She premiered the track on Ryan Seacrest?s radio show On Air with Ryan Seacrest in Los Angeles.
Miley first announced the song last month at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.

The ?Sk8er Boi? songstress looked to be in good spirits as she chatted with fans while posing for photos and signing autographs.
Avril has been busy promoting her new single ?Here?s to Never Growing Up,? and it sounds like her fifth album is going to be something special.
Lavigne explained, "It's not just all songs about relationships and dudes. I just wanted to write songs and make something that was a little more artistic. I wanted to go down that road. I wasn't trying to write a big radio record."

Miley Cyrus released a new single titledWe Can’t Stop and has been incessantly promoting it on Twitter ever since the premiere this morning on the Ryan Seacrest show. This is the new music she promised would shut everyone up.
It… worked? I’m at a loss for words. “La da da dee, we like to party?” and “Everyone in line in the bathroom, trying to get a line in the bathroom.” It’s like a party song ballad. It sounds like if one of LMFAO’s songs had to do the walk of shame back home if that makes any sense.
To be fair, I could totally see them playing this at clubs. Right when they turn on all the lights and start shuffling people out.

Back in April, Taylor Swift added another piece of pricey real estate to her growing portfolio: a $17.7 million mansion on the coast of Rhode Island. It?s a pretty mansion. It looks like a wedding cake. It has a bajillion rooms and the property abuts a public beach. And that?s become a major problem for Rhode Islanders and for Taylor Swift. It seems Swifty?s bodyguards are not allowing people to access the public beach!
Stopping to pose with fans as she shopped at Stop ?N? Shop and Marshall?s in Narragansett, Rhode Island, last Friday, Taylor Swift looked like the sweet girl next door. But her real neighbors are up in arms about changes that have come to Watch Hill, Rhode Island ever since she bought a $17M mansion on the beach there.
?Now that summer has come and people are getting ready to use the beach, people are really grumbling about having Taylor in town,? an insider tells RadarOnline.com.
?Her property line is at the path to the public beach and she always has guards patrolling the area,? the insider explains. ?It?s making it such a hassle.?
At another area of Taylor?s property is a beach wall that local teens and surfers have hung out at for years. But now, ?her guards are always asking them to leave,? the source says.
Taylor?s caution is understandable, considering a stalker was arrested for swimming up to her beach house earlier this month. But, ?If she wanted privacy, she shouldn?t have bought a house overlooking a public beach!? the source says.

I would be interested in hearing more about the logistics of where her property line is and where the public path begins. It might not be her fault, although it sounds pretty dumb if her bodyguards are telling people to leave the PUBLIC beach. And now it?s gotten even worse ? Radar says that the bodyguards harassed volunteers who were trying to clean up the beach!
Taylor Swift isn?t just making life difficult for the people who want to use the beach near her Rhode Island mansion.
Her private security team has also harassed the innocent volunteers who donate their time to keep that beach clean, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
On May 26, a group of her bodyguards flipped out on volunteers from the East Beach Association who were trying to pick up beer bottles and other garbage near her property line, one of the volunteers has revealed.
?We were just trying to do our job,? the individual, who asked not to be named, told Radar. ?We were out that day handing out trash bags on the beach and trying to help people keep the beach clean.?
One of the worst areas for garbage, the source says, is a wall near Taylor?s property line.
?People in high school go down there and hang out, and all of my friends who surf love to go there too,? the volunteer added. ?There?s always beer bottles and trash back there.?
But when the volunteers ventured close to clean up the area, ?Close to five security guards in reflective vests that said ?Security? on the back came down and got really mad at us. They told us it was private property and that we had to leave. We were just trying to do our jobs and they were really rude.?
Said the source: ?I get that she?s entitled to have her privacy and I know that she?s been going around to local businesses and stuff, which is cool and I really appreciate that. It?s just about trying to strike that balance because everyone else has been using that beach for years.?
Swift paid $17 million dollars in cash for the South County property about a month ago.

When Swifty bought the property in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, she only held on to it for about four months, doing some repairs and upgrades, and then she sold it for a substantial profit. It could be that this Rhode Island property will end up being the same kind of deal ? Swifty?s on tour most of the time these days, and while she has been visiting the Rhode Island estate, maybe she?s quickly learning that it?s a bigger hassle than she was expecting. I think there?s a good possibility that if people keep complaining, she?ll sell the place for a tidy profit and maybe someone will move in and they?ll have a better attitude about people accessing the beach.

The ?Run the World (Girls)? songstress and her handsome hubby caught a screening of ?Iron Man 3? and looked to be in good spirits as the strolled hand-in-hand up the sidewalk.
Beyonce and Jay had just returned from London, England where they both performed at the Chime for Change?s Sound for Change benefit concert along with Madonna and Jennifer Lopez.
Knowles told the crowd, ?It?s time for change. Let?s chime for change. This is such an incredible night for me,? and sang ?Halo,? ?Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It,? and ?Crazy in Love.?

I guess Beyonce?s Mrs. Carter Tour had a lull, so Beyonce got to perform at the Concert for Change on Saturday in London, and then she and Jay came home to New York? Fame/Flynet says that their date night consisted of going to see Iron Man 3 in Battery Park. Which seems very? normal?? Shockingly normal. Do they just sit in the same theater with all of the peasants? Amazing. Do they get popcorn? I want to know! Also: Beyonce isn?t pregnant. If those photos of her wine-drinking didn?t convince you, the leather booty shorts should convince you.
Here?s something I didn?t know: the whole Chime for Change thing was co-founded by Beyonce! Did you know that? Beyonce, Salma Hayek and Frida Giannini co-founded Chime for Change to raise money for girls? education around the world. The concert on Saturday raised $4.3 million and that money will ?fund approximately 200 projects in 70 countries around the world.? No shade from me ? that?s a great thing that Beyonce just did.
Also, there are still questions about when Beyonce?s new album is going to come out. She keeps releasing drips and drabs of new singles, but we still don?t have a release date for the album. But one fan in Norway asked Beyonce personally when the album is dropping, and Beyonce allegedly said? November?! Beyonce is seriously going to drop her album in November? That seems? odd.
PS? I hate Jay-Z?s t-shirt. Stupid hipster t-shirt.

These are photos of Matthew McConaughey, 43, and his wife Camilla, 30, at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on Saturday in Jersey City’s Liberty State Park. I guess they were there because their Just Keep Livin’ Foundation was honored. Camilla just had a baby five months ago, can you believe it? I guess I can since she’s a model and she’s married to Matthew McConaughey, that lucky bitch. These two have three children together, son Levi, 4, and Livingston, 5 months, and daughter Vida, 3. They admit that they have a busy household and that it feels strange for them to travel without their kids. They told People Magazine that this was their first trip without baby Livingston. In another interview, with E!, Matthew gushed about how sexy Camila is. He has such an unique way of phrasing things.
?You know, this is the first time [we've taken a trip] without the baby,? Camila observed, referring to their 5-month-old son Livingston.
The pair stepped out on a blisteringly hot sunny day at the Sixth Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Liberty State Park, where the couple?s just keep livin Foundation was also recognized. ?It?s very relaxing and exciting. It?s like, ?No car seat,?? Camila, 30, adds of the kid-free jaunt.
Her husband agrees that it?s almost an odd feeling. ?It is [our first time alone since the birth]!? McConaughey, 43, says. ?On the plane we were like, ?Where is everybody???
As for the change in dynamic after adding a third child to their brood ? the couple are already parents to Levi, 4, and Vida, 3 ? Camila admits there are challenges.
?It?s not that it?s tougher, it?s just that I had my system and now with three I?m still learning my system,? she explains, joking, ?I?m taking tips if anyone has them!?
Adds her actor husband, ?It?s a colorful house for sure. ??And talk about personalities. One thing you don?t know as a parent that I didn?t know beforehand, is how much DNA [matters]. As soon as they?re born they are who they are.?
That?s not to say he doesn?t try to guide his children. ?You can shape ?em ? but boy they are very unique and different from each other immediately,? he says. Asked who?s most like him in the brood he says, ?Right now there?s a whole lot of me in all of them. ?

Unlike other celebrity dads, Matthew McConaughey didn’t gain hotness points for me when he got married and had kids. (Not in that order.) You can tell he’s fully devoted to his wife and family, but that doesn’t have the appeal for me that it does with say Hugh Jackman or Matt Damon. I think that’s because I’m not a huge fan of McConaughey’s wife. He was more attractive to me when he was a free spirit living in his airstream trailer, going for shirtless jogs and playing bongos nekkid. Also, I recently saw Magic Mike and I’m sad to say that McConaughey’s stripper character didn’t do it for me! That’s probably because he was so convincing in that role, and his character was kind of skeevy.
So does he look hot here? He looks sweaty-hot and like his spray tan is melting off, not sexy-hot. I’m kind of meh on him in this white suit. Not that I would say no by any stretch. He’s gained a little weight back since his stint filming Dallas Buyer’s Club, but he still needs to beef up some more. Oh I forgot that In Touch had a story this week that claimed he almost went blind when he dropped all that weight. They were vague about it, though, and just quoted a source who said “Matthew consulted doctors, who confirmed that when you starve yourself, you begin to lose your vision. But they monitored him, and things are back to normal now.” Scary.

I am an Amy Adams fan, but this is maybe the worst editorial I?ve ever seen of her. In films and on red carpets, she?s so pretty in a girlish and delicate way, and Elle UK made her look so? old. Well, the cover looks ?old? and the rest of the shots are just not all that great. WTF? Did she piss them off? Doubtful. From what I?ve heard about Amy, she truly is one of the nicer celebrities you?d ever want to meet. She?s promoting her big role as Lois Lane in Man of Steel ? I?ve already covered some quotes where she basically sounded like she was half-in-love with Henry Cavill too. But in this interview, they make it seem like Amy is kind of whiny. Eh.
After filming Catch Me If You Can: ?I choked. I felt this pressure to suddenly be this level of actress that I wasn?t confident enough to be. I did a series of really bad auditions, I let the nerves get the best of me. And the couple of years after that it was, ?I can?t do this. I?m not strong enough to continue with this level of rejection?. It was, ?What am I going to do with my life?? I was staring down 30. I was lost, confused.?
Insecurities: ?Being an actress hasn?t made me insecure. I was insecure long before I declared I was an actress. I like not being noticed. It has been a struggle because I love performing, but if I?m in a group of people and someone has a bigger personality I?m like ?Go ahead, and have fun!? It looks like a lotta work.?
Existential crisis: ?I had an existential crisis at the Oscars, sitting next to Sean Penn and Meryl Streep and being like, ?What am I doing here? I don?t belong here.? I felt like it could all be taken away.?
Deciding to be an actress: ?I graduated high school and I didn?t have a skill set and I didn?t want to go to college. I needed a job. This is what I could do. And I like it, but it can be very painful. You feel so vulnerable all the time on set, so exposed. But I had that same feeling of being exposed when I was a waitress, I have it at parties, I have it here. I?d love to be a diva. But I?d then have to send so many apology notes for my abhorrent behaviour.?
Man of Steel: ?It?s more raw, a little less quippy. Hopefully you?ll enjoy the banter and the relationship between Lois and Clark, but it?s a totally new imagining of the story. I was shaking by the end of it. I realised that I hadn?t seen a film with that much action in it since Avatar, so it overwhelmed my adrenal system. Not that it?s all just action, but it is a lot of fun.?

(with her hair) and soon enough she booked Junebug and scored her first Oscar nomination ? her first nomination out of FOUR. Which means that she?s one of the most respected actresses out there today. Also: Amy is 38 years old! She turns 39 in August. She still looks 20-something to me. Except for the Elle UK cover, where she looks 50-something.
