Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox were married for 11 years and divorced in 2021. They share three sons together, Noah Shannon, 11, Boshi Ransom, 10, and Journey River, seven. Brian also has two other sons, Kassius Lijah, 21, with Brenda Barett Vanessa Marcil (I grew up watching General Hospital!) and 22-month-old Zane Walker with his fiance, Sharna Burgess. BAG and Vanessa had a lot of issues with each other while raising Kass, which cringingly played out publicly over Instagram last year. I guess Brian and Megan didn?t want a repeat of that situation because according to BAG, they are doing well at coparenting together. During an appearance at Steel City Con in Monroeville, PA last weekend Brian spoke to E! News and shared some secrets for successful coparenting.
The ?number one? secret to co-parenting: The number one, Brian exclusively told E! News at Steel City Comic Con April 13, is always make sure that everything is centered around the experience of the kids.
Accept that the change will affect your kids: People make a mistake of thinking that theyre gonna do things so the separation doesnt affect the kids and thats?of course its gonna affect the kids, he noted. The only choice you have is how it affects the kids.
?Pick your battles:? And thats not to say putting the kids first is always easy for Brian and Megan, who split in 2021 after 11 years of marriage. In fact, he admitted that sometimes its important to pick your battles.
The person that you were with that youre now separated from, you guys are separated for a reason, Brian continued, because you didnt get along. So, you cant expect to then get along after the fact in raising your kids. So, you have to decide, ?OK, its not about us getting along anymore. Its about us co-parenting, which is a totally different situation.'
Megan?s similar sentiments: I think its really important when people separate to never ever disparage the other parent or even in a passive aggressive way, make remarks, Megan said during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show last fall. I dont let anything in my energy like that when Im around my kids because if I dont accept and love their father Im rejecting a part of them because hes a part of who they are always.
Avoid the ?burden of a war between parents:? Noting that she always makes a point to be very loving with him and about him and be very accepting, the 37-year-old?who is engaged to Machine Gun Kelly?added, That gives your children the freedom to be happy because they dont have to carry the burden of a war between parents.

Honestly, good for Brian and Megan, having their coparenting sh-t figured out. I remember there being some drama over the boys when they first separated, but it seems like theyve worked it out. Regardless of how you feel about either of them as people, it?s great that they put their differences aside to successfully raise their boys. I?ve spoken with friends who have divorced parents, and some of them have said that the most difficult part was how their parents still didnt get along after the divorce because they always felt like they had to pick a side. I also briefly worked at a family law firm, and to see some of the ways that parents fought over their children, money, control, etc. was awful, which is why I didn?t last long in that area of law, lol. Even when divorce is the best and right option, it?s still difficult for everyone involved, so you should always keep in mind what is best for your children and what they?re going through. If what Brian says is true, good on him and Megan for doing that.

Megan Fox started getting cosmetic surgery when she was pretty young. I remember when she first hit the scene and men were falling all over themselves about her beauty, especially in the Transformers era (2007-09). Around that same time, she started messing with her face, little tweaks here and there. I feel like Botox was definitely involved, plus lip injections, plus a really obvious breast augmentation. For years and years, Megan has never really talked about that stuff, but that?s all changing. She went on the Call Her Daddy podcast and host Alex Cooper asked Megan what all she had done. Megan was pretty honest:
What she hasn?t done: Heres things I havent done that I have been accused of doing. Ive never had a face lift of any kind, so no mid-face lift, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one. Ive never done threads. Ive never had buccal fat done. Ill never have any fat done, Im a very lean person that doesnt have enough body fat or fat in my face, so Ill only ever put fat in, I will never be taking fat out. Which leads me to Ive never had any liposuction, or body contouring or anything like that.
Three different boob jobs: And while she said she had a rhinoplasty around age 23 and has had her breasts done on three separate occasions?the first when she was in her early 20s, the second after shed finished breastfeeding and the third more recently?there is one reason she hasnt had more procedures done. I dont like surgery. My body doesnt react well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery its a very big deal. Im very afraid of dying under general anesthesia, so I dont take surgery lightly and therefore I have not had many of them because of that.
She had one more surgery which she?s gatekeeping: Theres one thing I had done that Im gatekeeping. It was really good, and its not a known plastic surgery, people dont even really know about it. I wanted it really badly.
No shame in getting work done: I dont understand the point of shaming people for getting stuff done. Granted, Im not encouraging anyone to do anything crazy. Like I said, you need to be very safe and very careful when you do any of this stuff. But its a very weird thing to shame people for?.The more that Ive taken control of my body and done the things that Ive always wanted to do, the more comfortable I am in my body. And the more freedom I have.
She never had a BBL either: Fox quipped that her fear of anesthesia is ?probably a saving grace? because ?God knows what I would have been up to,? and earlier in the podcast, joked about why she?s never had a Brazilian butt lift. ?I would be so flattered if somebody thought I had a BBL.?
Fillers & a nose job: Fox says shes gotten injectables like Botox and dermal filler, but the only other major cosmetic surgery shes gotten is a rhinoplasty ? and only once. ?I had my nose done when I was in my early twenties,? she says, adding that shes heard people assume shes had multiple nose jobs. ?I havent had a rhinoplasty since I was, Im going to say, 23. Its been well over a decade. Ive not touched my nose since then.?

She also said that she asked her surgeon to give her the biggest implants he could fit in her body, but then she ended up redoing them and getting smaller implants because the bigger ones were too obvious, especially with the ?rippling.? As for her confessions? yeah, I believe that she?s only done implants to her body. No BBL, no lipo, she?s just naturally slim. Her face on the other hand? Yeah the nose job, Botox, fillers, and she?s done a lot to her lips. I understand that she has body dysmorphia but my god, she started out as such a natural beauty and it?s crazy that she really wanted to look like a plastic doll.

Here are some photos of Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly over the weekend, attending Kendall Jenner?s big Halloween party and Casamigos? big party. Megan and MGK did two different Halloween looks for the parties. For the Casamigos party, their ?couples costumes? were inspired by Quentin Tarantino?s Kill Bill films. MGK was The Bride and Megan was Gogo Yubari, the young Japanese assassin killed by The Bride.
A few weeks ago, SAG-AFTRA issued guidance for their union members when it comes to Halloween and social media. While there were complaints about the guidance, I?m sure the union only made the statement because their members had questions about whether Halloween costumes constituted ?promoting struck work.? As such, SAG-AFTRA?s guidelines were that none of their union members should dress up as well-known characters from TV shows or films which are currently on strike. As in, no Marvel characters, no Barbie or Ken, no Oppenheimer, no Batman, nothing like that. Again, this guidance was solely for union members, not regular people, not family members of actors. I also think it was mostly about social media too, and how actors post their costumes on Instagram.
I would assume that QT?s Kill Bill characters constitute ?struck work,? and apparently Megan thought so. When she posted pics of her costume on Instagram and she tagged SAG-AFTRA. Super-edgy from someone who has not appeared at any strike and who has not been included in any reporting about actors donating to SAG Foundation funds to help struggling actors. Megan is trying to rage against the machine, and the machine in question is her own fking union, which is merely trying to HELP ACTORS.

Back in February-March, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly had some kind of major falling out. She removed her engagement ring, she was seen crying after one of his shows, she was acting like she was single and ready to mingle at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. MGK and Megan reportedly went into couples counseling but it was touch-and-go for a few months. I was rooting for them to breakup, just because I don?t think their relationship is particularly healthy and it feels like they could use some space from one another, to put it mildly. But they got back together and the engagement is back ?on,? last I heard. One month ago, Entertainment Tonight reported this:

Ugh. I don?t even know what to say about this anymore it?s clear (to me) that MGK is a loser who doesn?t know how to be in a relationship with anyone, much less his dream girl, Megan Fox. I suspect that their relationship has always been really toxic and dysfunctional. It irritates me that she?s still in contact with him, but maybe it?s a good thing that it?s only texting. They went to a pre-Super Bowl party and they were photographed together inside the venue, looking fine. Then Megan looked very emotional as they left the party, and within 24 hours, she posted a cryptic Instagram quoting Beyonce and deleted all of her photos of MGK, leading everyone to believe that she dumped MGK after he cheated on her. She also followed Eminem, Timothee Chalamet and a few other guys, all before abruptly deleting her IG. Megan?s people then informed People Mag that she had removed her (thorned) engagement ring and she wasn?t speaking to MGK. Then on Valentine?s Day, Megan and MGK were seen at a couples counseling office, where they stayed for several hours and after which, they left in separate cars. So, is it over? Probably not:

Over the weekend, the Transformers actress hinted at a possible breakup from her actor-musician fianc on Instagram before deactivating her account altogether. In the comments section of Foxs last Instagram post, she addressed allegations that Kelly was unfaithful in their relationship with a woman named Sophie ? whom fans believe to be Sophie Lloyd, the guitarist in Kellys band.
He probably got with Sophie, commented one fan, to which the Jennifers Body actress responded, Maybe I got with Sophie.
In a Wednesday statement, Lloyds management team said, Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media.
They added, Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue. Its disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else.

Your guess is as good as mine at this point. I have some thoughts about Megan and MGK?s relationship which I?ll keep to myself (for now), but their vibe has always been ?unhealthy.? I get that Megan is very into astrology and soulmates and she really believes that they?ve known each other in another life, but all I can see is that Megan falls head over heels with problematic guys and then spends too much time trying to hang on to something which is well past over. She also included a video of an envelope burning, and some suggested that she was burning some of Machine Gun Kelly?s love letters. The rumor-mongering was steady all day Sunday and Monday, something about how Megan and MGK had some kind of falling out and they broke off their engagement and possibly broke up. What?s weird is that they were just together on Friday night at Drake?s Super Bowl party. They looked affectionate inside the event, but as they were leaving, Megan did look upset. I?m including those photos MGK looks like he?s trying to comfort her or keep hold of her as they leave the party, and I think she might have even brushed away a few tears. According to People?s sources, Megan and MGK had a huge fight at some point this weekend:

Last week, there was a surge in gossip about Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly. While Megan and MGK have always been over-the-top, confessional and extremely demonstrative with their love, it seemed like things had been getting quieter in recent months/weeks, and then last week, Megan posted photos of herself without her diamond-and-emerald engagement ring. Perhaps there was a slight cooldown? They?ve been together since March 2020, and engaged since January of this year. Megan calls him her ?twin flame? and her soulmate. So it would be difficult to walk back all of that crap, right?
Well, Megan and MGK were out and about last night and it appears that all is well. They went to the Time 100 gala in NYC, then they went out to dinner at Carbone. They held hands and looked okay. Maybe not as ?loved up? as they were a year ago, but they?re definitely still together. For now.
Us Weekly actually has a story this week about how Megan and MGK are ?secretly planning their wedding? even though they haven?t set a date yet. A source tells the magazine, ?They?ve worked on their problems and worked really hard to get to the place where they are today. It?s still a struggle at times and they tend to have a lot of ups and downs. He is making a lot of effort to be more mature. He?s not always easy to deal with. He still has this teenage side to him.? Apparently, MGK still likes to stay out all night and party, while Megan (a mother of three) prefers going home early. The insider also confesses that at one point, several months ago, Meghan ?was beyond done with him. She was fed up with his BS. It got really bad between them.? But apparently things have turned around now. We?ll see.

Their first appearance post-engagement was in Milan, at the Dolce & Gabbana show, where they also met up with a Vogue interviewer. MGK was the one being profiled and interviewed, but Megan was there too and she chimed in as the larger group of fashionistas were having a nice dinner & drinks situation. MGK and Megan ended up talking about their engagement and the emerald-and-diamond ring MGK designed for her, and well? MGK told Vogue that he designed the ring with ?thorns.? So the ring would hurt Megan if she tried to take it off.
MGK on why they announced their engagement on social media: ?We released it to control the narrative. As opposed to someone just catching a weird cell phone picture of a ring on our hand and being like, whoa! But yeah, I didn?t expect it. I just recorded it on my cell phone. And it wasn?t like we had photographers or anything. It was just like me setting my phone against a cup.
MGK on how he commissioned the ring with Stephen Webster: ?It?s a thoroughbred Colombian emerald, with no treatment. It was just carved into the teardrop, straight out of the mine. And the diamond was directly from Stephen. The concept is that the ring can come apart to make two rings. When it?s together, it?s held in place by a magnet. So you see how it snaps together? And then it forms an obscure heart. And you see this right here? The bands are actually thorns. So if she tries to take it off, it hurts? Love is pain!
Megan on how her style changed when she met MGK: ?Mine has definitely changed. Before it wasn?t something I was focused on or thought about. Because as an actress I had been classified or put in the category of being a sex symbol. And publicists come in and they bring in a stylist and it?s all about dressing more seriously, so that the world will take you more seriously as an actor. But they weren?t dressing me the way in which I liked to express myself. So I kind of gave up on fashion. I was like, I don?t fking care, whatever you put me in because I?m not going to like it anyway.

Megan was actually still technically married to Brian Austin Green when she and MGK first started happening, but her divorce came through and she and MGK have been inseparable ever since. Their British GQ co-cover story last year was a perfect encapsulation of their appeal: they?re trying to be so dark, mysterious, goth, edgelord vampires and it comes across as cheeseball and sweet. As for the engagement ring, MGK proposed with a ring he designed himself, with Stephen Webster. The ring is one pear-shaped diamond and one pear-shaped emerald, designed to form a ?heart.? MGK wrote on his IG: ?i know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love.? That?s cool that he put so much thought into it and that it has so much meaning to them. (But it?s kind of an ugly, ?80s-style ring.)
