According to a report, she won?t be pressing charges against the 84-year-old driver who struck her with a car while she was jogging in Santa Monica.
An insider shared, "The incident is being treated as an accident. The driver was not given an alcohol test at the accident scene and typically she would receive a fine and a point on her driving license as it is considered a moving violation. Reese was not seriously injured and is resting comfortably at home."

This Minka Kelly Cosmo cover has been staring at me from the Cosmo promotional email for days, but I only just got around to reading some excerpts from the interview. Can I just say something? I?ve really started to like Minka Kelly. I think she?s cool, and she comes across as a lot smarter than the average starlet. I think she comes across as a street-smart girl because her childhood was pretty funky. Unlike all of the people who had relatively normal, well-adjusted childhoods and uneventful school experiences - those same people who try to convince us that they were always tortured and misunderstood and bullied - Minka?s childhood actually seems kind of rough. And in the occasional interview, Minka will give a glimpse into just how hard it was for her without coming out and laying on some massive pity party. Her mom was a stripper who loved to have a good time. Her mom would take her grocery shopping after mom came home from work early in the morning. Her mom thought they were friends. See? Rough.
Mom doesn’t always know best. In Minka Kelly’s case, she often had to be the responsible one growing up. In the October issue of Cosmopolitan magazine (as excerpted by the Daily Mail) Derek Jeter’s 31-year-old ex-girlfriend opens up about the “pretty complicated” relationship she had with her stripper mother, Maureen Kelly prior to her death in 2008.
“She was 5?11?,” the Charlie’s Angels star explains. “Legs up to her ears, gorgeous. She got along on that for as long as she could.”
Kelly says her mother would sometimes wake her up in the middle of the night when she got home from working at the strip club. The mother-daughter duo would then go to the supermarket shopping, and her mother wanted to take her to Payless to buy shoes.
“That was like our big Friday,” she recalls. “She would want me to skip school, ‘Let’s go spend some money!?? I was like ‘No, Mom, I’ve gotta go to school!’”
Kelly’s mother chose to raise her daughter as a single parent. The actress’ father, onetime Aerosmith guitarist Rick Dufay, “wanted to try the family thing,” but Kelly says her mom “was too busy having fun.”
“It wasn’t like he didn’t want to be part of our lives,” the Friday Night Lights star adds.
“I didn’t know how to appreciate what good friends we were,” Kelly admits. “Because I just wanted her to be my mom.”
Sadly, three years ago, Kelly’s mother died of colon cancer. “That’s detectable,” Kelly says. “Talk about being reckless and not paying attention to your body.”
Fortunately, the two made peace with one another before it was too late. “By the time she passed I was holding her,” Kelly says. “I was with her until her last breath. We made it.”

Sad, right? It?s a wonder Minka is so well-adjusted. Her mom sounded like a really fun person to hang out with, though. Crazy.
Meanwhile, it?s pretty much established at this point that Minka dumped Derek Jeter for her costar, Ramon Rodriguez. They were photographed together (on-set) two seconds after Minka and Derek split, and even People Magazine and all of the more ass-kissy tabloids are saying that Minka and Ramon are a thing now.

With the show's season in the midst of airing, the MBFW footage and winner will be announced when the last episode airs six weeks from now.

I think a great deal of Rachel Weisz?s beauty. I don?t think she?s been tweaked, plucked, sucked or tucked. I think she looks her age, but she looks GREAT for her age. I love her coloring, I love the way she carried herself, I love her hair. But I guess that I now have to admit that Rachel Weisz cannot pull off every look she attempts. This is Rachel?s cover shot for the new issue of AnOther Magazine, ?The Dissidents Issue?. Rachel is put in the same league as Aung San Suu Kyi and Julian Assange? which? er?
Ordinarily, I would only cover this kind of off-beat magazine cover if I had the full photo shoot, or even some quotes from the interview. Not today - mostly because it?s a really boring gossip day, but also because this cover is unique enough to discuss. WHY would you put electric blue eye makeup on Rachel? Why would you make her look like a 1980s clown-face? Why would you make her hold a kangaroo goat? And why, with all of that going against her, does Rachel sort of pull it off? It?s amazing. She comes really close to making this work.
Meanwhile, Rachel and her new husband, Daniel Craig, are set to begin promoting their film, Dream House. I think the film looks really weird, but I?ll probably see it just to see whether Rachel and Daniel had any chemistry on-screen. How could they not? MTV recently sat down with Dream House producer Ehren Kruger, who spoke about Daniel and Rachel?s chemistry:
?Daniel’s a very intense person, and it comes across in his roles and on the screen. This is a character who, on the outside, seems like an everyman, a family man, but you come to find out he has a number of demons of his own. Daniel was really able to dig into those and pull off a very intense portrayal of a man trying to protect his family in nearly an impossible situation. It’s a very valiant performance from him. And the chemistry between him and Rachel, which is kind of the core of the film, is really great?. They are both very focused actors, so you just figured they were really committed to their performance of this married couple. There is method acting and I guess there is matrimonial method acting. But I wouldn’t say it was apparent during shooting. They were playing the roles as professional, and it went from there.?

It really feels like Rachel and Daniel had a really intense affair during the production, while they were still with their partners, Satsuki and Darren. I think the affair got so hot, they didn?t want it to end, so they decided to take some time apart to end their respective relationships, and then they quickly returned to each other. *sigh*
Oh, and my mom thinks Rachel?s pregnant. I don?t know? I think Rachel?s definitely boning the hell out of Daniel every chance she can get. Hot.

In yesterday?s post about Ben Affleck and his 1970s wiglet, I also threw in some photos of Jennifer Garner from her daily paparazzi-friendly jaunts. I mentioned the weirdness of Garner?s pregnancy style - when she?s not pregnant, she wears really baggy, unflattering clothes that make her look pregnant, and now that we know she is knocked up, all of sudden she?s wearing fitted clothes and she looks slender. It?s the strangest thing. In Touch Weekly might have an explanation for it, though - according to Jennifer?s unnamed friend, Garner has been working out four to five times a week with a personal trainer so that she doesn?t put on as much weight as she put on with her second pregnancy:
Some people may see pregnancy as an excuse to let themselves go, but Jennifer Garner is clearly not that girl! A friend says the star - who?s in her second trimester - has been working out four to five times a week with her personal trainer.
The pal says Jen, 39, is trying to keep her workouts up so she can give in to her cravings without all the guilt.
?Jen?s pregnancy cravings are cookies and cheese puffs,? the friend reveals. ?She knows those calories add up.?

Cookies? Cheese puffs? I wouldn?t think Jennifer would even keep that stuff in stock at her house. She seems like the all-organic-everything type. As for the whole exercising while pregnant thing - I don?t really have an opinion. Don?t most doctors say that women can exercise while pregnant, just not anything really high-impact or super-aerobic? I think Jennifer is just worried about gaining so much weight again.

These are new photos of Gwyneth Paltrow, out and about in London last night for Fashion?s Night Out. She was at some Coach event at their new store, and Goop finally dropped the orange and went back to black. I actually like her outfit a lot - it?s flattering, chic and simple. The pants are especially nice. Here?s a question, though: Why does Goop insist on flat-ironing? I get that her style heyday was in the 1990s, the Era of the Flat-Iron, but surely she knows that by continuing to flat-iron her hair, she looks? dated?!? Goop? Never! But she does - imagine how much better she would look if her hair was fluffy and she let her natural waves fly?
In other Goop news, she?s just signed on for a new movie that will have her playing a sex addict. How gauche! The film is called Thanks for Sharing, and it will be directed by Stuart Blumberg, and costar Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson. I wonder if this is yet another supporting part that Gwyneth can film quickly so she can rush back to her children, her only ?real achievement?.
Also - did you know that Gwyneth didn?t update her Goop newsletter for more than a month while she went on holiday? Being a professional snot is SO HARD. But Goop returned this week with Gwyneth?s ?scrapbook from Venice?. Basically, she just took photos from her phone and wrote down everything she did for two days. This look from Sarah Jessica Parker in confusing the hell out of me. I?m also confused as to why SJP was the guest of honor at the Manolo Blahnik store. I mean, I get that people associate SJP with Monolos, but she was actually in the store, signing shoes for people, like she designed them or something. Since it was all for charity, though, I guess I won?t harp on about it. Anyway, thoughts on SJP?s leather dress? I feel like?sigh? okay, let me work this out. My thoughts on SJP?s style lately: she?s been dressing ?too young? and like she has no sense of color. Everything she wears looks childish to me lately. It?s not that I think SJP should just pack it up and wear muumuus for the rest of her life, and I do like that she?s covering up more and more, just because I don?t want to see her veiny, scary arms. But there?s something ?off? about her style over the past few months. I think her failed collaboration with Halston did a number on her, maybe? Anyway, here?s more about the event:
You can take the girl out of Sex And The City, but you can’t take Sex And The City out of the girl! While Sarah Jessica Parker has always insisted she is very different from her iconic character Carrie Bradshaw - there’s one thing they’ve always had in common - a love for shoes. And last night, a leather-clad Parker celebrated her love of footwear as she teamed up with Manolo Blahnik for Fashion’s Night Out in New York.
The mother-of-three arrived at the footwear designer’s Midtown Manhattan boutique in an stylish brown leather dress and white stilettos that would have made her TV alter-ego proud. Parker was the star attraction of the event to celebrate Fashion’s Night Out where she signed pairs of high-heels she co-designed with Blahnik.
As well as signing regular autographs for fans, she also got a treat when someone presented the blue pair of buckled Manolo pumps, similar to ones worn by Carrie in the first Sex And The City film when she married Mr Big in City Hall.
Proceeds of sales from last night’s event went to the Fund for Public Schools - a cause close to Parker’s heart.
Blahnik also arranged for a one-off Manolo milkshake truck to cruise the nearby streets selling shakes, with the proceeds also going to the same charity.
Meanwhile, Parker has been speaking about how she balances her career and motherhood while promoting her new film I Don’t Know How She Does It.
She said: ‘It?s complicated and it?s basically everything I ever wanted. It?s most difficult at the most surprising moments. You plan to be away and it?s a finite period of time and you can make sense of it and then something happens and you have to leave unexpectedly, say to go out for a work thing, that you didn?t plan and all of a sudden that?s the moment that breaks you. It?s surprising the things that are painful or the things that you feel the most conflict about, or these measures of guilt that show up. It?s like Jenga. It?s a house of cards.’

These are new photos of Victoria Beckham and baby Harper Seven Beckham in New York City. Posh is preparing for New York Fashion Week, of course, and she?ll probably be out and about for Fashion?s Night Out, which has already started and will continue throughout the weekend. There were lots of celebrities doing events last night, but I don’t see any photos of Posh - so maybe she’s waiting for the bigger events tomorrow night. Plus, baby?s first Fashion Week! Harper looks thrilled, right? Am I the only one who can see signs of both David and Victoria in little Harper? I think she?s already an interesting blend of her parents, looks-wise.
Anyway, should we talk about how Victoria is already back to a size zero? People have been talking about it all week, ever since Posh and Seven have started to get pap?d on the regular. Victoria is back to wearing form-fitting clothes, and it?s evident that she lost the baby weight instantly. A few days ago, she even went out in leather pants! Ugh. An insider told Us Weekly that Posh is already back to a zero, officially. And another source says that Posh is ?obsessed with working out? and that she spends hours on the treadmill, running 4 to 5 miles a day. She?s also dieting. And breastfeeding. Even a slipped disc didn?t slow down her weight loss - she wore flats for maybe two days, and then after that, it was back to Louboutins and Choos. Oh, Posh. How soon until she gets Harper into a pair of baby heels?

She has always had a love for New York City, and last night (September 8) Katie Holmes took part in a 9/11 remembrance event.
The ?Teaching Mrs. Tingle? actress showed up at the NYU Skirball Center of the Performing Arts to perform a reading of 110 Stories a few days before the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
Joining Katie in the reading were stars like Cynthia Nixon, Jeremy Piven, Mario Cantone, and Vincent Piazza.
Proceeds from the special star-studded event were donated to the New York Says Thank You Foundation.

I haven?t written about Eva Longoria in a while, mostly because ?Who cares?? Also, I have to say - Eva has been keeping a lower profile. Maybe it?s just that no one really cares enough to invite her places, or maybe the paparazzi are bored with her too, but she hasn?t been getting pap?d on a daily basis for several months. Sure, she manages to get pap?d once a week or so, but that?s very low-key for Eva. Anyway, Eva is still loved-up with Penelope Cruz?s brother, Eduardo. He?s 26 - Eva is 36. She?s twice divorced, he?s never been in a really committed relationship. So? I?m saying that ?six months? together is an achievement - although the ?six months? figure is a lie perpetuated by Star Magazine. Eva and Eduardo started up two seconds after Eva?s marriage was over, last year. There were photos of them together around New Year?s. So they?ve been together for more than eight months. Time for marriage and babies?!?
Why wait when you?re in love! Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz, 26, are so smitten with each other that after dating for just six months, he popped the question in Marbella, Spain, a source close to the actor reveals to Star. The big moment came while they were cruising the Mediterranean on a yacht with his sister Penelope Cruz and her husband Javier Bardem, in July.
And they even plan to wed later this year.
?After he proposed, Eva and Eduardo jumped into the water together,? says the source. Tying the knot again so soon may seem like a big leap for the Desperate Housewives star, whose marriage to Tony Parker ended last November.
But Eduardo?s pal tells Star, ?They?ve found their soul mate in each other.?

Part of me thinks that Eva is just one of Those Girls. Those Girls who always have a boyfriend/husband, those girls who can never be alone for two seconds, those girls who go from ?casually dating? to ?OMG, we?re getting married? in about a month. So, I?m not really surprised that there are engagement rumors, and I seriously doubt they?re coming from Eduardo. This is ALL Eva. Which means that I don?t know if I can take it seriously - I just don?t see Eduardo Cruz being all ?I want to spend the rest of my life with Eva Longoria!? It doesn?t make sense.
By the way, did you notice how the Star Mag piece name-dropped Penelope and Javier? That?s Eva?s M.O. too. Eva is desperate to make this Penelope Cruz connection happen, when really, I don?t think Penelope cares much for Eva. I hope Penelope really thinks that Eva is a desperate, fame-hungry B-lister.

Oh, and this is really boring but I thought I?d mention it - The Bos recently discussed her decision to half-dye her hair blue. The Bos says she and her stylist Cher Coulter were working on an editorial shoot and “The blue hair came about because we both really loved the Pink hair from Givenchy’s [Fall 2010 ad campaign]. The latest edition of Star poses the semi-intriguing theory that Demi Moore has had a very recent boob job. This hunch is partially based upon the photos displayed here, which were taken at a charity event on June 7 where Demi wore a dress with an “absurdly” plunging neckline that doesn’t offer much in the way of boosting or support.
These photos shall be contrasted with some other pictures taken on August 26, also in NYC, where Demi is wearing a black tank top with a built-in bra. Yes, the second set of photos (which we unfortunately don’t have access to) reflects a bustier Moore, but it really could just be a great bra. Well, Star has found a few “experts” that think otherwise:
Things are looking up — way up! — for Demi Moore. The 48-year-old debuted a perky, pumped-looking pair of boobs while strolling around downtown Manhattan on Aug. 26 — and her Two and a Half Men star hubby, Ashton Kutcher, 33, must be loving his wife’s sexy new accessories!
In her tight top, Demi’s amplified assets were on full display — and Dr. Milind Ambe, a plastic surgeon who has not treated Demi, tells Star that the actress; fuller breasts appear to be the work of a scalpel, not just a killer push-up bra.
“Given the round contour in the upper in the upper part of ther breasts and increased projection, this is more likely the result of breast augmentation,” the Newport Beach, Calif., doctor tells Star exclusively, adding that unlike lots of other stars, Demi — who has reportedly spent more than $350,000 being nipped and tucked over the years — likely opted for a smaller implant combined with a breast lift to give her a natural but fuller chest.
Dr. 90210’s Dr. Robert Rey agrees that Demi likely went under the knife to enhance her bust. “In my opinion — and I have not treated her — looking at the photo in the black dress, she removed her original implants, causing her breasts to sag and lose their fattiness,” says Dr. Rey. “Now, I believe she’s had a lift and 300 cc B-size silicone implants.” Surgically enhanced or not, Dr. Rey thinks Demi’s new look is fabulous! “Here’s a woman who’s pushing 50 and looks beautiful and takes care of herself,” he says.

Okay, here’s the thing. We all know that Demi has grown quite fond of cosmetic enhancement over the years, and she definitely had a boob job for Striptease but subsequently removed that set of implants. So it’s certainly not out of the realm of possibility for Demi to spring for a new set of knockers, particularly when her newly-employed husband, Ashton Kutcher, has a bevy of casting couch beauties in the mix now, right? So it’s tough to say whether or not Demi’s got some new girls or just happened to be wearing a very flattering top. Thoughts?

These are new photos from Thursday of Angelina Jolie in London. First, lets? talk about her outfit. She looks like a reject from The Wizard of Oz. I think it?s the boots that are throwing me off? And Angelina seems thrown too. I think the boots are too tight and too slim even for her bony little legs. She looks like she?s wincing in them. They?re probably new, and she hasn?t broken them in yet.
Anyway, Angelina was photographed leaving director Ridley Scott?s offices. Fun fact: Ridley Scott gave Brad Pitt his big break when he cast Brad in Thelma & Louise. I think Ridley and Brad are still friendly, and although Ridley is known as a rather grumpy Englishman, he?s also known as very actress-friendly, in a good way. Meaning he likes working with women, he likes casting strong actresses, he likes telling stories with good parts for women. People are excited because it looks like Angelina is leaving Ridley?s office with a script. So what could it be?
Most people think it?s a script for the long-gestating Gucci project. I wrote about this way back in 2009, when Angelina was first mentioned for it. The film is supposed to be about Patrizia Reggiano, the ?murderess femme fatale ex-wife? of Gucci heir Maurizio Gucci. Reggiano was sentenced to 29 years in jail for plotting the murder of her ex-husband, Maurizio Gucci, and the film will follow the Gucci family through the 1970s and 1980s, as their empire was being built, and the murder of Maurizio in 1995. It sounds like an interesting project for Angelina, a straight-up drama that will have her in lots of excellent 1980s costumes, which should be no problem since bitch loves her shoulder pads.
PS? What kind of purse is that? IS IT GUCCI?!?
