The "Heart Attack" singer smiled sweetly in a white top, light denim jacket, blue jeans, and cowboy boots as she headed about her business.
On Friday, the 20-year-old "X Factor" judge goes under the knife and shared on Twitter that she is more than ready to get it over with.
Sharing an image of the song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," Demi tweeted, "This is my last day before my tonsils and I part ways.... I dedicate this song to those little suckers..."

In the drama, set for a 2014 release, a soldier assigned to Guantanamo Bay befriends a man who has been imprisoned there for eight years.
Joining the 23-year-old actress in the movie are Lane Garrison, Joseph Julian Soria, Peyman Moaadi, and Tara Holt.

As bland as I find Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis to be as a couple, I must admit that they give good TMI, which is nice if you’re into that sort of thing. Jason is featured in the August issue of Elle (the one with Amanda Seyfried’s talking vagina on the cover), and he’s either very compatible with Olivia as far as their tendency to overshare goes … or he’s playing catchup games. Their future marriage could get interesting in the press is all I’m saying.
Thus far, Olivia has told the world that her ex-husband killed her vagina but that she and Jason enjoy “sex like Kenyan marathon runners.” Olivia has also developed quite a habit of chatting up Jason in general while also publicly fretting that she’ll lose him if she fails to be successful in acting. Well, Jason is getting ready to overshare too, so buckle up, boys and girls:
His college crush on Ellen DeGeneres: “It was 100 percent for real. It was the gorgeous blue eyes. And she’s hilarious. That’s all it takes for me.”

Yeah, Jason Sudeikis has a decent body, but he’s probably telling the truth about not going to the gym because he’s not all torqued out. Maybe he and Olivia are really telling the truth about their “marathon” sessions, but I tend to think they’re merely flattering each other in public as a form of foreplay. While I’m happy for them and their amazing sex life, I also don’t see the point of spending hours doing it. I mean, sure, it’s fun, but there is such a thing as going too long. At a certain point, one realizes there are other things that need to be done with all that time … like dealing with life itself.

Here are some new (?) photos of Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp shilling, shilling, shilling away for The Lone Ranger in Toyko. Have we even discussed how badly The Lone Ranger bombed in the domestic box office? It bombed. Without question. On opening weekend, it made less than $30 million. You know how much it cost to MAKE? $250,000,000. Yes. $250 million for Johnny Depp to stick a dead crow on his head and play cowboys & Indians. So, even I have to admit that I was wrong about it ? I thought for sure it would be a hit movie, and that little kids would be imitating Tonto all summer. Thankfully, little kids are more interested in the Minions in Despicable Me 2. Those minions are super-cute.
Anyway, that was just a long way of saying that Johnny Depp really needs the Asian markets to really bring in the dough. So Johnny, Armie Hammer, Armie?s wife Elizabeth and Johnny?s lovah Amber Heard (sidenote: I seriously almost typed ?Amber Rose? and how great would that be?!) are all in Japan. Amber did not walk the red carpet with Depp, but I know she?s there because there were photos of her in Japan with Johnny?s children yesterday. You can see those pics here.
So Depp only had his necklaces, scarves and vest for the premiere and photocall. And Armie, of course. So, who would I rather? When asked about the reports that they split because she wanted to get married and he didn?t, Stacy says: ?Everyone that knows me thinks that is the funniest story because that is the last thing on my mind? I?m I think a little bit different than most woman out there. I don?t really think about that right now.? And when pressed further about marriage, she says: ?We didn?t discuss that.? They were together for two years and they never discussed marriage at all, not even to dually disparage marriage? Either she?s lying, or she really got with the Clooney Program quickly.
Besides that, Stacy is 33 years old. She might not want to get married now or ever, and that?s her business and I?m not judging her either way. But it seems weird that she would say that she NEVER considered it or thought about it. I don?t want to get married either, but I?ve THOUGHT about it. I?ve considered it. At that age, you?ve thought about it and talked about it and actively game-planned for or against. Methinks she doth protest too much.

Here are some more photos of Jennifer Aniston on set in NYC for her new film, Squirrels to the Nuts. I covered some non-wigged photos of Jennifer yesterday, much to many people?s dismay. As for my discussion of the ?chilly? part of Jennifer?s body? first of all, I was just stretching to discuss some new photos. It?s not always some huge anti-Aniston plot, you know? Besides, she wanted all of us to see them (and the SmartWater).
Anyway, these are the first shots I?ve seen of Jennifer in her character?s wig. According to Lainey, Jennifer is playing a therapist in the movie. And for whatever reason, I was thinking to myself, ?New York? therapist? short, blunt cut? Prince of Tides!!!? Really, though, Jennifer has always looked like a young Barbra Streisand, and never more so when she wears her hair like this. I?ve always said that Jennifer should go darker ? her insistence on dyeing her hair that caramel-blonde is okay, but if she really wanted to switch it up AND look younger, going to a warm, medium brown might be just what she needs. The darker hair makes her eyes really pop, right?
Justin was also spotted on the set, visiting his girl, although we don?t have photos of that. Us Weekly?s sources claim that there?s no drama with JustJen these days, and they were especially loved up during Jimmy Kimmel?s wedding. Maybe Justin is just happy he gets to spend a little time in New York City without it becoming a huge People Magazine cover.

And Kim isn?t allowing her mom to debut Knorth on her new talk show either, which is probably driving Kris up the wall. There is a story in this week?s Us Weekly that Kim will make her first post-baby appearance on Kris?s show? at some point. Apparently, Kim wants to show off how much weight she?s losing. Can you believe Knorth is already a month old? She was born on June 15th. And we still haven?t seen her!! Kanye must have the baby on lockdown. Either that, or Kim really just doesn?t want her photo taken just yet. Speaking of, Radar had a suspicious story a few days ago about Kim and how great she looks now:
Kim Kardashian has been in hiding since giving birth to daughter North West more than four weeks ago, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the new mother was recently spotted for the first time on a public outing with the baby ? and we have all the details.
According to an onlooker, Kim was out and about in Southern California some time in the last few days, keeping a low profile and avoiding paparazzi by tooling around town in her nanny/helper?s car that looks anything but what Kim is accustom to!
?Kim looks amazing, she really does. She?s dropped a lot of the baby weight already?not to say she still doesn?t have a ways to go, but she looked slim and was glowing,? the onlooker revealed.
?As for the baby, Kim and her helper kept a blanket over North?s car seat so nobody could catch a glimpse.?
This sighting of Kim is the first since she gave birth to North on June 15 ? quite possibly the longest Kim has ever gone without being photographed since becoming a public figure.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week, Kim is sick of being in hiding and wants everyone to see her baby sooner rather than later.
?Kim is excited to have the whole world see her baby,? a source told Radar. ?She is saying that she knows that everyone will love her as much as she does and she wants people to see how beautiful she is.?
During Kim?s most recent sighting, the onlooker tells Radar Kim looked fabulous.

Yesterday, we covered the surprising story of Emma Roberts being arrested for domestic violence after biting and bloodying the nose of her boyfriend, Evan Peters (“American Horror Story”) from within in their Montreal hotel room. I attempted to take a very neutral stance about this incident that occurred on July 7. In doing so, I mentioned Emma’s father — Eric Roberts — in passing but decided not to discuss his violent past because I didn’t feel it proper to draw conclusions about Emma based upon her father’s actions. Certainly, Emma may have been influenced if she ever witnessed her dad’s ways, but it’s not fair to assume she could be violent simply because her father possesses … a history.
Let us be clear that nobody besides Emma and Evan knows what really happened in that hotel room. Also, we’re not sure if these two were under the influence of any alcohol or drugs either, but there seems to be an underlying current of thought, which holds that because Emma is smaller than Evan, she must have been defending herself. Who knows? All we really know is that Emma was arrested because Evan was (according to police) the one with visible injuries. In the aftermath of the yesterday’s revelation, Emma and Evan released a joint statement that explained the entire affair as being “an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding” and that they were “working together to move past it.”
In addition to what we already reported, there have been a few updates from TMZ. First off, there are new photos that show Evan comforting Emma Tuesday in New Orleans. We can assume from these photos that the couple had just learned that the media had reported the incident, but it could have been anything that caused the tears. In these photos, Emma is openly wailing, and Evan has placed his arms around his girlfriend. Strange, right? I’m not trying to talk smack about Emma merely because she is a female, but I do find it strange that Emma has “discovered” this new information on the street. I feel like even in the case of an informative phone call, a famous person would have immediately run indoors to escape the paps. But again, I’m not in Emma’s position. Now there is a disturbing report from Us Weekly that discusses Emma and Evan’s “passionate” and “extreme” relationship. Uh-oh:

As previously reported, Emma Roberts was arrested on domestic violence charges in Montreal July 7 after a heated argument with boyfriend Evan Peters reportedly turned physical. “It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it,” reps for Roberts, 22, and Peters, 26, told Us Weekly in a statement.
TMZ reported that the American Horror Story actor sustained a bloody nose and bite marks during the altercation, which took place in their hotel room. “Emma is very dramatic,” one source tells Us of the We’re the Millers actress, niece to superstar Julia Roberts, adding that she can get “wound up” during arguments. The July 7 episode, says the insider, went “way out of control.”
“They’re a couple young kids,” adds a second source of the “inseparable” and openly affectionate pair, who’ve been dating since spring 2012. “Their romance is pretty extreme. They just behave in a way that’s very passionate.”
This latest spat, doesn’t mean the end of the road for the former Adult World costars, who next team up for season three of American Horror Story, currently shooting in New Orleans. “They will not break up,” the first source insists. “When they are good, they are crazy in love.”

Ugh, the cycle of violence. Without getting too personal, I will admit to having a good friend who has been there to a degree although the first (and only) time she ever experienced the wrath of a violent partner, she hauled her ass out of the situation a few days later. But again, she was in neither Emma nor Evan’s position, and perhaps they’re both violent people. TMZ has also posted a few photos of Emma with bruises and bandages a few days after the reported altercation in Montreal. What a mess.

Kristen Stewart on a boat! These are new pics of K-Stew on a boat, in the LA harbor I guess. I mean, I know this is LA. All of the photos say LA. But I can?t tell you exactly which harbor or anything. Kristen was photographed yesterday on what seemed like her first day of work on her new film ? the first time she?s been on a new film set in more than a year! ? Camp X-Ray. This is the film where Kristen will be playing a young MP in Guantanamo who befriends an imprisoned insurgent or something.
In half the photos, Kristen is just wearing her normal clothes I guess, and it seems that they are arriving to some location in a boat. And then she changes into the fatigues and she starts giving me Shia LeBeouf vibes. That?s all I?ve really got for these photos. I doubt this film will be any good, but I think the point of this (for Kristen) is that she just needed to work. Back in December of last year, Miranda Kerr did some kind of photocall/announcement thing for Mango. She had been named the latest face of the brand, and Miranda was trying to sell it like her life depended on it. It was a lot of pose-harding and duck-facing and it worked. Not only was Miranda given the Spring 2013 campaign, but she was also given the Fall/Winter campaign. These are some images from the new shoot.
Australian model Miranda Kerr ruffled a few fashion feathers when she replaced supermodel Kate Moss as the face of high street label Mango last winter.
And now, after she proved a major hit with customers, the Spanish fashion chain has confirmed that the dimple-cheeked brunette, 30, will continue as the face of Mango for its autumn/winter campaign.
In the shot released to accompany the announcement Kerr is dishevelled but still sexy in a pair of distressed jeans, mannish layering and some stacked flatforms from the new season collection.
Talking about the latest pictures the model and business woman, who is married to actor Orlando Bloom, 36, said, ‘I had a great time shooting the Fall/Winter campaign.’
‘The clothing is especially fun this season with a punk-inspired edge. I loved that Inez and Vinoodh kept the look of the campaign very raw and natural and I think it compliments the collection well.’
Kerr joins a long roster of fashionistas who’ve also modeled for Mango, including Scarlett Johansson, Penelope Cruz, Milla Jovovich, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Claudia Schiffer and Christy Turlington.
The Spring/Summer collection was shot in early May by acclaimed photographers Inez and Vinoodh. New York provides the backdrop for clothes that match floral prints and pastel tones with a gritty punk aesthetic.

Gwyneth Paltrow even tried to claim that her sad Pink gown at the Met Gala was ?punk? because she?s old and she didn?t want to wear a studded Vivienne Westwood gown (how gauche). As for the styling (super-punk!), I always think Mango has huge styling problems. I remember when ScarJo was the face of Mango, and they made her look like the corpse of a lifeless doll in every single photos. At least Miranda looks alive here. But she?s such a pretty/cute girl, I don?t know why they insisted on making her look kind of druggy and strung-out.

Well, we can all have a collective sigh of relief. Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez did not keep Nahla in France for very long, because these are photos of Halle and Olivier arriving back in LA with Nahla. Which is good news. Gabriel Aubry must have given Halle permission to take Nahla out of the country for the wedding and that?s it. Also good news? The paparazzi didn?t swarm Halle, Olivier and Nahla as much as they usually do, so there wasn?t some huge catastrophe when they arrived at LAX.
Meanwhile, Halle is still carrying beautifully, and she is ?glowing?. I think that?s a cheap way to describe a pregnant lady, but there it is. Halle looks beautiful and glowing from her pregnancy and her new marriage. Godspeed, Olivier. And don?t come crying to us when the whole thing falls apart.
Meanwhile, Halle was showing off her new wedding band at the airport ? I?m including a close-up of the band and her engagement ring, which Olivier designed with a friend, apparently. I actually love emeralds so, so much, but I have a real hate-on for this ring. It looks like a man?s pinkie ring rather than an engagement ring ? so much yellow gold, such a masculine setting. And that wedding band looks like it was molded out of Play-Doh.

“I’m not really that into it anymore,” said the 48-year-old while promotingR.I.P.D. “I don’t know how many more movies I wanna do. I wouldn’t mind doing a TV show again, I’d like to do a couple more plays, but I’m almost done acting, I think.”
MLP says there are too many trolls on the internet and she’s too thin-skinned to take criticism from them.
“The world has gotten too mean for me, it’s just too bitchy. All the websites and all the blogging and all the people giving their opinion and their hatred ? it’s all so mean-spirited, it’s all so critical.
She’s right. Why can’t people just praise celebrities all the time? Looking pretty, reading words off a script and playing pretend is hard work!
“It’s sport for people, it’s fun to get on at night and unleash their own self-loathing by attacking someone else who they think has a happier life – or something, I dunno.”
In the words of Taylor Swift, “Why you gotta be so mean?” I’m looking at you, MaryLouiseParkerSucks94.
Mother to a nine-year-old boy and six-year-old girl, Parker said her decision to get out is “definitely” driven by wanting to keep her kids away from such hatred.
That’s only going to work for so long until they discover the internet. Then it’s all “Mary Louise Parker sucks” and bukkake videos from then on.
“I don’t know if you can imagine a friend sending you something they thought was funny, that was something mean someone wrote about you and there’s like 50 comments from complete strangers across the world about you – and you can say ‘Oh I let it roll off my back’ and ‘I wouldn’t take it personally’, but you have no idea until it happens to you. It doesn’t feel nice.
No one likes being made fun of. That’s why whenever someone criticizes me I just plug my fingers in my ears and go, “Lalalalala. I can’t hear you.”
“And there’s more of that than there is whatever praise people think you’re getting. There’s way more mean-spiritedness. I stay away from it as best I can because I’m too thin-skinned, but still it finds you.”
Kind of like Liam Neeson inTaken.
“It’s a mean culture – it’s reality TV and it’s watching people suffer and watching people humiliate themselves. It’s little girls in pageants and housewives and plastic surgery and people in rehab. It just feels like a very ugly ? it’s like someone just lifted up a rock and that’s all we’re looking at.”
That’s the difference between people. Some like to look at all the roses and dandelions and butterflies. Others like to lift up that rock to see the bizarre things that live under there like Kim Kardashian and Honey Boo Boo and Lindsay Lohan’s dignity.
MLP says she wouldn’t feel an itch to go back when she leaves acting behind adding, “I would write, still. I write for Esquire (magazine) and writing makes me happy. I would take care of my kids and my goats. That’s about it. Bake. Throw my internet in the lake ?”
