He was all set to play Apple co-founder Steve Jobs in an upcoming project but now Christian Bale has pulled out of the part.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the ?Dark Knight Rises? hunk ?came to the conclusion that he was not right for the part,? prompting him to withdraw.
Now that Bale is out, director Danny Boyle will need to find another lead actor capable of carrying the weight of the role. Leonardo DiCaprio previously turned down the job as well.
Meanwhile, Seth Rogen has supposedly been offered the gig as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak however nothing has been made official.

The model/actress is thrilled to be expecting again, and she?s said to have a due date sometime in the late spring.
Marisa explained, ?Being a mother has been the biggest blessing in my life. To get to experience it all over again is really exciting.?
Miller also shared that she loved the way her body changed through her first pregnancy. ?I always felt, even before I got pregnant, that it?s better to accentuate your curves. Obviously you can?t suck it in, but it?s important to really show off the belly.?

?I'm 5 feet, 2 inches and I started out at 106 pounds and guess how much I weight now? Around 145 pounds. And the worst part is that my feet are still size five and they're going, ?What's going on with all this weight?? They're about to snap from underneath me with the strain.?
Hayden added, ?I'm still quite muscular, so if you're running around carrying 40 pounds of extra weight, you're going to build extra muscle.?

Her latest album 1989 is predicted to sell 1.2 million copies for its first week, but Taylor Swift is feeling a little slighted all the same.
The ?Out of the Woods? songstress reportedly pulled her music off of the Spotify streaming service where up until now her fans could listen to all of her songs for free.
Spotify responded with a note on their website- ?We love Taylor Swift, and our more than 40 million users love her even more ? nearly 16 million of them have played her songs in the last 30 days, and she?s on over 19 million playlists.?

Katherine Heigl is trying to resurrect a career that’s been reduced to tattered curtains of divadom. I used to think Katherine got a bad rap because she made the grave mistake of calling an Apatow movie “sexist. It’s never cool to watch someone talk smack about their job, but male actors get away with it all the time. Heigl didn’t fare as well because she was talking back to the dudes.
Anyway. Heigl has proven herself to be a genuine pill over many years. Stories of diva behavior continue, yet she seems genuinely surprised at her career downfall. Now the word “Heigl” is readily associated with rudeness by other actors. Heigl’s new show, State of Affairs, is a last shot at repairing her reputation.
Heigl sat down for a Q&A on Facebook, and a fan asked, “I’ve heard rumors that your [sic] very rude. What’s your thoughts?” That question probably felt like a slap in the face, but Heigl answered:
“Yeah I’ve heard those too…honestly I don’t think I am…nothing makes me more uncomfortable than confrontation or hurting someones feelings and I would never, ever actively do so on purpose. Of course just like any human being I’ve made mistakes and unwittingly or carelessly spoken or acted but I always try to make any wrong right. That doesn’t mean I won’t stand up for myself by drawing boundaries and asking to be treated kindly and respectfully but I don’t do that with any rude or unkind intentions just with the same strength and honesty I think every one of us is entitled to.”

I can’t help but feel a little sorry for her. Much of the problem is Katherine’s momager, who had a great hand in shaping the diva personality. Maybe Katherine is telling the truth. She may honestly believe that she is perfectly kind to all cast and crew members, or she may be full of it.

She?s been noticeably absent from Instagram for awhile now, following several issues with topless photos she posted in the past, but now Rihanna has come back to her social media sounding board.
The ?We Found Love? songstress made her first post since May over the weekend, using the hashtag #badgalback to reintroduce her Badgalriri handle.
And though she?s posting photos again, there?s no word whether or not Rihanna has made nice with the head honchos at Instagram.
Nevertheless, as long as the Barbadian beauty keeps sharing sexy snapshots, her followers will be quite pleased.

You think you know that person inside and out, that you know every single inch of that person, and then you find something new."

According to the Sunday People, sources close to Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin now claim that the couple, who announced their split in March, are on the road to patching up their romance.
‘Despite being very different beasts, Chris and Gwyneth adore one another. I suppose it’s a case of they can’t live without one another,’ a source close to the couple is quoted as saying. ‘Talk of officially ending their marriage is not even on the agenda. Lawyers haven’t been introduced yet. The chances of there being a happy reconciliation are very high. The split released a lot of pressure from the intense relationship but they are still very close. They look back and enjoy what they did have and are loving what they currently have.’
The news comes days after it was revealed that Chris had split with Jennifer Lawrence following a two-month romance. And on Thursday night, the Oscar-winning actress spent two hours at Chris’s Malibu home, collecting her belongings and talking with the Coldplay star.
A source close to the actress told MailOnline: ‘Jennifer went over to Chris’s to apologise for the coverage of their breakup being so one-sided, reclaim her possessions and to ensure there were no hard feelings.’
The source insisted that Jennifer is now happily single, adding: ‘They’re not getting back together.’

Everything?s coming up GOOP! I kind of wonder how Gwyneth?s boyfriend Brad Falchuk is handling all of this. The last we heard, Gwyneth had successfully ?homewrecked? his marriage and she and Brad were doing the ?openly dating behind closed doors? thing. I have different theories about what?s really going between Gwyneth and Chris at this stage. I suspect that Gwyneth doesn?t want him to be with anyone else, especially not someone younger, thinner or more successful. But I doubt she wants their marriage to survive. Just my opinion: I think Angie Harmon?s marriage has been on the rocks ever since she signed on to Rizzoli & Isles. Angie made such a big deal, years ago, about moving her family to North Carolina and wanting to raise her three daughters away from the liberal heathens in California. Then when she got Rizzoli & Isles and had to spend, like, eight months out of the year in LA filming the TV show, she never bothered moving her family back to LA. So her husband Jason Sehorn raised their girls in North Carolina while Harmon worked. I?m not saying she didn?t have the right to work and all of that, but I always side-eyed both Angie and Jason for not simply moving back to LA full-time. Well, guess what happened? All that time apart has led to the logical conclusion: they?re over.
Angie Harmon and Jason Sehorn are amicably separating after 13 years of marriage, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“For the sake of their children, they ask for respect and privacy as they navigate this time in their lives,” her rep says.
Harmon, who stars in the TNT drama Rizzoli & Isles, and the former NFL player got engaged on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1998, after Sehorn surprised Harmon by walking out onto the set and getting down on one knee. They went on to have three daughters: Finley, 11, Avery, 9, and Emery, 5. In 2011, Harmon, 42, spoke about the difficulties of splitting her time between Los Angeles, where her show is filmed, and Charlotte, North Carolina, where the family is based.
“We don’t get out Friday nights early enough to catch a flight home,” she told Your Tango. “So I’m here [in L.A.]. We sometimes meet in Texas, a 2-hour flight for both of us. I miss my kids, so it’s hard, but my children are so understanding.”
The former Law & Order star also admitted she and Sehorn, 43, strived to keep their marriage strong despite the distance.
“You have to be really considerate of each other, really kind to each other,” she said. “It’s a lot of work.”

I feel sorry for them because I always got the impression that Jason and Angie were a real love match ? they really seemed to adore each other back in the day. So, it?s sad when a couple that used to make sense can no longer make it work. Still? I never really understood the reticence for having your whole family in one place. It?s not like they were poor, you know? Angie and Jason could have easily based themselves in LA full-time and spent part of the year in North Carolina when Angie wasn’t working.

For the past few years, there?s been a really weird dichotomy between what Jennifer Aniston?s publicist wants us to think about Aniston?s career and what?s actually happening in her career. To hear Aniston?s PR, Life of Crime was one of Jennifer?s most amazing performances ever and it would totally change the way everyone thought of her. Except that they couldn?t even get a wide theatrical release and it was quietly offered on DirectTV a few months ago. I don?t know what?s happening with She?s Funny That Way either, but I suspect it?s going to be the same kind of direct-to-cable or direct-to-DVD kind of thing.
There?s no shame in making films that don?t even get real theatrical releases (okay, it?s bad but it?s not the worst thing ever). But it?s a good thing to come to discussions of Aniston?s career with this simple fact in mind: she?s buying buzz and the purchased buzz rarely lines up with what people actually think of the films she?s making. So, now Aniston is promoting Cake. The ?buzz? says that Aniston is aiming for an Oscar nomination. Except that the film couldn?t find a distributor so a distribution arm had to be created from Cake?s production company. And now Jennifer managed to take part in Deadline?s ?The Contenders? series over the weekend? as in, contending for an Oscar.
She’s used to sitting in a make-up chair most working days of her life. But Jennifer Aniston didn’t have to wear even a smidge of lipstick in her latest indie movie, Cake – and she loved it.
‘It was so fabulous, and so dreamy and so empowering and liberating,’ the 45-year-old said at a Q&A during Deadline’s The Contenders series at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles, on Saturday. The star, best known for her turn as Rachel in long-running hit comedy Friends, said the only time she had to wear face paint for her downbeat role during the 25-day shoot in Los Angeles was when they ‘put scars on my face.’
In fact Jennifer didn’t appear to have much make-up on for the Q&A, allowing her natural beauty to shine through. The beautiful actress looked the image of casual chic in a black baggy jumper with a V-neck, blue skinny jeans and boots. Her hair has been lightened since her brunette Rachel days to a honey blonde but the style is very similar.
Jennifer was a surprise extra guest at Deadline’s event, turning up with Cake director Daniel Barnz and screenwriter Patrick Tobin.
‘It?s our little love project, she said. ‘When I read the script, I was ready to disappear.’
She plays Claire, who becomes fascinated by the suicide of a woman in her chronic pain support group. As she uncovers the details of Nina’s suicide and develops a relationship with dead woman’s husband, she is haunted by Nina’s ghost and grapples with her own personal tragedy, according to IMDB. Barnz discovered the script while judging a screenplay contest.
The Emmy and Golden Globe winner also made a plea to keep film production in California: ?This is our industry, we should be able to make our movies here.’

I?m including some photos of the appearance below. She did look nice and casual. Like she was walking on the beach and just decided to drop by an Oscar-contenders Q&A session at the last minute. Don?t get me wrong, I never fault a celebrity for hustling and Jennifer has every right to promote her work. But every time I read some piece about how she?s going to be nominated for an Oscar, I roll my eyes.

On Saturday night in LA, the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala honoring Barbara Kruger and Quentin Tarantino was held at the LACMA. They got a really good turnout this year ? lots and lots of A-listers and friends of Quentin Tarantino and Barbara Kruger. Plus, lots of famewhores, of course. Like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
The event was sponsored by Gucci, so of course Kim did NOT wear Gucci. Instead, she poured herself into this unfortunate Cushnie et Ochs dress. What is wrong with her? I?m getting tired of just blaming Kanye for Kim?s crappy style. I mean, obviously, Kanye treats Kim like his dress-up Real Doll. But at some point, Kim has to own her crappy style. There is no reason for a short, curvy girl to wear this dress. Kim probably thinks she looks like a model in it, but the length and cut make her look shorter and wider. The top is a mess too. I love the color (I love a rich sapphire) but in cheap-looking satin? NO.
Kim also accessorized with Tom Ford heels and a Cartier necklace. I?m assuming the necklace was borrowed, just because I really hope Kim doesn?t own such a bad piece. As for Kanye? I honestly don?t mind the leather pants or the black blazer. This is what pisses me off: the brown suede booties. Kanye loves a pair of booties and he also loves a fringed moccasin. He has some legit shoe game, but he needs to invest in some proper dress shoes? in black. This outfit would have been so much better with some Gucci booties in black leather.

TMZ obtained documents in Halle Berry’s child support case in which the actress seeks to reduce her monthly child support payment to her ex boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, from $16,000 a month to just $3,800 a month. We heard a couple of weeks ago that Berry sought to have her monthly payment reduced, and now there are more details in the case. Berry and Aubry share 50/50 custody of their daughter, Nahla, 6. Aubry is a male model who used to command top dollar from brands such as Valentino, Versace and DKNY. He’s fallen on hard times lately and in recent court documents says that he suffered six months without work following a Thanksgiving, 2012 beatdown from Halle’s then-fiance now-husband, Olivier Martinez, which injured his face. Halle claims that he’s a freeloader, essentially, and that he’s not working because he gets enough to live on from her substantial child support. Here’s some of TMZ’s report.
Gabriel Aubry is fighting Halle Berry’s attempt to slash his child support by more than 400% … because her husband beat the crap out of him so bad he can’t get work, but the photos tell a different story.
TMZ has obtained documents filed in their never-ending custody and support war. We broke the story … Halle is trying to reduce Gabriel’s child support for 6-year-old Nahla from $16K a month to around $3,800 a month.
Gabriel refers to the Thanksgiving day fight in Halle’s driveway back in 2012, in which he accuses Olivier Martinez of a sneak attack that pulverized his face. He says it took him 6 months to heal before he could possibly work again, and since then he’s only gotten 3 gigs.
But we checked out photos of Gabriel, and just 6 weeks after the fight there’s barely a sign of injury.
Halle attacks Gabriel as a deadbeat who is using child support to avoid having to work. She says, “There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns.”
And in Halle’s docs, her lawyer, Steve Kolodny, says Gabriel uses monthly child support for his own needs, including:
$740 a month for Gabriel’s “Fitness”
$940 a month in clothing (Gabriel lists Nahla’s clothing expenses separately — $675 a month)
$700 a month for Gabriel’s health insurance
$1,975 a month in car expenses
$1,100 a month in furniture and electronics

Imagine if the genders were reversed and Aubry was a woman who was injured by her ex’s girlfriend and was no longer able to work as a model. There would be much more sympathy for that side. Plus it’s obnoxious for TMZ to say that Aubry looked fine 6 weeks after the injury. Looking fine in paparazzi photos and having the ability to model professionally are two different things. They’re firmly in camp Halle because she’s their source.
Meanwhile, a source close to Halle tells People Magazine that Halle “does feel that he is abusing the system and taking advantage of her. Halle does work hard for her money, and it’s not easy for her to juggle the two kids with her work schedule. It’s understandable that she feels Gabriel should be able to make enough money to support Nahla.” Surely there’s some kind of balance here where Aubry can work more than he does and Halle can pay him somewhat less without reducing his yearly child support payment to just $45k a year. That’s a drop in the bucket to her. This isn’t about what’s best for Nahla, it’s about Halle sticking it to her ex. Child support is determined by the income of the wealthier parent, not by some arbitrary system where someone’s expenses are nitpicked.

Here are some photos from the LACMA gala honoring Quentin Tarantino and Barbara Kruger. There were so many big names there that we’ve split up the coverage between Kaiser, Bedhead and me. First off is Amy Adams in a very low cut gown that I’ll assume is Gucci as they sponsored the event. This reminds me of some of Amy’s fashion this past awards season, which was very low cut. At that point Amy said that she paying homage to her American Hustle character, but there’s no easy excuse for this. Amy looks hot, it’s just that this dress would be just as lovely if it showed a hint of her dcolletage instead of half of her boobs. It’s too much. Plus the silhouette is quite plain, I like a gown with more interest. Her styling is gorgeous though.
Kate Beckinsale mixed up her usual tight, revealing fashion in a pale loose silk Gucci gown outlined in metallic beading. The dress subtly showed skin with a high leg slit and open back. This is incredible and such a memorable look.
Demi Moore continued her red carpet comeback in a navy and black cap sleeve full length Zac Posen gown. The dress featured an intricate leaf pattern and was accented with Neil Lane jewelry. Demi looks so pretty and elegant here.
Sisters Rosanna & Patricia Arquette were both in Gucci. Patricia’s date is a guy named Eric White, an artist. I think that he’s her new boyfriend. Patricia is really working that red one shoulder dress. Rosanna’s look is a bit plain, but cool cape.
Riley Keough looked kind of miserable in a cheap black dress with a crop top tied over animal print lace. Awful and her makeup needs blending.
Let’s end with Christoph Waltz and Jamie Foxx. Both are dapper bastards in those suits but I wish that Foxx was smiling here. He’s much hotter when he smiles. That’s a great red velvet bow tie, Tom Hiddleston needs one just like it.

Kate Hudson looked stunningly gorgeous at the LACMA gala honoring Quentin Tarantino. Kate wore a Grecian-inspired Gucci dress. The color is a pale pink, almost blush, yet not too girly pink. I love this dress, which is perfect for a gala. She’s also carrying a silver Gucci clutch and wearing Chrome Hearts jewelry. The muted color of Kate’s dress allowed her to go bold with her makeup without looking garish. Stong eyes and lips usually don’t go well together, but Kate pulls off both here. Her hair is playfully tousled but still polished. The side view is a little more exciting and striking than the front.
Florence Welch was dressed in … Gucci as well? She has a knack for being able to stand out from the crowd even when dressing within event guidelines. This printed jumpsuit is nothing that I’d ever wear, but it suits Florence’s personality. She’s so cool.
The man of the hour, Quentin Tarantino, cleaned up nicely for the event. QT in glasses!
Michelle Rodriguez wore a cute white dress that was both sporty-ish and sexy. Her bangs look a little greasy, but that body won’t stop.
Camilla Belle in a cornflower blue halter gown. I can’t find verification that this is Gucci, but it probably is. Camilla wears a lot of Gucci even when she’s not at Gucci-sponsored events. She’s so pretty and so boring.
Selena Gomez does nothing to stop those boob job rumors with this slinky silver dress. Her hair and makeup look gorge.
Rachel Zoe wore a curtain-inspired dress with a built-in cape. This dress looks heavy, severe, and no fun at all. Not good for the brand, Zoe!

Here are some fashion photos from the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala honoring Barbara Kruger and Quentin Tarantino. Considering Salma Hayek?s husband Francois-Henri Pinault is some huge deal and he partially owns Gucci, that means Salma gets first choice of all of the possible Gucci looks at the Gucci-sponsored event. I think she chose wisely, because her Gucci was possibly my favorite of the evening. Salma looks amazing in white, and there?s just enough sparkle on the shoulders to save this from looking too bridal. It?s not a total win though ? the pleating on the bust is awkward.
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. They miss their BFF George Clooney. Cindy looks like a showgirl.
Charlotte Casiraghi came to LA for this event. That?s very interesting! I mean, she models for Gucci so they probably asked her to come. Still? I heard a rumor that Charlotte and her baby-daddy Gad Elmaleh are breaking up. And Charlotte?s baby son Raphael will not get any kind of royal title. Maybe she just wants to be normal and have a normal (non-married) relationship with Gad. Hm. As for her look here? I?m not crazy about it.
Er, I think Liberty Ross looks terrible here! The dress is too long and Liberty looks oily.
Eddie Redmayne has been making a lot of red carpet rounds lately. I think he wants an Oscar nomination more than Benedict Cumberbatch.
Chadwick Boseman was there, making his first public appearance since becoming a Marvel superhero. Here?s your new Black Panther, in a nice tuxedo. Nice velvet detail!

Here are some fashion photos from the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala honoring Barbara Kruger and Quentin Tarantino. Jennifer Lopez went solo, how shocking. I didn?t even see any photos of Casper Smart sneaking in. I think she genuinely went to a big event by herself. Baby steps, y?all. Jennifer looked great, as always, although this is far from her most interesting look. It?s sort of boringly glamorous, efficiently pretty. I feel like her hair should be bigger? And she might need more jewelry.
Toni Garrn went solo ? no Leonardo DiCaprio. I don?t even know if they?re still together. Toni reminds me of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in this Gucci gown ? it?s pretty, but sort of unmemorable.
Evan Rachel Wood is a long-time Gucci girl, but this gown doesn?t do much for her. It?s very widow-y. I?m not feeling her current hair either. I?m surprised she didn?t bring her new girlfriend.
Kirsten Dunst and Garrett Hedlund are still together. Does that make you happy? I actually think Kiki would probably marry him if he asked. We?ll probably be seeing more of Garrett in the next few months because he?s got a decent part in Angelina Jolie?s Unbroken. As for Kiki?s look? I love the dress (simple, elegant) but I hate the hairstyle.
Dakota Johnson? this dress is probably Gucci. It?s pretty but beige on such a beige girl? Eh. The stripper shoes help zazz it up a bit.
Cara Delevingne in Gucci?she?s toning down the Angry Baby vibe. I?m not crazy about the dress though.
