She probably wakes up in the morning ready for a close-up and Adriana Lima was gorgeous sans cosmetics as she hit up a sports bar in New York City on Monday (June 23).
The lovely Brazilian supermodel supported her home team as she watched the televised 2014 World Cup match between Brazil and Cameroon, attracting plenty of spectator attention along the way.
In career news, Adriana is returning for another turn as the face of Maybelline New York and global brand president Jerome Bruhat is glad to retain her services.
He gushed, ?Globally, women admire not only Adriana?s beauty but also her commitment to helping those in need. We are honored to partner with her again. Her passion for life and positive energy is undeniable. She truly is a Maybelline woman.?

I covered those yesterday, obviously ? you can see them here. Angelina wore a figure-hugging black velvet Versace. For this photocall, Angelina was back to a beloved sack dress. She has a real problem with sack dresses. She needs rehab for sack-addiction. It?s also like she?s giving us a little nod, like, ?I know you think I wear too many sack dresses. Suck it.?
Meanwhile, did you know that UK Foreign Secretary William Hague was being criticized for hanging out with Angelina and Brad Pitt and for co-hosting the Global Summit on Sexual Violence in Conflict? It?s true. Some politicos in the UK say that Hague was too busy schmoozing it up with Brangelina and he should have been paying attention to what was going down in Iraq. I think that?s a lazy political complaint ? Hague and Jolie scheduled the conference months ago, and it was supposed to garner a lot of attention to often-forgotten or ignored part of warfare, which is sexual abuse and rape. One issue is not any more or less important, you know?

She refused to hold her bridal shower at the Beverly Hills Hotel because the owner, the Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, is a proponent of Sharia law and in favor of stoning homosexual men and women to death. But now Kim Kardashian is changing her tune.
In a new blog post yesterday (June 23) titled ?My Thoughts,? the ?Disaster Movie? actress expressed her new perspective on the matter.
Kim wrote, "My best friend Allison and I wanted to take our babies out to lunch a few days ago after our baby class but there were so many paparazzi swarming us, it would have really scared them. We were planning on taking them to the Beverly Hills Hotel, which is where we always go because they respect not having any paparazzi drive onto their property, but I reminded Allison that my bridal shower was moved from that hotel due to the actions of the Sultan of Brunei? we 100% agree that the actions and law enforcements of the Sultan are completely against everything we believe in."
"However, I started to realize that maybe boycotting the hotel isn?t the best solution either. For a sultan that has 20 billion dollars, this loss of business doesn?t even make a dent in his fortunes. But the hotel staff are being negatively affected every day with the boycott that has gone on for weeks now? We shouldn?t punish the amazing hard-working people who have been so good to us for years! When I was a little girl, I would ride my bike to the Beverly Hills Hotel on the weekends to eat downstairs in the coffee shop with my dad, and some of the same people still work there! It?s sad to see them suffering from this protest."
Kardashian continued, "There must be other ways to express our views without punishing the workers, some who I know personally have families at home and depend on the city?s business and tips to survive. When I was pregnant, the hotel was my safe haven. There?s one waitress that works downstairs who was also pregnant at the same time as me and due just a few weeks apart. We would always share our pregnancy stories with each other. I know for a fact she has a new baby at home that she has to feed, so this boycott is affecting her tremendously. The hotel is a piece of LA?s history as well as many of our own personal memories? The unjust treatment and violation of rights of the LGBT community around the world is never justified and I will continue to proudly support the LGBT community in every way imaginable."
"I do believe though that instead of this boycott, there has to be another solution? Boycotting the hotel won?t affect the sultan, just our dear friends who work there. For every warm smile when they greet us and for all the dedication they put in to make our experiences more enjoyable, I hope we can return the same love and compassion to make sure they?re not forgotten during this protest."

They?re quite the showbiz couple and Jennifer Aniston made sure she was front-and-center as he boyfriend Justin Theroux's new HBO series ?The Leftovers? made its premiere in New York City last night (June 23).
Sporting a snazzy black getup, the ?We?re the Millers? hottie was all smiles as she arrived on her hunky beau?s arm at the NYU Skirball Center.
Jen and Justin haven?t been seen together on the red carpet since back in September, as they usually try to keep their personal lives private.
Meanwhile, ?The Leftovers? will hit the HBO airwaves beginning June 29th for its first 10-episode season.

Here are some photos from last night?s NYC premiere of The Leftovers, which just shows you that Jennifer Aniston can really fly under the radar when she wants, because I literally had no idea that she had flown to NYC. We usually get pap photos of stars at LAX, so that is how ?under the radar? she is these days ? she didn?t even get pap?d at LAX. This was Jennifer?s first red carpet in months, and it was her first red carpet with Justin Theroux in? like, more than a year, I think. He came to Toronto for TIFF with her last September but they didn?t walk the red carpet together.
Jennifer wore this little black ensemble (I don?t have the ID), Justin wore Dior Homme. I like Jennifer?s look, although that skirt seems weirdly tailored. But it?s a little black dress and she loves those, and I like she went with something sleeved. It does look like she?s wearing a giant scrunchie as a belt though. As for Justin, I always hate that no-tie, buttoned-up look on men. It?s too fashion-y. Plus, I?m pretty sure Justin is wearing guyliner and probably some mascara too. Jennifer groomed the sh-t out of him. She likes her men super-pretty.
Us Weekly got an ?onlooker? (totally NOT Aniston?s publicist!!) to say: ?Jen and Justin were really sweet together. They were both absolutely beaming. Inside the event, Jen was being really sociable and looked extremely happy. They looked totally in love and seemed very relaxed.”
Also: Justin?s costar Liv Tyler is in Stella McCartney. There have been some tabloid rumors about Liv and Justin. I don?t know if I believe the rumors, but we?ll see. Their body language doesn?t seem like ?we?re secretly boning,? but you never know.

Here are some photos of Kim, Khle and Kourtney Kardashian going to lunch yesterday in Beverly Hills. Hand to God, Kim?s body looks drastically different since the wedding. Maybe she?s already pregnant. Or maybe Khloe gave Kim the number of her ass doctor, because all of a sudden, Kim is looking especially hippy and assy. And while I like the idea of Kim in a clean white/cream look, this ensemble is an utter disaster from the back. Why, Kim? Why do you feel the need to expose your body in the most unflattering ways?
Anyway, Kim has written (?written?) an open letter/statement about the Sultan of Brunei and the Hollywood boycott of the Beverly Hills Hotel, which the Sultan owns. Kim called this piece “My Thoughts.” Here you go:

Eh, I don?t really have a problem with this. I even see her point. The Sultan of Brunei has billions of dollars, he?s sitting on lots of oil and he enjoys Western pleasures and close relationships with many Western leaders. He won?t be affected by Ellen DeGeneres and Kim Kardashian boycotting the Beverly Hills Hotel. I mean, what is the long-term strategy of the boycott? To get him to change his policies? That?s not going to happen with a boycott. All that will happen is that the Beverly Hills Hotel will either close down or it will be sold off to some conglomerate or Steve Wynn or Oprah or something. Damn, did I just agree with Kim? I guess so. Me and Kim and the realpolitik. And the ass of lies.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have confirmed that they are expecting another child. Kristen just had daughter Lincoln in March of last year, so this news is definitely surprising. Their rep told Entertainment Tonight that “I can confirm that Kristen and Dax are expecting their second child and a sibling for Lincoln. The whole family is beyond excited.”
This makes me wonder if their second baby was planned or if it was unexpected, not that it matters! It sounds like they’re very happy at the news. If Kristen is about three months pregnant (unknown, but I’m assuming) that would mean that she got pregnant again just around a year after her daughter was born. Lincoln will have a little brother or sister less than two years younger than she is.
Kristen did a recent interview with Redbook, predating her pregnancy announcement. She talked about the “no kids” paparazzi photo policy that she and Dax have advocated for. Kristen said many celebrities have told her that it made a difference to them and their families:
On the no kids policy
It?s affected us quite a bit, actually. We simply aren?t followed anymore. We have peace, quiet, and the ability to be a normal family out and about in the suburbs of Los Angeles.
On what other celebrities have told her about the no kids policy
I?ve had quite a few people say it?s quite literally changed their day-to-day lives because their child isn?t as paranoid, since they?re not being followed by groups of strangers. It?s also impacted them for the better, because they?re finally allowed to be normal during the day. Michelle Williams has told me it?s made quite a difference, which makes me very grateful because I think she?s gotten the brunt of a lot of it. Jennifer Garner has said it?s made a difference. Hearing those kinds of things and knowing how much worse their kids have gotten it makes me very happy.
On if she’s raising her daughter vegetarian (Kristen is vegetarian)
No, she?s still a baby, so we don?t know what she eats yet. But I don?t plan on raising her in any specific way. I plan on letting her make her own choices.
On the controversy over breastfeeding in public
Get over it! They?re just boobs! Calm down. They?re under our shirt whether you?re looking at them or not.
On if she takes selfies
I don?t, actually. Selfies make me very uncomfortable. I took one for this [the #EveryDayMoments event] because I wanted to participate, but I don?t take them on a normal basis because I feel? It feels so narcissistic to me.

Kristen will speak her mind, you can definitely give her credit for that. In terms of the no kids policy, Kristen softened her stance a few months ago to say that it was ok for celebrities to give permission for their child to be photographed. (Her husband, Dax, disagreed with that in an essay he wrote for The Huffington Post.) I like how candid and outspoken she is, particularly when she’s talking about breastfeeding and about raising her daughter. You can tell she’s a very concerned, involved mom. It did rub some people the wrong way when she and Dax spoke out against the paparazzi, but it sounds like it made a difference for the celebrity children who were most affected by it, and that’s what matters. Congratulations to Kristen and Dax on their happy news!

Rachel told Health magazine that motherhood is an exciting adventure and she can?t wait to get things underway.
