Did you know that it?s been over fourteen months since we?ve devoted a post to Miley Cyrus? It?s true, I checked. The last time we even talked about her was back in January 2022, when Kim Kardashian unfollowed Miley after Miley flirted with Pete Davidson (who was then dating Kim). While Miley has been active and seen a lot in the past year, it?s also felt like she?s been relatively quiet (for her). Then she released her latest album, Endless Summer Vacation, this month as the first single, ?Flowers,? dominated the charts. And still, while the song has been everywhere, Miley hasn?t. It?s been interesting. Is this ?growth? perhaps? Has Miley matured? Well, there?s a new piece in People Magazine and it actually sounds like she?s still hung up on explaining what happened during her marriage and divorce to Liam Hemsworth. Their divorce was finalized in January 2020!
Miley Cyrus is 30 years old & thriving: The star is thriving after having had ample time to heal and reflect in the aftermath of her painful divorce from Liam Hemsworth. Shes the healthiest and happiest shes been in a long time, a Cyrus source says. Everyone was blaming her for the divorce and calling her this wild child, but that wasnt fair. Their relationship and marriage was toxic, and she was heartbroken.
Her side of the divorce story: Though Cyrus released the glam rock album Plastic Hearts in November 2020, the source says that she finally feels ready to tell her side of the story after having had time to process and heal from the split. Though Hemsworth is not directly referenced on the album, fans have speculated that some lyrics ? like the ex in Muddy Feet who smells like perfume that I didnt purchase ? are about the Hunger Games actor.
She?s not blaming Liam: Shes not trying to bash Liam, but she feels like she has every right to own the narrative after everyone was picking her apart after the breakup, the insider says.
Miley is moving on too: Hemsworth has been dating Australian model Gabriella Brooks, 26, since December 2019, while Cyrus moved on with drummer Maxx Morando, 24, in late 2021. A second source tells PEOPLE that Morando ? who produced two songs on Endless Summer Vacation ? is a cool guy whose drama-free personality Cyrus finds refreshing. He has no interest in being a huge celebrity; hes very low-key. Miley loves these qualities, the insider says. Miley can be herself. They are supportive of each others careers. Miley is enjoying life and things are great.

I mean? four years after Miley and Liam split and she?s still devoting whole-ass albums to ?her side,? really? There?s no time limit on healing, but this sounds more like Miley is trying to rewrite her own (toxic) narrative, where she split with Liam at the same time she launched a full-blown affair with Kaitlynn Carter. Again I?ve gotten in trouble for this before, so I?ll repeat myself I have no doubt that Liam cheated or whatever. I just think Miley was just as toxic, dysfunctional, unfaithful and immature as Liam when they were together. I also think Miley sounds like she?s still hung up on Liam!

I heard this Kelly Clarkson story the other day and it broke my heart. She was on The Angie Martinez IRL Podcast talking about how her kids were doing with her divorce to their father, Brandon Blackstock, and Kelly admitted they were really sad about it. Obviously, that didn?t surprise me, but listening to Kelly talk about navigating her kids feelings about the breakup knowing everything she went through in that messy split, I just want her to find some peace. Kelly said she understands what her children are feeling, too, because her parents were divorced and she felt the same way.
Kelly Clarkson isnt afraid to share the reality of her divorce.
The Because of You singer recently reflected on her split from Brandon Blackstock, the father of her children River, 8, and Remington, 6. Kelly said that River and Remington sometimes tell her the heartbreaking truth of how they feel about their parents divorce.
I literally ask my kids every night when were snuggling, Are you happy? And if youre not, what could make you happier?' Kelly explained during the March 13 episode of The Angie Martinez IRL Podcast. Sometimes theyll say, especially the past two years, and it kills me and I want them to be honest, so I dont ever say, Oh god, dont tell me that, but a lot of times it would be like, You know, Im just really sad. I wish mommy and daddy were in the same house.'
Explaining that theyre really honest about it, Kelly shared why shes glad theyre candid: Im raising that kind of individual. I want you to be honest with me.
While hearing that from her children may be hard, Kelly said she can understand her little ones feelings because she grew up in a similar situation.
I just sit there and Im like, I get it. Im from a divorced family as well. I get it. That sucks. But were going to work it out. And you are so loved by both of us,' Kelly noted. I think communicating with them and not treating them?not treating them like an adult, because theyre not?but not treating them like a child. Theyre not small feelings. Those are huge feelings, and those are huge emotions.
Not only do Kellys children tell her how they feel about the dynamic, but they also pick her brain as well.
My kids ask me all the time, So you dont love him anymore?' Kelly shared. Im like, No, I dont know if that goes away.'

?Theyre not small feelings. Those are huge feelings, and those are huge emotions. This is an important distinction that Kelly makes. They are kids but these are very big feelings and minimizing them would be confusing, at the very least. Treating them too much like adults would have its own issues, so it?s best to address the emotions directly. But I also feel for Kelly knowing what level of sadness the kids are going through and not able to alleviate that until they are old enough to understand.
The part that got me is the So you dont love him anymore? question. OMG how do you answer that? I mean, maybe Kelly really does still love her ex, but I couldn?t tell my impressionable child I stopped loving their father for fear they?d assume I could stop loving them. I?m sure therapists have mastered the proper response to this so if anyone has it, I?d love to hear it.
See, this is why I appreciate when celebrities talk about these things. I get to ask questions I never knew I had.

As we?ve discussed before, Ryan Reynolds has many businesses to keep his family afloat for a few lifetimes. He either owns, partners or has a vested interest in several lucrative deals and credit to him, he?s gotten in on the ground floor of some smart choices. He also cuts bait at the right time, too. I?m not implying that his business fail, but he knows when to accept the right offer. Like when he sold Aviation Gin for $610M two years after investing in it. Well, he?s one-upped himself by selling off his minority ownership of Mint Mobile to T-Mobile to the tune of $1.35 billion.
Ryan Reynolds? Mint Mobile has just been acquired.
The 46-year-old Deadpool actor released a video sharing that his company, of which he is a minority owner, has been acquired by T-Mobile in a deal valued at up to $1.35 billion.
?Mint Mobile is the best deal in wireless and today?s news only enhances our ability to deliver for our customers,? Ryan said in a statement Wednesday.
?We are so happy T-Mobile beat out an aggressive last-minute bid from my mom Tammy Reynolds as we believe the excellence of their 5G network will provide a better strategic fit than my mom?s slightly-above-average mahjong skills. I am so proud of the entire Mint team and so excited for what?s to come,? Ryan joked.

In the announcement, which I posted below, T-Mobile?s Mike Sievert and Ryan let customers know that Mint has run on the T-Mobile network since its inception. So they assure everyone who likes Mint that nothing will change, including pricing and customer service. I?m not sure I?d buy that if I was a Mint patron. Folks don?t spend over a billion dollars without a motive. Those numbers, man ? after a while they just don?t seem real. Since I am currently working on my 1040s, my first thought was how that was going to affect his taxes. But I don?t think billionaires have to worry about things like that. I don?t use either company so I don?t know if I should be consoling people or congratulating them right now. I can congratulate Ryan, certainly. That?s a nice chunk of change to pocket. I wonder if Blake told him that if he wanted to sink any more money into his Wrexham Football Club, he was going to have to sell off one of his toys to do so. I don?t blame her? or him. I won?t go into details in case Welcome to Wrexham airs season two.
Heres the announcement. It?s typical Ryan cuteness. I enjoyed it, and Mike does a pretty good job meeting Ryan at his irreverence. But this merger might actually worry some folks. I wonder if this silly little back and forth is enough to assure Mint users or are people sorry they trusted Deadpool with their wireless needs about now?

I realized it more than a decade ago, when she ?wrote? a cookbook all about her elimination diet and it read like someone who has a profoundly unhealthy relationship with food. That combined with the first years of her Goop newsletter, which were mostly about her various ?detox diets? and ?intermittent fasts.? She?s bragged about doctors telling her that she?s dreadfully unhealthy and she?s not getting enough nutrients, but she?s spent decades being the poster girl for seriously unhealthy fad diets dressed up as ?wellness.? Well, now a new generation of celeb-watchers is figuring out that Paltrow is an OG of disordered eating. TikTokers ripped Paltrow to shreds for being an ?almond mom,? a term I?m just hearing for the first time. According to internet slang, an almond mom is ?a parent who imparts unhealthy food beliefs or disordered eating on their child.? That?s 100% Gwyneth Paltrow. Only it?s not just Gwyneth imposing this on her kids, this is the foundation of her entire Goop empire.
Gwyneth Paltrow is nothing if not controversial. The wellness guru has been dragged by TikTok users for being an ?almond mom? ? a term used for adults who push disordered eating onto their children ? following a recent podcast interview.
Paltrow, 50, appeared on Monday?s episode of ?The Art of Being Well,? and broke down her daily wellness routine while administering an IV.
?I?m really embarrassing myself right here,? the Oscar winner said of the IV in her arm. ?I love an IV, I?m an early IV adopter,? she continued, noting Glutathione and Phosphatidylcholine were her two of favorites. ?They?re quite hard to find, and those make me feel so good.?
As for her daily wellness routine, Paltrow revealed she intermittent fasts and eats something ?that won?t spike [her] blood sugar? around 12 p.m.
?I love soup ? I have bone broth for a lot of the days,? she said. ?I try to do one hour of movement, so I?ll go for a walk or I?ll do pilates or I?ll do my Tracy Anderson [workouts].?
The Goop founder then dry brushes in the sauna for 30 minutes and has a vegetable-heavy dinner in line with the paleo diet to ?support [her] detox.?
TikTok users were quick to comment on Paltrow?s makeup-free appearance, and just how ?out of touch? her routine actually is.
?Insufferable,? a user bluntly commented. ?She looks physically sick so how much are these IVs really helping??? one person wrote, while another suggested she was ?too rich to swallow vitamins whole.?
?The mother of all almond moms,? a fourth person chimed in, while another added, ?what is she detoxing from if she doesn?t eat??

I am laughing my ass off at ?too rich to swallow vitamins whole.? That?s exactly what it is. Imagine being so rich and so out of touch that you just wander around, paying for IVs instead of eating a healthy diet! Like, Gwyneth has never argued that people should simply eat in moderation, remember to get your leafy greens and try not to eat too many potato chips. The complete goal, for Gwyneth, is to simply eat as little as possible and to constantly be in a state of vitamin deficiency so severe that she has an IV connection. I love the term ?almond mom? too I?m glad the youths are calling it out and creating a term for what this is.
