I keep forgetting that Jennifer Lawrence is dating Some Guy. His name is Cooke Maroney, and he?s involved in the art world he works for a gallery or something. It?s a bit like Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn everything is low-key, or maybe everything is performatively low-key. In Jennifer and Cooke?s case, I do think it?s pretty low-key, genuinely. We can go months without hearing about them, which is probably why I keep forgetting that they?re a thing. Anyway, Us Weekly has a vague update: Cooke and Jen are in it for the long haul. Or something.
For Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney, the odds are in their favor! ?Things between them are very serious,? an insider exclusively reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly, noting that the actress, 28, and the art gallerist, 33, have already moved in together. ?They definitely appear to be in it for the long haul.?
Us first reported in June that the pair had been seeing each other for a few weeks. ?Cooke plays very coy when speaking about her to his friends and colleagues,? a source told Us at the time. ?He is clearly smitten about her.?

I tend to think of this kind of relationship as ?pulling a Hathaway.? After dating and fooling around with a few problematic men (one of them a major con artist), Anne Hathaway just started going with a Normal Guy, and then they got married and had a kid and everything worked out. After several okay-to-awful relationships with famous dudes, maybe Jennifer is pulling a Hathaway. She?s tired of the drama. So she?s just going to settle down with a Normal. Maybe. I tend to think this guy is just a filler relationship before she finds another famous boyfriend, but what do I know.

We all know that Kim Kardashian is one of the most superficial and mindless consumers in the world. She?s not so much a person as a collection of social media sponcon and unearned privilege and wealth. We?ve known for years that Kim spends a fortune on her kids, buying them designer clothes and giving them tons of expensive sh-t that they outgrow in a month or get bored with in a day. The Kardashian-West kids have baby Lambos and Chanel purses and toddler Hummers and diamond necklaces. It?s like the worst on America, on steroids. But even this bugged me: when Kim was in Japan, she bought mini-Louis Vuitton purses for all of the ?baby girls? in the family:
Kim Kardashian West went all out on Christmas gifts for her famous family this past holiday! On Tuesday, Kardashian West, 38, revealed she bought Louis Vuitton Speedy Mini handbags for her daughters North, 5, and Chicago, 11 mos, and nieces Penelope, 6, Dream, 2, Stormi, 11 mos, and True, 8 mos.
?I got these for all of the baby girls in the fam for Xmas from Japan,? Kardashian West wrote over the Instagram Stories photo, which showed the multicolored bags from the Takashi Murakami Collection, which launched in 2003. In total, Kardashian West brought back eight bags, explaining she ?kept one for myself and extras for the future,? after a fan asked who the remaining purses were for.

I?m including the photo below I know a lot of people love those Murakami LV bags, but am I alone in thinking they?re just kind of tacky, nouveau riche status symbols? If I had the money, I would spend a fortune on handbags, to be clear I would buy up so many great-quality Marc Jacobs, Kate Spade and Hermes purses, it would make your head spin. But I wouldn?t waste my money on those LV purses. Also: Stormi and True are less than a year old, wtf do they care about a status symbol purse? They?re probably happier playing with a box, or mama?s keys.

At this point, I truly am open to any and all conspiracies involving Justin Bieber, especially regarding his marriage to Hailey Baldwin (now Hailey Bieber). It was definitely one of the weirder stories of 2018, and it will probably get even weirder in 2019. Hailey and Justin The Biebers are dividing their time between California, New York and Canada. Reportedly, Justin really wants to spend more time in Canada, taking a break from music and LA and that whole world. I?ve wondered if Hailey would get pregnant right away? and Us Weekly says she probably will.
Babies are definitely on the brain for Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber. ?They?re both super family-oriented and are excited about the next chapter of their lives together,? a source says in the new issue of Us Weekly. ?Hailey can?t wait to be a mom.?
The model, 22, has even opened up about her excitement of starting a family with the singer, 24. ?I love kids,? she said in the December issue of Vogue Arabia, noting, ?I would say now that?s a closer reality.? But don?t expect them to expand their family right away soon as she added that she and her husband ? the duo married in September ? have no specific plans to have children ?any time soon.? Personally, I?m just thinking about Hailey?s life and career long-term. Unquestionably, Justin has been GREAT for her career. Hailey went from ?a nepotism model no one cared about? to one of the most talked-about ?models? in the world. She?s booked tons of jobs in the last six months of 2018. She has endorsements and beauty contracts and she?s getting to walk the best runways of every fashion week. That would obviously change once she got pregnant, but would that change be the worst? If hooking up with Bieber helped her career, it would follow that having a Bieber Baby would help too? But long-term, yeah, she would be tied to Justin FOREVER.

The Cut has one of their how I get it done pieces with Kelly Ripa. Those are so interesting, I just bookmarked that section. Around the time Ryan Seacrest joined Kelly as co-host in early 2017, I stopped paying attention to her. Thats the highest level of being fed up with a celebrity, ignoring them. She had a long process of choosing a co-host, with so much drama. Then she ended up with a known abuser. Maybe this is a case of women being blamed for trash men. Those men are often the most superficially charming, especially when they want something from you. You dont get to Ryan Seacrests level without kissing a lot of asses.
Kellys interview is interesting. I love hearing about peoples routines as Im all about schedules and processes. I was surprised that she wakes up so late, around 5:30 to 6:00. I expected to hear 4:00 or 4:30 am. (My alarm is set to 5:00 but I usually wake up at 4:30.) She showers and does half her makeup before leaving the house. She works out in the afternoon, around 3 to 5, and I would assume she does one of those half-showers afterwards where she doesnt wash her hair. The most interesting part, to me, was that she spends her down time watching Hoarders with her kids. She has three children with Mark Consuelos: Michael, 21, who is almost done with college, Lola, 17, and Joaquin, 15. Mark is away filming Riverdale so they Facetime a lot.
How she exercises
And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I?ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT ? which is cardio-based dance classes ? about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it?s so gorgeous.
She watches Hoarders with her kids
I stopped being able to help my kids with their homework at around fifth grade. I make dinner or we order in, depending on the night of the week. Joaquin is the last to eat so I?m reheating his dinner. Lately we?ve had this bizarre routine of watching Hoarders. It used to be on A&E but the kids found it on Netflix. They?ll climb into bed with me and we watch a couple episodes. Then I like to read interesting novels. Right now, I?m reading Give Me Your Hand by Megan Abbott. It?s about a bunch of doctors trying to get coveted assignments for their Ph.Ds.
Shes great at editing
I discovered four years ago that I?m really good at proofreading college essays. I think kids now are so used to texting and having autocorrect attached to their computers and phones that they don?t pay attention to the punctuation they missed or little tiny details that a good old-fashioned red pen and a mom brain can find for them.

I can definitely relate to not being able to help my kid with his homework, especially math, starting around fifth grade. Sometimes I can help by reading questions from the book, but I wouldnt know the content unless I had the material in front of me. I don?t miss having to memorize and learn so much for school. Like Kelly Im good at editing, though! Thats one thing I can definitely help with.
As for Kelly?s body, shes so fit because of her routine and how much she loves to work out. She could be more voluptuous if she ate more and exercised less but that probably seems impossible as she enjoys it and its such a part of her day. Also I pegged her for a morning workout person. That must be why I expected her to wake up earlier.
Oh and I cant watch Hoarders! Ive tried and images of people living with layers of dog poop on the floor still haunt me.

Lindsay Lohan?s MTV reality show, Lindsay Lohan?s Beach Club, debuted last night. It didn?t feel like she really did that much advanced promotion for it, as she was only seen out and about on the day the show premiered, and that?s when most of her interviews dropped too. What I?m enjoying about this haphazard-seeming promotion is that? no one seems to be whitewashing Lindsay or pretending that everything is just fine with her. She sat down for an interview with Variety, and in the lead-up to the interview, Variety noted that ?Her last theatrical movie, ?The Canyons,? came out six years ago, and even independent directors stopped casting her because she wouldn?t show up to set.? Variety also notes that ?One sign of how many bridges she?s burned: Several of her former colleagues declined to be interviewed about what it was like to work with her.? Ouch. This comeback is rocky AF. You can read the full interview here. Some highlights:
She was thrilled the first time she saw herself in a tabloid: ?The first time I was in a tabloid. ?I was like, ?Oh, my God, I feel like Britney Spears!? because she was in a tabloid and I felt cool. Little did I know what would happen from there.?
Why does she think people refuse to hire her: ?I think there?s a misconception that people still have about me, and I think it?s unfortunate. Hopefully, this will change people?s perception once and for all.
Her mistakes were so long ago, you guys: ?Ten years ago. I just don?t want to seem like a martyr. But it?s in the past. I always say to people, ?You do realize that was over 10 years ago?? But it was definitely unfair and unjust at certain times, especially as a girl. I worked at the morgue. I?ve been through the ringer. It was horrible. But from those things, I became a lot stronger.
Whether there is a ?Disney curse?: ?I don?t feel cursed? It was different then. There was less protection. So maybe that was the struggle. People know you so young and people are chasing you, and then instead of going to college, you have a month or two months off and you want to go to a club and that?s ?bad.? I don?t think there?s any curse with Disney. That?s just a dark thing to say. If anything, it was a blessing, because we?re all still here.
What Hollywood needs to do to bring about equality: ?Stop giving me s?! Stop rehashing my past for no reason, because everything is different now.?
Whether she misses living in America: ?Yeah, of course. I miss seeing my family. But my brother comes out every other month, and my sister is coming back with me. My mom came to Mykonos, but she didn?t want to be there when I was filming. We make time to see each other, and I talk to them every day when I?m in Dubai at odd hours whenever they call.
Her career goals: ?To work with Martin Scorsese. Work with Spielberg. I don?t know. I think goals are limitless, and there?s always going to be something new that I want to do. I just want to make people happy, and I want to stay happy.
Whether she considers herself a feminist: ?I?m just Lindsay Lohan. Whatever that is.

Prepare yourselves, because I?m about to give Lindsay credit for something: I appreciate that she?s not trying to build a comeback for herself with a narrative of ?I was victimized and bullied.? Lindsay really isn?t anyone?s victim, that?s not how she sees herself or defines herself. No, her comeback is built on ?it happened a decade ago!? Spoiler: a lot of that stuff happened more recently than a decade ago. The multiple trials and rehab stays and court proceedings and crack shenanigans were still happening in 2011, 2012, 2013, etc. Also: I laughed so hard at her answer about equality in Hollywood. Yes, the only thing keeping women from being equal in Hollywood is ?people giving Lindsay sh-t for her past.?
