| Johnny Depp confirms that he's got a role in the third 'Fantastic Beasts' movie | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Many people are justifiably mad that Johnny Depp is now part of the Fantastic Beasts franchise. Depp has a large role in the second film, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, as he plays Grindelwald. He got the role in 2014-15, as he put in a cameo in the first film. Remember that we didn?t really know the extent of Depp?s abusive douchery until 2016, when Amber Heard filed for divorce. So, he already had the Grindelwald role, although I would argue that they could have easily replaced him for cause for the second film. But no, they didn?t. And now he?s confirming that he?ll be in the third Fantastic Beasts movie too.
How he came to the Fantastic Beast movies: ?It was amazing. It came out of nowhere. Someone said J.K. Rowling would like to talk to me. I spoke to a few producers and the director and to J.K. and had long conversations basically about the Grindelwald character. J.K. said something I did not expect to hear because obviously her detail to her characters and those wizarding worlds is astonishing. The fact that she said, ?I can?t wait to see what you do with the character.? Just to hand it off to me with that degree of trust, I was really touched, blown away by that. So I jumped into locating the character and I had my ideas. I came in and it all seemed to work out. Grindelwald is an interesting character. His intentions in his mind are for the greater good, but there have been other people in world politics and such who felt the same way. [chuckles] He?s very dedicated to his beliefs. He?s not a fun character; he?s not funny.
He enjoys playing the character: ?I loved it yeah. I loved it because that?s really an arena where you can fly around and try different things and approach a character with a lot more?um?to take someone who is teetering on being a fascist, yeah he?s a fascist, he?s one of those, but to play him as a sensitive, concerned yet manipulative and powerful wizard. The possibilities in that world are wide open, so you can really try anything. So it was a gas and I look forward to the next installment, which I think we start the middle of next year.
[From Collider]
So, there you go. JK Rowling hand-picked Depp to play Grindelwald, which is probably why she was so nonsensical in her defense of his casting SHE decided that he needed to play Grindelwald and I guess no one could talk her out of it. And now Depp is clinging to this like it?s his last chance at a successful franchise, because he completely drove the Pirates franchise into the ground. I find myself angrier at JK Rowling and the producers for this mess. Ugh.

| Justin Timberlake does 'a lot' of Jessica Biel's shoe shopping: 'I love women's shoes' | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

For years now, Jessica Biel has not had great style. I do think she?s pretty, but her whole ?look? is usually a failure, whether it?s bad hair, a bad dress, bad makeup or various combinations of all three. For a while there, she had bangs and they were too long and too thick and they literally ruined every single one of her looks. These days, she?s been looking a bit better (I thought her Emmy look was pretty good). So who gets credit? According to Justin Timberlake, he gets credit, because he cares deeply about Jessica?s clothes and shoes. JT chatted with People Magazine about his Fresh Leaves line with Levi?s, and he ended up talking about Jessica?s fashion.
Justin Timberlake reveals that he?s typically the curator of his wife Jessica Biel?s shoe selection.
?A lot of times I?ll push her to try something, like, ?You should own a pair of Jordans, just because,? Timberlake, 37, tells PEOPLE. ?I do a lot of her shoe shopping; I love women?s shoes.?
When it comes to red carpet style, he knows all eyes are on Biel (as they were at the Emmys, below, where she was nominated for her performance in The Sinner) and he does whatever he can to be a good-looking date.
?I make sure that I coordinate with my wife, for sure,? he says when asked if he and Biel ever match their outfits on the red carpet. ?It?s like what they say about partner dancing: frame her. Be there to be the frame!?
But his style advice isn?t just reserved for Biel. He says he?s already building up an impressive collection of pieces to give to their 3-year-old son, Silas, one day. ?He?s built just like me, so there are two things ? my Jordans and my Levi?s?that I?ll probably pass down to him. I love fashion so I always try to do like a little bit of a swerve on whatever [outfit] I?m [wearing], but style is not meant to be taken too literally; I try not to overthink it,? he explains about his own fashion sense.
[From People]
I feel like we hear this often enough from celebrity men, that they care about their lady?s shoes and feet. Personally, that doesn?t impress me a foot/shoe fetish is a pretty basic, vanilla fetish for most men, so it?s not titillating or weird when a guy is like ?I want to see my lady in Choos or Louboutins.? Call me when your husband has an opinion on your brows or whether hot Pink is really replacing Millennial Pink. I?m more interested in Justin pretending to think that he?s not the main attraction when he?s on the carpet with Jessica ?It?s like what they say about partner dancing: frame her.? LOL. He?s not capable of that. If he?s on a red carpet, he thinks he?s the biggest deal there. He?ll talk over Jessica in every one of her interviews, he?ll try to pull focus, and if he could, he would wear the loudest, most clashing suit out there. Framing, my ass.
Something nice: Justin and Jessica visited LeBron James? I Promise school.

| Maggie Gyllenhaal explains why 'The Deuce' didn't fire James Franco | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
I don?t watch The Deuce and I?m not really interested in its premise, which is about the early days of the p0rn industry in New York. Maggie Gyllenhaal has a big role as a hooker-turned-director, and James Franco plays two characters, twin mobsters. Maggie was out this week promoting the second season of the series, and she obviously got some questions about James Franco and how he?s been accused of abuse, harassment and assaulting several different women in many different situations. The claims and stories go back years, and just this week, Busy Phillips spoke again about how Franco is a ?bully? who violenting threw her to the ground and knocked the wind out of her (she says it?s all fine now, but still). The issue should not be ?let?s see what James Franco?s costar has to say,? but here we are. Maggie is basically having to answer for Franco?s behavior more than he?s ever had to answer for it.
?You know, we at the time that the accusations against James came out in the L.A. Times we read them all, we took them very seriously,? Maggie Gyllenhaal said Tuesday on the SiriusXM show Sway in the Morning. ?We spoke to every woman on the crew and in the cast to find out if they felt respected and what their experience of working with James was and everyone said that they had been totally respected by him. I feel like it would?ve been the wrong consequence to those accusations to shut our show down. It would?ve been like actually the opposite of the right thing to do? And yet, you know, look, I believe that there should be consequences for disrespecting or assaulting women. Of course, I do.?
Gyllenhaal also addressed the allegations against Franco in an interview with Vulture. ?I?m so not objective,? she said. ?I?m not the right person to talk about that except to say that neither of James?s characters on the show are heroes. I would say he?s walking right into the eye of the storm ? he?s continuing the conversation with the work that he?s doing?.I think about our show in particular: It?s about misogyny, it?s about inequality in terms of gender in the entertainment business. It?s about the subtleties of transactional sex. And I felt that it would have been a terrible shame to stop telling that story.?
[From The Cut]
Is Gyllenhaal?s answer the best? No, it?s not. I expected more from her, especially since she?s ordinarily such a fearless feminist and advocate for gender equality. What I?m feeling from her is that she doesn?t want to be the one to rock the boat on a steady job, plus she actually believes in the show and believes in what they?re doing. How many times are women put in the position of professional peacemakers and the ones who are expected to turn a blind eye to their male coworker?s issues? So while I think Maggie?s answers are not-great, I also think she?s doing more to talk in-depth about this than James Franco. Franco is using Maggie as a shield AND she?s the only one out there, promoting the show. It sucks. HE sucks.

| Melania Trump, sociopath, believes she is 'the most bullied person on the world' | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

I still remember feeling actual pride whenever Michelle Obama spoke or did pretty much anything during the Obama administration. I get choked up when I think of all the little girls who got to grow up during those eight years, and got to see Michelle as First Lady, and how seeing her in that role is something that will profoundly change their lives. But then I remember: a vapid, ignorant, neo-colonialist, Nazi-sympathizing ahole is our First Lady now. As we discussed earlier, Melania gave an interview to ABC News during her tour last week, and the interview will air on Friday. In a previous clip, Melania talked about how victims shouldn?t be believed nay, they shouldn?t even come forward until they have ?hard evidence? of what happened to them. And now this woman is claims she?s one of the most bullied people in the world. Get off the cross, Melania. People need the wood.
?I could say that I?m the most bullied person on the world. One of them ? if you really see what people are saying about me. That?s why ?Be Best? is focusing on online behavior and social media? We need to educate the children [about] social, emotional behavior.?
[From People]
Can you even imagine? Can you imagine what it?s like to be a spoiled, vapid trophy wife who is too lazy to do anything but shop and spend taxpayer money to think that she?s the most bullied person ?on the world?? The lack of self-awareness is staggering, and the lack of awareness to other people?s suffering borders on the sociopathic. She and her husband really do make sense as a couple, huh?
EXCLUSIVE: First lady Melania Trump says her ?Be Best? policy platform targeting online bullies is personal. ?I could say that I?m the most bullied person in the world,? she tells ABC. https://t.co/iiEv5Z3ijv pic.twitter.com/CWZ7g9by27

| Selena Gomez is seeking 'additional help for her ongoing emotional issues' | Added 6 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

More than a month ago, Selena Gomez?s Elle cover profile came out, and I read the whole thing go here for my coverage. I was slightly surprised by some of what she said in the piece, because it felt like she was still dealing with a lot of emotional stuff, the same stuff she?s been dealing with for years, really. I noted that it feels like Selena has been in a constant state of ?downsizing? her life and trying to get rid of the clutter, physically, emotionally and mentally. She moved out of LA (to Orange County), she got off social media, and she?s been trying to spend her time volunteering with worthy charities. But, as it turns out, she still had an emotional breakdown.
Selena Gomez is seeking treatment after suffering an emotional breakdown while in the hospital, a source confirms to PEOPLE. The 26-year-old ?Wolves? singer was hospitalized twice within the last few weeks, both times for a low white blood cell count, which can be a side effect for kidney transplant patients.
During her second visit, Gomez suffered a panic attack. ?She has had a tough few weeks and the panic attack in the hospital was the tipping point,? a source tells PEOPLE. ?She realized she needed to seek additional help for her ongoing emotional issues. She?s surrounded by close family and has a lot of support. She?s doing better now and is seeking treatment on the East Coast.?
The singer is undergoing dialectical behavior therapy, a therapy method designed to help try to identify, and then change, negative thinking and behavioral patterns, the source says.
[From People]
I can see how health issues and repeated hospitalizations would be the tipping point for someone who was (by her own admission) already in a fragile place this year. It does seem like she?s aware enough to seek treatment immediately, and the people around her are aware enough to encourage it. While no one really wants to say this? I also think Selena has had a rough year because of the Justin Bieber stuff, honestly. I hope she gets the helps she needs to feel better.
