| Gwyneth Paltrow's intimacy coach is getting paid to tell her clients really basic stuff | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Several weeks ago, Gwyneth Paltrow revealed in an interview that she and her husband Brad Falchuk do not live together full-time. Gwyneth has her home and Brad has his home and they spend four nights a week together and that?s it. I honestly thought it sounded like a good arrangement, and one that would work for someone like me, who hates cohabitation and likes to do her own thing. The problem I had with it is that it came from Gwyneth and she made it sound like only peasants live together all the time when they?re married. She said her ?intimacy coach? told her the four-nights-a-week arrangement was for ?polarity? and that ?all my married friends that the way we live sounds ideal and we shouldn?t change a thing.? One wonders if she would humble-brag about her arrangement if her friends thought it was a sh-tty idea, but whatever. Anyway, I did wonder about the whole ?intimacy coach? thing and luckily, Gwyneth?s intimacy coach is now giving interviews! Yay.
Gwyneth Paltrow shocked fans when she revealed that she has no plans to live with her husband Brad Fulchuk. Yet the Hollywood stars intimacy coach Michaela Boehm explained the reasoning behind the decision, as she appeared on Wednesdays episode of Loose Women. The counselor to the stars revealed why she advised the A-lister to keep some distance in her relationship in order to keep the spark alive.
Michaela reasoned: When couples start living together, they ruin the excitement. Thats true for anyone, Hollywood star or regular commoner. Offering advice to the audience, she preached: Spend time apart. That could be ten minutes at the end of the work day, it could be having separate rooms, or separate houses. separate houses do how much time you need.
Discussing the added pressure that celebrities deal with in their relationships, Michaela continued: Nothing you do is off limits, everything has to be dealt with in the public. A lack of the intimacy and lack of connection, not only celebs suffer from, when you look most people are always on their phones. Add to that, the distress of everything you do being watched.
[From The Daily Mail]
Nothing Michaela Boehm says is wrong, but that?s probably because it?s COMMON SENSE. Think of how much of a fart-sniffing narcissist you have to be to PAY an intimacy coach to come in and tell you that it might actually be bad for your marriage if you spend every minute together, or that most people some quiet alone time and that ?absence makes the heart grow fonder.? I really should go to Hollywood and make these aholes pay me for my wisdom. ?If you?re having problems in your marriage, you need to communicate.? Or: ?A sexual connection is not enough to base a marriage.? I?ll make millions.
It?s also notable to point out that for all the talk of polarity and intimacy coaches, Gwyneth and Brad?s arrangement is likely part of a custodial thing between Falchuk and his ex-wife for their children. I get the feeling Brad?s kids don?t like Gwyneth.

| Eva Longoria on new Dora: Immigrants should be celebrated, not condemned | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Eva Longoria?s next film, Dora and The Lost City of Gold comes out August 9th. The movie is based on the popular kids TV shows that centers around a seven-year-old Latina who explores the jungle with her backpack and friend Boots, who happens to be a monkey. It?s a fun show if you have young kids but I love writing out that plot out because, well, I just don?t know many children under 10 that are left to fend for themselves in the jungle ? for fun. Eva stars as Dora?s mom. Given the Latino/Tejano influence of both the show and the movie, Eva was asked about the importance of this film in the current American political climate. Eva said since America is made up of immigrants, it?s important to celebrate them and not condemn them.
Eva commented on how important this movie is, given the current political climate. The thing I love most about America and the United States is it?s a country of immigrants. It?s something to be celebrated, not condemned, so for me, to see a movie like this that has such a great representation of our culture and who we are and our contributions the contributions of Latinos it just makes me want to celebrate and applaud something like this even more because we have to make a movie like this louder than the noise that?s being created.
[From Extra]
Obviously, I agree with Eva?s main point, which that life is so much richer when we embrace the world around us. But I want to speak specifically to Eva?s comment about a movie like this being amplified to compete with the hate being broadcast throughout the country. We talk about supporting films with smaller representation in Hollywood all the time, but this is another great aspect of that argument. It?s not just getting different faces on screen, which is incredibly important for all the reasons we?ve ever discussed, but we, unfortunately, have to combat all the nonsense coming from the Deplorables at present. Intensifying messages and themes that celebrate what immigrants have brought into our culture is a great way to drown out chants like, ?send her back.?
Since, unfortunately, the reality is that we are not celebrating immigrants enough these days, let?s do the next best thing and protect them, like this amazing group of neighbors in Tennessee who formed a human chain to protect a family from an ICE arrest. Know your rights, know their rights and let?s all celebrate each other as much as we can.

| Taylor Swift's third 'Lover' single, 'The Archer,' is actually the strongest song so far | Added 5 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Some Taylor Swift fans maintain that Taylor has a weird habit of making her albums? weakest songs the first singles. Looking back on it, I sort of see that, although I think ?Look What You Made Me Do? and ?Shake It Off? were chosen as the first singles of Reputation and 1989 respectively because they were the MOST pop/radio friendly. Does that make sense? ?Shake It Off? was basic-pop and ?LWYMMD? was a statement of intent with a decent hook. But yeah, obviously those songs were not the strongest of those albums. Taylor seemed to try the same formula for Lover: she released ?ME!,? a self-absorbed anthem that said nothing and was so light and fluffy, it actually came across as juvenile and asinine. The second single was ?You Need To Calm Down,? which at least a ?message.? That message was lowkey drowned out by some problematic lyrical and video choices, but still, we set the bar so low for Tay and she sort of met it.
Given the light and airy visuals for Lover, I kept thinking that the songs like ?ME!? and ?YNTCD? would be the exceptions, not the rule. I expected more ballads and sweet, sad, romantic songs. Finally, she gave us one. Taylor dropped ?The Archer? on Tuesday and this is probably the strongest song from Lover thus far.
Taylor is at her best as a songwriter and singer when she does songs like ?The Archer.? I?m tired of beefs and performative friendships and pseudo-LGBTQ anthems. She thrives when she does love songs. You know who else thrives at love songs? Adele. Adele rarely veers from that lane and it?s fine. Would the Snake Army really have been upset if Taylor?s Lover was just an album full of ballads?
