Here is Charlotte McKinney looking incredible when she sported a white dress featuring an asymmetrical cutout at the torso and a thigh-high split at the GQ Men Of The Year awards.
McKinney, who burst onto the scene last year and does not appear to be exiting the spotlight anytime soon as one of the industry?s biggest rising stars, donned a stunning white, cut-out dress that prompted jaw-dropping reactions.
Her first break came in the form of a cameo role in Carl’s Jr.’s All Natural Burger commercial which was released online in January 2015.
Talking to Fox 411, she said: ‘I?m still, you know, working on acting so it was a small dabble with it but it was exciting.
‘I have a great talent agency there [in Los Angeles], and you know, working with my acting coach, and really putting in the time and effort to transition into the acting.’

Elsa Pataky?s thirst will never be quenched. I was genuinely shocked that she didn?t attend the London premiere of her husband?s film, In the Heart of the Sea. But here she was at the Madrid premiere. Elsa is Spanish, so this was a homecoming for her. A thirsty homecoming. If she was posing any harder, she might break something. Is it any wonder why Chris moved his family back to Australia? I mean, he must know. He must know that if they stayed in LA, she would be organizing pap strolls every damn day with this exact gleam in her eye.
Anyway, to promote the dumb whale movie ? which I can?t believe we?re still discussing, at this point ? Chris and Ron Howard cover this week?s Parade Magazine. Most of the quotes are super-boring, but here are some highlights:
The conditions of film ITHOTS: “Once we’re in the whaleboats, we couldn’t get off and on. We developed real love for one another. There was such camaraderie in that and a sort of gallows humor, like in war. I’ve never left a film and missed a cast so much.”
Why they moved back to Australia: “In the space of three years, we had our kids and simultaneously my career was happening, and everything changed. We’d leave the house and there would be six paparazzi out in front. In L.A., more than anywhere else in the world, paparazzi are everywhere, 24/7. We felt suffocated. The agitation you feel from the paparazzi rippled in the house.”
Their life in Australia: “It’s just a quiet little surf town with a lot of farming, an hour and a half outside of Melbourne. There are other things in my life now?family, kids. I don’t want to have to be in the position where I care if the phone stops ringing. I’m OK about potentially not acting. That just may be me trying to convince myself in case it does happen, but I’ve always been weirdly aware of that.”
On ‘the happiest moment’ of his life: “Last week, we were in the car driving somewhere and my little girl was in the back seat with me. I was really tired, and I leaned over and I put my head on her lap… And she started patting my head and singing a song through her pacifier… There’s the idea that we as parents spend all this time protecting our children. No, I think they’re protecting us. Sitting in the car with my head on her lap and her singing to me, there was this understanding of, ‘Wow she’s looking after Dad, and that’s her job.’ You know? And that was such a joy. Oh, there’s nothing better! It was the happiest moment of my life.”

Okay, the story about his daughter warmed my icy heart a little bit. But then I went back to the quote about the paparazzi and I iced over again. I mean? does he know? Does he even pay attention to his wife?s raison d’etre? I don?t doubt that Chris is concerned about the paparazzi and that the paps irritate him. But, as I?ve said many times before, he should talk to his wife about that. You know who else lives in LA with their kids and rarely gets pap?d? Matt Damon. Robert Downey Jr. Chris Pratt. Sandra Bullock. Brangelina. It’s more than possible for celebrities to avoid the daily pap strolls. But it’s something for which a husband and wife need to be on the same page.

Ryan Gosling is currently promoting The Big Short, the true story of how a handful of dudes figured out that the American housing market was going to crash and burn in 2008. Gosling has not been front and center during the promotion, although? no one has. Gosling hasn?t gotten any magazine covers, but neither has Brad Pitt (the producer/star) or Christian Bale or Steve Carrel. This was supposed to be an Oscar-bait movie, but it really doesn?t feel like anyone is pushing it hard. Which is possibly why Gosling is finally giving up some details about what life is like with Eva Mendes and their daughter Esmeralda.
Ryan Gosling is a proud father, partner and, of course, Canuck. ?I love being Canadian,? he tells us, adding, ?I think growing up in Canada gives you a world perspective that I certainly enjoy.?
The 35-year-old actor recently sat down with Hello! for an exclusive chat about celebrating the holidays with longtime love Eva Mendes and their adorable one-year-old daughter, Esmeralda.
?This will be our first Christmas where [Esmeralda is] sort of taking it all in, so that?s exciting,? gushed the handsome actor, who welcomed his daughter in September 2014. One thing the Notebook star isn?t as excited about is his mother?s choice in holiday tunes. ?She?s obsessed with the Hanson Christmas album! No disrespect to Hanson, they?re very talented kids, but I think I?ve heard that record enough. I?m sure it will be on a loop this Christmas as well.?
Fatherhood has come easy for Ryan, who says it’s ?not rocket science.? And as much love and devotion as he has for his baby girl, the star is just as besotted with her mom, Eva. ?I know that I?m with the person I?m supposed to be with,? he says, adding that the only quality he looks for in a woman is “that she?s Eva Mendes. There?s nothing else I?m looking for.?

And I guess he wants to push back on the near-constant rumors that he and Eva are done, that they?re barely co-parenting, that he?s spending a lot of time with Emma Stone. Ryan believes Eva is ?the person I?m supposed to be with.? So there you go, Hey Girls. Fatherhood is not rocket science. He loves being a Canadian. He?s supposed to be with Eva. He hates the Hanson Christmas album. Damn, this was a good interview from Gosling.

Claire Danes has a limited edition, graphic designed library card to an exclusive library used only by her Book Club, The Nitwits, and now *I* want a limited edition, graphic designed library card to an exclusive library. And possibly access to her book club, but I?ll need to see their reading list first; they do drink and that is a step in the right direction.
Claire is featured in the The Edit, Net-a-Porter?smagazine. The pictorial is pretty; with a lot of Boho Chic florals, lace and peasant-style (and one seriously fierce grey long coat that she needs to hand over to me when she delivers my library card). The beige, floral-ombre Topshop dress shown below is lovely ? the colors really complement her. Claire is known for early roles like Juliet to Leonardo ?My Bear? DiCaprio?s Romeo and teenager Angela in My So Called Life. For the last five years, of course, Claire has headlined Showtimes? Homeland as CIA agent Carrie Mathison. Her character is bipolar; a trait not often written in to leading characters and its been noted how delicately Claire has handled it. Dealing with challenges through therapy is something Claire has been preparing for almost her whole life:

She loves being married to husband Hugh Dancy:

Unlike Claire, the list of people I trust and admire and want to make out with is staggering. I hope most of them are flexible on the whole ?partnership? thing because we haven?t met and the restraining orders seem to speak to their reticence to ?partnership.?
Claire being in therapy since she was six intrigues me; that seems pretty young for elective therapy. I can?t imagine a six year-old being prescient enough to know she was going to keep therapist as her back up plan to acting. I get why she stays in therapy, I have nothing but love for therapy and I am glad it helped her to portray Carrie with such sensitivity.
In the rest of the article she talks about her son Cyrus, her feelings about being in a female-led show and her plans to finally finish her townhome. It?s a nice read and the pictures are graceful. I leave it herefor you while I go get one of my progeny to make me a cool library card.

Here is the new cover for Elle France, with Angelina Jolie looking rather lovely. She covers the issue to promote her Euro-centric vanity project, By the Sea. BTS has made a little more than $1.5 million domestically and internationally combined. For a film that reportedly cost $10-25 million to make and promote, it really does not seem like the studio will be making any money off of BTS. Sad. Well, at least the studio won?t be able to say that Angelina refused to promote it. She has been promoting it, exhaustively. Probably to the detriment of Brad Pitt?s actual Oscar-bait film, The Big Short.
Speaking of The Big Short, THR asked Brad Pitt if he was interested in following in Angelina?s footsteps and trying his hand at directing. Brad answered quickly: ?No, not at all. I have no desire whatsoever. I like my corner of the field.” I bet Brad would actually have a pretty good eye as a director. I dare say he would have a better feel for good scripts too, judging by how he operates as a producer.
Meanwhile, this week?s National Enquirer is all about how Brad and Angelina are about to go through a ?$480 million divorce.? Sources claim that Brad caught Angelina carrying on with ?an unidentified crew member? while at work in Cambodia. Brad ran away and cried, and one of his friends tells the mag: ?To Brad, it?s emotional cheating. He got word from sources on the set and he exploded! The close nature of Angelina?s relationship with the man quickly became the talk of cast and crew, who note how she hangs on his every word? Angelina looks positively enamored with this man!? Gossip Cop says the story is ?made up.? Which? sure. Where is Brad, by the way? I know Angelina is in Cambodia, working on another film that absolutely no one will see. But where?s Brad?

Dita Von Teese is honestly one of my favorite celebrities to cover. I appreciate what she does and who she is, because I feel like she really works at being a self-taught scholar of burlesque, beauty, femininity and fashion. She really works at putting her own image together, and it really works. Dita has been making the rounds for a few weeks to promote her new book, Your Beauty Mark. This week, she ended up sitting down with HuffPo to chat about the book, and she ended up making news because of what she said about the Kardashians. Her diss ? if you want to call it that ? was about the Kardashians? paid-endorsements of those absolutely stupid ?waist-trainers.? Kim and Khloe Kardashian are the ones constantly posting ?waist-training? selfies and encouraging women to basically buy fancy girdles and corsets. Dita ? a student/scholar of the history of corsetry ? thinks the Kardashian waist-training phenomenon is stupid. This is what she told HuffPo:
“I think it’s funny because I’m watching [the trend] and it’s like the blind leading the blind? People that actually know a lot about corsetry are not the ones that are publicly speaking about it. And I’m seeing some of these corsets that they’re saying are waist shapers and I’m like, ‘That doesn’t work.’ They’re like stretchy fabric. If you really want to get into it, you should probably look into the real corset makers that have been doing it for decades and decades. There are lots of experts on it, but I don’t know that you should be jumping on the bandwagon to sing the praises of corsets?.It seems to be a fast fix, and it is. If you put on a corset and you pull the strings tight, you instantly have this silhouette and it’s great — but it’s not going to modify your body if you’re not engaged in the serious regimen of it.”

She?s absolutely right. And this is what gets me about the Kardashians-as-snake-oil-salesmen: the sh-t that they shill is usually the worst of the worst. They?re basically wearing really tight, undersized corsets and claiming that wearing the corsets while working out will radically change your body. And Dita?s right? all they?re doing is temporarily wearing a corset for a short time and calling it a ?waist-trainer.? Anyway? Dita slammed the Kardashians. Go get ?em, Dita!
