Taking advantage of the gorgeous summer weather, Katie Holmes grabbed lunch with a friend in New York City on Wednesday (June 19).
The 34-year-old actress opted for no bra and donned a white tee with a bright maxi as she dined at Amaranth before hopping on the subway.
In personal news, Miss Holmes and her ex-hubby Tom Cruise are reportedly doing great one year after their very public divorce.
"Tom and Katie are in a really good place," a source tells E! News. "They have a good relationship. Soon after the split, obviously, they didn't. But they have managed to mend their relationship for the sake of Suri. Things are cordial right now."

With things like this, the ocean, you want to protect it for your kid to be able to see the world the way I saw it. That's important for them to not lose it. What was it? A hidden cleft palate she was covering up all these years? A malformed twin growing out of her back? No, it was webbing between the eyes.
Intouch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I’ve asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don’t look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn’t going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don’t want old photos used anymore! Hoping to become the next big thing in animated films, Relativity released a trailer from Reel FX Animation Studios' "Free Birds" on Wednesday (June 19).
In the movie, two turkeys from opposite sides of the tracks must put aside their differences and team up to travel back in time to change the course of history - and get turkey off the holiday menu for good.
Directed by Jimmy Hayward, the family flick features the voices of Owen Wilson, Woody Harrelson, Amy Poehler and George Takei.
Check out the trailer below, in which Reggie goes from being the lucky one pardoned by the President to being thrust into a battle to save his fellow feathered fowls. "Free Birds" hits theaters on November 1st.
