She hasn?t exactly had the best luck with men and following her split with David Lucado, Britney Spears is licking her wounds in the company of her loved ones.
On Monday night (September 1) the ?Baby One More Time? songstress posted an Instagram photo of herself with her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston as well as her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and her niece Maddie.
Along with the snapshot, Britney added the caption, ?At my sisters show! @jamielynnspears is playing the LA County Fair in Pomona tonight.?
Spears told her Sunday night audience in Las Vegas, ?Well, by now everyone knows my boyfriend cheated on me. But the best part of breaking up is going on first dates.?

Returning from her trip to London, Victoria Beckham arrived at JFK Airport in New York City on Monday afternoon (September 1).
The former Spice Girl was fashionable as usual, sporting a little black dress with black heels and sunglasses as she carried her designer handbag to her chauffeured car.
Ms. Beckham was in Mother England to check on the progress of her flagship store on London?s Dover Street, and from all indications things are going well.
Meanwhile, Victoria?s husband David Beckham has been on full-time kid duty back in Los Angeles, as Romeo, Brooklyn, Cruz and Harper are all in his care.

Is it just me or does Charlize Theron look really plastic-y in these Modern Luxury photos? It might just be wonky Photoshop or bad makeup. But she?s giving me Priscilla Presley vibes. Anyway, Charlize is still talking about body image and aging and how she?s gotten to a place where she?s really happy with herself and her life. Even though most of us give her a major side-eye about Sean Penn, I have to say? I agree with her that this is the happiest she?s been in a while. Her boyfriend is a sulky curmudgeon and alleged abuser and she?s never been happier. They?re probably going to get married. Sean will probably adopt Jackson too. Anyway, here are some quotes from Charlize about her happiness and self-confidence:
On her body: “I do not have a perfect body! I’m always finding things I can work on, but I definitely have reached a point where I feel comfortable and happy with the way my body looks. I don?t have a problem technically with anything Charlize said, if we?re just taking her words at face value. But taken in context with her life right now? does anyone really believe that Sean Penn is a ?modern man? who embraces Charlize?s feminine strength and supports her 100%? I do not. Sean?s past relationships tell a different story ? he likes women who put their careers on hold for him, he likes a woman who makes it all about HIM. But, as I said, Charlize seems genuinely happy these days. Perhaps we should just hit pause on our I TOLD YOU Sos until this relationship crashes and burns.

I swear, I?m not making fun of the older people or the people with back problems. My dad had bad back problems for all of my life, and I know the look of someone struggling with their back. And I?m here to tell you ? George Clooney is in a lot of pain. He had a well-publicized problem with his back during and after filming on Syriana back in 2005 and Clooney claimed that he got everything taken care of back then. I didn?t believe him. It?s the way he walks, the pained expression he has when he thinks he?s not being photographed: he?s still struggling. Plus, I always thought that? er, how to say this? I always thought Stacy Keibler?s sexual ?acrobatics? probably exacerbated his back problems. Since George has been with Amal Alamuddin, he hasn?t been photographed that much, but on those rare times when I do see photos of him, he?s always hunched over and walking like? well, an old man. Anyway, this happened:
Almost ten years after filming the Oscar-nominated movie, Syriana, George Clooney is still feeling the effects of his on-set injury.
E! News has learned the actor traveled to Duke University earlier this month and then to a hospital in Dusseldorf, Germany to get his back injury looked at.
After hurting his spinal cord while filming a particularly violent torture scene, the 53-year-old actor periodically loses spinal fluid. As a result, it’s routine for the actor to tend to the injury when it’s warranted.
Clooney’s rep could not be reached for comment.
Clooney has had to cope with lingering effects since the accident occurred in 2004. The back injury turned out to be a torn dura mater, a membrane that covers the spinal cord. Symptoms included severe headaches that give way to spinal fluid leaks. Along the way, Clooney has still been able to maintain a sense of humor about the injury.
“What you learn after you’re 40 is it’s just about plugging up holes in the boat,” he told Men’s Vogue in 2005.
E! News can confirm Clooney is back in Italy relaxing comfortably.

After Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie announced their wedding last week, most outlets claimed that Brad and Angie would be doing a ?working honeymoon? in Malta. Angelina flew from France to Malta to do some pre-production on By the Sea, and it was expected that Brad would join her within a day or two. Instead, Brad has spent much of their first week of marriage away from his bride. OH NOES. COUNTDOWN TO DIVORCE. First, Brad was in England for a photocall for Fury, then he flew to New York, which is where he camped out throughout the three-day weekend. As it turns out, Brad got a job. It?s a weird job too ? he?s been filming a ?short film? directed by Martin Scorsese and he?s working with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert DeNiro. The short film is basically an advertisement for Melco-Crown Entertainment, a global resorts and casinos conglomerate. Which means? $$$$.
How many short films ever boasted this kind of star wattage? RatPac Entertainment is producing a short being directed by Martin Scorsese that will be used as a campaign for Melco-Crown Entertainment (MCE), Lawrence Ho and James Packer?s global resorts and casino brand.
They got the best cast for a casino-themed film since Steven Soderbergh was making the Ocean?s Eleven films: Robert De Niro, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt. The script was written by Wolf Of Wall Street scribe and Boardwalk Empire creator Terence Winter. RatPac?s Brett Ratner and RSA?s Jules Daly are producing and Packer and Ho are executive producing.
The film will premiere next year at the opening of Melco-Crown?s newest movie-themed resort Studio City in Macau, the big gambling mecca that is now part of China. It?s the first time De Niro, Pitt and DiCaprio have worked with Martin Scorsese together in the same film.
DiCaprio has done five with Scorsese, and De Niro eight, but none together until now. De Niro and DiCaprio did This Boy?s Life back in 1993, with De Niro so impressed by the kid that he suggested to his pal Scorsese that he ought to meet DiCaprio. The two met and hit it off pretty well. Maybe this convergence with Pitt is a good warmup for that Frank Sinatra film Scorsese and DiCaprio have been talking about?

So, that?s what Brad?s been doing in NYC. He?s been filming this commercial directed by Marty Scorsese. I had to look through Brad?s IMDB to see if he had any connection to Scorsese before this, and I was surprised to learn/remember that Brad was a producer on The Departed. Allegedly, Brad was attached to star in it at one point too. That?s interesting. Obviously, Leo and Bob DeNiro?s histories with Marty are more well-known. Even though this ?short film? is basically just a fancy commercial, I bet it will be pretty charming. More and more, A-list actors are ?selling out? for these kinds of high-paying commercial endeavors. I?ll give it to Brad though ? when he sells out, he does it for major paychecks and with the highest caliber people.

Back in 2012, Rob Kardashian was dating a barely-known singer (barely known in America) named Rita Ora. They broke up in dramatic fashion ? in truth, the breakup was more notable than the relationship. Rob publicly accused Rita of cheating on him with ?more than 20 dudes,? which? yeah, I always sort of believed. I think Rita is a cheater and I think her whole vibe is pretty shady. Anyway, Rob fell into a massive rut post-Rita. He put on weight, he battled depression, and that?s been the holding pattern ever since. Rob is not a good place and his family really hasn?t done much to help him out. And as it turns out, the Kardashian Klan still believes Rita is to blame. Sure. I?ll buy that too.
Kim Kardashian gave Rita Ora the cold shoulder at the VMAs last Sunday — refusing to sit near her — and sources close to the family say it’s because Kim blames her for screwing with Rob Kardashian’s head.
We’re told Kim arrived at the awards show and discovered her seat was just a couple away from Ora’s. Not wanting any drama … she asked producers to find her a different seat. We’re told she wasn’t a diva, she just didn’t want to have to be social with Rita.
Sources close to the Kardashians tell us the family still blames Ora for some of Rob’s issues … since his ugly breakup with her in 2012.
VMA producers had to scramble, but ultimately they found a seat for Kim … with Kendall and Kylie.

I?m surprised Kim didn?t make a bigger deal about it. But there?s time. I get the feeling that in another two years or so, Rita is not going to have any friends left in the celebrity or music world. She?s alienated so many people with her vadge of doom. As for Kim? well, at least she wasn?t a diva about it. MTV producers were probably hoping the seating arrangement would cause some kind of drama, but all they got was Kim politely asking for another seat and Katy Perry rubbing her boobs on poor Sam Smith. Boring!

Here are some photos of Kristen Stewart out and about in LA over the weekend. She stopped by a friend?s house and then she and a few girlfriends went out to lunch or something. I looked through all of the photos and I?m pretty sure one of the girls is Alicia Cargile, who may or may not be Kristen?s on-and-off girlfriend. I don?t know. Star Mag says Kristen and Alicia dated (or are dating). The official line, I suppose, is that Kristen may have gotten too close to Nicholas Hoult while filming Equals in Japan, but God knows. It feels like the first thing Kristen did upon returning to LA was go to see Alicia.
In other K-Stew news, Elle released their full September cover story online. We covered Kristen?s cover and interview excerpts here. You can read the full piece here ? there?s SO MUCH ass-kissing, it?s not even funny. The Elle writer compares Kristen to Angelina Jolie and Elvis Presley. No joke. What?s really funny to me is that the interview takes place mostly as Kristen is driving around the Elle interviewer? in a Mini Cooper. Apparently, Kristen drives her mom?s black Mini Cooper sometimes, which makes me wonder? did Kristen Stewart bang her married director, Rupert Sanders, in her MOM?S CAR?! That?s so hardcore, Kris. For a 16 year old. There are also some additional quotes I wanted to pull:

So far, the Venice Film Festival has been a snooze-fest as far as fashion goes. Most years, Venice gets some fashion girls, some bigger models and some bigger international stars on the red carpet? not so much this year. But here are some of the photos that I found interesting. Let?s start with Uma Thurman in this pleated Jenny Packham two-piece at the Chopard event over the weekend? how is it possible for such a naturally glamorous woman to look so? blah? I blame the dress. The dress is BAD. But the Chopard jewelry is fabulous. Finally! Some jewelry p0rn.
And here?s Uma at last night?s premiere of Nymphomaniac: Volume 2. I can?t find the designer ID. It?s not important. This dress sucks too.
Charlotte Gainsbourg is also in Venice to promote Nymphomaniac: Volume 2. Here are photos of CG at the photocall and premiere, plus one extra premiere from a few days ago. I think all of these outfits are Louis Vuitton. I know for sure that two of these outfits are LV, but I?m not sure about the leather boob-dress one. She?s really tight with LV?s current creative director Nicolas Ghesquire. He?s a long-time friend and she?s a long-time muse. The photocall outfit is cheap-looking but fine, I just hate those lace-up booties. UGH I HATE THEM. The leather boob dress is inappropriate but I like the beaded dress a lot.
And finally, here?s Catherine Deneuve in Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2014 Couture. I love Deneuve and she?s the fiercest grand dame of the French cinema. But this dress is a NOOOOooo. Luckily, Catherine was with her lovely daughter Chiara Mastroianni. Chiara wore Christian Dior Resort 2015 ? a cute little number. Chiara is beautiful, isn?t she? I remember when Chiara and Benicio del Toro were hot and heavy. That was a long time ago!

I often go back and forth on whether I like Scott Disick. He’s an insensitive megadouche, for sure. A lot of that is his given role in the Kardashian Klan. This is a topic we’ve discussed on many occasions. I’m convinced that Scott has found a way to survive in the Klan. Unlike the other dudes, he will not be beaten down or chased off. Some would say Scott deserves his spot as villain. I think he rather enjoys it.
Scott hasn’t had an easy time of things lately. Both of his parents passed away this year, and he drank himself into the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Amidst all of this life upheaval, Scott and Kourtney learned that they are expecting their third child. The moment that Kourtney told Scott about this baby was not a private one. She told him in front of the KUWTK cameras. It did not go over well. E! has a clip of this argument/discussion:
Kourtney: “Can you shut the door for a second? I just wanted to tell you … [pauses for effect] … that I am pregnant”
Scott: “Okay, I thought you just … [sighs] … you just keep suckering me into these kids.
Kourtney: “I wasn’t, like, planning this.
Scott: “I can’t handle all this responsibility.”
Kourtney: “Responsibility? For what?
Scott: “I just can’t take care of more kids.”
Kourtney: “We have two children.”
Scott: “You’ve known this for how long?”
Kourtney: “Ummmmmm …”
Scott: “Well, when’s the last time you had your period?”
Kourtney: “March?”
Scott: “So you were pregnant when I took you away on your birthday?”
Kourtney: “I mean, I knew …”
Scott: “This is ridiculous. It’s always so sneaky with you.”
Kourtney: “Oh. My. Gosh!”
Scott: “You need to stop lying to me, and tell me honestly what’s happening.”
Kourtney: “I didn’t know.”
Scott: “What do you mean? You didn’t drink. Obviously, you knew.”
Kourtney: “My plan was to wait until …”
Scott: “Until the kid popped out of you?”
Kourtney: “Right. So you don’t have to be anxious the whole time.”
Scott: Oh my goodness. This isn’t good. I just kinda thought at two we weren’t going to have more kids. This is ridiculous.”
Kourtney: “This was not a plan.”
Scott: “You just keep suckering me into …”
Kourtney: “What? It takes two to tango. Like, what did you think was gonna happen?”

Yep, I transcribed that whole conversation. Mostly out of morbid curiousity and to analyze the language of a couple who argues about a pregnancy in front of cameras. Who does that? Kardashians. It does sound like Scott was genuinely taken aback by the announcement. Yes, he and Kourtney were obviously hitting it in order to make a baby. That much is true. I don’t know who to believe in this conversation. Is Scott really a douche who thinks Kourtney “suckered” him into having another kid? Or is Kourtney just as bad as Scott is? They’ve both admitted in the past that they rarely have sex. This family, I swear.

Miley Cyrus covers the Fall issue of V magazine. This is the Rebel issue. I know. We’re having a shortage of rebels in music these days. Miley sort of qualifies. She’s photographed here by Karl Lagerfeld, who is doing his best impression of David LaChapelle’s work. Except that this looks like budget LaChapelle, which is saying something. The editorial was a collaboration between Miley and Karl, who lost his dang mind long before this shoot. These interview excerpts aren’t much, so we’ll follow up with several other Miley stories.
Miley on her shtick: “I know that I?m not a pop pop dumb dumb. I know that I?m not. I’m a lot more than someone who just goes and shakes her a– onstage. It’s just kind of funny to mess with people and rile them up because I?m actually the most chill person and it?s just funny to watch the world get out of their minds over things that are so irrelevant and don’t matter.”

* Miley’s starting to think about her next album, Bangerz: Vol. 2 (not the real album name). She’s hinted to the Independent that the record will be “a little psychedelic” because she’s hanging with the Flaming Lips so much. Miley killed my soul last night by Instagramming a Leonard Cohen album cover. She probably thinks she’s the first person to discover Cohen.
* Miley did an interview with Australia’s Sunday Night program. She talked about Liam Hemsworth: “I love Liam, Liam loves me.” Miley claimed to be a “strong female figure” because she tells women to “just be yourself.” Then she called Elvis Presley the original twerker: “Elvis, he wasn’t wearing the outfits I was wearing but he was coming out and he was doing like the OG twerking. Like, no one wants to admit that he was twerking, he was.”
* An update on Miley’s VMA date (a homeless man named Jesse Helt) and his pending legal issues: Miley gave Jesse money to fly home and visit his mother in Oregon. Law enforcement was waiting. Jesse turned himself in on an arrest warrant and posted $2,500 bail. Jesse’s mother, Linda, says Miley offered to help pay for Jesse’s legal bills. That’s nice.

Well, well. I wondered last week if Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were going to sell/give away their wedding photos to People Magazine and Hello, and wouldn?t you know? It happened. I don?t know if People/Hello paid for this exclusive, but I suspect they did. Or at the very least, the magazines made a substantial contribution to one of the Jolie-Pitt foundations or charities. When Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie went about planning their big day, they didn’t have to look far to find the perfect wedding planners: their six children.
The intimate Aug. 23 ceremony ? attended by just 20 friends and family members ? was held in the chapel of Chteau Miraval, the family’s estate in the French village of Correns. The wedding ? including exclusive photos of the ceremony, Jolie’s unique dress (decorated with her children’s artwork!) and the entire family’s celebration ? is featured in this week’s issue of PEOPLE, in conjunction with Hello! magazine internationally.
Each child had a key role to play: Eldest sons Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, walked their mom down the aisle; flower girls Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, tossed petals gathered from the garden; and Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, served as ring bearers. The kids also helped write their parents’ vows. And Pax baked the cake!
“It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” Pitt, 50, and Jolie, 39, tell PEOPLE. “It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family.”
Even Jolie’s dress was an expression of her kids’ creativity: Luigi Massi, the master tailor at Atelier Versace, sewed dozens of designs from her children’s drawings into the dress and veil.

Pitt wore a suit from his closet ? with a tie borrowed from one of his sons because Pitt forgot to pack his. Zahara’s dress was designed by family friend Adama Kebe. Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, and Knox wore black suits (Shiloh’s included shorts and a top hat), and Vivienne wore a white dress from her closet. Jeweler Robert Procop, who designed Jolie’s engagement ring, created the couple’s wedding bands.

I?m not disappointed with the kids at all, but THIS DRESS is a nightmare. I?m not even talking about the kids? drawings on the back, although the execution of that is? not very good. But the silhouette, the design, the style of the dress just doesn?t suit her. Angelina is good in streamlined clothes and I really don?t get the bust of this dress at all. Ugh! Oh well. It wasn?t my wedding. Everything else is fine, I guess. I?m just grumbling about the dress. (And Shiloh wore WEDDING SHORTS! Montenegro Style!)
