Here are some photos of Jennifer Lopez in the Hamptons. She was on a shopping excursion with her sister Linda. Ben Affleck was not around! It?s been said that Jennifer?s favorite home is her Hamptons mansion, and I bet she?s so happy to have Ben there, and to bring in some family and friends and entertain there. Apparently, Jen also called in (?) to Zane Lowe at Apple Music and gave him an exclusive interview:
Jennifer Lopez is loving her life right now ? without chalking that up to anyone specific, of course.
?I?m super happy,? the ?Let?s Get Loud? singer, 51, enthused to Apple Music?s Zane Lowe on Monday. ?I know people are always wondering, ?How are you? What?s going on? Are you okay?? This is it. I?ve never been better. I want my people who care about me ? because I care about them so much ? to know that I?ve really gotten to a place in my life where I?m great on my own,? Lopez continued, despite constantly being seen in the presence of a certain former Batman as of late.
?And I think once you get to that place, then amazing things happen to you that you never imagine in your life happening again,? she explained, without delineating any of those things. ?And so that is where I?m at.? Conspicuously avoiding any mention of a writer/director born in California but indelibly associated with Boston in the popular imagination, Lopez added: ?I love all the love that?s coming my way right now and all of the good wishes. And I just want everybody to know that it?s the best time. It?s the best time of my life.?

There?s actually no question in my mind that J.Lo is very happy right now. Ben is probably showering her with attention, he wrote that love letter full of longing (so she knows he wants this), he?s handling the paparazzi a lot better and she?s getting laid. It?s all win-win for J.Lo. Now, will we hear from Ben about whether or not *he* is happy right now? I don?t know. As for Jen being happy to be on her own she has not been on her own in nearly five years. Jen is made of lies, but its okay. Speaking of, there is this really funny/dumb Bennifer story in OK! Magazine:
Since rekindling their romance in May, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have ?received a ton of scripts to star together in rom-coms and other flicks and they?re actually considering it. The idea of working together on a movie sounds very intriguing,? a source tells OK!, adding that despite the failure of their last joint projects (Gigli and Jersey Girl), they feel confident about coming together again on-camera.
?Gigli was a disaster but Hollywood has a short-term memory, and Jennifer and Ben feel they have it in them to give it another shot and do it better.?
In fact, one script has particularly caught Jennifer?s interest. ?It?s about a couple who reunite years after they screwed it up the first time,? dishes the source. ?It sounds familiar and that?s why she feels it would be fun to do.? Ben is on board too. ?Jennifer had to convince him that it was a great idea, but it didn?t take much, just some love and teasing,? says the source. ?Anyone who knows Jennifer also knows she likes to do business with the men she dates and Ben is no exception.?
While they?re excited about what the future holds, Ben and Jennifer are also being cautious. ?They?re not rushing things,? notes the source. ?They?re basking in the romance and want to allow their relationship to develop before officially signing on to a joint project. It feels so right this time they don?t want to mess anything up.?

It?s never occurred to me that Jennifer loves to get financially tangled up with her men but it?s true. She does that all the time, in almost every relationship. As for the idea that Ben and Jen are already getting tons of scripts? eh. Jen probably does want to work with Ben but hopefully he won?t go down that road again. And people still use ?Gigli? as a punchline, so it?s not like everyone has forgotten about it.

Jennifer Lawrence did her first ?event? in nearly two years yesterday. Yes, it really has been that long! The last time she appeared on a red carpet for a premiere was June 2019, for the Dark Phoenix premiere. The last time she appeared at a fashion event was September 2019, for the Paris Fashion Week runway for Dior. J-Law has had her Dior contract for God knows how long easily since 2013/14, I believe. The Dior shows are pretty much the only fashion-week event she attends, and I?m positive she?s contractually obligated to attend as many runway shows as possible.
Jennifer seemed to be enjoying herself at the show, and she chatted with Dior chairman and CEO Pietro Beccari and met backstage with Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. Jen is obviously wearing head-to-toe Dior, and I would imagine that her look was probably chosen for her and styled by the Dior team. They made her look great, honestly. Jennifer looks well-rested and happy.
Has absence made the heart grow fonder for the public and J-Law? I still enjoy the fact that she was the biggest young actress in Hollywood and she stepped away to really take a real break. She got married to Cooke Maroney, she spent time with friends and family, she traveled and she kept out of the press for the most part. We will be getting some J-Law later this year with Don?t Look Up. She also wrapped on Red, White and Water, which will come out next year. She?s still got to film Bad Blood, the Elizabeth Holmes/Theranos story and she has other stuff in development.

As we discussed, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton got married over the holiday weekend. We knew that on Sunday/Monday, and then Monday evening, Gwen dropped some photos from her Oklahoma wedding! She looks so happy and so does Blake. I think and hope this one sticks for both of them. He was happy because they did it all on his big Oklahoma spread, and he even built a chapel on the property. She was happy because she got to plan her wedding just the way she wanted it, a classy/ranch affair with good food and their friends and families. Gwen?s wedding gown and reception dress were both Vera Wang:
Vera Wang made the two custom wedding dresses Gwen Stefani wore on her big day! Wang, 72, known for her signature bridal gowns, incorporated Stefanis edgy personality into the garments.
The first, which Stefani wore while saying her I dos to Blake Shelton, was a custom lily white silk georgette gown with a sweetheart plunging neckline, cut away back, fitted bodice and high low hand tumbled tulle skirt.
She kept her hair simple for her big day, pulling her long blonde locks back under her white chapel length veil, which featured the hand embroidered names of Stefani, Shelton, and Stefanis sons, Kingston James McGregor, 15, Zuma Nesta Rock, 12, and Apollo Bowie Flynn, 7.
A source previously told PEOPLE the boys would have a large part in Stefani and Sheltons ceremony. They were a part of Stefanis reception dress, too. A pair of hand sewn love birds symbolizing the couple highlighted hand pieced silk, crystal and sequin embroidered foliage around the waist and onto the skirt of the custom lily white Italian silk crepe and hand tumbled tulle strapless mini. Three baby love birds representing Stefanis children were also on the ensemble.
Stefani paired the look with sky-high stiletto white cowboy boots by Le Silla and a shorter veil adorned with floral appliqus and a white bow. She accessorized with gold bangle bracelets, sparkling earrings, and a cross necklace.

The dresses were very ?Gwen.? I even enjoy her reception look with the cowboy boots. It looks like Blake got to drive the ?just married? golf cart to the reception too. Judging from the aerial photos of Blake?s property, I think they set up tents (high-class tents) for the reception and party. I hope everyone was vaccinated and they had a great time. Oh, and the cake the cake is big and fun. Oh, and Carson Daly officiated the wedding! Because of The Voice. But Adam Levine wasn?t there!!

Heidi Klum was married to her second husband, Seal, for about eight years. Their wedding ceremony at a resort in Costa Careyes Mexico was attended by Heidi, Seal and Heidi?s daughter, Leni, who Seal later adopted. On each anniversary following, they renewed their vows at same resort. The ceremonies grew to include their future children and a guest list that expanded upwards of 50 people. Heidi themed the ceremonies. In 2009, travel to Mexico was restricted due to the H1N1 virus, so the couple hosted their annual renewal at their home in L.A. with a ?White Trash? theme. At that point, I many people began to question the point of the renewal, as it seemed they were more an excuse for a party than a true reaffirmation of vows. But Heidi just gave an interview to the Sunday Times in which she said that she was, in fact, trying to preserve their love with each ceremony. Obviously, they didn?t work. Officially, Heidi Klum has been married three times: to hairdresser Ric Pipino, then singer Seal, then her current husband, Tokio Hotel rocker Tom Kaulitz. During her marriage to Seal, however, the German supermodel and the Kiss From a Rose singer repeatedly renewed their marriage vows each year ? but ultimately split in 2012.
?I think I got married eight times to Seal,? Klum, 48, now says of the former couples multiple trips to the altar in a new interview with the Sunday Times. ?I thought it would be kind of, like, fun. I thought it would be a fest of love. But you know, that doesn?t work either. I tried, you can?t say I didn?t try!?
She admits that over time she began to lose faith in the repeat ceremonies: Like, ?This is really not working.? But I tried.
Seal, 58, has also addressed the vow renewals, telling Andy Cohen in 2015 that that was my ex-wife?s idea, to be honest.?
Noting that he disliked that the ceremonies were publicized, he added, It kind of turned into a little bit of a circus, which I wasn?t terribly fond of because, by default, I?m quite a private person.?

I don?t have an opinion on vow renewals in general. I feel that, like wedding ceremonies, it has to be what they couple wants. I?d have one if my vows were broken and we decided to give it another shot. But that?s how I feel about it right now (I could always change my mind, too). Plenty of couples view them differently and that?s great. Celebrate your relationship however it works best for you. I admit that I got the impression that Heidi and Seal?s renewals were almost a habit after a while, like Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. They didn?t seem to have any sentiment behind them, more fun than anything. So I was surprised to hear Heidi was actually trying to buoy her marriage with them. I wonder if that?s what was behind the themes, to incorporate traditions she found so beautiful she wanted them to bless her marriage in that way. I?d struggle with what her ?White Trash? theme brought under that theory, however. But if Seal was, as he claims, against them, then they were doomed to fail from the start. If he told Heidi he didn?t want them public and she went public, that?s not cool of her. If he never told her that at the time, then he?s set her up to fail. Either way, these two were obviously not on the same page.
