Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West out and about on Sunday in West Hollywood. They went for a date-day lunch without the kids. They went to Ysabel. There?s some confusion about Kim?s new hair look here. Some people believe she?s wearing a wig. Some people believe she just took out her extensions and straightened her hair. Some people believe she got a big haircut. I don?t know? I don?t think it?s a wig? I think she really got her hair cut and/or got her extensions taken out. And it looks good. This is a ?sleek lob,? correct?
As for what she?s wearing, the boots are from Kanye?s Yeezy collection. They cost about $900. They do not look comfortable, although to be fair, I never think Kim looks good in boots. She always looks like she?s cutting off circulation to her legs. Her purse is Louis Vuitton, and I don?t have an ID on the dress. Is she even wearing underwear?
Even though Keeping Up with the Kardashians was nominated for a Teen Choice Award, no one from the family went to the show, which is sort of a downer, right? The TCAs aren?t good enough for the Kardashians. Think about that. Instead, Kim spent the evening live-tweeting with fans about the new episode of KUWTK ? go here to read. After that, she went to a party at The Nice Guy for Kylie Jenner, who turns 19 next week.

Tara Reid has been looking… altered for some time now. She’s very small (she hasn’t always been this thin) and there’s definitely something off about her. Other than saying that she has new too-large veneers I’m not going to get into it, but you can check out the Instagram pic below and read between the lines. Tara was at the Sharknado 4 premiere in this very sheer Michael Costello gown with a glittery leaf pattern and nude colored undies as coverage. The dress looks like it’s made of pantyhose and sequins. This is bizarre to me because I’ve seen Project Runway finalist Costello’s gowns on several other celebrities, including Meghan Trainor, Laverne Cox and Queen Latifah and they’re usually covered up and looking classy. Not Tara obviously.
Sharknado: The 4th Awakens aired on Syfy last night, during which it was the number one trending topic on Twitter. It will air countless more times if you missed it, and E! has a (spoilers) recap of all the weirdest moments. I saw the original Sharknado when it aired in theaters in 2014 and I was unprepared for the fate of Tara Reid’s character. Tara has some thoughts about her character’s abilities. This show has become a cult hit which no one expected, including Tara’s costar, Ian Ziering. In an interview with US Magazine, Ziering said that he did the first movie because he needed the money and health insurance and that he was hoping no one would watch it. “I was having a baby four months later and I needed to provide for my family. I thought the movie would be horrible and I prayed that it would disappear and no one would watch it!”

Country singer, Miranda Lambert, whose latest single, “Vice” has shot up the country – and pop – charts, let her emotions get the best of her at a concert at the at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, Illinois on Friday. During a performance of the song “Over You”, fans saw the 32-year-old singer crying and basically getting “verklempt” while she was singing. She ended up having the audience fill in for her on part of the song, as one fan posted to Twitter.

The Teen Choice Awards were held last night. Why do I also forget about the TCAs? Is it because I never watch them? Is it because I?m not entirely sure who IS watching? I always consider the Teen Choice Awards to just be a buffet of appearances by actors appealing to the PG-13 (but not R) rated crowd. Chris Evans but not Leonardo, you know? But there seemed to be a different kind of tone happening at this year?s TCAs. This year, Jessica Alba introduced family members of victims of gun violence, like teenagers who lost siblings in Newtown, Aurora, Dallas and Orlando. Alton Sterling?s son was there too ? you can read more about it here. So in addition to handing out surfboard awards, the TCAs came out STRONG against gun violence and came out for comprehensive gun control.
As for the fashion, Jessica Alba wore David Koma, this attractive but rather dark ensemble. I think the point was that she knew she was going to be doing a serious moment and she didn?t want to be dressed in some bright and frilly. You can see the full list of TCA winners here.
Ashley Benson in Michael Kors. I think she looks cute and appropriate for the TCA. I also think she looks like Kate Upton?s little sister, right?
Shay Mitchell is giving me Kylie Jenner vibes. Something about her hair and makeup. It?s weird. Shay?s minidress is Just Cavalli. Sparkly, cute, fine.
Lucy Hale in Azzaro. Not my favorite look from the event, but she looked summery. I think there are too many patterns happening.
Lea Michele in Self Portrait. Imagine this two-piece ensemble with a pair of high-fashion black flip-flops. Much better, right? It?s like she decided to wear Pink bridesmaid shoes. Ridic.
Victoria Justice in Versace. This might be my least favorite look. I think the skirt is too high and the fabric is tragic.
Keke Palmer is giving me some serious Rihanna vibes in this jumpsuit from The Blonds.
Daisy Ridley in Dior. She looks SO different with that haircut and color. Does anyone else think she looks a bit like Elisabeth Moss now? Anyway, the dress is? eh.

Jennifer Garner attended the Teen Choice Awards last night in a black strapless sleeveless suit (it looks like a jumpsuit at first but it’s not) with buttons down the front. She’s worn black jumpsuits several times on the red carpet and she loves a black outfit. This look is saved by her styling and jewelry. I really like her bold black and rhinestone (or maybe they’re real) mod earrings and bracelet.

Garner was at the TCAs with her Miracles from Heaven costar, Kiley Rogers, where they won Choice Drama Movie. (A full list of winners is here.) Garner gave a nice acceptance speech about the impact of the movie, which told the true story of a young child being saved from a digestive disorder after a fall from a tree. She ended with a message for sick kids “All the kids who are in a hospital waiting for a miracle, don’t give up hope!” You can read more of her speech on People.com.
Laverne Cox was also all in black, in a v-neck Michael Costello jumpsuit with a Chloe belt. This is another case of an decent outfit elevated with pretty styling, although I don’t know if I like her hair that long length. Laverne and her Rocky Horror costar, Victoria Justice (who was also co-hosting along with John Cena) sprayed Cena with water bottles on stage as they discussed the plot of the show. Laverne retweeted a gif of that moment. The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which is a TV film remake of the 1975 classic (it isn’t being broadcast live like so many other musical remakes), will air on October 20th.
Here’s Sarah Hyland representing Modern Familyin J Mendel. There’s something off about this dress, like it needs to be let out a little in the bodice. It also looks like it’s made with very heavy fabric, as if it’s a dress for the winter that someone cut short. Maybe I’m just being thrown off by the pleating. I do like the bright blue and red print.
Gina Rodriguez looks so different that I didn’t recognize her at first! She cut her hair short and shaved the underside for a role and then she went an ombre blonde color. She was in a Cielo black suit with a goofy polka dot tie. I think that’s actually a man’s tie which someone fashioned into a bow. Why would anyone do that to her? She’s also wearing very understated makeup. This whole look is wrong. Gina was up for Choice TV Actress: Comedy, which went to Candace Cameron Bure, for some reason.
Kat Graham was in a kicky little white dress with a fitted bodice and an allover graphic floral print. I don’t have a designer ID on this, but it vaguely looks like Dolce & Gabbana. I really like to see what Kat is wearing, this is a great summer look for this event and is bold without looking cheap.
