I don?t know which is worse for Erin Heatherton: the fact that she?s bankrupt or the fact that every article about her bankruptcy identifies her as ?Leo DiCaprio?s ex-girlfriend.? Erin Heatherton is/was a model and quite a famous one at that. She?s not Gisele-famous, but Erin walked Victoria?s Secret runways and she booked some big runway jobs and editorials. She made serious money at one time in her career. But now she?s broke as hell and she has more than $500K in debt.
Former Victoria Secret?s model Erin Heatherton has filed for bankruptcy and is over half a million dollars in debt, but lists one of her most valuable assets as something from the wife of Leo DiCaprio?s best friend, Tobey Maguire. According to court documents, Heatherton ? real name Erin Bubley ? filed for Chapter 7 earlier this year, listing $6,465.57 in assets and $560,242.13 in liabilities.
The model said her average monthly income is $1,089.91 (with $221 coming from family/friends) but spends $1,074 on expenses, leaving her without much.
Her property includes $750 in electronics, $995 for a ?What Goes Around Comes Around? vintage Japanese jacket, $500 in other apparel, and a $945 Jennifer Meyer diamond letter disc necklace (Meyer is Maguire?s ex). She also has $919 in her checking accounts.
Her debts include large amounts of credit card debt, specifically lines of credit opened a year before she started dating Leo. Erin and Leo dated from December 2011 until October 2012. The docs note in 2010, the model took out three credit cards with City National Bank. She currently owes $11,514 on one card, $9,485 on another and $194,602.49 on a third for a total $215,601.49.
She also owes another $201k to City National for a line of credit, $100k from a legal battle with a former business partner, and $41k in back taxes to the state of New York. Heatherton made $226,596 for 2017, $18k in 2018, and $2,820 so far in 2019. The model also lists a long list of clothes and shoes she hawked to third parties prior to filing for bankruptcy. The bankruptcy case is still ongoing.

I honestly don?t understand how people can keep spending so much using credit cards. I only keep a balance on one credit card and I keep it below $1000 and even that makes me mad. How in the world can people accumulate more than $100,000 on credit cards, for the love of God? Granted, I know that in the sketchy world of American health care, some people are charging their necessary medical treatments or medications, but I don?t think that?s the case with Erin Heatherton. I think she just likes to shop and she?s not getting any work these days. Also: a model?s shelf-life, huh? Erin is 30 years old and I guess she didn?t save any money from her actual modeling heyday.

Here are some photos of Diane Kruger at last night?s Chanel Tribeca Film Festival Artists Dinner. Yes, the Tribeca Film Festival is happening right now, I just haven?t done any coverage of it, sorry. Diane was in attendance because she loves Chanel, she lives in New York and she?s currently promoting her role in JT LeRoy. She?s also in a place where she finally feels comfortable enough to chat about her baby. Last year, about six months ago, Diane and Norman Reedus welcomed a baby girl. We still don?t know the kid?s name and that?s on purpose, as Diane explained to People. Diane sounds like she?s enjoying motherhood:
The baby isn?t girlie: ?She?s not really girlie, she?s kind of a dude.? Regardless, the actress said she?s saving special Chanel items for her daughter. ?It?s fun to have a girl, I will say,? before adding, ?I like that, too.?
What Reedus is like as second-time-around dad: She said Reedus is ?very great with her. He just looks at her with unconditional love,? she shared, before joking, ?I wish he would look at me like that.?
Reedus?s older son Mingus: ?He?s great! You know 19 years is a big gap so he?s really like stepping up to be this protective big brother.?
She doesn?t want any more kids: ?No. I?m done. Norman has a 19-year-old son so I think our family is pretty much complete.?
Why she?s not revealing the baby?s name: ?Well first and above all, it?s safety. We have The Walking Dead empire which has a lot of very intense fandomship that comes with it. We had a couple [of] incidences before her arrival that were not so fun to deal with and so my main concern?s her safety. And secondly, she is an innocent, young, vulnerable baby and I think I just don?t understand why America doesn?t have better laws for children.?
Losing the pregnancy weight: ?I mean it?s discipline for sure but I was a ballet dancer so all my life I?ve been sort of active. It just sort of happened by itself pretty much. I mean, I worked out.?

A few months ago, a commenter I forget who, I?m sorry theorized something about Diane and Norman?s relationship and I haven?t been able to get that theory out of my head. The theory was basically that Diane fell head over heels for Norman when they first met and that?s why she cheated on Joshua Jackson with Norman, and why she seemed to move so quickly with him once she and Joshua were done. But that Norman always thought that their affair was just going to be brief and simple and he wasn?t expecting all of this. I don?t know it?s hard to understand their whole relationship deal from the outside. I feel like this joke might have been a bit too honest though: ?He just looks at her with unconditional love. I wish he would look at me like that.? Also: do six-month old babies have dude-like personalities? Perhaps.

Prepare yourselves, Snake Fam. I am about to admit something devastating: today, I am one of you. I am part of the Snake Fam now (just for the day!!!). As we discussed, Taylor Swift adopted a new kitten, a Ragdoll boy she named Benjamin Button. I heard the rumor that she actually met Benji the first time as she was shooting her music video for ?ME!? Benji is the little kitten (stunt kitten) in the video. Now Taylor has released a ?behind the scenes? video of the ?ME!? shoot, and it?s just about the first time she ever picked him up and held him, and you can totally see her instantly falling in love:
This is why I got a day pass to the Snake Fam. I am the same way, which is why I can only go to the Humane Society or a shelter if I?m ready to adopt. I will pick up a kitten literally any kitten and talk myself into adopting him or her. Some people are that way about babies as in, someone who can pick up any baby and want to take the baby home. I?ve never been that way about babies. But kittens and puppies? Yes. It?s a problem. It?s why I can?t just ?visit? a shelter. I would have a house full of cats and dogs if I did that.
So, yeah, I like Taylor for this and I completely understand how she ended up with three cats. And I love that she was so obsessed immediately, and that Brendon Urie is not any kind of lifeline trying to talk her out of it. And her dad kissing the kitten!! OMG. SNAKE FAM WHAT IS HAPPENING. THIS IS THE CUTEST THING.

Lori Loughlin is a joke at this point, right? She?s still leaking like crazy to People Magazine with her delusions of glory, like she was the biggest A-lister to ever A-list, and that her tacky college scam was some enormous fall from grace. If anything, the way she?s handled ?being charged with multiple federal crimes? has proven to me that she?s exactly the type of woman who would participate in a massive criminal enterprise and then try to Hallmark Becky her way out of it. Well, Hallmark Becky is going to court. As in, ?sources? tell People Magazine that Lori will not take a deal, and that she?s hellbent on going to trial to prove her innocence.
Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli want to face trial in the college admissions scandal because they think it?s their best chance for redemption, a source close to them tells PEOPLE.
?Lori feels like so much damage has been done publicly that the only way for her to counter it is to fight this case in court,? the source tells PEOPLE. ?She feels like once all the evidence is presented, that people will understand how things happened.?
Loughlin, 54, and Giannulli, 55, face charges of mail fraud and money laundering conspiracy. If convicted, they face up to 20 years in prison for each charge. Attorneys for the couple were in court on Monday, entering formal pleas of not guilty of the charges against them. The couple previously turned down a plea deal ? and they continue to insist that going to trial is in their best interest.
?She doesn?t want to spend time in jail,? the source says, ?but she knows that any sort of plea or conviction at this point will include jail time. Her only chance of avoiding jail is to go to court and be found not guilty.?

While I think Hallmark Becky is a delusional, entitled ahole, I?m also a realist: her latest scheme could totally work. If she gets the right jury, I could see her relying heavily on her white tears and a narrative about a mother?s love for her dumbfk daughters. And I could see it working. It depends on the location of the trial I feel like it would be in Massachusetts, since that?s where they were charged? If the jury poor is from the Boston area, what are the chances that jurors believe Lori?s Hallmark Becky act?

People Magazine is doing a good job releasing details from their Most Beautiful issue. As Hecate has mentioned, theyre doing a 10 year challenge, where women who posed without makeup in 2009 are doing it again. So many of the celebrities have said theyre happier with their looks and just in general now, and thats true for Brooke Shields too. Weve already heard from Brooke about her thoughts on aging and staying fit. In this latest excerpt shes talking about the importance of sunscreen, particularly when it comes to teaching her daughters about preventing skin cancer. She also talked about her famous eyebrows and how shes grateful for them and how she thinks she looks younger than 53. She does look younger than 53, but you guys tell me not to use that as a compliment anymore. I love when people tell me I look younger than I am that so it will be a hard habit to break.
?I feel like look a lot younger, [Brooke Shields], 53, tells PEOPLE in the 2019 Beautiful issue. ?And yet, I still feel like I?m myself.?
[Shields] says her biggest beauty change in the last decade has been prioritizing her use of sunscreen due to health scares over the years.
After learning her lesson about sun protection, Shields now advises her daughters Rowan, 15, and Grier, 12, to start regularly applying sunscreen.
?I don?t want them having stuff cut off their face like I?ve had to in my later years,? [Shields] says. ?They just burn so easily. And whenever I have to get a procedure, something burned off, I show it to them. I say, ?You want this?? Getting stuff cut off my lip. There was an era where we were baking in the sun, and you can?t do it.?
?My eyebrows are my favorite thing because I don?t have to do much to them,? Shields says. ?They have thinned over the years, which is quite shocking, really. But they?ve always been such an important part of the way people see me. As I?ve grown older, I appreciate that I don?t have to use an eyebrow pencil.?
That?s another lesson Shields wants her teenagers with husband Chris Henchy to know: embrace your natural beauty. ?I think that it?s important for my kids to see in this age where there?s so much going on with makeup, to not forget that we?re as beautiful and should be as confident without makeup,? she says
I am in my place now where I feel like I actually look and feel the best that I have in decades.?

Im very fair and have only had two sunburns as a child that I can remember. All of my day moisturizers have sunscreen, thats the easiest way to remember to use it. Im really lucky that my mom taught me to wear sunscreen from an early age. She grew up on Long Island in the 50s and 60s and they used to bake on the beaches. Shes since had treatments for skin cancer similar to what Brooke mentioned. My dad and mom both used cream from the dermatologist that brings out the skin cancer and helps get rid of it. The difference in their skin afterwards is amazing although it was hard for them to go through as your face gets scaly, red and blotchy while youre doing it. Ill admit that the main reason Ive always worn sunscreen though is to prevent wrinkles. I dont know how much it worked because I still have them, but maybe it would be worse if I didnt protect my skin so much.
As for her thoughts on going without makeup to show confidence, I always talk about that and you know my position on it. No one should have to prove anything by wearing makeup or not wearing it. Women should be able to make their own choices without pressure and that includes going without makeup as well.

As we discussed yesterday, briefly, Nicholas Hoult is in a bio-pic of JRR Tolkein?s life, or really Tolkien?s college life. This was pre-World War I, and Tolkien was a young married man and he went to Oxford and dreamed of Lord of the Rings. The Tolkien estate is not pleased about any of it, and they want you to know they do not approve of this bio-pic. But still, pretty pictures.
These are photos from last night?s London premiere. Hoult looked delicious in his Burberry suit (mmm) and Lily Collins was? there too. Lily plays his wife. She decided to go with this dumb Giambattista Valli gown. Let me say something nice to start? while I rarely enjoy Lily?s fashion choices, I do enjoy the fact that she takes sartorial risks and rarely goes for a boring column gown with a messy bun, you know? But this is a lot of look the pale floral fabric looks like a repurposed sheet, and the peplum isn?t helping AT ALL. The fact that the peplum is actually made to look extra puffy and crooked is a terrible design idea. The gold belt belongs on a different gown. Lily?s styling doesn?t match the dress at all either crimped hair (sleek on top) with fking hot Pink eye makeup? WHY IS THIS A TREND?
One other piece of Hoult news it was just announced that he has signed on for Those Who Wish Me Dead, which will also star Angelina Jolie and possibly? Tyler Perry? LMAO. It?s based on a serious novel (of the same name) about ?a 14-year-old boy who witnesses a brutal murder, is issued a false identity and hidden in a wilderness skills program for troubled teens while the killers are slaughtering anyone who gets in their way in a methodical quest to reach him.? No one knows who Hoult will play. But I?m excited that he will be working with La Jolie.
