Laying low as of late, Halle Berry was spotted out in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday afternoon (January 28).
The swift paparazzi caught up with the “Catwoman” stunner as she made her way into an office building doing her best to ignore the snapping photogs.
In the upcoming film, “Who is Doris Payne?” Berry plays the 79-year-old international jewel thief and in recent news, Doris just got busted again for stealing.
Payne was arrested Friday for removing tags from a $1,300 Burberry trench coat and walking out of Saks Fifth Avenue in Costa Mesa, CA without stopping at the cash register.
And since Doris was on parole at the time of this arrest, she is currently being remanded without bail for parole violation.

The former Spice Girl was surprised herself telling, “Who’d have thought I’d be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!”
Continuing on about her figure, Victoria added that she’s “not the monster I used to be in the exercise department...You get past your 20s, you’ve got kids...you’re kind of unmotivated. You want to be healthy and look good, but you want to do the least amount to maintain that.”

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Britney recently joined Lady GaGa, Kate Bosworth and a slew of other celebs in donating to the Haiti relief efforts.
Miss Spears announced that she’s auctioning off her silver Versace gown from the MTV Video Music Awards in 2008 - with all proceeds heading straight to charity.

Joining in with the massive outpouring of celebrity support to the earthquake-torn nation of Haiti, Vanessa Hudgens is stepping up to help out.
The “High School Musical” hottie has signed on to appear at a Help Haiti concert hosted by George Lopez on Thursday, February 4th.
Also on the bill is Vanessa’s super-hunky boyfriend Zac Efron as well as Ray Romano, Margaret Cho, and Ozzy Osbourne.
Lopez announced on his website, “The people of Haiti need our help. On Thursday, February 4th, I am throwing a benefit concert called “Help Haiti” at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE here in Los Angeles. The best musicians, comedians and athletes will be there for the cause, including my friends Andy Garcia, Slash and Samuel Jackson. The Brazilian beauty revealed that when it was time to give birth to her son Benjamin, she stayed home and had her baby in the bathtub.
She told press, “I gave birth in the bathtub,” quelling reports that she had been taken to a Boston-area hospital last December 8th.
Just six weeks afterwards, Bundchen gave an interview and photo shoot for Fantastico magazine. The magazine noted,
“Gisele gives off simplicity, spirituality, shows that she has concern with living well, being happy and, now, with being an excellent mom.”

Losing a courageous young friend whom she’d grown quite close to, Rihanna is among the many mourning the loss of Jasmina Anema.
The 6-year-old Manhattan youth succumbed after a courageous fight against leukemia, with her mother Thea sadly announcing: “Today, January 27, at 10:55 p.m., Jasmina lost her fight against leukemia.”
Commenting on the news from the White House, fellow Jasmina supporter President Barack Obama said, “It is with great sadness today that Michelle and I extend our condolences on the passing of Jasmina Anema. Jasmina showed tremendous bravery in the face of adversity, and her ability to stay positive throughout her battle was an inspiration to me and to all those she touched. As the parents of two young girls, our hearts particularly go out to Jasmina’s devoted mother Thea. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and with all who knew and loved Jasmina.”
Devastated by the tragic news, Rihanna also recently told Ryan Seacrest that she won’t be performing at the Grammy Awards, saying, “Oh no, I’m not performing.”
Telling that her situation with Chris Brown caused havoc last year, the Barbadian singer reveals, “We messed up the show pretty bad last year, so they’re probably a little mad at me right now.”

Life & Style has an article up about Jennifer Garner?s dramatic weight loss, but in all fairness to them, L&S isn?t being judgy about it. They don?t come down on one side (?she?s too thin!?) or another (?she looks fine!?). I?m the one who is concerned, not L&S. As I noted post-Golden Globes, Jennifer looks way too thin for my taste on the red carpet. True, she?s not emaciated, but she?s had some dramatic weight loss in just the past few months (see photos of Jennifer in September). Life & Style attributes her drop in three dress sizes to her getting serious about losing the baby weight:
When a slim Jennifer Garner stepped onto the stage recently at the Golden Globes in LA, the Versace-clad mom of two drew plenty of oohs and aahs. But her streamlined silhouette was a new look for the 37-year-old star, who was once famous for the super-muscular physique she showed off in action-hero roles.
“She’s a size 0 now,” an insider says about Jen, who has two daughters, Violet, 4, and Seraphina, 13 months, with hubby Ben Affleck. “She used to be a size 6.”
That means after having her second child, Jen dropped the baby weight and more — which was tough to do the first time, she’s said.
“I just wasn’t that motivated,” Jen said about taking time to lose the weight after Violet’s birth. Then I got on the treadmill, stopped stuffing my face and lost the weight. I cut out croissants, bagels and muffins — all the good stuff — and went back to having
a salad once a day and protein.”

I?d be more likely to believe that Jennifer?s metabolism has gone haywire post-pregnancy rather than she was aiming to be a size zero. That, and she probably loses a lot of wieght running around after Violet and Seraphina, and she?s a busy mom. I really believe Garner is the kind of woman who would take her own health seriously, and would want to get back to her natural, slender frame, yet still have some athleticism and some meat on her bones. Maybe when she gets back to work on a film, she?ll put on some more weight?
When I was researching this, I found this little blurb from Us Weekly/iVillage. Apparently, Ben Affleck still wants a son, and he?s still trying to convince Jennifer to get pregnant again. This story has been reported before - and now they?re claiming that Jennifer is reusing to get pregnant again because she?s worked so hard to get her body back.

“If it makes her happy, then go ahead. It’s not my body… Do I think she’s very young? Yes. I’m 23 and she’s 23, it’s very young to be getting that amount of work done. Would I do it? No. But it’s not me.”
