing her split from Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley in September of this year.
Not only do Brad and Ines appear to be an item, but sources tell DailyMail.com that she is a member of his team.

Brad Pitt made his way down to Austin, Texas over the weekend for the big Formula 1 Grand Prix. He was there on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, trying to look like Robert Redford, I think. I?ve said before that in Pitt?s recent public outings, he?s looked especially nipped, tucked, buffed and polished, and I imagine he?s spending a lot on his upkeep and image these days. The result is that most outlets will cover these photos as ?wow, Brad Pitt looks great, how exciting that he?s into Formula 1!? The reporting won?t be ?wow, Brad Pitt keeps trying to deflect from the fact that Angelina Jolie told the FBI that he physically assaulted her and their children.?
The whole reason Pitt is trying to get into Formula 1 is that he?s going to star in a movie about the franchise, and he?s working with Lewis Hamilton (Hamilton is producing). He posed with Hamilton in Austin too, and he hung out with various F1 executives.
It wasn?t all breezy Cool Guy imagery and abuser-enabling though. As Pitt was walking around the track, famed F1 commentator Martin Brundle tried to speak to Pitt. Pitt brushed him off. Longtime F1 fans and Brundle fans were not pleased. I mean, Pitt already looked like a poseur, but this showed just how little research Pitt has actually been doing.

Earlier this week, the Sun ran a curious exclusive about Brad Pitt. I didn?t cover it at the time because I wasn?t sure if it was authentic, and because I didn?t really understand Pitt?s money moves. The Sun?s story was that Pitt is renting out his giant Los Feliz compound which is a series of interconnected homes in one of the most exclusive communities in LA after living there for 28 years. Why is he suddenly renting out one of the crown jewels of his real estate portfolio? Does it have anything to do with his beach house in Santa Barbara, or his recent purchase of a $40 million home in Carmel-by-the-Sea? Carmel is also a beachy California community where a lot of Hollywood types go to ?retire,? so that was in the Sun?s exclusive, that his new property in Carmel is his ?retirement home.?
That story was interesting given what we also know about Pitt?s out-of-control spending habits when it comes to Chateau Miraval. I?m sure the Miraval wines make money, but I?m also sure that Pitt has sunk millions of dollars into the Miraval money pit over dumb sh-t like ?redoing a staircase four times.? Part of the reason why Tenute del Mondo is suing Pitt is because the Miraval business is such a wreck (another reason why Jolie got out). Well, add this to the pile of curious financial stories around Brad Pitt: he and his producing partner Dede Gardner are looking to sell Plan B.
?Blonde? producer Plan B Entertainment is looking for a new blueprint. The production banner run by Brad Pitt and Dede Gardner has tapped Moelis & Co. to shop for a buyer or potential investors.
The company has a first-look deal for TV with Amazon Studios and a pact with MGM Studios for film.
Reps for Moelis & Co. declined comment. Reps for Plan B could not immediately be reached for comment.
Plan B was hatched in late 2001 as a partnership between Pitt and actor Jennifer Aniston, about four months after the two were married in July 2001. Pitt eventually took over the venture after the pair split in 2005.

The rest of the Variety story is typical industry fellatio, going on and on about how Plan B?s slate has always been so Oscar-baity. For years, I would have agreed, although I always believed that Dede Gardner was the brains behind Plan B. But this year, Plan B was dealing with a one-two punch of problematic messaging. Plan B produced Blonde, which has been widely panned and justifiably slammed for being anti-choice and insulting to Marilyn Monroe. Later this year, She Said comes out the Plan B-produced film, based on the NYT?s original reporting, about the outing of Harvey Weinstein as a serial predator. The problem there is that Pitt knew Weinstein was a serial predator and he still worked with him several times.
So, does Brad Pitt suddenly need money? Why all of this real estate shuffling and selling off one of his biggest ?assets?? Hm.

Emily Ratajkowski has always struck me as someone who is ?very online,? bordering on extremely online. Is she still like that, or did motherhood change her? She used to constantly post on social media, although she wasn?t really a Chrissy Teigen-level oversharer. Maybe it?s changed. My original thought was? I wonder why Emily isn?t saying anything about these dating Brad Pitt rumors? It?s clear that Brad?s publicist/crisis management team has provided quotes about Brad and Emily?s dating situation to anyone who will listen. Emily is online enough to know what Brad?s team is doing. I wonder if she?s playing along or if she?s waiting to see what happens next. Surely shes online enough to know some or all of whats been covered with Pitt and Angelina Jolies divorce as well. Which means I don?t see her doing anything with Pitt long-term. While Emily?s not my favorite person in the world, I think she?s smart enough to simply use Pitt for a quick hit of PR and hopefully move on.
Anyway, I also wanted to talk about how stupidly obvious Pitt?s campaign is. Earlier this week, ?sources? told Page Six that while ?Brad is not dating anybody,? he?s absolutely gone out with Emily and ?stay tuned.? People?s sources said Brad and Emily ?are spending a lot of time together? but don?t ?appear to be ?dating? formally.? And y?all know when People Magazine and Entertainment Tonight start running these stories as exclusives, they?re talking to Pitt?s people directly. So here?s ET?s story:
Things may be heating up for Brad Pitt and newly single Emily Ratajkowski, with a source telling ET that the two have been hanging out.
Brad and Emily have spent time together, but its very casual. Theyre friends, the source says. Emily recently filed for divorce and Brad is still going through his situation with Angelina [Jolie] so neither are looking for anything serious right now.

The defamation verdict in the Johnny Depp case has unsurprisingly empowered the worst men. We knew that as soon as the verdict came out, that there would be a wave of Me Too backlash, that abusers specifically high-profile celebrity abusers would sue their victims. I?m very worried about Evan Rachel Wood and I hope she has people she trusts around her. I?m completely unsurprised that in the wake of the Depp verdict, Brad Pitt has chosen to sue Angelina Jolie. He?s not suing for defamation though. He?s suing because she lawfully sold her half of Chateau Miraval, including her half of the wine business. Last year, Jolie had to go to court to remove the restraining order on Miraval, their jointly-held asset. She was successful, and by October 2021, she sold her half to Tenute del Mondo, a subsidiary of Stoli.
In the months that followed the sale, Brad has been whining to anyone who would listen about how Jolie had no right to do this (she actually went to court a few times to clear the path of the sale) and how he wasn?t given any notice (he was) and how unfair it was that she wanted to remove herself from him financially (he?s a controlling abuser, big surprise). Now he?s sued her. The Daily Mail got the first look at his lawsuit and ran it as an exclusive. It would not surprise me if Pitt?s lawyers sent the lawsuit to the Mail directly, and they definitely provided color commentary via ?a source? who called Jolie ?vindictive? and more. But now People Magazine and other outlets are running the story about the lawsuit:
Brad Pitt is accusing ex Angelina Jolie of damaging the reputation of the wine business they previously co-owned together by selling her half to a stranger. Back in 2008, the now-exes, who share six kids, bought a controlling stake in the South of France vineyard and home Chteau Miraval, where they later got married in 2014 and spent several family holidays together throughout their relationship.
In Pitts latest court filing in his ongoing battle with Jolie over the sale of Miraval, the actor, 58, claims that Jolie, 47, intentionally sought to inflict harm on him by selling her interests in the wine company. Pitt says they had agreed to never sell their respective interests in the family business without the others consent. Jolie did not immediately respond to PEOPLEs request for comment.
Pitts legal team writes in the documents, filed Friday at Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by PEOPLE, that Miraval became his passion project that grew into a multimillion-dollar global business and one of the worlds most highly regarded producers of ros wine through his work. The actor accuses Jolie of contributing nothing to Miravals success.
In the filing, Pitts lawyers say Jolie planned to sell her interest in October to Tenute del Mondo, which is bent on taking control of Miraval and is indirectly owned and controlled by Yuri Shefler, the Russian billionaire who controls the Stoli Group.
Jolie pursued and then consummated the purported sale in secret, purposely keeping Pitt in the dark, and knowingly violating Pitts contractual rights, reads the filing from Pitts team. Pitts lawsuit claims that Jolies business Nouvel owed his company Mondo Bongo the right of first refusal, and the sale infringed on that right. Jolie, who filed for divorce in 2016, was previously cleared to sell her share of the estate in September.
Pitts team says Shefler launched a hostile takeover of Miraval and is trying to get ahold of confidential and proprietary information for the benefit of his competing enterprise. The documents accuse Shefler of having cutthroat business tactics and dubious professional associations, which in turn jeopardizes the reputation of the brand Pitt so carefully built. They add: Jolie has sought to force Pitt into partnership with a stranger, and worse yet, a stranger with poisonous associations and intentions.
Pitt is seeking damages in an amount to be proven at trial plus the purported sale made by Jolie to be declared null and void.
The actor is asking for a trial by jury. Pitt is suing for breach of implied-in-fact contract; breach of quasi-contract, pleaded in the alternative; breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; abuse of rights under Article 6-1 of the Luxembourg Civil Code; tortious interference with contractual relations; tortious interference with prospective business relations; and constructive trust.

?Pitts team says Shefler launched a hostile takeover of Miraval? from what I?ve heard, Pitt?s team continued to keep their new business partners in the dark about their business practices and Tenute del Mondo gave Pitt and his team ample opportunity to work together in good faith. When that didn?t work, Tenute del Mondo got the French authorities involved and they?re uncovering a lot of fraudulent sh-t going on in Miraval. I mean, that?s what I?ve heard. The whole reason why Jolie wanted out of Miraval is because Pitt cut her out of the business and he acted as if she didn?t own half of the property. Anyway, I can?t wait to see if Pitt hires Johnny Depp?s misogynist troll army.
