Her hard work is paying off, as Tyra Banks has been named the top moneymaking female on prime time TV.
Thanks to her hit show, “America’s Next Top Model,” Banks has scored the number one spot on the Forbes list of top earning women on prime time, beating out stars like Eva Longoria, Katherine Heigl and Julia Louis Dreyfus.
The 35-year-old earns an estimated $30 million from “Top Model,” her daytime talk show and various other TV appearances, according to Forbes.com.
Katherine Heigl placed a distant second, earning $18 million for starring on “Grey’s Anatomy” and various movie roles like, “The Ugly Truth.”

It’s been just about a year since she filed for divorce from Guy Ritchie, and just recently Madonna was able to open up to the public about her broken marriage.
The “4 Minutes” songstress sat down with Rolling Stone magazine and admitted that going through a divorce after eight years of marriage was “challenging.”
She continued, “Life is an adjustment. My sons aren’t with me right now, they’re with their father, and I’m not very comfortable with the idea of my children not living together.” Her girls, Lourdes and Mercy, live with Madonna permanently.
The 51-year-old says that it’s been “different” with sons Rocco and David spending time in the UK with their father.
In other news, Madonna’s greatest hits collection “Celebration” entered the Billboard 200 at number 7 with sales of 72,000 copies.

The sexy supermodel looked fabulous in a stylish black dress as she arrived at the Odeon Leicester Square for the night’s festivities.
Aside from supporting Clooney, Miss Crawford has recently partnered with Tiny Prints for its Second Annual Celebrity Holiday Card Collection for Charity benefiting important humanitarian causes including hunger, homelessness and healthcare.
Of the effort, Cindy tells, “Having lost my brother to leukemia, I am committed to the mission of helping to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.”

They’ve always been known for their keen fashion sense, so it’s no wonder that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are adding to their dynamic.
The 23-year-old twins are coming out with their own line of sunglasses which will be vintage-inspired and introduced this spring, according to Women’s Wear Daily.
Although the line won’t launch for a couple more months, during London Fashion week, Mary-Kate was spotted sporting a pair of square framed shades which are reportedly one of the four different styles in the collection.
The sunglasses will range in price from $325-$390, and will be sold in high-end department stores.

Out for another day’s work, Chace Crawford and Blake Lively were paired up for an afternoon of filming on the set of “Gossip Girl” in New York City on Wednesday (October 14).
The small screen duo grabbed a coffee drink at a nearby Starbucks while biding their time between scenes - with Miss Lively’s maltipoo poodle, Penny, seated on her lap while vying for a little attention.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Blake spent the previous evening out on the red carpet at the New York City premiere of “Where the Wild things Are.”
Meanwhile, both Lively and Crawford stepped out to support Penn Badgley on Monday night for the premiere of his new flick “The Stepfather”.

In a recent interview, Ivanka explained how she had to turn down a job offer from Vogue magazine to pursue her dreams of designing and real estate.
She revealed, “I had, like many people, pulled an all-nighter studying for the final exam that I had the next morning. And I receive a call the next morning directly from Anna Wintour, her assistant connected us, etc. — she called my cell phone, so I was a little bit ... taken off guard would be sort of an understatement. And she very graciously inquired as to what I was planning to do after graduation, and offered me a position at Vogue, which to any girl, even if you’re not particularly interested in fashion — as life would have it I ended up starting a jewelry collection, and she’s been an amazing supporter of me in my future endeavors. It?s kind of a ?dur? cover for anyone following Lindsay?s shenanigans over the past few months (or years, whatever). The girl has been all kinds of rough for a long time, but her three-week Paris trip has been an epic fail. Everything from the universal disgust to Lindsay?s cracked-out ?creative consultant? Ungaro line, to her cracked-out ingenious jewelry heist, to her cracked-out out tweets to Sam Ronson, it?s been a total disaster.
Now Star is giving us a ?behind the scenes? look at Lindsay?s self-destruction. The cover includes these sub-headlines: She passes out in Paris!; Deadly diet of vodka, cocaine, and piles of prescription pills; Friends: ?You?re going to die!?. That pretty much sums up the cover story excerpt that Star put up - although they do quote an ?insider? as saying ?She an obituary waiting to happen.?
How bad can it get? Lindsay Lohan?s trip to Paris was a low point even for her!
The once-promising actress collapsed during a week-long party, as her vodka, cocaine and prescription pills habits caught up with her. Now as Star reports in its Oct. 26 issue ? on newsstands now ? her few remaining friends fear it is too late to saver her.
?She?s a wreck, a mess, a disaster,? one tells Star. ?She an obituary waiting to happen.?
Despite three trips to rehab and two DUI arrests, all before her 23rd birthday, Linds cannot stop herself from drowning her sorrows. You know what? For the first time ever, I totally co-sign everything about a Star cover story. They got something right - Lindsay is a crackhead mess, and she?s killing herself. What nags at me, however, is the questions I have about whether I should feel any sympathy for Lindsay. My general take is ?Hell no.? First of all, I don?t think Lindsay has hit her own rock bottom yet. She?s still barely functioning, and there are enough sycophants and enablers around her who have convinced her that she?s fully functioning. My greatest fear is that Lindsay?s rock bottom will be some major, violent, life-threatening crime.
Anyhoodle, guess whose still trying to get press from Lindsay?s sad state? Of course, it?s Michael Lohan. After telling the world that Lindsay is a prescription pill addict (as opposed to crack, coke or meth, I suppose) and that he was going to do some kind of half-assed intervention, Michael has now gone to Radar to tell all about Lindsay?s drug dealer. Michael says: ?This guy follows Lindsay all over the place. All over?Lindsay pays for him to go everywhere. He has no job. No job. He does nothing. All he does is supply everyone in LA.? Okay? so what are you going to do about it? Oh right, you?re going to just go to Radar and talk about it. By the way, if Lindsay?s a prescription pill addict, wouldn?t that make her ?dealer? a doctor? Or is that nave of me?

Uh, this is just terrible. Life & Style?s cover story this week is all about how Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have ?two more babies on the way?. The cover image is from May of 2008, when Angelina was pregnant with Knox and Vivienne and doing press at the Cannes Film Festival. And the whole ?Angelina Confirms? note - apparently, Angelina ?confirmed? that she and Brad want more children? when she allegedly spoke to Stylist magazine, an online publication (I think?) that seems, in a word, ?sketchy?. All of that being said, I do think Angelina and Brad want more kids, as both of them have said in interviews over the past year. And the actual text of the cover story isn?t really that shocking:
During her recent United Nations trip to Syria to meet with refugee families, Angelina Jolie let a secret slip about how overwhelming her own kids can be. Faced with a mother embarrassed that her five children were out of control, U.N. rep Dalia Al-Achi tells Life & Style, “Angelina told the mom that her children are even naughtier!”
Raising six kids under the age of 9 is a difficult task, and Angie herself admits that life is
“absolute chaos at times.” Which makes her statements in a new interview all the more shocking: For the first time, she’s confirmed that she and Brad Pitt, 45, plan to adopt again — and have another biological child.
“I can see further additions to the family — both adopted and our own,” Angelina, 34, tells the British magazine Stylist in its October issue.
Brad and Angie plan to add two more children, if not more, to their family, confirms an insider close to the couple. “They want one more biological baby and an adopted baby — for now,” the insider says. “But who knows what the future holds. Some people get addicted to drugs and alcohol, but Brad and Angie are addicted to children.”

So even though I think Life & Style?s sourcing and cover editing is total crap, I tend to think the basic gist is right on. I do think Angelina and Brad will end up adopting at least one more kid, and they might even try for another biological kid. Recently, Star Magazine reported that Angelina had her heart set on adopting another African girl because she promised Empress Zahara. I believed the basics of that story, but not the other crap about Angelina and Brad fighting over how many kids to have. I don?t really get that aspect of these stories - Brad?s said in interview after interview that he wants more kids too.

Leighton Meester has finally released the first single off her forthcoming debut album. After the "Gossip Girl" star teased fans with her duet with Cobra Starship, the VMA-nominated "Good Girls Go Bad," as well as the leaked track "Birthday," the actress-turned-singer has hooked up with Robin Thicke on "Somebody to Love."
Although no release date has been set for the record, Meester recently spoke to EW.com about the track, produced by Mike Caren and Oligee (Flo Rida, Cobra Starship). "I so often get love confused with sex and vice versa," she said about "Somebody to Love." "And the song is basically about how I can't get any — I can't find anyone to love."
The song, which mixes Meester's pop-electronica vibe with Thicke's smooth R&B stylings, harks back to Madonna's early-'90s dance music. Meester told EW that she was ber-excited about working with Thicke. "He's so soulful, and his voice is so flawless and beautiful," she said. "I don't even think he knows how much I love him."
The song was written by Rico Love, who has worked with artists like Jamie Foxx, Beyonc and Usher. "I was honored when I found out that my record was chosen to be Leighton's first single. It's exciting to be able to show a different side of my work and me," Love said in a statement. "I listen and study all types of music, and I want to share that with the world. What better way to do that than with one of the biggest stars in entertainment today."
"GG" fans shouldn't worry that Meester has any plans to leave her home on the Upper East Side for her music career. For now, she feels perfectly fine being both an actor and a singer. "I don't know if I can really choose a favorite of what I want to do more or what I love more, 'cause I feel like I always felt I can do both," she told MTV News earlier this year. "I feel like it goes hand in hand. Singing really is acting. In a lot of ways, it's much more personal. I love music, and being able to work on that is amazing."

On Monday, we talked about Pamela Anderson?s appearance at the Hollywood Style Awards in Los Angeles. Pamela was wearing some terrible, hideous, falling-off-her-body dress that was cut up to her crotch in the front, but had a long, drity, disgusting train in the back. Pamela decided to go to the event jacked up, as usual, but with the help of a small, helpless child. The girl was named Adelaide, and she is the 9 year old daughter of Pam?s make-up artist. In pictures from the red carpet, I thought the girl looked both terrified and disgusted with her duty. As it turns out, I didn?t even crack the surface.
Page Six is reporting that the whole incident has incited quite a bit of controversy, with children?s advocacy groups getting involved. Apparently, Pamela was treating this girl like crap all evening. Adelaide didn?t even have a seat at the event! She had to sit at Pam?s feet, where she was stepped on!

The bizarre move drew criticism from child advocacy groups who say little Adelaide Gault is too young to be used as a fashion accessory.
One guest told Page Six, “People were genuinely shocked. She didn’t even have her own seat and had to sit at Pamela’s feet, where people nearly stepped on her to get to the stage. The girl looked uncomfortable and kept tugging on her dress to get her attention, but Pamela waved her away.?
“Pamela was telling people it was her daughter,” the attendee said. “And, after she presented David LaChapelle with an award onstage, she shouted ‘daughter’ in front of the whole auditorium, and slapped her leg like she was calling a puppy. The girl rushed up to grab her train.”
Adelaide is the daughter of makeup artist to the stars Sharon Gault, who was believed to be at the event.
But Adelaide looked nervous as she was forced to carry Anderson’s dress up the red carpet, then backstage, and when the star made a dramatic exit two hours later.
Other guests at the bash at the Hammer Museum included Kim Kardashian, Lauren Conrad, Hayden Panettiere, Kelly Osbourne and Selena Gomez.
A spokesman for the Child Labor Coalition said, “I would want to speak to the child to ask her if it is something she willingly did. Nine is very young, and an awards ceremony is a long time for a child to be out holding a dress.” Anderson’s agent, Chris Smith, didn’t get back to us.

Kim Kardashian wants a baby. The socialite - who recently reunited with her boyfriend, American football star Reggie Bush - has revealed helping her sister Kourtney prepare for the arrival of her first child has made her broody.
She told OK! magazine: “This is just the most exciting new step in our lives, and I think everyone in the family can’t wait for the baby to come!
“You see what my sister’s going through and it’s so much fun, and she’s picking out cribs and high chairs, and I’m getting her little clothes and little shoes and it’s all so cute!”
As well as looking forward to welcoming the new baby, Kim is also thrilled with her sister Khloe’s recent wedding to Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Lamar Odom, who she married following a whirlwind romance.

Kim explained: “She actually didn’t even want to find out, so we waited and then planning the baby shower, we’re like, ‘OK, you got to give us some kind of color here because we don’t know what to do!’ And so she found out.”

The Internet lit up late Tuesday afternoon (October 13) when Rihanna issued a super-brief tweet saying simply: "The Wait Is Ova. Nov 23 09."
Of course, that message, which was accompanied by a metallic "R" logo, could mean a lot of things (the same message is posted on her Web site), but it seems very likely she's talking about her forthcoming album, which "Umbrella" producer Tricky Stewart, who's slated to hit the studio with Rihanna this month, told Rap-Up.com last week might be released this year.
"I do believe it is [going to drop this year]," Stewart said. "We're actually just getting started. I just wrote some records that I'm in love with this past week.
"Rihanna and I will be getting in the studio sometime in the next two weeks, so we actually have not recorded anything for her new album yet."
At press time, reps for Rihanna had not responded to requests for comment on the status of her new recordings. Rihanna has been working on new material with Justin Timberlake, Norwegian hitmakers Stargate,
All-American Rejects' Tyson Ritter and U.K. duo Chase & Status at various points this year.
"The stuff we've come up with in the studio, it's the next step for her. It's a little more grown-up. It's got some edge to it," Timberlake said last month. The two previously collaborated on "Rehab," from Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad LP.
And Stewart said that despite the success of "Umbrella," he and Rihanna have no intention of trying to repeat that song's formula.
"Man, you know we can't do that. We come out with something that sounds like 'Umbrella,' they're gonna be saying that we tried to do something that sounded like 'Umbrella,' " he said. "That's not what the great artists do. They don't even allow you to do stuff like that. Every great artist always wants to hear something they've never heard before."
Stewart also said that Rihanna hasn't changed since they first started working together. "She's just a pleasure," he said. "She's a very sweet, down-to-earth person. You would never know how successful she is 'cause she's just so nice and warm. I guess maybe it's her background of being from the [Caribbean]. She's just a really sweet, warm person to be around."

Showing off a stylish new hairdo, Ashley Tisdale was spotted leaving the salon in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday morning (October 13).
Holding onto her Chanel purse, cell phone, and searching for her keys, the “Aliens in the Attic” actress leisurely strolled past awaiting paparazzi as she she made her way back to her SUV.
Always busy tweeting to her fans, Tizzie wrote this morning, “Loves that its raining right now! Off to rehearsal with the crew. Can’t wait to get home and watch a movie next to the fireplace!”
Meanwhile, on November 11th, Ashley will be teaming up with M magazine to co-host Hollywood Halloween at the Marquee in New York City.
