Earlier this week, Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler both posted the same flowery BS statement on Instagram that they were divorcing with love and respect for one another. That was not supported at all by their separate divorce filings, which had different separation dates. Kristin also cited inappropriate marital conduct by Jay as a reason for divorce. (According to experts cited in US and People, TN is a fault state so that could mean any number of things including adultery, drug use or abuse. It doesnt have to be nefarious.) As Hecate pointed out yesterday, theres a rumor that Jay is about to join CBS as a football commentator, which might motivate him to file quickly so Kristin doesnt get her hands on that contract money. E!, the network that airs Kristins reality show, reports that Kristin was blindsided by Jays filing on Friday and thought that they were doing ok and working things out. Theyre also living in the same house still, albeit in different areas.
Things are very tense between Jay and Kristin right now, explains the insider. They are on opposite sides of the house and only communicate in regards to the childrens needs. They have barely spoken since the Bahamas trip. Its really a power struggle between the two of them.

Now, were told Kristin and Jay are gearing up for a custody battle regarding Camden, 7, and Jaxon, 5, and daughter Saylor, 4. Another source says the Uncommon James CEO is planning to fight for full custody because she feels she can raise the kids in the safest environment.
For now, Kristin and Jay are keeping their distance. Prior to their official split, which we now know was a long time coming, the source says they were separately splitting their time between the main home and other residences while the kids remained together.
Shes very upset over all of this and is leaning on her close friends right now and focusing on her businesses. Kristins work is keeping her spirits up and shes very proud of her accomplishments, something Jay never acknowledged, the source notes.

If Kristin was blindsided, she either had an awesome lawyer to have filed on her behalf so quickly after Jay, or she already had something in the works and just pulled the trigger. Also, theres the possibility that all of this has been amplified to draw attention to Kristins reality show and/or get her a fourth season. Theres always the question of what is real on a show like this and what theyre playing up for headlines. I believe that they want a divorce of course, but theres a lot of back and forth to this and Kristin is surely loving the coverage.

News to check around on the state of his marriage to Megan Fox. Megan and BAG have had a couple of splits in their time, some of them happening before they married in 2010, and at least one big separation during their marriage. She first filed for divorce in 2015, and then the divorce plans faded because he got her pregnant with their third. They were still living together as of last year, but now it seems like they?ve separated again?
Nearly a year since Megan Foxdismissed her divorce case, she and Brian Austin Green appear to be taking some space. The couple, who are parents to three children together and wed in 2010, have been living separately, a source told E! News exclusively. They dont plan to file divorce right now, our insider shared.
To further spread speculation, Brian has not been wearing his wedding ring on recent outings including a visit to the grocery store this weekend.
The Hollywood pair have a bumpy romantic history, beginning with their broken engagement in 2009, three years after the Beverly Hills, 90210 star popped the question. The two ultimately got back together and tied the knot the following year. Five years of marriage and two sons later, Megan filed for divorce in 2015, citing irreconcilable differences.
However, the relationship was not over. The following year, amid a pending divorce filing, the actress stepped out with a baby bump, revealing that she and Brian were expecting their third child together. This pregnancy was not planned, but when they found out, they were extremely happy, a source told E! News at the time.
Things seemed to be going smoothly for the longtime couple, especially after Megan filed to dismiss their years-old divorce proceedings last April. In December 2019, they even made their first joint red carpet appearance in five years.

True story: if I had a beach house right now, I would probably go there during the pandemic. I mean, I would listen to local and state officials and if they said ?don?t travel, don?t go to your beach house,? I wouldn?t travel. But I would love to be chilling out with a beach view right now. And isn?t that what California governor Gavin Newsom said? As of this week, Gov. Newsom has talked about the plan to ease some lockdown restrictions gradually, but California is still under an ?essential travel only? order. But that didn?t stop Kendall Jenner from going on a road trip to Sedona, Arizona with her latest basketball-player boyfriend. CAN WE NOT.
Kendall Jenner has a special quarantine pal NBA superstar Devin Booker and they just social distanced in the back of his Maybach together for a quick road trip to Sedona! TMZ Sports has footage of the two during a quick bathroom break at a rest stop near the Arizona city and its not like they were trying to keep a low profile.
As you can see in the clip, the two rolled up in Devins super-fancy Mercedes-Benz Maybach (they usually cost around $200k). Plus, hes 65 and plays for the Phoenix Suns. And, shes 510 and one of the most famous people in the world! Witnesses tell us they certainly LOOKED like a couple during the stop, but sources close to Devin and Kendall insist theyre just friends.
One source puts it this way Kendall and friends have a small social circle amongst the group, who have been following the same social distancing and physical distancing guidelines. Devin is a friend and is part of the small group. They took a road trip for some much-needed air but were told they made a concentrated effort to minimize interactions with other people.
24-year-old Kendall and 23-year-old Devin have been friends for years in fact, they went on a double date with their significant others at the time back in 2018. She was with Ben Simmons. He was with Jordyn Woods! Booker is one of the top young players in the NBA hes currently in the middle of a 5-year $158 million contract with the Suns.

Taylor Swift made news last week because she disavowed the ?live album? being released by her old label, the one purchased by Scooter Braun with the help of various investors. Much like the Kanye West beef, I get tired of relitigating Taylor?s Scooter Braun beef, especially because she?s taking some really strange tangents. Apparently, it?s no longer just about her beef with Scooter Braun, she?s also saying sh-t about George Soros consistently now. One of Soros? companies helped finance Braun?s purchase of Big Machine. Taylor is attacking Soros now too, calling him ?shamelessly greedy.? Soros is a favorite boogeyman for right-wing media, and when Fox News talks about ?Soros? anything, that?s the dog-whistle for ?Jewish people.? Not that Taylor or her people take my advice, but I hope someone is telling her that this really isn?t the argument she wants to make?
Anyway, I?m more curious about how Taylor is spending her lockdown, especially since she?s been pretty good about keeping quiet. We haven?t seen her in public in more than a month. She warned her fans mid-March to stay home and go into lockdown, which I appreciated. Apparently, Swift told People Magazine that she?s just cooking and drinking wine:

In early April, the 30-year-old pop star acted as a DJ for SiriusXMs Hits 1 n chill show, where she revealed to fans that much of her time these days is spent at home reading, cooking, and watching old movies.
But mostly I?ve been online trying to figure out how to help others, and just constantly in awe of our first responders and our emergency workers and our healthcare professionals who are putting themselves in danger every single day that they go to work, she said.

I wonder if Taylor is a good cook. For some reason, I imagine she?s a better baker, which I?ve always felt is a separate skill. There are plenty of great cooks who can?t bake for sh-t, and vice versa. Like, I would trust Taylor to be able to whip up a cake or a batch of cookies from scratch before I?d trust her to do a good brisket. But maybe she?s taking this time to improve her cooking skills. Lots of people are, from what I can see. Meanwhile, I got takeout from the same place twice this weekend.
