The happy family strolled past awaiting paparazzi as Keith took time in between tour dates to dote on his two lovely ladies.
The family outing comes just after it was announced that Nicole will be appearing on “Project Runway”.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, the “Eyes Wide Shut” actress will be seen on the “Project Runway: All-Star Challenge” episode – which is set to hit airwaves before the sixth season premiere of the show on August 20.

Ready for another shot at love, Hayden Panettiere is back off the market – as she’s dating Lindsay Lohan’s ex beau Harry Morton.
According to NY Daily News reports, the “Heroes” hottie has been getting cozy with the restaurant/nightclub mogul – with the twosome celebrating her 20th birthday together this past Friday.
“The couple seemed extremely happy,” an onlooker told Daily Mail.
The relationship comes despite previous comments by Morton claiming that he hates dating famous people, saying, “It is the worst thing of all time. I’ll be happy if it never happens again.”

Looking ever so stylish, Fergie was spotted readying for a flight out of LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (August 21).
The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman made her way through the terminal with a smile as she puts her shoes in a bin before the x-ray machine while passing through security.
Meanwhile, Fergie recently chatted with press about the possibility of getting pregnant – saying that it’s something she wants… but not right now.
“I will not be getting pregnant during a tour,” she said. “I have always said that. Right now my head is in the tour but, for sure, Josh and I want to have a family.”
“There were rumors a few weeks ago that I was completely not into it. I mean they go back and forth, it is crazy. I am completely into it. But I’m still on tour for another year so it won’t be for a while.”

Continuing her worldly travels, Katy Perry was spotted leaving her hotel in Glasgow on Friday (August 21).
The “I Kissed a Girl” singer posed for pictures with a few fans before heading to the Barrowlands for her gig in Scotland.
Happy to be on-land, Miss Perry tweeted about her flying frustrations the previous day.
She tells, “Took 3 flights 2day, 26hrs plus of flying from AUS. By the last flight & the 3rd time going through security I LOST IT on a security person.”
Continuing on, Katy tweets, “I swear i never feel more like a cattle then when i have to go through airport security. They hate their lives and they hate us for sure.”

Either Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas broke up or Miley is a big, big cheater. She was recently spotted making out with Liam Hemsworth, her costar in her new movie ?The Last Song.? And it?s not just rumor anymore ? People has a photograph! She?s Twittered about him several times over the last week. Though according to her Twitter, she doesn?t even have a boyfriend, Jonas or otherwise.
It looks like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are more than just friendly costars.
Last Wednesday, as Cyrus bid Australian actor Liam Hemsworth goodbye at the Nashville airport, the two kissed ? and were “full-on making out,” says Alex Emanuel, a New York actor who was a few feet away from the couple and saw Cyrus, 16, act “as giddy as a schoolgirl.”
Hemsworth jumped out of Cyrus’s truck with his luggage and headed for the terminal doors when “she jumped into his arms and threw her arms around his neck and kissed him and leaned back and he was dipping her,” says Emanuel. “It was like a scene out of an old movie where the guy’s getting on a train and they’re saying their goodbyes.”
The two actors recently wrapped the film The Last Song (also starring Kelly Preston and Greg Kinnear) in Tybee, Georgia, and attended the film’s wrap party together on Aug. 16.
According to Cyrus’ Twitter posts, she is maintaining her single status. “I do not have a boyfriend,” she writes.
But she says shhe’s [sic] been teaching Hemsworth a thing or two about Southern eats. “@mommytish and @auntedi and I are introducing the aussie to cracker barrel!!! Yummyyy :)” Cyrus wrote about taking Hemsworth to the restaurant chain.
She also revealed they like to stay in and nosh in front of the TV. Her Aug. 14th Tweet: “I kinda want to go see ‘The Time Traveler’s Wife’ but I think I’ll just sit around and eat sushi and watch “Liar Liar” with Liam :)”

I?m not surprised. Their makeout scenes on the set of ?The Last Song? looked way too good from the paparazzi photos. There?s a fine line between acting and enjoying, and Miley sure looked like she was enjoying. Liam is also much more age appropriate for Miley than her last boyfriend Justin Gaston, who was five years Miley?s senior. Hemsworth is 18, and just sort of has a better look to him. Granted I don?t know a thing about the kid, it?s just a vibe. Versus that creepy ?I have sleepovers at your house and your dad doesn?t mind? vibe you get from Justin.
Clearly Miley and Liam aren?t trying to hide their affections, if they?re Tweeting about each other and dipping at the airport. It sounds like they?re young and giddy, and that?s cute. Sort of in ?gag me with a spoon? kind of way, but cute, nonetheless.

Apparently in the upcoming issue of BlackBook, they revamped Claire Danes’ image. They write,
BlackBook magazine has completely revamped Claire Danes? image with a sexy new ?powerhouse? look for the cover of the September Fall Fashion issue (on newsstands next week). Shot in the penthouse of Manhattan?s Cooper Square Hotel, and inspired by the ?Greed Decade?, the shoot shows Danes in an entirely new light and is one of the last major photo shoots before her marriage to Hugh Dancy next month.
At one point Danes found herself flat on her back, legs in mid-air, with two stylists yanking boots down on each foot: ?I?ve never felt so infantilized in my life.? However, she looked anything but infant-like in the shoot, clad in high-heel boots, fishnets, and cropped, slicked hair.
Danes? career is also going from strength to strength with new productions, including Richard Linklater?s upcoming film ?Me and Orson Welles? (starring alongside Zac Efron), and a controversial new movie, ?Temple Grandin.?
No offense, but that was really long-winded. They could have just as easily chopped those three paragraphs down to “TITS!” Simple, concise and straight to the point. That’s why people send me pictures, right? Or am I seriously confused?

Aside from enjoying a romantic golf outing with Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes has been keeping herself busy running errands around Brentwood, California.
Spotted out earlier today (August 21), the country singing donned a “Free City” top as she picked up her dry cleaning ahead of the weekend.
Meanwhile, Miss Rimes was recently questioned by police following fender bender which occurred last night.
“There was a routine police investigation into this incident, and a police report was filed,” LeAnn’s spokesperson tells. “We are confident that this matter will be resolved shortly and LeAnn will be cleared.”
With no injuries occurring, an LAPD rep tells, “We can confirm she was involved in some type of traffic accident. She was questioned and released. It’s an ongoing investigation.”

His highly-anticipated new film “Inglourious Basterds” hits theaters today, and Brad Pitt has a pretty high opining of the WWII flick.
When asked about another WWII movie “Valkyrie” during a recent interview, the “Fight Club” sneered, “It was a ridiculous movie.”
He went on to say that “Basterds” could be the end-all of WWII movies. “The second World War could still deliver more stories and films, but I believe that Quentin put a cover on that pot. With Basterds, everything than can be said to this genre has been said. The film destroys every symbol. The work is done, end of story.”
Pitt also shared his own inspiration when it came to breaking out of his small town upbringing. “When I was a teenager, I saw Saturday Night Fever at our drive-in, but it wasn’t the dancing that electrified me. It was the life and culture in Brooklyn. I’m from Missouri, the southern part of the Midwest in the U.S., and I never heard families talk that way to each other. From that point on, I wanted out to see more of the country and of life.”

Janet Jackson?s long planned book about her struggles with weight has been expanded into a ?tell-all? about her family, obviously with special attention paid to brother Michael. It sounds like the book is mainly staying the course in terms of talking about her fluctuating weight and dramatic diets, along with talking about her self-esteem issues and most of the things you?d expect in a weight loss memoir. But she?s also going to talk about how Michael?s death has impacted her entire family ? including his three children.
Janet Jackson is penning an explosive tell-all about her life and family, including her late brother Michael, an insider tells “In Touch.” The book, which will be published early in 2010, is set to coincide with the release of the star’s new album.
“She is going to talk about Michael’s death and how it’s affected her and his children and the rest of the family,” says the insider. “But a lot of it will also focus on her battle with self-esteem and weight.”
According to the insider, Janet, who is filming Tyler Perry’s “Why Did I Get Married Too,” has long suffered with her yo-yoing weight and self-imagine problems. “She’s a huge success,” says the friend. “But that’s not what she has always seen when she looks in the mirror, so the book will talk about how she has coped, and about her family relationships. She wants to help other young women out there.”

Janet?s book is one of the few celebrity-authored ones that I think I?d actually sit down and read the whole way through. She?s notoriously private, and I?d be interested to read what she has to say about Michael?s passing. And frankly her weight loss issues are pretty fascinating. It?s rare to have someone who?s famous gain and lose so much so quickly and so often. Whenever she?s heavier, Janet tends to stay out of the public eye, but every so often pictures will pop up in the Enquirer or Star of a much, much heavier Janet going to the grocery store or something. And then six months later she?s got washboard abs again! It?s mind boggling.
In other Jackson family news, they?re also taking issue with AEG?s planned Michael Jackson memorabilia tour ? they want more than the 50% profits the administrators of the estate negotiated.
Michael Jackson’s younger brother Randy is on the witness list and could possibly testify Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court against a proposal by concert promoter AEG Live for a 3-city memorabilia tour that would begin this October, according to the Associated Press. The tour will coincidence with the release of a feature film using footage from Jackson’s final rehearsals.
Like Randy, the Bad singer’s mother, Katherine, also disapproves of the proposal, which was ironed out by John Branca and John McClain, who are serving, for now, as special administrators of Jackson’s estate. As it stands now, the deal would give half of the profits from the exhibition to the Jackson estate and the other half to AEG Live.
Lawyers for the Jackson family argued during a hearing last Monday that the 50-50 split of profits for the exhibition was too generous to AEG Live, but estate lawyers said they negotiated the best terms possible. Katherine wants the deal renegotiated. Other industry experts will also likely take the stand during Friday’s hearing. Upon completion of the proceeding, Judge Mitchell Beckloff is expected to make a ruling on Katherine’s objection to the agreement. AEG Live lawyer Kathy Jorrie has previously said any further delay in approval would cause the company to abandon the deal and the company would not renegotiate.

I don?t know why, but my gut instinct is that the memorabilia tour won?t end up happening. It sounds like AEG is sick and tired of dealing with the Jacksons, and I doubt they?ll budge. So far AEG?s been claiming that they?ve only lost money on Michael Jackson since he died before he performed any concerts. They?re a business and they?re obviously trying to recoup some of their costs more than honor Michael?s memory. That said, it?s hard to argue the Jackson family is only focused on keeping his memory alive either. It seems like all the parties are focused solely on money, which will probably leave them all with nothing.

In a press conference earlier this week Lady Gaga promised to tone down her outrageous outfits and keep a lid on her notorious statements while visiting Israel.
Speaking to the media in Tel Aviv, Gaga pledged to keep it demure while touring Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, calling her visit to the Holy Land "an emotional and spiritual experience."

She didn't say anything, however, about reining in the antics during her stage show. And, on Wednesday night, she most certainly didn't.
Decked out in her famous barely there attire, Gaga faked orgasms, made reference to the size of Israeli men's genitalia and cursed like a sailor during her show at Tel Aviv's Fair, Trade & Convention Center, drawing whoops of joy from the capacity crowd and earning comparisons to Madonna in at least one Israeli media outlet.
In camera-phone footage of the show, Gaga can be seen greeting the crown by huffing and puffing her way to a screaming fake orgasm, then stating "Shalom Israel! My name is Lady Gaga. How you doing?"
Later, while surrounded by a troupe of dancers, she shouts "Tel Aviv, get your d---s out, because I heard there's some pretty big c--ks here in Israel," then orders the masses "Put your hands up and dance, you motherf--ers!"
Gaga also serenaded the crowd with an impromptu version of "Shalom, Friends" (while crouching onstage in a sparkly unitard), attempted to lead the audience in "a motherf---ing Hail Mary," and said that, after swimming in the Dead Sea, she felt like "motherf----ing Superwoman."
She also took time to praise the local cuisine, telling the audience "You guys have the f---ing best hummus I've ever had in my whole life. I mean, I think I am a chick pea right now. I think I might smell like chick peas."
Perhaps feeling inspired, Gaga also performed two versions of her massive hit "Poker Face," one in which she mounted her piano (and, according to local reports, told a lengthy story about how she "did it" while covered in Dead Sea mud), and then the album version's arrangement, which fans had been clamoring for all night.
From Israel, the singer will head to the U.K. for the V Festival on Saturday and Sunday. She'll be back in her native New York to perform at MTV's Video Music Awards on September 13; her co-headlining tour with Kanye West is expected to begin in Buffalo, New York, on October 4. The U.S. tour is expected to run through mid-December.

Miley Cyrus fans are getting a first look at her upcoming Time of Our Lives EP. The cover art for the disc (due August 31) has been released, and it shows a T-shirt-and-jeans-clad Cyrus holding a guitar, a similar look to the one she had in her video for "The Climb." The EP will be available exclusively at Wal-Mart as a tie-in to her new clothing line with Max Azria.
Justjared.com has a preview of the seven-song EP, which features her current single, "Party in the USA," as well as "Kicking and Screaming," "Time of Our Lives," "Talk Is Cheap" and "Obsessed." Other songs include "When I Look at You," which will also be on the soundtrack for her upcoming Nicholas Sparks-written movie "The Last Song," as well as "Before the Storm," a Teen Choice Award-winning duet with her on-again, off-again superstar boyfriend, Nick Jonas.
Back in June, Jonas talked to MTV News about the song, which is also featured on the Jonas Brothers' album Lines, Vines and Trying Times. A week later, Jonas and Cyrus played the song together live onstage when she joined the JoBros at their world tour kickoff show in Dallas.
" 'Before the Storm' is probably one of my favorite songs on the record," he said. "I think it's probably one of my favorite songs because it has a great story to it. It's a duet with Miley, which is great. It's a good thing that happened and it'll be a good one to play live."

Star Magazine has an interesting article about the drama surrounding Kourtney Kardashian?s pregnancy. Much of it reads like yesterday?s report from the Enquirer - that Scott Disick is a cheater and a wanker, and that Kourtney?s family and friends don?t think much of him. Most of this piece is a confirmation of that, but there is some new information. Apparently, Kim Kardashian was really pissed that Scott didn?t drop to his knee and propose immediately when he learned of Kourtney?s pregnancy. Also - Kim read Scott the riot act about his immaturity. The way Star makes it sound, it?s as if they came thisclose to referring to it as a ?man-to-man chat?. Kim has also been trying to act like Scott?s official chaperon, although I don?t know how she?s managing to watch Scott while she?s allegedly reconnecting with Reggie Bush.
The most interesting part, to me, was about how Kourtney thinks her pregnancy is her ticket to fame. Kourtney thinks the baby will ?raise her profile? and ?the timing is perfect? to coincide with the promotion of her new show. She also has dreams of doing a maternity line:
?[The Kardashians] are all super concerned because Kourtney and Scott have never had a solid relationship,? an insider tells Star. ?He?s a cheater, and he?s really hurt her in the past.?

I appreciate the effort, but it’s a little too late. This having a baby stuff started becoming a yearly thing and those little monsters wrecked havoc on her body. Stepping out together in public for the first time since their affair, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were spotted out on a golf date on Thursday (August 20).
Taking to the Valencia Country Club, Miss rimes arrived to the course first - with Eddie showing up and hopping into the golf cart a short while later.
Of the rendezvous, a source tells People magazine, “Eddie arrived at the private country club in his Porsche a few minutes before LeAnn. LeAnn was beaming when she saw Eddie and the two gave each other a quick hug. Eddie was sweet and went to buy water and energy drinks from the golf store.”
The insider adds, “LeAnn was sans makeup and looked very happy and carefree. Between holes, LeAnn leaned back, put her feet up and sipped her energy drink while Eddie drove her around on a golf cart. They weren’t super affectionate, and instead more flirty in a fun and loving way.”
And while they weren’t about to show any steamy PDA, the eyewitness tells, “They had lots of chemistry. They are a cute couple and they looked very happy and comfortable together.”

When Shiloh Jolie-Pitt isn?t busy single-handedly rescuing a village of children in Nambia, it seems the three-year-old is dreaming of becoming an actress. The Enquirer is reporting that Shiloh has started telling everyone that she wants to do ?what mommy and daddy do? and that Angelina and Brad are encouraging her. Shiloh?s first gig was in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, with her dad, and for now, Brad and Angelina want Shiloh to only work in their projects. They?re even considering enrolling her into a performing arts school:

Shiloh to jump into being some kind of crazy child actor. Although it?s said he was the one to suggest then-baby Shiloh for the small part in Benjamin Button. So maybe he would be cool with it, but only when Shiloh works with either him or Angelina. As for the other kids? well, my guess is that the rest of them are preparing for cabinet positions during Empress Zahara?s reign.

A CW source corroborated the story, saying, “This is just one element of the network’s marketing campaign and not every cast member is in each piece of creative.”

The LAPD has an active investigation into the strange naked “hangout” tape featuring married couple Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart. The police confirm that they’re investigating and say that a DVD was given to them featuring the footage along with “articles and photographs of porn stars and formally convicted madams, which could readily be found over the internet.” It was reported that the tape was leaked by Mindy McCready, who happened to be the roommate of Dane and Gayheart’s co-star, Kari Ann Peniche. McCready’s rep denies this, however, and from his mysterious statement it kind of sounds like McCready was cooperating with the investigation and that the tape was leaked after it was handed over to police.
I would guess that the criminal investigation involves prostitution and not the mild drug use shown on the tape, but that’s complete speculation. Dialogue on the tape between Gayheart, Dane and Peniche suggests that Peniche may be involved in madam-type activities. Gayheart says at one point “I was so bummed when you said we had to call one of your girls.”
The LAPD has confirmed that detectives are investigating a DVD provided to them in July from an unnamed source who claimed it “contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity.”
But before police could determine if a crime was committed, the tape leaked onto the Internet, the LAPD said in a statement.
The DVD, which included the now-infamous video of Dane, 36, wife Rebecca Gayheart, 38, and former Miss U.S. Teen Kari Ann Peniche, 25, also “included archived articles and photographs of porn stars and formally convicted madams, which could readily be found over the internet,” police added.
Peniche has alleged that the tape was stolen from her by troubled country singer Mindy McCready, who was her roommate after the two women filmed episodes of Celebrity Rehab, according to TMZ. Meanwhile, a source close to McCready told PEOPLE, “Her story will be told in due time. There’s a lot more to it than just the tape. She did not leak the tape.”
Police added: “No determination has been made as to whether or not the DVD contained any information that could be used for a criminal investigation.”
On Monday, a lawyer for the actors released a statement, saying it should not be characterized as a sex tape, since it merely showed “a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.”

I doubt that Gayheart and Dane will face any consequences from this tape. There’s little way to prove that anything illegal besides pot-smoking occurred, and a lawyer could argue that Gayheart is smoking a hand-rolled cigarette. Maybe they’re going after Peniche, though, and it’s possible she had a sophisticated operation. What could be much more interesting than this non-scandal is Peniche’s potential client list. Did McCready tell the cops about Peniche’s “girls” and offer this tape as evidence?

Over the past two months, we?ve seen a lot of pictures coming out from the set of The Fighter, the true story of boxer-turned-trainer-turned-crackhead Dicky Eklund. Christian Bale plays Eklund, and Mark Wahlberg costars as ?Irish? Micky Ward, Eklund?s half-brother. Apparently, Bale and Wahlberg have become quite close on the set - close enough that Mark is really, really worried about Christian Bale?s weight loss. The photos coming out of the set are not flattering for Bale - he is playing a crackhead, after all. Bale is rather famous for his extreme ?method? acting, and his habit of taking on extremes when preparing a character. His habit seems to be to take a role where he has to loose an extreme amount of weight, then he takes on a role where he has to really buff up. Mark Wahlberg is trying to convince Bale that he can?t keep doing this to his body:
?You gotta eat man. You?re messing with your health!? Mark Wahlberg made that desperate plea to co-star Christian Bale when Bale continued to starve himself after dropping more than 40 pounds for their film ?The Fighter? sources say.
?Christian is a method actor,? a Hollywood insider told the Enquirer. ?If a role calls for him to look like a drug dealer, or he has to play someone who hasn?t slept in a year, he?ll go without food to look the part.?
?But the danger comes after he takes off that weight, and then eats everything in sight to put it back on for the next role. That kind of yo-yo dieting can be deadly. Mark and Christian are friends, and Mark is concerned about him.?

I totally agree with Mark ?Say Hello To Your Mutha? Wahlberg, if this report is true. I?m kind of beyond expressing my appreciation for Bale?s extreme physical transformations. If it was just once, for a role that was incredible and groundbreaking, and a story that needed to be told, perhaps I would appreciate it more. But Bale seems to consistently choose parts that allow him to engage in a eating disorder while calling it ?art?. It?s not healthy, physically or psychologically. And Bale is doing real, permanent damage to his body - I don?t buy that Bale keeps loosing this weight with the help and approval of nutritionists and doctors. I think he?s doing it without any advice at all. I hope film producers are taking note, and reconsidering Bale for certain roles that they know will only feed his eating disorder.

Burnett [said], “(Lohan) is a wonderful actress, but her ‘baggage’ would only work against her.”
All is not lost. If Hollywood needs someone to play, I don’t know… a down-on-her-luck lot lizard with a heart of gold, or maybe a meth addict stripper-turned-pornstar on the brink of a nervous breakdown, well, they’ve got their girl. The trick’ll be finding anyone willing to insure her.

A few weeks ago, everybody?s favorite Disney teen Miley Cyrus did something shocking. It did not involve Annie Leibovitz and a half-draped sheet. It did not involve Miley posing with her father as if he was a lover. It did not involve Miley humping a chair while her director took pictures. It did not involve anything racist. It did not involve having a 20-year-old boyfriend who likes to do Bible studies late at night, when he?s spending the night. So? maybe I should have been clearer before. Another day, another Miley Cyrus scandal. The latest one involved a stripper pole, a pair of hotpants and a screaming audience of pre-teens at the so-called ?Teen Choice Awards?.
As you could imagine, Miley?s stripper pole show caused quite a bit of controversy. According to the Enquirer, the parents attending the Teen Choice Awards were absolutely furious, and were overheard venting their frustrations about? Billy Ray Cyrus. One showbiz mom said, ?Billy Ray should be slapped across the face - and Tish needs her head examined.? Another pointed out: ?They approved this routine - knowing Miley?s got a pedophile stalker who?s all over the news? It?s insane!? The Enquirer also got some quotes from some of the kids in the audience, some of whom didn?t even think Miley?s stripper dance was cute. One teenage boy said, ?We like Miley because she?s a nice girl who?s cute? But she was acting like a stripper? so slutty!? Oh, for goodness sake. It was a stripper pole, not a lap dance. I mean, I think it was totally inappropriate and everything, but let?s not call Miley a ?slut? and all.
Because Billy Ray?s schedule is so hectic, what with? uh? you know? riding his daughter?s coattails, or whatever his job title is these days, he?s just now gotten around to defending his daughter from The Stripper Pole Scandal of 2009. Billy?s defense? It?s just entertainment, y?all!
Billy Ray Cyrus doesn’t think daughter Miley’s pole dance at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this month was so controversial.
“You know what? I just think that Miley loves entertaining people,” he tells Access Hollywood at Thursday’s Hellman’s/Facebook Feeding American Event in NYC.
“She loves singing [and] songwriting,” he adds of his 16-year-old daughter, who swirled around a pole attached to an ice cream truck during her performance of “Party in the USA” Aug. 10. In an Usmagazine.com poll, 85 percent of readers voted she was too young to dance so provocatively.
Billy Ray tells his daughter to ignore negative reactions.
“I always tell her to love what you’re doing and stay focused for the love of the art and not worry so much about opinion,” he says.
“I give my kids a lot of freedom to make the art they wanna make, and make it in their own voice. I think it’s important,” Billy tells Us at the same event.
