Since Ive been using YouTube to find celebrity interviews there are two channels Im consistently impressed with. One is of course Busy Tonight which is sadly leaving E! after this season but will hopefully be picked up by another network. The other is Access Live with Kit Hoover and Scott Evans. Somehow they always get good quotes from guests and just like Busy theyre so enthusiastic its contagious. Plus theyre fun to watch. They have a new interview with Vanessa Hudgens promoting her partnerships with Propel Water and Avia. She talks about her fitness approach and makes it sound kind of attainable but then you see her body. Shes young and peppy but shes also committed. She had some good advice about working out with your friends too.
Are you a runner, what do you do to work out?
Im tried and true with my Soulcycle, pilates and yoga. I know what works for me. I just keep that up constantly.
What is [one fitness tip you would give]?
Try new things. Theres so many types of fitness for everyone. One thing will resonate with you. Then find a group of friends to do it with. Thats my favorite thing, getting my girlfriends together and going and doing a class together. Then you have someone to hold you accountable. Enjoy it. It can be a fun thing.
Also another fun thing for working out is get fitness clothes, althleisure that youre into. I designed [a collection] for Avia. Its so amazing when you put on fitness clothes.
Shes busting her butt, shes not messing around. Shes previously said that her diet alternates between intermittent fasting and keto, which sounds punishing actually but thats what works for her. As for working out with other people, I love going to Zumba classes and I?ve gotten close some of the women there as weve been working out together for years. I can tell them anything and there?s a real camaraderie in class. Some people dont going to classes at the gym though, they can definitely be loud and crowded. Its hard enough for me to find one friend who will show up and work out with me, so I dont know if I could find a group other than at a class already but that would be awesome. I also like what she said about finding what works for you. Too many people think of workouts as punishment or a chore and make excuses. I get that it?s not everyone?s thing, but it doesn?t have to be boring or tedious. Thats why I love dance fitness particularly.

Oh and she had a Lord of The Rings-themed 30th birthday party last December. She also said shes into Game of Thrones too but isnt caught up. Kat and Scott said the last couple of episodes were horrible so she shouldnt bother. As I said I like them!

There are very few things better than an enthusiastic dog greeting someone when they return home. Even if it was a crap day, when that pup starts whining because it can?t wait the extra 23 seconds it takes their person to open the door, your heart just melts. I love cats but they don?t care if, let alone when, I come home. But not dogs. The minute you cross the threshold, it?s an all-out love assault. And no one knows this better than Demi Moore, who has to face the love assault times seven every time she comes home to her Small Dog Gang. And by the looks of it, the Small Dog Gang is winning:

Every year, there are certain women who attend the Cannes Film Festival not because they?re promoting a certain film or project, but because of their various sponsorships and advertising contracts. That?s why Julianne Moore comes to Cannes so often she has some kind of contract with L?Oreal Paris, one of the sponsors of Cannes. Other women are contractually obligated to come to Cannes for jewelry contracts or fashion contracts too. But Julianne is there for L?Oreal. For the opening night festivities, Julianne chose a really gorgeous Dior gown in emerald green. So many people think redheads shouldn?t wear green because ?it looks like Christmas.? It does look like Christmas, but I love it, and I love this gown. It?s spectacular on her. Check out her emerald and diamond earrings too.
Elle Fanning in on the Cannes jury this year, so we can look forward to seeing her practically every night of the festival. The Cannes organizers know that, and that?s why they always put at least one ?fashionista? on the jury every year they want some glamourous young woman in couture all the time. Elle played along in this Gucci gown and Chopard jewelry. The color kind of washes her out, and I hope she brought gowns in colors other than cream, white and pale yellow. Her styling is fantastic though, even if I think the Gucci is ratherblah. Ugh, the shoulders. No one that young should wear a dress with that kind of shoulder padding.
Eva Longoria is another lady who turns up at Cannes every year because of her beauty contract. It?s been happening for at least a decade! And every year, I?m sort of underwhelmed by her fashion choices, right? This year, she wore a custom Alberta Ferretti gown which looks? not as high-end as it should.

Here are some assorted photos from the Cannes Film Festival?s muted opening night. I have to think tonight?s premieres will be a lot splashier and headline grabbing, because starting Cannes on a Tuesday this year really made everything so? muted. These photos are from the Opening Night red carpet, The Dead Don?t Die premiere and the gala dinner photocall almost everyone wore the same look throughout the night. Selena Gomez did not she changed from white Louis Vuitton gown (two-piece gown) to a white Louis Vuitton cocktail dress. She wore big, beautiful Bvlgari diamonds for both looks, and kept the same hair and makeup. It?s been a while since Selena?s been on a big red carpet? she looks good, I think. I?m not a huge fan on the LV dresses, but it could have been so much worse. The LV two-piece gown is quite flattering, actually.
Chlo Sevigny wore this too-tight Mugler dress and? lord, you know she had better choices, so why this? And why is her styling so bad??
Tilda Swinton in Haider Ackermann. Vampire goddess!! I love the dress too. Did anyone see her on What We Do In the Shadows? I love that show.
Charlotte Gainsbourg in Saint Laurent with Javier Bardem. I like the jazzy little Saint Laurent cocktail dress, honestly, I just think the look is poorly styled all-around. Don?t wear black pantyhose with open-toe heels, and do something with your It Girl hair.

Paris Hilton?s new song is about Kim Kardashian?s ass. I get that Kim has worked very hard for her famous backside but how many tributes do we need to pay to it? Okay, so maybe the song wasn?t originally about Kim?s posterior but Paris reached out to her for the video. To promote this new single by Dimtri Vegas and Like Mike, Paris was interviewed via satellite by Access Hollywood its is a riot. Between Scott Evans and Kit Hoovers overly enthusiastic adulation, Paris? inability to answer the questions directly and her bizarre efforts to sit angled so only her best side is captured, it?s worth watching:

Was there ever a time when this was not about Kim K?s butt?
I just wanted to make a really fun song, just about girls, having fun. It really is, like, a commentary about social media and just kind of making fun of the whole scene but also about girls and I needed someone who, obviously, would represent this song in the best way possible and Kim was the perfect person.
What?s it like when the two of you are together? You just must be mobbed
We have so much fun together. We?ve known each other since we were little girls so it?s always fun to reminisce and talk about all the fun times we?ve had together
Do you guys ever talk about how different life is for you two now?
We?re both just really proud of each other, We?ve both created our own empires and it?s just really exciting. I?m so proud of her. And it?s amazing and I can?t wait. This video and this song is just so hot.
Have you and Kim talked about her pursuing a career or at least work as an attorney?
We didn?t get into that but I did just read about that. I think she would be a brilliant lawyer
My gawd ? Paris looks like her left shoulder was super-glued to the window behind her. I love that she gives so many non-answers that Scott and Kit just start asking about other people. Even then she gives an answer to another question: ?What about Nicky, how was your sister?s Mother?s Day??
?I?m going to see the girls later.? Paris has been doing this far too long to give interviews like this. I would understand if she was hiding something, but these questions could not be any softer. It sounds like she doesn?t understand them. Something nice: it?s really lovely to hear how well Paris speaks of Kim. We know something went down between those two. Whatever it was, they worked it out and are back in each other?s orbits. I genuinely mean it, I enjoy hearing Paris say so many nice things about Kim.
However, the fact that they are celebrating their rekindled friendship by exploiting it to further promote their own interests is absolutely on brand for both of them. As for the song itself, well heres a sample:
