After their allegedly wild NYE night, Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb spent Wednesday afternoon (January 2) lounging on the beaches of Miami, FL.
The 40-year-old actress showed off her enviable assets in a black one-piece with a bright teal sarong as she read a mag with her hubby-to-be.
In recent news, the couple reportedly faced a confrontation at a night club in South Beach during a New Year?s Eve celebration.
Nick got into an alleged argument with the party?s host Chris Paciello, whom also happens to be Sofia?s ex.
An insider stated, ?Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club. It was crazy.?

Kicking off her day with some physical fitness, Kim Kardashian hit up her local gym in Los Angeles this morning (January 2).
The ?Disaster Movie? dame covered up her baby bump with a fitted zip-up jacket with matching tights and black sneakers as she carried her Fiji bottled water inside.
And it sounds like everyone in the celebrity realm has a reaction to Kim?s recent announcement that she and Kanye West will welcome their first child in 2013.
On Monday (December 31) she blogged,?It?s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. I?m really not one to play into stereotypes about Latinas, but dear God, is Sofia Vergara a major drama queen or what? I like Sofia a lot ? and I would like her a lot more if she would dump her fianc Nick Loeb, who seems like the biggest tool in the toolbox of life. But I have to admit, Sofia seems to enable his douche drama, and perhaps she even thrives on his drama and the drama they create together. Is Sofia even capable of being a normal guy who isn?t into crazy partying and clubbing and luxury vacations and stuff? Probably not. Anyway, here?s what went down with Sofia and Nick over New Year?s:
Sofia Vergara and her fianc, Nick Loeb, got into a New Year?s Eve fight while clubbing in Miami ? which ended with her dress ripped down and him being thrown out by security. Loeb began arguing with the Colombian-born beauty in front of revelers at hot new Miami club Story, where they were being hosted by nightlife king Chris Paciello, whom Vergara dated in the late ?90s.
Witnesses exclusively tell us that Loeb later got into a dispute with a group at a nearby table. A scuffle started, and security grabbed him and threw him out of the club?s back door with Vergara ? TV?s highest-paid and most popular actress ? following behind.
A spy said: ?Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends. In the early hours, Nick and Sofia were arguing before he got into a dispute with somebody at a neighboring table. Some pushing and shoving started.
?Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in the melee, exposing her cleavage in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club. It was crazy.?
Our source continued, ?Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club. Sofia followed him.?
Another source adds, ?Things got pretty heated, but she was never hit. Nick was pretty bruised from struggling with security. None of the drama was Sofia?s fault, but despite the big scene [Loeb] created, they made up outside the club, and she took him back to their hotel.?
Earlier in the night the couple were all smiles, as Vergara did the midnight countdown at Miami?s luxe Delano hotel.
?Modern Family? star Vergara and Loeb, who considered a 2010 run for Florida?s Senate, briefly split last May, but they reconciled weeks later. They were engaged in July. A rep for Vergara declined to comment; Loeb didn?t get back to us.

Here?s the subtext that I deciphered: Nick was pissed off because Sofia was flirting with ?nightlife king Chris Paciello,? and instead of refusing to engage in Sofia?s self-perpetuating drama, Nick engaged, which was just what Sofia wanted. Nick went around, causing fights and yelling and being a drama queen, which was just what Sofia wanted. It got so bad that Sofia tatas came flying out, which was fine with her because why not? And then when they got kicked out, Sofia took Nick back to the hotel and they had wild, post-brawl makeup sex. Basically, the whole club brawl was their foreplay.

Before we dive into what I?m sure will be a months-long cat-faced drama involving a crazy number of posts devoted to Kim Kardashian?s bump, let?s just take a moment and talk about process. First of all, I don?t have any problem with covering Kim. I don?t feel like the coverage is ?beneath me? or anything ? I?m a gossip blogger, and Kim K. and Kanye are good gossip. Kim has never really offended me on a deeply personal level (although she often annoys me, and I think she?s a vapid a?hole), probably because I take her for what she is: celebrity fluff. Unimportant, talentless fluff. Here?s the bottom line: if you don?t want to talk about Kim, that?s fine. We?re still covering tons of other stories for you to gossip about. But please don?t come onto these Kardashian threads and bitch about the coverage. I?m fine with covering this stuff, and if the stories annoy you, click on something else!
So, with that in mind, let?s discuss the past 24 hours in Kardashian-Kanye-Bump Dramz. Some stories kicking around:
*TMZ says that sales of Kim and Ray J?s sex tape are going through the roof once again. The last time sales spiked this much was probably when Kim married Kris Humphries and the wedding news dominated every outlet, and people were like, ?Huh, I should check out Kim?s sex tape.? Vivid Entertainment says that since Sunday night (when Kanye went public with his ?baby mama? comments), sales of Kim and Ray J?s sex tape have increased 80%. You know Kim still gets residuals from the tape, right? Although she doesn?t want to admit it publicly, she?s still getting money every time someone downloads the video.
*Mixed messages about Kim?s health during her first trimester ? while Kim was partying with ?Ye in Vegas on NYE, she told media outlets that she hasn?t had any morning sickness so far. She said, “I have felt good. I haven’t had any morning sickness, but it still isn’t the easiest? People always say it’s easy and fun. It’s definitely an adjustment learning about your body and stuff like that. I’ve been feeling really good so that’s good.” So, she isn?t pukey but?? Maybe she?s sleeping a lot. I hear that happens.
*Kim says that she plans to find out the sex of the baby soon enough – “Of course I do want to know. I can’t find out yet, but I do want to know.? I kind of hope she has a girl. Even though I think she?s going to be a terrible mother, I think she?ll enjoy having a daughter more than a son.
*Us Weekly sources say that Kanye is truly going to propose to Kim, and he?s just waiting for her divorce to be finalized. A source says, “He’s told friends and family he was gonna [marry] her since the day they met.”
*But the Kris Humphries divorce is going to take a while, y?all. Radar reports that Kim is probably still going to be married to Kris when she gives birth to Kanye?s baby. A source says, “Unless Kim Kardashian gives in to Kris’ demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth.? Radar says that Kim and Kris?s lawyers will meet on Feb 15 to set a date for the trial, and the earliest date for the trial will be mid-June to accommodate Kris?s basketball schedule.

Long story short: YES I WOULD HIT IT. These are photos of Jude Law on vacation in Hawaii with what appears to be a larger group which includes his children with Sadie Frost and several adult friends. Jude was photographed on the beach, having a grand old time body-surfing and laughing with his kids and friends.
Is it just me or has Jude really gained a lot of weight? Okay, not ?a lot? but all of a sudden he really looks ?filled out? right? In his 20s and early 30s, he always had that whippet-thin, lean and hungry look. Model-thin, like he still had a teenager?s metabolism. But I guess it caught up with him in his late 30s?? He just turned 40 years old last weekend. Now he ?looks good for 40?. Which is probably fine by him, considering he was often thought of as ?too pretty? in his youth. And yes, again? I would hit it. I never mind a little paunch or a wonky hairline, just as long as the dude owns it. And Jude is kind of owning it here.

Most men at risk of a midlife crisis treat themselves to a flash new sports car ? but not Jude Law. The Hollywood star has found himself a new girlfriend 14 years his junior ? who is in California during his 40th birthday celebrations.
Jude jetted off to Los Angeles to spend his birthday in the sunshine state just at the same time as 26-year-old PR executive Charlie Hayes-Jones, who once caught the eye of Prince Harry, touched down. She has also dated Isaac Ferry, the son of crooner Bryan Ferry. It’s been an eventful few months for Jude.
It was recently revealed he was enjoying a fling with wardrobe assistant Ellen Crawshaw, 31, whom he met on the set of his upcoming film Dom Hemingway. Jude grew close to Ellen during filming in the South of France and East London. She told friends at the time that she was worried their romance would fizzle out as soon as filming stopped and earlier this month, Jude turned his attentions to Charlie.
According to spies, the pair were spotted snuggling up on a sofa at London’s Playboy Club. They were also heard discussing their holiday plans. ‘Charlie has been overheard excitedly talking about spending Christmas and New Year in Los Angeles and Las Vegas,’ says my spy. ‘They seemed really happy.’
The couple later decided to drop Las Vegas from their itinerary and Jude has been keen to point out to friends he is in LA with his children and no one else. A friend of leggy Charlie added: ‘She is in PR and so is savvy enough to know how to keep her relationship with Jude quiet but it was plain to see they were a proper couple at the club. They have also been spotted at a Mayfair club together.’
Charlie has posted updates about her trip to California on Facebook, including a picture of her feet with the caption: ‘California is for lovers.’ But she made no mention of Jude.

I think I?ve figured out one of the big problems many of us have had with Anne Hathaway?s Oscar campaign thus far ? I mean, beyond the ?I won?t talk about my extreme weight loss, except I?ll talk about it nonstop because it?s a centerpiece of my campaign but I?m going to be twitchy about it? thing. No, the bigger issue is that Anne?s campaign is so blatant, so full-on, so in-your-face. Other celebrities have found a way to campaign but still leave some mystery, some of the withholding dance. Not Anne. She?s been doing non-stop interviews, non-stop magazine covers, non-stop promotion. Her publicist needs to encourage her to take it down a notch, because overexposure can really hurt an Oscar campaign too.
Anyway, here?s yet another magazine interview for Annie. She covers the February issue of Harper?s Bazaar UK, and I?m not crazy about the photo shoot. They made her look haughty, right? And she already has a kind of haughty look, so this doesn?t help. You know what else doesn?t help? That even I, a Hathaway Apologist, find this interview super-annoying:
With her much lauded performance in Les Misrables garnering praise and box office gold aplenty, you’d think Anne Hathaway would be on top of the world. But the 30-year-old actress, who is being hyped for an Oscar for her performance as Fantine in the film, has revealed her inner torment at not being ‘cool.’
Hathaway hates that she’s seen as a ‘bizarre-world good-girl character’, and feels she’s labelled as ‘very vanilla, very sweet, very accessible and not interesting,’ despite posing in a corset for a racy new shoot for Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
‘I’m not Rihanna,’ she told the fashion mag. ‘I’m not cool. When people come up to me in the street, they often want a hug not a photo, and they want that because they like my work. For a long time it was me and her [her manager] against the world. I was seen as this bizarre-world good-girl cartoon that I in no way identified with ? very vanilla, very sweet, very accessible and not interesting. I had no grit, no sex appeal.’
Hathaway, who married Adam Shulman in September, also worries now that she’s hit 30.
She said: ‘It doesn’t help that the new crop of girls is so gorgeous, and so 22 years old,” she said of her recent birthday. “But I’m excited about it.’
Hathaway also admitted that her husband makes her too happy to channel the misery she needed for Les Misrables.
‘He walks into a room, and I light up. I can’t help it’ she said. ‘A few days into it [filming Les Misrables] I said ‘I’m having too much fun, I just want to play with you and I need to be really sad right now.’ ‘
She said: ‘I knew from the second I met him that he was the love of my life.’
After an amazing year, it seems that Anne might be ready top settle down, after admitting to wanting a family.
She told Stella Magazine: “I’ve wanted to be a mom since I was 16. I’m 30 and I want to have a family of a certain size. I’ll start with one healthy kid but I’d like to have a few naturally and adopt. I gotta get on it, you know? I’d like to have as many as I can afford, not just financially but in terms of time, because you want to make sure each one feels special.’

Self-awareness is a good thing, but at some point, self-awareness crosses a line into a sort of hyper-aware, neurotic, vapid narcissism where a person seems solely focused on how other people see them. I?m not saying Annie has crossed that Rubicon here, but she?s closing in on it. I get the feeling that Anne wants to wring all she can out of two dueling and contradictory images ? she wants older Oscar voters to still see her as vanilla and princess-y, but she wants Hollywood producers and directors to see her as cool, dangerous and sexy, her new image. But you know what really bugs? That Anne has been consistently painting herself as the underdog, the also-ran, the outsider. She?s not ? she?s Establishment. She?s seen as one of the best actresses of her generation, and one of the few younger actresses who can carry a film. She really needs to re-vamp this campaign, right?

Spending the first day of the new year in paradise, Joanna Krupa splashed in the surf in Miami, Florida on Tuesday (January 1).
The "Real Housewives of Miami" star showed off her beach bod in a turquoise halter-top bikini as she cuddled with fiance Romain Zago.
Sharing the fun times with her Twitter followers, earlier on Tuesday the 33-year-old model tweeted a photo of the pair on the beach with the caption, "Cuddle time with @romain_zago."
Though the couple's relationship has been anything but rock solid, it seems they are going strong recently, with Joanna posting a photo of her and her man on New Year's Eve with the comment, "The love of my life forever and ever @romain_zago."
