There for the beginning of the exciting Comic-Con weekend, Ashley Greene was spotted in San Diego, CA on Thursday (July 21).
The ?Twilight? beauty looked super cute in skinny jeans, sandals and a white top as she signed autographs for her adoring fans outside the San Diego convention center.
At the start of the day, Greene sat down with co-stars Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Julia Jones and Boo Boo Stewart for a press conference.
During one of their many discussions involving their upcoming ?Breaking Dawn? film, Greene said that she finds wedding scenes in general "weird," but the big Bella/Edward wedding was especially fun because the whole cast was there.

Minka is readying herself for her Comic-Con visit alongside her fellow "Angels" co-stars Annie Ilonzeh and Heidi Rae, as they're set to sign posters for fans on Saturday (July 23).
The promotional stops comes ahead of the reboot's much anticipated premiere, which makes its debut on September 22 at 8pm ET on ABC

The 36-year-old stunner opted for a sexy and vibrant warm weather ensemble for the midday session, as she turned up clad in an over-sized pair of sunglasses, bright orange top, white pants and nude-colored peep-toe heels.
Longoria has been keeping things quite steamy over the summer months, as she has been busy filming a series of same-sex love scenes with her "Without Men" co-star Kate Del Castillo - as well taking to pole dancing lessons for her role as Gabrielle Solis.
"Eva has been taking one-on-one sessions at S Factor. She?s getting busy because her character has some pole dancing, striptease scenes on Desperate Housewives this season," a source told press.

Swift is no stranger to the east coast ? aside from her family having a house on the bay at Stone Harbor -- at 10 years old she was writing her own songs and performing them on the Jersey Shore.
During an interview, Taylor told South Jersey, ?I loved running around Stone Harbor with my little brother, walking up and down 96th Street exploring. I look back on my childhood in Stone Harbor, I smile and burst out laughing.?

Lindsay Lohan returned to court today for a probation progress report. It went as well as expected.
Judge Stephanie Sautner was said to be extremely impatient with Lindsay. Sautner was frustrated that after 2 months, Lindsay has only completed 4 days of her 60 day community service requirement. She also didn’t find it amusing Lindsay hasn’t enrolled in her required psychological counseling. Sautner gave Lindsay 21 days to sign up with a personal counselor and not a group counselor.
As for the Probation Department’s request to violate Lindsay’s probation, that didn’t happen. Sautner called all three claims bogus. The Probation Dept. claimed Lindsay did not pay $3,900 in fees for her community service but Sautner noted that “Probation concedes $3,900 is not currently owed.” They then said Lindsay never returned the probation officer’s call. Sautner wrote in the margins, “Probation now states [Lindsay] phoned 3 times on 6/15 and left message.” Finally, they allege Linday did not present proof that she was enrolled in community service. Sautner noted, “[Lindsay] was ordered to provide proof to court on 7/21 — not to probation.” Judge Sautnereven implied the probation officer was unfairly targeting Lindsay.
Oh, no. Please tell me Lindsay didn’t hear that. The last thing that spoiled brat needs is validation from a judge that people are after her. Now whenever she uses that as an excuse, she’ll just use this as an example. “See?! See?! I told you! I f**king knew it!,” she’ll jump up and down screaming. If you didn’t think Lindsay was annoying before, just wait until she puts two and two together.

She's certainly no stranger to the legal system, and Lindsay Lohan was back the Los Angeles courthouse for a progress report hearing on Thursday (July 21).
Dressed in a floor-length black frock with platform heels, the "Mean Girls" starlet joined lawyer Shawn Holly before appearing in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner.
The appearance stems from Lindsay's recent no contest plea to a misdemeanor theft charge arising from an alleged stolen necklace.
Having already wrapped up her thirty-five day house arrest period (with numerous bumps in the road), the judge will now oversee the actress as she goes through her sentence of 480 hours of community service.

Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne are pretty much one of my favorite couples of the moment. They give me the same giggly, punch-drunk feeling that the ScarJo-Sean Penn pairing gave me - it?s a combination of ?WTF? and kitsch and camp and just pure hilarity. I mean, Liz was married to a nice guy - Arun Nayar - and then she screwed around on Arun with Shane, and then once she officially dumped Arun, Shane became her jumpoff boyfriend. Not content to just let that scandal brew, she took Shane on as a renovation project, putting him on a diet, and presumably forcing him to get a ton of plastic surgery, to the point where he looks? bizarre. And instead of being laughed out of town and/or splitting up, Liz and Shane seem stronger than ever. Liz seems to LIKE the way he looks now, and she even defends his new face on her Twitter. And Shane doesn?t seem to be holding a grudge against Liz for the plastic surgery. It?s just so? amazing.
So here are new photos of Liz and Shane going through the airport on the way to South Africa, where they will be attending Estee Lauder?s Pink Illumination Ball. Look at how many suitcases they have! Liz needs lots of wardrobe choices, I guess. And she probably packed a trunk of suits and tuxedos for Shane too. I bet she gets final say on his wardrobe at this point. Their relationship is just so, so funny. I love them together. I hope they never breakup. LOOK AT HIS FACE. He?s so happy to be traveling with his lady. He?s so excited! Or maybe that?s just the expression Liz demanded be permanently etched on his face.

Katie Holmes covers the August issue of Vogue Spain, presumably to talk about her film Don?t Be Afraid of the Dark, which doesn?t come out for another? five weeks or so. Ah, it just occurred to me why Katie did a Spanish fashion magazine? it?s produced by Guillermo del Toro, one of the most successful Spanish-language director-producers working today. I guess that?s the connection?? It makes no other sense to me.
As for the cover and cover shoot - our little Katie is trying to mix up. I feel like she?s been doing a lot better recently with the whole red-carpet/magazine/candid photos thing. Her hair has been looking great, her makeup has vastly improved, and she?s found some great jeans. But I think Katie was pushing her Xenu-provided envelope with this faux-dominatrix shoot. Does Katie think that if she dresses up like one of the Village People, Tom will come running? Sigh? it doesn?t work that way, Katie.

We?ve gotten emails begging us to cover Linnocent?s appearance in court today. Why? I don?t get it. At this point, doesn?t every single person here realize that Linnocent will forever and ALWAYS get away with every single rotten, sketchy, illegal, cracked-out, ridiculous, nasty thing that she does? She never faces consequences for anything.
So, anyway, Linnocent had to come to court to see Judge Stephanie Sautner about her probation progress report. If you?d like to see pics of Linnocent?s arrival, go here. She wore stilletos, a long black skirt, and lots of layers. No crack tittays on display - maybe because she was before a female judge? Eh, I doubt Linnocent thinks like that. As far as progress made? well, Linnocent hasn?t done much, of course. She?d rather TALK about how much she?d love to be doing community service (while doing blow) rather than actually do her court-mandated service.
Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear — she is extremely impatient with Lindsay Lohan and her progress in completing probation. Judge Sautner made it clear, Lindsay had better complete her community services within 1 year of the date of sentencing — or else! The judge said, “I’m not going to give her five extra minutes. I don’t want to hear, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie.’”
The judge was frustrated that after 2 months, Lindsay has only completed 4 days of 60 days of community service. The judge was also upset that Lindsay had not enrolled in psychological counseling — as she’s required to do. The judge is giving her 21 days to sign up with a personal counselor — not a group counselor.
The L.A. County Probation Dept. was asking Judge Sautner to violate Lindsay’s probation, because of 3 alleged violations. Two of them were outright bogus … the third was Lindsay not returning a call from her probation officer. Lindsay did in fact belatedly return the call.
Judge Sautner made it very clear — if Lindsay doesn’t get her act together, the judge will revoke her probation. So jail for Lindsay still looms.

Radar also explains that Shawn Chapman Holley agreed with the judge, that Linnocent knows she must complete her community service and she can?t use the ?I?m working on a movie!? excuse. Linnocent has already paid her fines, and taken one of four shoplifting courses. If Linnocent doesn?t start psychological counseling (that poor shrink), Linnocent?s probation will be revoked. ?Revoked? meaning ?go to bed without ice cream!? - which translates, in Linnocent-speak, to ?go clubbing, do some lines in the bathroom, and fill your water bottle with vodka.?
Also - here?s a sad/interesting fact: Linnocent?s Screen Actors Guild insurance has lapsed. That happens when an actor hasn?t had a union acting job in years. Because Linnocent no longer has insurance provided by her guild, she?ll probably have to dip into her prostitution money, I?m guessing, to pay for her therapy.
Linnocent?s next probation report/court appearance will be in October. Unless, you know, she screws up again.

After 7 years of marriage, Marc Athony and Jennifer Lopez abruptly announced their divorce last Friday. Everyone was left wondering why. Dear God, why?!?!111 They seemed like the perfect unbearable couple. Well, according to Us, it all began when Marc Anthony banged a stewardess in 2009 on a private plane.
“Marc and Jennifer almost split up over it,” the source tells Us of the couple, parents to 3-year-old twins Emme and Max. Seconds another insider: “Jennifer was going to leave him then, but Marc begged her to stay. They went to marriage counseling and she decided to give it another shot. He was someone she truly loved.”
Apparently that wasn’t enough because Marc’s raging… jealousy over Lopez’s career continued to drive a wedge between them. Marc even tried controlling how Jennifer dressed and her business endeavors. Don’t even mention his paranoia about her and other men. All this proved to be too much and led to the dissolution of their marriage.

Good news everyone. It seems since Scarlett Johansson split from her rebound Sean Penn, she’ll hook-up with just about anyone. As long as you’re semi-famous, I mean. Her latest rumored romance is with Hangover star Justin Bartha. The two were said to be “completely engrossed in each other” during a cast dinner of off-Broadway’s All New People. I don’t know what that means but it sounds fascinating.
One witness told us, “There were about 15 people at the table, but Scarlett and Justin sat next to each other and talked all night.
“They seemed pretty fascinated with each other and only talked to each other,” the source said. “It looked sometimes flirty, but also they seemed to be involved in a deep discussion.”

The 37-year-old supermodel took to the early show to promote her debut novel "Modelland," which is the first of a three-part series.
The book, which unravels in a fantasy land, centers around a super-exclusive school that turns out supermodels called "Intoxibellas" - specifically focusing most of the text on four girls who made their way into the prestigious establishment despite their unconventional looks.
Tyra also dished about the forthcoming 17th season of "America's Next Top Model," detailing all the drama that it has in store for viewers, "I have girls from cycle one until now - the fan favorites. I am editing the show right now and it is crazy. They are all these Type A personalities because you are getting the best of the best and they are effervescent and they pop," she told host Robin Roberts.
Banks then hinted to the new challenges this crop of potential runway women will have to endure, telling, "I have them singing songs, doing music videos, creating perfumes... You can't just be a model anymore."

On Wednesday, the reality star, 31, sued Old Navy and its parent company, the Gap Inc., in an L.A. court over a popular Old Navy ad featuring a Kim lookalike, singer-model Melissa Molinaro. Kardashian alleges that that the “Super C-U-T-E” ad, which began airing in February and became a YouTube phenomenon, violated her publicity rights — and that consumers may mistakenly believe Kardashian herself is endorsing Old Navy’s clothes.
She seeks unspecified damages and wants to prevent Old Navy from using a lookalike in future ads.
Explains a source close to the engaged reality star and mogul: “She’s protecting her brand ..She can’t let another brand use her image to sell clothes!”
Indeed, the legal papers state that Kardashian “has invested substantial time, energy, finances and entrepreneurial effort in developing her considerable professional and commercial achievements and success, as well as in developing her popularity, fame, and prominence in the public eye.”
“She’s a businesswoman who has to protect her brand,” the insider tells Us. “Bottom line.”
As it happens, Old Navy ad star Molinaro is now dating Reggie Bush — Kardashian’s ex-beau, with whom she split in early 2010.

Yeah? I just watched the commercial again (below), and the chick just looks a hell of a lot like Kim, but it?s not like Old Navy is claiming that she?s in any way affiliated with Kardashian, Inc. Do you get the feeling that Scarlett Johansson is just one of those girls who can never be without a boyfriend/husband or major crush? She can?t just BE. Scarlett seems determined to find another high-profile boyfriend, and it?s looking like she flunked out with Justin Timberlake. So now she?s turned her dong-seeking attentions to Justin Bartha, character actor and ex of Ashley Olsen.
Scarlett Johansson may not be single for long after her split with Sean Penn — the stunning actress has been spotted cozying up to “Hangover” star Justin Bartha. Johansson, who split with Penn a month ago, attended the opening of off-Broadway’s “All New People,” in which Bartha stars, on Saturday, and the pair were photographed together backstage.
Spies said Johansson and Bartha later seemed “completely engrossed in each other” during a cast dinner also attended by playwright Zach Braff and actress Heather Graham at Caf Un Deux Trois.
One witness told us, “There were about 15 people at the table, but Scarlett and Justin sat next to each other and talked all night. They seemed pretty fascinated with each other and only talked to each other. It looked sometimes flirty, but also they seemed to be involved in a deep discussion.”
While some sources insist 26-year-old “Lost in Translation” star Johansson and Bartha, who turns 33 today, are just good friends — exactly what they previously said about ScarJo and Penn — she and Bartha were also reportedly seen “flirting up a storm” at Karaoke Boho here on Saturday.
She split with Penn, 50, after five months in June. Bartha ended a two-year relationship with Ashley Olsen in March.
Meanwhile, Scarlett’s ex-husband, Ryan Reynolds — recently linked to Charlize Theron — hung out with a brunette stunner at the Jimmy rooftop bar at the James Hotel in SoHo on Tuesday night.
The pair were with two other friends, but another witness told us, “I definitely got the vibe that Ryan had eyes for the brunette. All four hung out the entire time together, but there was definitely chemistry between the two them. Lots of laughing and all smiles.”
Reps for Johansson and Bartha didn’t get back to us. Reynolds’ rep had no comment.

I was going to declare this a downgrade, but I worried that I might offend the people who like Bartha. Bartha really doesn?t seem like a bad guy at all - from what I?ve seen, he?s a sweet guy, a little dorky, but charming and nice. He and Ashley kept their relationship very quiet, but there were no scandals around them and it?s not like he was screwing around or anything. BUT? he?s not exactly the kind of high-caliber, super-famous, A-list star that Scarlett tends to go for, right? In celebrity-land, she?s dating down. And it just feels like she?s flailing, once again.

The former bodyguard that sued Britney Spears for sexual harassment last year is speaking out against the singer again, this time alleging that he was subject to her infrequent bathing and indiscriminate farting during the five months he worked for her. No, seriously. The Daily Mail says:
Flores [states in his suit]: ‘[Spears] broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically [in front of Flores] and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane in her speech. She did not bathe for days on end, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks.’
Now the singer’s lawyers have filed a motion to strike Fernando Flores’ latest allegations, saying his claims that the star had disgusting hygiene habits are false.
She can sue him for defamation if she wants, but we all remember the year 2007. Or at least, you probably do. At the time I was subsisting on nothing but tequila and the occasional maraschino cherry or lemon wedge stolen from the bar’s garnish station. Or as my parents liked to call it, “college.”

I don’t know too much about British singer Joss Stone (except that her last name is pretty fitting and she’s been in a longterm feud with Lily Allen) but she just made a big impression on me. Access Hollywood has a new interview with her and she laughs her head off about the failed murder kidnapping plot against her, calling the would-be criminals “pathetic” and “very rude and uncooth,” as if they’d thrown a drink in her face at a party. Joss was targeted in June by two men lurking in the neighborhood of her country home. Neighbors noticed the men were casing the area and called the police, who found the men be in possession of an aerial map of Joss’ estate, swords, rope and a body bag. They were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and intent to commit grievous bodily harm. It sounds scary as hell but Joss laughed it off and wondered if she knew the guys and had somehow ticked them off.

Well Joss really is adorable. I don’t find her response at all typical or understandable, but she’s got a bubbly personality that’s for sure. No wonder she scored an invite to the royal wedding while Lily Allen got snubbed. She explained “all I’m doing is making a noise [by singing] and I’ve met the Princes of England who are lovely… they’re just really lovely, funny, witty guys.”
Joss has a new album coming out tomorrow through her own music label called LP1. She’s also collaborating with Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart (of Eurythmics), Damian Marley (Bob Marley’s son) and A.R. Rahman in a new band named Super Heavy. As for her thoughts on collaborating with such great names in music she said “I feel like an imposter. Somehow I blagged my way into the coolest thing in the world.” They’re coming out with an album soon and Joss describes it as “different sounds meshed together” and “quite tasty.”

Radar Online has an interview with a woman who hung out with Chelsea Handler back when Chelsea was supposedly 21 or 22, which would have been 15 years ago according to how old Chelsea claims she is. The woman, Morgain McGovern, told stories about how Chelsea did a lot of drugs including Ecstasy and cocaine. She recounted a scene where Chelsea was hoovering up coke at a party, comparing her to a “blonde anteater.” McGovern admits that “I don’t know if [Chelsea is] still partying now.” (Although it’s safe to assume since Chelsea sure looks like it.) Then McGovern told a secondhand story about how a friend told her they saw Chelsea 2-3 years ago “by herself, drinking a bottle of vodka in her own private booth” in a club. Tell me something I don’t know that’s not part of the story Chelsea shills about herself constantly.

Chelsea Handler has made no secret of her penchant for alcohol, but a revealing on-camera interview with one of her former friends has lifted the lid on the depths of her destructive lifestyle.
Morgain McGovern gives a shocking look into the wild partying which she says almost killed her, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.
“I’ve done pharmaceutical grade ecstasy twice in my life and both times she was involved,” said McGovern, who was friends with the late night talk show host and comedian in 2003 and claims they did cocaine and ecstasy on a regular basis.
“I thought, I am going to die, I’m going to die if I hang out with these girls.”
McGovern — who eventually moved away and is now clean and sober — says she doesn’t know if Handler, 36, is still doing drugs, but believes she is still drinking heavily.
“Someone should have staged an intervention,” she said. “Every time we went out, drugs were involved.”
McGovern is currently penning a book, The Traveling Roadshow Of The Countess Maritsa, about her life as the daughter of a con artist mother.

I really dislike Chelsea, I find her unfunny and rude. Normally I would be amused by stories like this. It’s lame though to dish on things people did in their early twenties. (Or probably late 20s in Chelsea’s case. Still it was over ten years ago.) If any of my partying buddies from college decided to spread crap about me I’m sure they’d have crazy stories about stuff I barely remember. (Not that I was as bad as this person claims Chelsea was, but still.) This is just a woman trying to capitalize on an acquaintance with someone famous. Surprise - she’s writing a book and probably doesn’t have any publishers or literary agents interested so she’s doing it this way. This is probably the most interesting story she has.

My last post yesterday was about Jennifer Aniston?s attendance at the Horrible Bosses premiere. She wore a dowdy Valentino that made her legs look stumpy, and she also wore possibly the worst pair of shoes I?ve ever seen on her. My focus was once again how little attention Jennifer?s male costars and the actual LEADS of the film got because once again, the red carpet became The Jennifer Aniston Show. It?s fine when she?s the lead of the film, but I think it?s weird that it keeps happening for Horrible Bosses, a film where she?s, like, the fifth lead down?
Anyway, I didn?t even mention Jennifer?s new homewrecked BOYFRIEND Justin Theroux, because I figured that Jennifer had just made this quick jaunt to London for - at most - a 48-hour promotional whirlwind, and surely she could be without her man for that long. Not so much! She made Justin Theroux come with her to London. These are photos where they?re obviously looking couple-y, coming out The Shoreditch House. I guess it was a post-premiere party or something, and as you can see, it?s not like they?re hiding. Well, Jennifer tries to ?hide? behind her clutch in one photo, but it?s a laughably half-assed attempt.
So here?s the question: Why wasn?t Justin her date to the premiere? She obviously asked him to come to London with her, and HIS trip to London seems to be all about Aniston, with no business there on his own. Jennifer just did the red carpet alone, and then made sure that she had a costume and hair change, then she and Justin walked hand-in-hand in front of the paparazzi at the post-premiere party. I mean, it?s obvious they?re together. Why not just walk the red carpet together? Why the game?
By the way - Aniston introduced Justin to her father. According to Life & Style, the meeting went well. Of course it did.

A few years ago, Jessica Biel stated that her extreme beauty ?really is a problem? and that in too many cases, she?s simply too gorgeous to find work. I bring this up because Fox News reminded me of it in the intro to this short little Sofia Vergara interview. You see, Sofia is definitely not one of those ?I?m too beautiful to find work? people. Sofia is smart. Sofia has hustle. Sofia isn?t a narcissist stuck up her own ass.
In Hollywood, being deemed a sex symbol can be a double-edged sword. Jessica Biel once declared that being blessed with such beauty was ?really a problem? when it comes to being considered for substantial roles, and Megan Fox too complained that she was tired of being seen as just eye candy.
However, ?Modern Family? star Sofia Vergara, who has been featured on Maxim?s ?Hot 100? list, named one of People Magazine?s ?Most Beautiful,? and come within shouting distance of the top spot in AskMen.com?s list of ?Most Desirable Women” has no complaints when it comes to being branded hot Hollywood property.
?I love it. Of course, it?s great at my age. It?s fantastic,? Vergara told FOX411?s Pop Tarts column while promoting her forthcoming family flick, ?The Smurfs.? ?I think that everything that is positive and good helps out with your career. Why not embrace it and take advantage??
Vergara, 39, channels French cosmetic magnate Odile in the highly-anticipated film, but in real life, she stays looking great with a balanced approach.

What I love about Sofia is that she would probably be fine as just being seen as a great rack and a bangin? body, but then she swooped into Modern Family and stole the show. She is a surprisingly deft comedienne and an underrated (but limited) actress. She?ll be the first to admit that no one is going to cast her as a brain surgeon. But there?s always a demand for easy-going, professional, funny, beautiful women.

Paris Hilton up and walked out of ABC News interview at her L.A. home earlier this week when correspondent Dan Harris dared to suggest that her new show’s poor ratings indicated that she was “past her prime” and no longer the reality star du jour. “Du jour” of course meaning “of the butt.” Good Morning America says:
Others [i.e. the Kardashians] have usurped her role at the top of the reality television pecking order [and] her latest series, “The World According to Paris” debuted to a dismal 400,000 viewers.
Though Hilton said that she doesn’t feel that [Kim] Kardashian [is] overshadowing her and that [her show's poor] ratings didn’t bother her, she walked out of the interview with the mention of her moment having passed.
After storming off, Hilton eventually returned to the interview after some cajoling to discuss her ideas about her own reinvention.
I never understood Paris Hilton’s appeal in the first place. She’s built like a giraffe and she’s got the one wonky eye and that baby voice thing she and Kim Kardashian do is goddamn repulsive. My jaw and fist involuntarily clench up just at the sight of them. And once I’ve clenched my fist, it cannot be un-clenched until it has spilled blood. Or drywall. Needless to say, “Keeping up with the Kardashians” cost me my deposit on more than one apartments.
