Last week, Vanity Fair did a lovely wrap-up piece about Prince Harry?s NYC trip: ?Prince Harry?s Transition From Working Royal to Global Advocate Is Now Complete.? I agree while Harry?s meetings and appearances weren?t huge stories, his trip showed that he?s booked and busy and he has a lot on his plate. VF had details about the meetings and events associated with Sentebale, African Parks, The HALo Trust, Travalyst, The Diana Award and more. VF also editorialized a bit which I enjoyed:
Harry?s CGI speech: When Harry took the stage at the Clinton Global Initiative on Tuesday morning, it was clear just how far he had come as a speaker and a public figure. He paced the stage, TED Talk?style, and used his personal cell phone as a visual aid. He began by discussing the Space Race, using it as an extended metaphor for the unforeseen effects that technology can have on our politics. Compared to the uplifting yet somewhat hesitant speeches he used to give five years ago, the prince was brimming with purpose when talking about Big Tech.
All business: In under 72 hours, he packed in at least seven events with a handful of his charities, some of which have counted him as a patron for more than a decade. He gave prepared remarks at most of the events, which meant he was switching gears from subjects ranging from youth empowerment to minefields and conflict to the climate impacts of travel to the ongoing HIV/AIDS crisis in Southern Africa at the drop of the hat.
Harry?s role is different: Where William and Charles have walked the line of representing British government interests while establishing themselves as global leaders in fighting climate change, Harry?s role outside of the palace means he?s coming as a representative of himself?and his ideas. His comments this week reveal a direct point of view now, formed both by his years in the royal family, the research he?s done, and the experiences he?s had outside of it.
Project-driven: Harry and Meghan have always been more project-driven than his Windsor family relatives, a quality which was previously met with skepticism and some disdain from the palace staff. ?You can say what you want about Meghan, but she works incredibly hard,? an insider told Vanity Fair?s Katie Nicholl in 2020, months after their royal exit. ?The problem is she and Harry have a tendency to hatch big projects over dinner and expect them to be actioned within days.? It?s now been four years since they started their Archewell Foundation, and in his whirlwind trip, Harry?s charity appearances made the implicit argument that he has a lot to show for his years outside of the palace.
[From Vanity Fair]
That last part ?Harry?s charity appearances made the implicit argument that he has a lot to show for his years outside of the palace? is exactly why there was so much energy towards ?Meghan is a bully? last week. The aim was distraction, the aim was to minimize Harry?s work. Speaking of, the NY Post ran this: ?Prince Harry debuted his reinvention in NYC, but it was ?hijacked? by ?Duchess Difficult? Meghan.? To hear the Post tell it, you?d think that United Nations diplomats are simply glued to Us Weekly for breaking royal news. This piece also told me that Harry?s brother is incandescent with jealousy over Harry?s busy trip.
The Post claims Meghan hijacked Harry?s newscycle: We were with the renegade royal as he toured the Big Apple; talking about his hopes for the future and making fun of his troubled past. He also revealed how important it is for him to follow in his mother, Princess Diana?s footsteps, which always pulls at the heartstrings. All in all, he proved yet again that he can be immensely likable and charming, when he wants to be. But even though she was back at the couple?s California mansion, Harry?s wife made her presence known. The Sussex camp enrolled a cast list of staffers past and present to hit back after claims were again made that Megan, the Duchess of Sussex is, in fact, ?Duchess Difficult?. One political insider in NY for the UN General Assembly (UNGA) told us, ?This totally hijacked any coverage Harry got?it was quite an own goal.?
Harry the wannabe statesman? Sources told Page Six that, despite everything, this is the direction Harry wants to take; he wants to be seen as a statesman and philanthropist. However, the political insider told Page Six he has some way to go before he can claim the kind of impact made by Hollywood stars such as Matt Damon and Jennifer Garner, with her kids charity ?Once Upon a Farm?. Sophia Bush also spoke at the Clinton event. She?s a well known humanitarian and launched her charity, ?Pencils of Promise?, a 2008-founded nonprofit that has built more than 550 schools, largely in Ghana, Guatemala and Laos. The insider said, ?Harry has got a long way to go to be remotely on the same level as Matt Damon. He?s not yet viewed as a statesman ? or as a celebrity who has really made a huge philanthropic impact. He?s not like Jennifer Garner [or] Sophia Bush ? those are real social impact activists.?
Stay out of the tabloids, Harry! ?You?ll have to watch this space to see how far Harry can go,? said another political source who has worked with President Barack Obama, ?If he can get his personal issues out of the tabloids, he might well achieve some big things.?
[From Page Six]
I?m sorry, but why is ?He?s not like Jennifer Garner [or] Sophia Bush ? those are real social impact activists? so funny to me? I mean zero disrespect to Sophia or J-Garn, they?re doing their own work and it?s all completely admirable. But to use their names to disparage Harry, the founder of the Invictus Games? You?re telling me Sophia Bush is a more globally recognized activist and advocate than Prince Harry? The sources/insiders claiming this are not serious people. Anyway, in case you missed it, the people who have spent years smearing Meghan and now really mad that she?s fought back at long last.

I love watching Architectural Digest?s YouTube channel. Some of those crazy expensive houses that they highlight are to die for. I?m absolutely one of those people who loves looking at real estate listings for fun while d-cking around on the Internet during downtime. I really like when AD does the celebrity home tours. I can trace this back all the way to Mariah Carey?s 2002 MTV Cribs tour! That one was so iconic. Remember when she showed off her insane bathroom only to then confess to having only used the shower one time because she couldn?t figure out all of the knobs to turn it off? Absolute diva.
Anyway, Jennifer Garner did an AD tour last week for her custom-designed Los Angeles mansion. It?s absolutely gorgeous and although it?s super fancy, it?s also pretty down-to-earth. The video is around 11 minutes long and shows off a stunning living room with giant doors that open up to extend it out into a giant patio, a crazy ?slumber party? room with a bunch of bunk beds for when her kids have friends over, and a Harry Potter-themed reading nook/office for her 12-year-old son, Samuel, which is, appropriately, in a space underneath the staircase.
Jennifer Garner opened up her gorgeous Los Angeles home for an Architectural Digest tour and it did not disappoint. From a Harry Potter-themed office for her son to an unofficial slumber party room, Garners home both centered on her children while simultaneously showcasing stunning design.
Garner, who built her home with designers Steve and Brooke Giannetti, walked fans through the modest mansion.
I?m such a private person about my home and here I?ve just taken you through the entire house, and really it?s for a couple of reasons, the actor said in the Architectural Digest video.
I?ve never built anything all by myself before, and I?m so proud of it. I?m filled with gratitude every time I walk into my house, that I get to live here, that I?m so lucky to have my kids here. It?s unlike me, and yet I?m so happy to have shared it with you.
Garner shares her three kids ? Violet, 18, and Fin, 15, and son Samuel, 12 ? with ex-husband Ben Affleck. Throughout the tour, she mentions her kids activities in the home.
While showcasing the living room area ? which featured an entire back wall of large sliding glass doors that open to create an indoor-outdoor space ? Garner jokes that sometimes she has to look away when damp teens come inside from the pool.
?The only problem is, if my kids are having their class pool party here or something, it?s very hard to keep wet kids out of the house, she jokes. I have to really just stand guard and say, ?Get away.? I?ll look over, and there will be two wet teenagers playing the piano, and I?m just like, OK, don?t look, don?t look.'
Garner adds that shes so happy with her cozy home, which she said makes you feel like (youre) inside a treehouse.
You know how you just imagine it, and then some day you have a perfect moment where it actually comes true? That is a, like, (chef?s kiss) kind of moment, she says.
She showed off several gathering areas inside the home, including a gorgeous blue library/TV room, a study area with a giant fish tank and reading nook as well as a slumber party room with several bunk beds.
Garner also revealed her sons Harry Potter-themed office, which, fittingly, is a small room under the staircase. Noting Garner and her kids are huge fans of the series ? which opens on an 11-year-old Potter who lives in a cupboard under the stairs ? they decided to make the room similarly magical. Painted a dark blue with darks and other fantastical elements, Garner says the room is meant to be a little spot for him to come in and dream.
Mostly he hides from me and eats candy but I can?t blame him, she jokes. I?d do the same thing.
[From Today]
Jen?s house is so nice! It really fits her personality. I love the Harry Potter office nook! That?s so clever. That outdoor deck and pool area is incredible, too. I also love that Jen confesses to keeping her children?s toys from when they were younger easily accessible because once in a while, as ?big kids,? they?ll still pull those old toys out and play with them. That is so relatable because it?s so true! You know Jen Garner is that mom who takes Uno or some puzzle out on the weekends for them to do together while talking about life. At the end of the tour, she explains that she?s ?so proud? of her house because she?s never built anything by herself before. I?m a big Jen fan going back to her Alias days and I?m really happy that she?s successful and not an a-hole about it.

Ben Affleck celebrated his 52nd birthday last Thursday. While there were photos of Jennifer Garner stopping by his house on his birthday, many of us believed that his current wife, Jennifer Lopez, avoided her Leo husband on his birthday (the same way he avoided her on her birthday). But no, it turns out that J.Lo did stop by his house for a small family birthday party:
Ben Affleck celebrated his birthday exactly how he wanted. A source tells PEOPLE the actor marked his 52nd birthday on Thursday, Aug. 15 with a small birthday celebration at home with his kids.
Its exactly what he wanted. He didnt want to go out to celebrate. The kids had gifts for him, and it was cute, says the source. Jennifer [Lopez] stopped by to congratulate him.
Affleck is a parent to kids Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, who was spotted visiting the actors rental home in Brentwood, Calif., earlier in the day, according to photos obtained by Page Six. Lopez, 55, was spotted departing Afflecks rental home hours after Garners visit in photos obtained by The Daily Mail.
The kids were with Ben for most of the day. He didnt leave the house at all for his birthday, the insider says.
[From People]
That is a very dad thing, to not want to do anything for their birthday besides sit in their chair and eat, and have their kids around. Dads don?t want to go to Chili?s or Nobu. They want their kids to bring them takeout and gifts. They want to watch a dad movie with their kids too. I?m glad Ben got the day he wanted. Meanwhile, after that, Ben and J-Garner flew to Connecticut with all of their kids. Because Violet is going to Yale, and the whole family came together to move Violet into her dorm. People Mag had a story about that too:
Ben Affleck is busy helping his daughter Violet prepare for college. The actor marked his 52nd birthday on Aug. 15 and has been under heightened public scrutiny over the state of his marriage with Jennifer Lopez.
However, Affleck has been very focused on getting Violet ready for move-in, a source tells PEOPLE. The 18-year-old, eldest of the three kids he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, is starting classes soon at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
It?s, of course, a huge deal for the whole family, and they?ve all been so excited the last few weeks, the source adds.
[From People]
Personally, I don?t think it?s some big deal that J.Lo was not invited to Violet?s move-in at Yale. They wanted to keep it for the immediate family, and it doesn?t look like Garner invited her partner/boyfriend either. I also think that Ben is trying to tell people that he hasn?t been focused on his marriage drama in recent months because he was more focused on his oldest leaving home. Now that Violet is off to college, will Ben file for divorce? Hm.
Also: Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk were also in New Haven over the weekend, because Brad?s son Brody is also a Yale freshman. So in this case, the freshman?s stepmother was invited to his move-in? Apparently. Gwyneth?s son Moses will be a freshman at Brown this year too I guess Brown?s move-in day/week is after Yale?s?

Jennifer Garner has really built up her whole brand on being a ?relatable mom.? I like Garner going back to her Alias days. I know she and Ben Affleck used to do those church and farmers market type family walks for the paparazzi, but since they?ve been divorced, she seems to be a lot more lowkey. I could not even tell you who her new boyfriend is or what he looks like. Part of Jennifer?s public persona is doing videos on Instagram. In a recent video, she showed her followers what?s in her backpack. It starts out innocent, with pens, books, an iPad, and candy. Then, things start to get a little nutty.
?What?s in my bag? I?m embarrassed to even show you ?. ,? Garner, 51, teased via Instagram on Saturday, November 25. The actress proceeded to pull everything out of her backpack for her followers to see. The contents started out normal enough, with a notebook, glasses case and ?a little pouch of pens because pens are life.?
However, the Family Switch actress quickly learned that like a squirrel she hoards nuts ? and candy ? for the winter.
?A little tiny bag of nuts,? she said while pulling a plastic bag out of her carry-all. ?I?m gonna keep these ? just kidding.?
Garner was then surprised to see that she had another plastic bag of nuts and multiple prepackaged varieties of the food item, including two pistachio snacks, in her bag as well. ?Nuts. Nuts. Nuts. Nuts,? she said as one by one she unveiled another bag.
The 13 Going on 30 star broke into laughter and started to cry as she kept finding more nuts. ?I?m so scared I?m not going to have any nuts,? she joked through her tears, revealing that she counted eight bags in total.
Garner?s second biggest bag revelation was that she had both empty and full bags of candies hidden deep in her backpack. ?Gotta have your candy handy,? she joked after finding two bags of the same brand. While Garner also carried two books and an iPad, it was her food choices that caught the attention of her fans and friends.
?You are adorable ,? Courteney Cox replied in the comments, while Mindy Kaling agreed, ?Pens are LIFE.?
Reese Witherspoon, meanwhile, wrote what many of Garner?s followers were thinking, commenting, ?So many nuts!! Are you a squirrel? .? One fan went as far as to call Garner ?the Mary Poppins of nuts.?
[From Us Weekly]
?The Mary Poppins of nuts? is absolutely hilarious. The entire video is a really fun watch. It?s also relatable to someone like me, who carries around a tote bag full of ?What if I need these?? items when, really, I would get by just fine with only a clutch, lol. I am also a person who believes that pens are life and The Giver (in her bag because she?s reading with her son) is one of my favorite books. The bag is, well, a Relatable Mom bag.
But back to all the nuts! You never know when you?re going to get hungry and nuts are a good snack option. The immature part of me wonders if she was also giggling at saying the word ?nuts? so many times. My kindergartener once brought home a school library book that was about a squirrel hunting for nuts and by page four, I was crying from laughing so hard. Every sentence was something to the effect of, ?I love nuts! Nuts are yummy! I want to eat some nuts!? I truly burst out laughing every time I said the word. Then, my nine-year-old heard me laughing and came into the room and started chanting ?Deez nuts.?
Also, I may be the last person to know this but just in case I?m not, heres a little PSA: Last night, I discovered that Alias is on Disney+ and Amazon Prime. It really gave me a hankering to do a rewatch. I love the first three seasons of that show and it?s been a good 15 years since my last rewatch. (It was possibly right after The Hangover came out.) It may be time to revisit the world of Sydney Bristow and the yummy Michael Vaughn.

Jennifer Garner has a new Apple TV+ mini-series out based on the Laura Dave book, The Last Thing He Told Me. I was going back and forth on reading the book. Now I?m debating if I read it or just watch Jen?s series instead. It?s got a great cast with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Aisha Tyler and Angourie Rice (Siobhan from Mare of Easttown). But Jen?s the lead and shes out promoting it. She said the project spoke to her because it?s so much about becoming a parent (she plays a stepmom to Angourie). While on Today, Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie asked how Jen was able to keep her kids off social media. Jen said she requires them to submit a scientific argument of the benefits if they want to log on. However, she acknowledges that while it?s worked to keep 17-year-old Violet off, she?s got ?a few more to go? and who knows if she?ll hold out on her decision.
The 50-year-old actress served as a guest on Tuesdays installment of Today and told hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager that she challenged her teenagers to show her how social media can be beneficial.
I just said to my kids, Show me the articles that prove that social media is good for teenagers, and then well have the conversation,' said Garner, who shares daughters Violet, 17, and Seraphina Rose, 14, along with son Samuel, 11, with her ex-husband Ben Affleck.
She added that she also told her three children to Find scientific evidence that matches what I have, that says that its not good for teenagers. Then well chat.
As for how theyre coping without social media, Garner said, My eldest is grateful.
The Yes Day star added that only time will tell if she has a change of heart with her two younger children.
Well see. I mean, its a long haul, she shared. I have a couple more to go, so just knock on wood. Well see if I really hang in there.

| Jennifer Garner on her 50th birthday: 'I basically had a wedding for myself' | Added 740 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Jennifer Garner was seen out at a Big Brother Big Sisters Gala in LA last night with a new haircut, a lob, in a lighter color. She also got caramel highlights. Garner was in a crisp white suit and shes wearing a ring on her left ring finger. That makes me wonder if its an engagement ring, which weve speculated about before. Shes been with entrepreneur John Miller for years. It isnt a typical engagement ring though and it matches her bracelet. Garner likely realized that people would speculate about it and that may be why she kept her hand in her pocket for most of the photos.
I love everything about her look here, including her styling. The haircut and color suit her! Her makeup also looks great. As I was looking for stories about Garner I found her cover interview with Town & Country, which came out at the end of October but Im just seeing it now. Its mostly a profile of her tireless work with Save The Children, to which shes dedicated over a decade. There arent a lot of big quotes from her except for the one I put in the title that she sort of threw herself a wedding for her 50th birthday in April.
Addressing that word, nice, she says, ?I have no reason not to be nice. My life is lovely.? But, she adds, ?I?m not always just nice. I can also be salty, and I can be taciturn, or I can be really serious about what I want to get done. It?s not that I feel I?m underestimated in that way?I?m not afraid to stand up for myself and say, ?Just so you know, this isn?t going to fly with me.? When that happens, I don?t want you to be shocked that I?m a real person.?
In April she did do something out of character: She threw herself a splashy 50th birthday party. ?I basically had a wedding for myself,? she says with a laugh. ?I was so shocked that I was doing it.? But her birthday fell on Easter weekend, and after she invited her sisters and her parents, well, it snowballed. Just let the record show she also asked her guests to fill 5,000 backpacks each with enough food to feed a family of four for a program called Blessings in a Backpack.
?I put everyone to work,? she says. And then they danced to ?Rocky Top? by the Osborne Brothers
Suddenly I wondered if Garner has some unfinished business with Hollywood. ?I don?t know,? she says, genuinely thinking about it. ?Because I?m not ambitious in that way. Do I feel I?m owed some kind of accolades or something? Not really. I?ve kind of played it differently. How lucky am I that I?ve gotten to work all this time and raise a family? It?s more that the work truly comes from a place of love. I love being with a crew. I love being part of a crew. And I love when I get to be on set. It?s different from anywhere else. It?s just mine?
?I treat Save the Children like a job?and it?s a job I take as seriously as any job. I mean, how you do anything is how you do everything.?
[From Town & Country]
I like that quote how you do anything is how you do everything. Garner has definitely worked hard for Save the Children and the T&C profile is full of people singing her praises, including Maria Shriver and her brother Mark Shriver, the head of Save the Children. As for throwing herself a wedding for her birthday Selena Gomez just admitted she did that too. You may as well embrace the milestone birthdays with parties if thats your thing. My 50th is coming up and Im taking suggestions. There will definitely be a custom cake involved. My friend Karen just did a girls trip for hers!

| Jennifer Garner: be cautious when it comes to injecting your face | Added 841 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Jennifer Garner has an interview in Harper?s Bazaar. It?s mostly about beauty secrets but also about Jen?s TikTok and her Pretend Cooking Show. It?s a nice fluff piece and Jen is promoting her hairstylist, Adir Abergels, line. Most of the beauty talk is about hair. I wouldn?t single Jen out as a hair person but she does have great hair so I probably should. Mostly Jen is a wash and go kind of gal. But her main piece of beauty advice is to wait on any kind of intervention. If you are going to start with injectables, hold off as long as possible.
Her hair care: My day usually starts with a really hard workout. Then, it gets all gross, so I have to wash it?most likely with the Virtue Recovery or the Full line. I always do a mask over the weekend to treat my hair. Once I?m out of the shower and give it a towel dry, I always use a little 6-in-1.
And then, I am really into the new Frizz Block Smoothing Spray right now. I didn?t realize that I had frizz in my hair until I used it in this heat we?ve been having?and I realized that, yep, I do have frizz. I was recently in Chicago speaking for Once Upon a Farm and Save the Children, and it was so humid. The Frizz Block totally saved me. And it also preserved my blow dry and kept my hair frizz free for up to 72 hours.
Her beauty advice: My beauty advice is always the same: Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look at the rest of the world to see what you could be using your time for instead. We all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn?t do you any good. You obsess over changes or how to fix something on your face.
My advice is to look at the mirror less and be cautious when it comes to injecting anything into your face. Be very, very incredibly judicious and wait as absolutely long as possible to add anything. Don?t think that you?re 37 and you need to be shooting up your face. You don?t need to wear so much makeup or have such a constant blowout.
[From Harper?s Bazaar]
In 2020, Jennifer said something similar about injectables. She?d admitted she gets Botox and doesn?t like the ?frozen face? results. I know some people in the industry who started with injectables way too young. They said *they* thought they were wrinkling young and that?s why they intervened. But they got used to that look and needed more. They couldn?t accept aging and their faces took on different shapes by the time we were in our 40s. Jen?s got a point about waiting. A little tweak isn?t an issue. But I feel for anyone who can?t look at their face aging without panicking. I agree with Jen?s thoughts on makeup too, but that?s because it works for me. Scaling back de-aged me the most so far. Maybe that?s my inability to do makeup correctly. Jen also talks about what a luxury it is to have her hair person do her hair. I think she sees it as if your hair is always done, you never get used to it not being perfect. I never do my own hair, but would like to walk around with a blow-out every day.
Something else I didn?t catch on to before now is how much Jen talks about exercising. She brings that up in these self-care fluff pieces often and she talks about getting a sweat up. It makes sense, she looks great. And a good sweat is great for skin too.

Remember when Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were on and off again, post nanny scandal? It really wasnt that long ago. We would get stories in just about every outlet about how they were doing. Some sounded like they came from Garners camp, some from Afflecks. I bring this up because were getting the inevitable reports about how Garner feels about her exs engagement to J.Lo. I dont think she cares too much beyond the fact that shes coparenting with Affleck. She also cares about what people think about her, just as Affleck does. Hence this story about how she feels about the engagement. E! has those exclusive quotes and some more details, and US has confirmation that Affleck gave Garner and his kids a heads up that he was going to propose to Lopez. Thats good that he did that. You think he could have planned to propose when she was out of the bathtub, but maybe he was overcome in the moment.
Ben told Jen and the kids, so they knew about it, the insider shared. As for how she feels about the Im Real singer? Jen is happy for Ben, the source continued. And knows that J. Lo has been a positive influence in certain ways.
And although Ben and J. Lo are ecstatic for their next chapter, as the source shared of their engagement: They had hoped to keep it private a little bit longer. From E! Online
[Affleck] told Garner, both 49, and their three children about his proposal ?ahead of time,? a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. The former couple finalized their divorce in 2018 and share daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, and son Samuel, 10.
?His whole family knew a little before [the announcement],? the insider notes, adding that the newly engaged duo ?waited a few days before sharing the news? publicly. ?They are both happier than ever.? From US Magazine
[From E! Online and US Magazine]
The qualifier on that statement, certain ways, is just a little shady to me! Its not bad at all, Im just saying. Like just say your exs new fiance is a positive influence on him period. I think I know why certain is there. Garner is a low key baking mom type from West Virginia. Shes sweet, shes goofy and she goes out with wet hair, no makeup and orthopedic shoes. Lopez is all glam, mink eyelashes and elaborately planned outfits and accessories. Garner was likely hoping Ben would chill on his luxury Vegas gambling life, and when she was with him she was probably a good influence on him in that way. Lopez is helping Ben lean into the excesses, yachts, jewelry and couture. He loves that life and he loves living large. Garner cant relate despite being crazy rich and famous too.
Also, do you think Garner will get engaged soon too? Weve heard she might, but I dont see it happening. I want to be wrong.
Im not being shady picking these pictures. These are the latest candids we have of Garner, theyre from 3-22. Shes also shown at the Oscars. Credit: Backgrid and Avalon.red

| Jennifer Garner in Vauthier at the NYC 'Adam Project' premiere: pretty and on brand' | Added 995 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Last night Jennifer Garner and Zoe Saldana attended the premiere of their new film, The Adam Project, in New York. Its a family friendly movie about time travel, it also stars Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo and is out on Netflix on March 11. You can see the pics of Ryan and Blake Lively here. Garner typically wears something black and understated to premieres. She was in a high neck sleeveless Alexandre Vauthier dress with subtle white pinstriping. As usual her arms are goals. I would be wearing sleeveless outfits every day if my arms looked like that. This dress is kind of boring but its her style and I like her hair and makeup.
Zoe Saldana also stars, I think she plays a time traveler along with Ryan Reynolds. Garner is the mom of the kid whose future self comes back to change history and the course of his life or something. My brain already hurts trying to consider the paradoxes, but Im sure this is no Looper or Interstellar. Zoe was wearing a very staid Saint Laurent with giant gold buttons, shoulder pads and an 80s vibe. Duchess Kate would wear this buttoned up to the neck.
Getting back to Jennifer Garner, there are reports about why Ben Affleck didnt go to the SAGs for his Supporting Actor nomination for The Tender Bar. Of course he wasnt nominated for an Oscar and probably knew he wasnt going to win, that category went to Troy Kotsur for CODA. More than that it was his son Samuels tenth birthday. Thats really nice that he stayed home for that, although I suspect he didnt mind at all. Its hard enough having to watch the awards shows, I bet theyre a pain to attend no matter how glamorous they seem.
Oh and on Garners Instagram stories today she has a little video where she gives $200 (I think thats the amount) to the cashier at Starbucks and tells her the first one is a tip for everyone and the second one is to pay for the drinks for the people behind her. I would say thats cheesy to post but she looks so happy about it and you can tell shes trying to inspire other people to do that.
Check out how cool Zoes hair was:

There are a lot of things that you can say about Jennifer Garner, but no one can say that shes a mean girl or isnt thoughtful. Jennifer became an Instagram darling over the pandemic with cooking videos and live segments featuring yoga and her famous friends. Jennifer has taken the high road following some of her exs recent comments and is minding her business. She is also focused on helping people who are fighting the pandemic. Jennifer recently shared a video where she made homemade cookies and delivered them to first responders at LAC+USC Medical Center. Below are a few more details from Yahoo! and the video is below:
#FirstResponders are still in the thick of it and miles past burn out, she captioned the TikTok. We see you and appreciate you! (Thank you, #LACUSC Emergency Med!)
In the clip, Garner whips up a batch of cookies, then ties them in bags, which she places in a basket.
Shen then heads to the hospital and greets workers.
I?m so sorry to take you away, she says.
I appreciate you, she adds, before taking a group photo, with one person holding her basket of treats.
Garner has a reputation as a Nice Person, and her efforts here struck a chord.
Beautiful inside & out, one person commented on Instagram.
You are such a kind and genuine person, someone else wrote.
?You?re beyond wonderful!!!!!, commented Garners pal Ina Garten.

This is such a feel good story. As you all know, I love a celebrity who finds ways to give back. Those cookies look delicious. I really liked that Jennifer took the time to take pictures with the workers. Jennifer has been one of my favorite celebrity accounts to follow during the pandemic because of how Betty Homemaker she is. She is still doing the live meditation sessions on Instagram with Pelotons Chelsea Jackson Roberts as well. I am sure the first responders at LACUSC appreciated Jennifers kind gesture. Jen is showing us how something as simple as homemade cookies can be a wonderful way to give thanks.
