Lisa Kudrow, 56, was on Conan trying to tell a cute story about how she finds working out punishing and doesnt do it. She said shes never liked exercising. Conan was questioning how much pain she was really in, and the whole vibe was weird like he was discounting her. Maybe thats because he knows her well or Im just not familiar with his humor, its hard to tell. Watch the video below and see if you agree with me. Heres what she said and as someone who loves working out I just felt bad for her, like she hasnt found her fitness niche yet. Exercise can be for everyone!
Ive known you a long time. You dont like to work out, you dont work at it. You never liked it.
Thats right. I hate it. I did try. I thought I should have a trainer. I started doing Friends. I just kept getting hurt. Theyre like Oh no you should work through the pain. No, Tthe pain is a sign that youre about to injure yourself. You dont work through it. You pay heed.
It doesnt sound like you had good trainers
I had the best. Work through the pain. Then the next day I cant walk for like weeks it hurts. Yeah yeah thats good, its ok. Its not.
Why are you suddenly getting hurt all the time?
The trainers hurt me. Where are we going [with this]? I am cautious anyway.
I wasnt being overly cautious. It was almost a tear in something. Ive got doctors in my family. They would say For Gods sake, stop. Im afraid of getting really hurt. I stopped skiing ten years ago because everyone gets hurt.

I love exercise, but I know its not everyones thing and so I try not to talk about it too much or Ill sound like an a-hole. (When my friends talk about dieting I also try to STFU.) Ive mentioned before that I think of it like crafting. There are so many different crafts to do and some people love it while I consider myself not crafty or artistic at all. However maybe I just havent found my craft yet, you know? I took a drawing class and it was scary at first but I ended up surprised by how much I liked it. So I think Lisa just had a bad experience and then generalized that. We beat ourselves up so much about the things were not good at when all we need to do is take a different approach. Or not. I bet Lisa is walking every day or doing yoga or something like that.

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez clearly want to be their own ?brand? as a couple. They?re both crazy-rich already and they both have their separate celebrity brands. But they want to be J-Rod: The A-List, Over-the-Top Couple. They want their brand to be excess & family. They want free sh-t and they?re happy to promote that free sh-t with excessive YouTube videos in which they highlight their excess & family. So? what did Alex Rodriguez give Jennifer for her 50th birthday? A new car. A Porsche, to be exact. What could have been revealed in an Instagram post instead became an eight-minute YouTube video where we get to see A-Rod chatting with his daughters and setting up the car deal and then revealing the car to Jennifer (he felt her up during the reveal, which tells me he enjoys blindfolds).
The car is a 2019 911 Carrera GTS Porsche, which retails for $146,420 and he got it in lipstick red, and it was customized by the Ocean Auto Club. I assume it was comped too, considering this is just a not-so-lowkey ad for Ocean Auto Club. Alex also says that Jennifer ?hasn?t driven in 25 years,? which I didn?t believe until Jennifer said the same thing. Jennifer was happy about her gift, and she said, ?I?m going to have to drive? It?s beautiful! I?ve never driven a car like that! I?ve never had a car like this. I?ve never driven a car, period! My heart?s beating out of my chest!? She seemed genuinely pleased with her gift, which makes me feel? okay about this. I was going to grumble even more, but hell, she seemed beyond thrilled. It?s a wonder that, like, Marc Anthony never gave her a car??

Then suddenly in late 2014, the engagement was off and almost as suddenly, there were rumors about Olsen and Tom Hiddleston, whom she was working with on I Saw the Light. Later, in December 2015, we found out from Boyd Holbrook that Elizabeth broke off their engagement and dumped him over the phone in October 2014, on the same day his best friend died. Cold as ice!! A while after the Hiddleston thing fizzled away, she began dating Robbie Arnett in early 2017. It seemed notable at the time because she seemed to be full-on pap strolling with Arnett, whereas the thing with Hiddleston was very secretive (and honestly, I?m still not 100% sure they dated). Well, anyway? Elizabeth Olsen is engaged again. To Robbie Arnett.
Wedding bells will soon be ringing for Elizabeth Olsen! The Marvel actress, 30, is engaged to Milo Greene frontman Robbie Arnett after three years of dating, a source tells PEOPLE.
The couple made their first public appearance as a couple in September 2017 when they attended the Gersh pre-Emmys party together where they were photographed. The private pair were first romantically linked in March 2017 after they were spotted walking arm-in-arm in New York City. Arnett is the lead singer for Milo Greene, which formed in 2009.

Heidi Montag is set to launch herself as a Christian singer. Heidi had a singing career about 10 years ago that resulted in a few singles and an album, aptly titled Superficial. But that was the old, sequined bikini Heidi. Ever since she and husband Spencer were baptized by Stephen Baldwin in the River of Reality Show Redemption, they?ve been leaning into their new Christian veneer. So that?s what her new music will be positive-vibey, Christian, pop, techno fun. And apparently, we have her son, Gunner, to blame for it because it was leaving him at home that reminded her of her thirst for attention. Thanks, Gunner.
Heidi Montag wants to relaunch her music career.
After last releasing her last EP in 2012, Heidi has now said she wants to create new music with a more Christian vibe she said during Mondays episode of The Hills: New Beginnings.
Speaking to Justin Bobby Brescia on Mondays episode, she said: Before, I did pop music and that was really fun. I feel like now, where Im at, is more of a heartfelt, Christian vibe.
[It's] pop music, but theres a Christian message. Its just one song, but I want to do something good and send out a positive message to the world.
And in a confessional, she then added: I really want to put out a great, faith-based, positive song.
Heidis renewed passion for music comes after her husband Spencer Pratt recently admitted Heidi found it impossible to do anything without their son Gunner, now 21 months, for the first year of his life.
Spencer, 35, said: When we started filming ['The Hills: New Beginnings'], Heidi was a very, very intense-attachment parent. Im sure some would say extreme, but to me it was just being a super mom.
Filming on the Hills reboot allowed Heidi to begin to separate herself from her tot, so she now feels ready to try her hand at music again.

I have little to say about Heidi?s singing. I didn?t download her earlier work and I doubt this promised offering will be in my rotation either. I?m encouraged to note that is just talk at this stage. It sounds like yet another Montag-Pratt whim and not anything we actually have to worry about for a while. If anything comes of this, I suspect her videos will have a different vibe as well, unless Christian pole dancing is a thing, which it totally should be, by the way. And Im sure her music will be played non-stop on their podcast.
As for Heidi finally separating herself from Gunner, I?m actually glad she broke that chain. If she truly was not without her child on her hip for 21 months, that would be incredibly isolating. I don?t know if she never left him because she couldn?t bear to be without him, thought (or was told) she was a bad mom if she went out for a bit or was scared to leave him alone but it doesn?t really matter. Eventually something wouldve separated them ?school, another baby, Spencer ran out of hair gel and won?t come out from under the couch ? so it?s good she?s doing it now. However, this news is such a Speidi transformation: ?I cannot leave my baby for one second or I will just die!? (spends five minute with the spotlight pointed on her) ?OMG I?m seen! I must relaunch my *solo* music career! But Christian this time. Positive, feel-good, message stuff, because Christian!? And if the Christian thing doesn?t work out, Heidi can always go into death metal since, according to Stephanie Pratt, Heidi is the Devil.

We recently talked about Ashley Tisdale and her husband, Chris, losing their beloved dog, Maui. Unfortunately, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas lost one of their two dogs, Waldo Picasso, after he was hit by a car last week. Like Ashley and Chris, they also got tattoos to honor Waldo?s memory:

The Jonas Brother singer and the Game of Thrones star, whose Alaskan Klee Kai dog was reportedly struck and killed by a car in New York City last week, took to social media on Monday to pay tribute to their angel. The newlyweds got matching tattoos of their beloved pup on their forearms.
I miss you, Waldo, Turner wrote on her Instagram Story along with a photo of the new tribute ink. Rest in peace my little baby.
Jonas also posted a photo of his tattoo on social media, writing, R.I.P. my little angel.
E! shared information from the police about the incident:
Of the incident, an NYPD spokesperson told E! News that a woman filed a police report on Friday, July 26, saying that on Wednesday around 11:30 p.m., a vehicle did not stop and struck a dog on the street before leaving the scene. The woman said the dog was brought to a hospital, where the pup passed away. At the time, the spokesperson said the NYPD could not confirm the name of the woman or the owners of the dog.

I heard about this on the radio Monday morning; E! mentions the same details from TMZ: A dog walker had Waldo out on a leash. Waldo was startled by a pedestrian, got away from the dog walker, ran out into the street, and was struck by a car. I don?t know what else to say beyond how horrific and devastating this story is. I?m so sad for Sophie and Joe, and also for the dog walker, who is probably shattered. I am always happy to keep an eye on people?s pets, but I?d never volunteer to take them for a walk because of this exact possibility.
The tattoos are beautiful, and I hope that they bring Joe and Sophie some small measure of comfort. People has a picture of them walking together as Sophie carries their other dog, Porky Basquiat. They are probably terrified to let Porky walk near any street, and I don?t blame them. The couple should be celebrating being newlyweds and getting ready for the Jonas Brothers? Happiness Begins tour, which starts next week. They shouldn?t be needing to grieve the loss of one of their pups.

Here are some photos from the London premiere of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. What do you think of Margot Robbie?s Oscar de la Renta gown? What have you thought about her fashion choices this entire promotional tour, starting with the Cannes Film Festival? I?ve been underwhelmed, honestly. Margot is so pretty and she can wear anything, and I think that?s the trap: her stylists and people are always like ?you can pull it off, you look fabulous, we?ll make it work,? and she gets talked into some dumb choices. I don?t hate this de la Renta dress, I just find is kind of boring and too autumnal for a July premiere. I mean, rust/burnt sienna? What is this, 1998 J. Crew? The worst part of her promo style has definitely been her makeup though. It?s WAY too severe.
Also at the premiere: Leo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, of course. Brad Pitt looks? really good in these photos. He looks so good that I kind of feel like we?re going to get a ?Brad Pitt girlfriend rollout? at some point very soon. Can?t wait. I hope he?s fake-dating another MIT professor, that was fun as hell.
And finally, Lena Dunham attended the premiere. She?s in the film, along with a slew of other second-generation Hollywood types. Lena decided to give into her worst urges and murder a Muppet and wear the Muppet?s skin as a trophy. The casual cruelty of Lena Dunham.
