In one of the shots, she’s even pictured wandering London in noticeably less clothing, which really makes us wonder whether McKinney and GQ aren’t in cahoots with the British Department of Tourism in order to entice sight-seers.

Jennifer Lawrence covers the December issue of Vogue, and the cover interview is likely the most fascinating and funny thing you?ll read all month. Even though J-Law is arguably the biggest celebrity/actress in the world right now, she still gives interviews like an ingenue with no media training. Maybe this is all an ?act? and she?s really the smartest, most meta celebrity ever. Or maybe she?s just sarcastic, genuine, real, hilarious and truly in-the-moment. Whatever it is, J-Law is a GREAT read. The bulk of the interview takes place in her home in LA, a home which once belonged to Jessica Simpson (J-Law: ?Thank God for Jessica Simpson,? a reference to the room devoted to hair and makeup). Not just in her home ? she and Jonathan Van Meter lay in her bed for five hours, drinking wine and eating pizza. She takes off her bra in front of him and at one point, she tries to make the perfect dirty martinis that Michael Fassbender taught her how to make. There?s like a ton of amazing soundbytes that I didn?t even get to. She?s utterly quotable, the master of the soundbyte, and given her position, amazingly filter-less. This interview is to promote Joy, her third David O. Russell film, and there?s a lot of DOR stuff in the piece. A lot of people think she?s going to get her four Oscar nomination for Joy this year. It wouldn?t surprise me at all.

Around May/June of this year, the weeklies got a heads-up that Miranda Kerr had landed the 25-year-old billionaire head of Snapchat, Evan Spiegel. By most accounts, Spiegel was a total fratty douche-bro when he was a student at Stanford, and since he seemingly jumped from frat-bro to billionaire tech guy, my assumption is that the douche is strong with this one. But Miranda has been working it for all it?s worth, and it?s amazing. The photos in this post are from August, and they still amuse me. Their sexual chemistry is set to ?tepid water.? Well, anyway, Miranda and Evan are still happening. We know that because Miranda gave an interview to E! News about her holiday plans with Evan and how she?s bringing home to meet her family. It looks like my bet that we?ll have a pregnancy announcement by January is probably dead-on, right?
Miranda Kerr seems to have found her perfect match! The Reebok spokeswoman got to chatting with E! News at the launch of the company’s new athleisure wear and couldn’t help but gush about her boyfriendand Snapchat founder, Evan Spiegel.
“We met actually at a Louis Vuitton dinner in New York a year ago,” she reveals. “We just started out as friends and eventually it developed into more.”
Essentially, he’s everything Kerr wants in a man. “He’s just a really kind person and very genuine and very authentic and I really appreciate that about him,” she smiles. “And also he’s very intelligent.”
And the biggest proof that she’s head over heels? Spiegel will be spending the holidays with her and her family in Australia! In fact, Kerr talked a bit about Christmas and how they are planning to celebrate her son, Flynn’s 5th birthday shortly thereafter on Jan. 6.
“We’ll be in Australia for Christmas and then back for his birthday,” she explains. “We’re just going to have a little party for him and all his friends?He loves balloons so I’m sure there will be plenty of balloons.”
As for little Flynn’s birthday and Christmas presents? “Right now he’s very much into his train set,” Kerr says of what she’s planning on wrapping up for him. “So anything that kind of goes into the train set? All the little things that go with it.”

At first I thought she was saying ?he loves balloons? about Evan Spiegel. I?m sure Evan does love the ?balloons? attached to her chest. Anyway, of course Evan Spiegel is kind (rich), genuine (rich), authentic (rich), and intelligent (easily swayed by sex). I?m sure if he was just some random 25-year-old overgrown frat bro, she would be just as in love with him as she is now. It has nothing to do with his billionaire status! OF COURSE NOT.

Liv Tyler, 38, has a new interview with Yahoo! Style. She’s currently starring in The Leftovers, which is in its second season on HBO, and has a new indie film coming out next year called Wildling. Plus she just designed a clothing collection for British brand Belstaff, which I suppose is why she talking to Yahoo! Style. She also has a ten year-old son and an eight month-old son at home. She’s described by the journalist as exhausted and she sounds like she has a lot on her plate. Liv is also thinking about body image when it comes to fashion and while she seems to hold herself back from saying that today’s models are too thin, she does describe the models of the 90s as not “malnourished”:
?I go through periods where I just want to wear sweatpants and a puffer coat, and I wish I lived in Maine where I grew up and I could just jump in the car and go to school,? she says. ?And then I stop myself and say, wait, you?re so lucky you get to live in New York City and you have beautiful clothes. Pull yourself together.?
?Samples are a size zero ? they?re so tiny,? says Tyler. ?I?m 5’10?, a giant, and I wear a size 10 shoe. Sometimes I just have to settle for what fits.? She says a sample came in the other day from a designer brand she often works with, and the bra looked like it wouldn?t even fit her 10-year-old. ?It was like a training bra,? she says with a disappointed sigh. ?But if I were 5’2? and really petite [like a lot of actresses] I could wear those things.?
Samples, she notes, weren?t that small when she first started modeling. ?If you look back at Helena Christensen or Christy Turlington, they were probably a 4 or a 6 ? they had beautiful bodies, very lean, obviously, and gorgeous,? she says. ?They obviously took beautiful care of themselves ? they weren?t malnourished.? Today, sadly, is a different story. ?The girls walking the catwalk [now] are very, very thin and very tall,? she says. But when I ask her what she thinks of that change, Tyler demurs. ?I hate to make big statements because people just run with it and take it out of context,? she says. ?The whole industry has changed, it?s hard to comment.?
Like any woman, though, Tyler says, she has days when she wonders whether she should try harder to fit into certain beauty standards: ?I?m looking at photos and thinking, wait, should I look like that? Do I need to do that? Do I want that??
But Tyler always manages to find a way back to herself. ?I?ve always felt this strange combination ? a will to be myself and to keep what is authentic about me [juxtaposed with] this other side of my work, which is very much about beauty and physical appearance,? she explains. ?I think there is a lot of pressure [in Hollywood] to look the same, now more than ever. But I always try to remind myself of who I am, and stay true to that, to not compare myself to others.?

Liv makes a good point about the sizes of 90s models vs. today. It would be nice to see more size 4 and 6 models in general, although of course today’s sizes 4 and 6 are not what they were in 90s. It’s interesting because the body size of the average person has increased while the models have gotten smaller. It’s like high fashion keeps getting more unattainable.
Also, I made a similar point about sample sizes in a story yesterday on Lindsey Vonn, but I hadn’t read this interview before I wrote that. I was just thinking about how actress’s body images must be influenced by the fashion available to them and Liv spoke to that. Imagine being told that you could get free designer clothing straight off the runway as long as you were a certain (very low) size. It could be alternately infuriating and motivating, although Liv just seems introspective and thoughtful about it.

It?s been a while since we checked in with Morena Baccarin and the messy situation she?s found herself in. To recap, Morena and her husband Austin Chick were having problems and were together on-and-off. They still shared a home in LA. Then Morena started banging Ben McKenzie and she got pregnant. Then Austin and Morena filed for divorce around the same time as the conception. Now Morena and Austin?s divorce has gotten really bitter and it?s quite possible they?ll still be legally married when she gives birth to McKenzie?s baby. Morena and Ben are now living together in NYC and she has primary custody of Julius, her son with Chick. On Tuesday, People Magazine had this story:
As Morena Baccarin prepares to start a family with Gotham costar Ben McKenzie, she’s embroiled in a bicoastal custody battle with estranged husband Austin Chick. In September, a Los Angeles judge ruled in the actress’s favor, allowing her to move their 2-year-old son Julius with her to New York, where she shoots Fox’s Batman origin show. (Baccarin, 36, and Chick, 44, share legal custody, but she has primary physical custody.)
New legal documents obtained by PEOPLE show that even after the couple split this summer, the unemployed writer/producer agreed to stay in N.Y.C. in an apartment Baccarin rented for him so they could co-parent ? until McKenzie came into the picture.
Chick “shipped some furniture there and actually stayed there with the child for approximately two weeks in July. Apparently he changed his mind and returned to Los Angeles with the child when he learned that [Baccarin] had a new boyfriend,” according to the papers.
Baccarin is now expecting a baby with McKenzie, 37, and the court notes that “her obstetrician gynecologist avers it is a high risk pregnancy and advises against extensive air travel” ? another reason for Julius to stay mainly in N.Y.C. with his mom instead of flying back and forth to L.A. every month. A hearing on child and spousal support is set for Nov. 19.
Baccarin and Chick were married for three and a half years, and the court says both “are good parents and bonded with their son.”

Some of you think that Austin Chick is behaving like a butthurt douche in this situation, but I genuinely feel sorry for him a little bit. I believe that he and Morena were having problems, but I also think that he believed they were trying to work it out, and they were still living in the same house together and raising their kid. And then she starting banging Ben McKenzie. So what is Austin supposed to do? Uproot his life and go to NYC so he can watch his pregnant, estranged wife play house with her new lover? It?s a really messy situation.

This week?s Us Weekly cover story is all about Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani and when their marriage really went to hell. According to Us Weekly?s sources (Gwen?s publicist?), Gavin had been having a three-year affair with one of their nannies. Us Weekly identified the nanny as Mindy Mann, and you can see her in photos that we posted back in 2012. Sources allege that Gavin had been carrying on with Mindy before, during and after Gwen?s last pregnancy and that Gwen found about it in February, when another nanny told Gwen about some suspicious emails on the family iPad. And now Us Weekly has released another piece of info: apparently, Mindy was Single White Female-ing Gwen, copying her hair, outfits, meals, etc. Yikes.
Even before Gwen Stefani allegedly confronted ex-husband Gavin Rossdale about disturbing text messages and photos she discovered between him and their nanny, Mindy Mann, back in February, there were warning signs of things to come, a source tells Us in the latest issue of Us Weekly. Stefani, 46, and Rossdale, 50, first hired Mann back in 2008 on the recommendation of friends. It didn?t take long, however, for Stefani to see that something was off about their new hire.
?If Gwen would eat something or do a workout or get a new handbag, Mindy would do the same thing,? the source tells Us. ?Gwen thought it was weird.?
More than that, however, the source says Mann also ?began to post pictures on social media dressed in a similar way to Gwen.? (The blonde-haired Australian shared a selfie back in 2013 that showed her platinum locks swept back in a black bandanna, just like one of Stefani?s red-carpet looks.) According to a source, Stefani became suspicious when photos of the Bush rocker and Mann emerged in November 2012, with Rossdale touching their nanny?s backside as they hiked with two of the couple?s three sons, Kingston and Zuma, in L.A.
But when she found naked photos Mann sent to Rossdale, she confronted her husband, who finally admitted to a three-year affair with the family help, sources tell Us. The couple announced that they were pulling the plug on their 13-year marriage in August. Stefani?s rep could not be reached for comment, and Rossdale?s rep declined to comment.

If the confrontation happened in February, why did they wait until August to pull the plug? Were they trying to work it out? Did Gwen still think there was something worth salvaging? As for Nanny Mindy? she sounds a bit like LeAnn Rimes. Some women are like that and by that I mean, some women are total nutjobs. Why in the world would you work as a nanny for a celebrity couple, openly Single-White-Female the celebrity woman and then bang the celebrity dude? Is it a power trip thing? Or is it just ?nutjob?? Oh, the Daily Mail got some photos from Nanny Mindy?s social media and they did side-by-side comparisons. Yeah, Mindy really was aping Gwen?s style.
Oh, and sources told Access Hollywood that Gavin left Gwen in the hospital (after she had given birth to Apollo) so he could fool around with Mindy. And Gavin and Mindy would bang on his tour bus after the kids went to sleep. Meanwhile, “sources” tell Page Six that Gwen is relieved that this story is out, because I guess we’re supposed to believe that Team Gwen didn’t release it?
