Stepping out together for the first time in a long while, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were looking joyful while trekking around Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (November 3).
Joined by an assistant, the ?No Doubt? singer and her musician husband - who carried their youngest son Zuma in his arms - made a stop at their elder son Kingston?s school.
The sighting comes not too long after Rossdale openly admitted to having a relationship with a man before his marriage to Stefani.
Although Gwen hit up Kate Hudson's Halloween party sans Gavin last weekend, the family looked quite happy to be together as they offered up smiles when passing by the on-hand photogs.

Set to begin a new project, Salma Hayek is bringing the telenovela back to ABC.
The ?Bandidas? babe and producer, Jose Tamez, are in talks to develop a US version of the Argentinian limited drama series, ?Los Roldan.?
Ms Hayek will be working with ?Ugly Betty? writer Veronica Becker along with Sarah Kucserka, who will work as a writer and producer of the project.
?Los Roldan? is about a working-class man who saves the life of a woman, who then hires him to run her company- much the digression of her family, according to Variety.

Landing yet another honorable role, Brad Pitt has reportedly signed on to star in the upcoming novel based film called ?Cogan?s Trade.?
Although nothing has been confirmed just yet, the ?Ocean?s Eleven? hunk could possibly be reuniting with director Andrew Dominick for the project in which he is being considered for the part of Jackie Cogan.
According to MTV News, the plot centers on Cogan as he's tasked with investigating a heist that goes down during a high-stakes poker game that's under protection from members of the mob.
Furthermore, Cogan's keen awareness of other people's strengths and weaknesses serves him as he proceeds to thwart the poorly planned plot with all the surgical precision an expert mob enforcer has at his disposal.

According to Gossip Cop, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" beauty's $2 million spread was broken into during a timeframe ?between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on October 26.?
With no suspects known at the current time, the Gossip Cop report adds that Miss Knightley was missing two laptop computers filled with all of her personal information.
Keira was in Rome through October 28th, during which time she premiered her new movie "Last Night" alongside actress Eva Mendes.

I?m feeling slightly overwhelmed, and it has everything to do with this absolutely terrible Redbook cover where Christina looks nothing like herself. Do you need to see what Christina really looks like? Look at this. Now look at the cover. Yeah. The makeup people were trying to de-orange her and the hair people were trying to get her hair to not look like brittle straw, and the lighting people were like ?I quit? and so it fell to the Photoshoppers to try to make Christina look human. As for this Redbook interview - it was done when Christina and Jordan were already split up, but before she had confirmed it publicly. Still, Redbook managed to squeeze out an exclusive already, and this is just more of the same:

We spend too much time on Jessica Simpson. We are like Papa Joe in that way - always obsessing over Jess?s life and clothes and boyfriends and gay BFF breakups. And Ashlee becomes The Forgotten Simpson, and her clothes are rarely analyzed, her weight loss discusses briefly then instantly forgotten, her marriage not scandalous in any way. So let?s talk about Ashlee for a moment - these are photos from launch of Decades Denim in LA last night. Ashlee recently cut her hair into this sweet little pixie cut - you?d think that she wouldn?t be able to pull it off, but she does.
As for the dress, and as for Ashlee?s figure - I think she looks really good. The dress is vintage Chanel, and I find it slightly boring, but it looks good on Ashlee, and she sometimes has pretty nice taste. It?s a classy dress, and I like that she?s somewhat covered up. As for Ashlee?s figure - after a few years of everyone calling her anorexic, it looks like she?s put some weight back on (just a few pounds), and I think she looks pretty healthy.
PopEater says that Ashlee is channeling Edie Sedgwick - I can see that. Especially with the earrings, which are my least favorite part of the ensemble. They overwhelm the whole look, which could have been completely cute. They?re too heavy, and they distract from the hair. The makeup is great though. Overall: Ashlee is now a better dresser than Jessica Simpson.

Katy Perry is the December girl for Harper?s Bazaar. Now? I don?t really like Katy. I think she?s supremely untalented, and I can?t stand her current styling incarnation. How she rates a Harper?s Bazaar cover, I have no idea, especially the December issue - one of the biggest of the year. To make matters worse, I?m not even sure I would have known this cover was Katy unless the email from Bazaar hadn?t lead off with it. They did some crazy ?Shopping to her face. Ugh. The interview isn?t much better - the full piece is here, and here are some highlights:
On copying Dita Von Teese: “I have multipersonality disorder?in a very good way, of course?when it comes to my fashion choices,” she says of her ability to slip from party girl to polish. “When I first started playing around with my look, it was more of a Dita Von Teese pinup thing.” But the burlesque look is too high maintenance. “Dita’s really dedicated,” she says.
On her husband, Russell Brand and his spiritual quest: ?I always knew I wanted a great man of God, someone who was going to be an inspiration for people and also be a lovely husband and father,? she says. ?We?re at different places in our lives, but we can still grow together. He?s thought-provoking, articulate, a real advocate. I also definitely wanted to have a laugh. I have all that in him.?
On her competition: She is part of a new wave of pop stars?among them, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Fergie? but her fellow quick-change artists are more sisters than competitors: ?We?re all unique. That?s why we all win and we all can exist. People don?t want just vanilla. They want 31 flavors. I couldn?t do what Rihanna does. I couldn?t do what Gaga does. They can?t do what I do.?
On her image: ?I?m kind of a good girl?and I?m not,? she says. ?I?m a good girl because I really believe in love, integrity, and respect. I?m a bad girl because I like to tease. I know that I have sex appeal in my deck of cards. But I like to get people thinking. That?s what the stories in my music do.?
On body image and fashion: Her particular flavor tends toward the saucy. “I’ll tell you about my boobs and fashion,” she says. “It can be hard to wear those looks”?like the ones shown here?”because they’re best on people who have no curves or thighs. I don’t have a Kate Moss body, but I’m very proud and happy with mine.” Yet, at 13, she pined for a breast reduction. “I had really bad back problems and was a little bit thicker. Then I grew up and lost the baby fat and said, ‘Hey, this isn’t all that bad.’”
On the Sesame Street controversy: “If there had been a problem on the set, they would have said it to me at the outset. We had many different options.” She came back with a sketch on Saturday Night Live in which she squeezed into a red Elmo T-shirt, the neckline slashed to showcase what all the fuss was about. “How do you respond otherwise?”

I guess the most notable part is where she refers to Brand as a ?great man of God, someone who was going to be an inspiration for people and also be a lovely husband and father.? I mean? God. I hope she doesn?t really feel that way, because I have a horrible premonition that (gasp) her marriage isn?t going to last because she?ll walk into their home one day and find Russell in bed with a blonde, a brunette and a mountain goat.

Emma Watson is the adorable cover girl for the December issue of Marie Claire, all to promote Harry Potter and The Machine of Money. In the above photo, I love her hair. In another shot (below), I don?t care for it as much. But I like the fact that she cut it all off after being contractually obligated to wear it long for so many years. I also think her shorter hair works well with the new image she?s trying to forge for herself, post-Potter. She?s a Brown student and a working actress, and she will study hard and take supporting parts. I?ve said it before, but she seems really grounded and like she?s genuinely a sweet, good girl. We?ll see. Marie Claire?s full interview excerpt is here, and here are some highlights from the interview:
Emma on her parents: “I’ve had so much freedom: sometimes it’s been hard. My parents wanted to protect me, but they had no idea how.”
On her hair: “I’ve wanted to do it since I was about 16, and when Harry Potter ended in June, I just needed a change ” Watson said. “It was quite symbolic for me. It’s very short; it was buzzed at the back and on the sides. And it’s really liberating that I can walk out without thinking about it.”
On being a student in America: “The first year at Brown was about finding my feet,” she said. “I found a great group of girlfriends, and now that I know how things work and what the professors expect, I’m really excited about going back for my second year, because I feel this time I can relax and enjoy it.” Watson is deeply grateful for the way she’s been treated by her peers. “Brown has a real sense of community, and people are very protective of me,” she said. “They really look out for me; they want me to feel like I’m part of it. I threw my 20th birthday party at Brown, and I didn’t even have to say to anyone not to put pictures on Facebook. Not a single picture went up. That was when I knew I’d found a solid group of friends, and I felt like I belonged.”
On the end of Potter: “My last day was pretty emotional,” she admitted. “It was sad; it’s the end of an era. What an amazing learning experience! I gave everything I could to that role, and I got so much from it. It wasn’t like I made one movie; it was working consistently for 10 years. There was no reprieve,” Watson said. “But I’m glad I saw it through to the end; I played that character from the start, and I wanted to finish what I started. It felt very satisfying that I had completed Hermione’s journey. Playing Hermione just came so naturally; I had a real affinity for her,” she said. “I felt like I knew exactly who she was. Like me, she’s very loyal and determined, she’s very intelligent, and she has a lot of guy friends, as I do. Her eagerness to please and to have the right answer is definitely like me. I’m a perfectionist, so my bossiness definitely comes out.”
On becoming a child actor: “I started working on the audition at 9 in the morning and didn’t stop until 5 in the evening,” she recalled. “The tape was just me doing the same thing hundreds of times over, until I got it exactly right. I was just amazed at my stamina. The grown-ups said, ‘We had to stop you; you wanted to keep going.’ I’ve always been like that; I give 100 percent. I can’t do it any other way.? Watson’s parents, who divorced when she was very young, are both lawyers?her father is a telecommunications attorney, and her mother is a solicitor?but their little girl made it clear they were not to stand in her way. “I would never have forgiven my parents if they had made me turn down that opportunity,” she said. “I just loved performing. It just made me feel alive. It’s scary, but that’s part of it. I think it’s important to have that extra adrenaline. It gives you that extra zing.”
On not needing to rebel: “I do things in my own way, but I’ve never felt any need to rebel,” she said. “To be honest, I’ve always had far too much freedom. I had a job when I was 10. I started living on my own when I was 17 or 18. I’ve earned my own money; I’ve traveled the world. What would I rebel against? I’ve had so much freedom, sometimes it was hard. My parents wanted to protect me, but they had no idea how to. I had to learn as I went and make my own mistakes. I went from being totally unknown and never acting professionally to being in a major movie and being very famous. It all happened so quickly, I didn’t have any time to work things out. It’s been pretty scary at times.”

That last part really struck me - because that?s what someone like Lindsay Lohan had too, didn?t she? She had so much freedom at such a young age, and no one had any idea how to protect her either. So why did Emma end up such a good egg and Lindsay ended up such a f-cking crackhead? Was it that Emma?s parents actually grounded her, even if they didn?t know about the world she was in? Was it because Emma?s parents weren?t partying with her and taking their ?manager?s cut? from her earnings? I don?t know. But I think I may be on to something.

Everything she touches turns to gold, so it?s no wonder Taylor Swift's new album Speak Now went platinum inside of one week.
The ?Love Story? songstress is the 16th person to hit the million mark in a week, and the first since 2008?s Tha Carter III by Lil Wayne.
Prior to its release, Speak Now was widely thought to sell around 800,000 in its first week, though Swift?s fans probably aren?t surprised by the massive numbers.

Of all the solutions to life?s struggles and tribulations, acupuncture is one of the remedies I am most wary of. I understand the idea behind it - that our bodies have pressure points, and that if you ?puncture? a certain part of your toe, your headache will be relieved, et cetera. I know people who swear by it. I know people who hate needles of all kinds, and get barfy and queasy at the idea of someone sticking something sharp into them. I am one of the latter category. I get barfy around needles. My mother was recently hospitalized, and they couldn?t find a vein to get blood, and the nurse was jabbing at my mom?s arm, and I swear, I started sweating and hyperventilating and I almost passed out.
Anyway, Mariah Carey swears by acupuncture, and she claims - in a new cover interview with Us Weekly - that it helped her in the difficult months she and Nick were trying to get pregnant after their first miscarriage.
After suffering a miscarriage following her April 2008 wedding to Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey cried herself to sleep many nights. But in an exclusive interview in the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now), the singer says she and Cannon never gave up.
Though she dismisses reports that she did IVF, Carey tells Us Weekly she began taking progesterone, a hormone that is often prescribed to boost fertility and support or help maintain pregnancy in women susceptible to miscarriage.
Cannon also tells Us Weekly his wife relied on “once-a-day” acupuncture, “all over her body. I think it helped her quite a bit, because it was a good destressor.”
Seeing Carey’s face when they learned she was pregnant “was priceless,” Cannon recalls. “We definitely cried. We still cry all the time. It’s an emotional journey.”
With their baby due in spring, Carey says it still “amazes” her she’s going to have Cannon’s child. “He’s a great person, and we have more in common than not,” she tells Us Weekly.
“I know people initially were, ‘What? Those two?’ But I think people who know us get it.”

As far as I know, LaineyGossip was the first site/outlet to have this information, but Us Weekly has a larger story confirming this mess, so that?s why we?re covering it. It seems that Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal really are in some kind of relationship (sorry, Mama Swifty) and that this relationship involves going on vacation together, going apple-picking and eating ice cream. It?s like a 12-year-old?s journal! Lainey reported a few days ago that Swifty and Jake spent this past weekend in Big Sur: ?They were seen together over breakfast and also by the pool. Swifty was wearing a beret. There was some handholding and their arms were around each other and she was touching his hair and getting lost in his cute ass amazing face.? Us Weekly has more:
Coast-to-coast cuddlefests! After flirty dates in and around NYC on Oct. 23 and 24, Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal shared a happy Halloween weekend in California.
First, they hit the pool at the Post Ranch in Big Sur.
“Taylor laughed at everything Jake said,” a witness tells the new Us Weekly. “At one point, she measured herself against Jake on her tiptoes.” (An observer adds that Gyllenhaal “held her hand.”)
Then, late on Monday, Swift, 20, and Gyllenhaal, 29, stopped for an ice cream break at McConnell’s, 200 miles south in Santa Barbara.
“They looked at all the flavors and couldn’t decide, so they asked the counter girls for help,” a staffer says of the duo, who were “happy” and “friendly.”
Swift — whose new album Speak Now sold 1 million copies in its first week — chatted up a worker in the back. “Taylor was very interested in what I was doing in the back making ice cream and said, ‘Wow, you guys are legit!’” the scoop girl added.
Their ice cream picks, which Gyllenhaal paid for: Swiss chocolate chip for him, yogurt with rainbow sprinkles for her.
After savoring their treats inside McConnell’s for about 20 minutes, the pair split. When they were approached by excited college-age fans in the parking lot, they “happily obliged” for photos.
Adds the staffer: “They smiled a ton!”

My God, this is already tedious. What?s surprising, I guess, is that I don?t really blame Swifty. She?s 20 years old, and she acts 15 years old (and she?s an a–hole), so of course this cutesy bullsh-t is her dream come true. But Jake? Jake will be 30 years old in December. He?s too old to have his new relationship described in terms like ?cuddlefest? and ?ice cream break?. Ugh. I?m really beginning to think less of Jake.

Enjoying some time on the East Coast, Sandra Bullock was spotted out in New York City with her son Louis Bardo last night (November 2).
The ?Miss Congeniality? actress looked to be in good spirits as she treated her baby boy to his first trip to the Big Apple.
Sandra and Louis encountered plenty of eager paparazzi as they arrived at their Manhattan hotel, though they scurried inside to get out of the chilly fall weather.
And according to the National Enquirer, Ms. Bullock is considering giving Louis a sibling. ?She?s also talking to the adoption agency that hooked her up with baby Louis about another child,? states a report.

Just last week, Julianne Moore wore one of the most hideous dresses many of us had ever beheld - seriously, it looked like two ugly dresses hate-f-cking each other. Julianne wore the Lanvin monstrosity to promote The Kids Are All Right in Europe, and Julianne got a lot of criticism for it. Now it looks like she?s trying to improve. These are photos from the premiere in Rome (for the film festival). Julianne?s Giorgio Armani dress is? better. Not outstanding, but I?ll definitely give her an A-plus for her hair, skin and makeup, all of which is otherworldly beautiful, and for the color, which is absolutely gorgeous. I’m having issues with the fit, though. And that little cut-out at the bust. The gown is from Armani?s Spring 2011 RTW collection, the shoes are Louboutin, and the clutch and jewelry are Bulgari (which Julianne is the face of currently). Just a note about the color - in these photos, I?m saying the dress is a dark cobalt-teal, but in other photos it just looks like a deep navy. Interesting.
Also very interesting? Julianne is doing the bulk of the European promotion solo. Why isn?t Annette Bening around? Most critics think both Julianne and Annette have an equally good shot as Best Actress Oscar nominations, but if Julianne is the only getting sent out on promotional duty, perhaps the producers are just going to put money into one actress?s campaign?
Earlier in the day, at the Rome Film Festival, Julianne donned head-to-toe Lanvin yet again for the photo call. Even the heels are Lanvin, apparently, according to HuffPo. I don?t mind when redheads wear red, but I just feel like the red with Pink with the red hair is just much too bright. It looks garish.
