Tending to her sexy physique, Charlize Theron was seen making her way home from a fitness center in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (October 19).
The “Italian Job” actress looked as if she’d had a good workout as she strolled past the paparazzi in a black ensemble, carrying her gym clothes in a purple duffle bag.
As for upcoming projects, Charlie lent her voice to the animated “Astro Boy” flick that premiered in Hollywood last night.
“Astro Boy” is set to hit theaters on October 23rd and also stars Kristen Bell, Samuel L. Jackson, Eugene Levy, and Nicolas Cage.

Branching out in the world of television, Kim Kardashian landed herself a guest role on the hit FOX show “Brothers”.
Working alongside Michael Strahan and Daryl Chill Mitchell, Miss Kardashian can be seen in a new episode which airs on Friday, October 23rd at 8/7C on FOX.
Titled “Meet Mike Trainor / Assistant Coach,” Kim becomes the object of NFL star Michael Strahan’s attention with all sorts of hilarity ensuing.
A synopsis of the E! reality beauty’s episode tells: “When the cash flow starts to dwindle at the family restaurant, CHILL (Daryl Chill Mitchell) decides to drum up business by starting an internet rumor that has his brother MIKE (Michael Strahan) involved in a secret love affair with celebrity Kim Kardashian. Guest star Nancy O’Dell of Access Hollywood shows up at the now bustling restaurant to confront Mike and confirm the rumored scandal, and guest star Kim Kardashian leaves Mike with something he’ll never forget. Meanwhile, COACH (Carl Weathers) enlists his sons to help end the losing streak his high school football team faces. Also, guest star Clarence “Big Man” Clemons shows up at Trainors.”

A new golf competitor could be in the running in the future - Halle Berry’s daughter.
Getting an early start, the 1 year-old Nahla Aubry has been picking up the game.
“She started playing golf! She has a little hole in the backyard,” Aubry, a huge golf fan, said of his daughter on Monday at the Maybach Golf Cup 2009 Tournament in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
So will she be with the big players in the future? “Well, let’s just wait [and see],” Aubry smiled.
And that’s not all Aubry is teaching his little one. Aubry is French-Canadian and teaching her to speak French.

I?m not sure how many people care about this story, but it struck me as both newsworthy and odd. Over the summer, the third Bridget Jones film was announced. The producers were still in the early, early stages, and it was generally thought that once a good script draft came along, the film would probably be made, most likely filming sometime next year. A month ago there was even a report that Renee was refusing to gain weight for the third film, and that she was demanding a fat suit.
Renee walked the red carpet for Elle?s Women in Hollywood event last night, and she looked really pretty, didn?t she? That?s a great color on her, and though I still think she?s too skinny, this is the best she?s looked in a while, in my opinion. While on the red carpet, Renee did the media rounds and she was asked about Bridget Jones. She totally denied there was a third film in preproduction to multiple outlets. When asked by OK! Magazine about her return as Bridget, Renee said ?I don?t know anything. Who said that?? When asked about the ?rumors? of a third film, Renee said: ??Oh, goody!?? It is flattering. It?s very sweet.? If anyone hears anything about a third Bridget Jones movie, Renee Zellweger would like to know.
At Elle magazine’s Women in Hollywood Tribute in Beverly Hills Monday, Zellweger, 40, told Usmagazine.com that she has no idea about a third go-round for her famous British heroine (she gained about 40 pounds — and received $15 million — for Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason). “I don’t know!” she laughed. “Isn’t that funny? I get asked that every single day and I don’t know anything. It’s like a rumor!”
What’s definitely on her radar lately: renovating her apartment. “I haven’t had the nervous breakdown yet and I haven’t been committed,” she boasted. “That’s no small miracle. I’m very proud of that part.”
Zellweger explained that she’s living adjacent to the apartment during construction. “I’m safely away from the asbsestos and whatever else we might unearth.”
The Oscar-winner says that decorating “used to be a lot of fun, but now its too many decisions to make!”
The famously fit star prefers to watch other people’s renovations at the gym. “I go to the treadmill,” she explains, “and I choose between the Yankees and the Angels game or some guy in Australia buying a new apartment. I want to see what he’s going to buy!”
Zellweger has been romantically linked to Bradley Cooper and recently visited him on the Vancouver set of The A-Team.

Uh? I think Renee is on drugs. The third film has been announced. It?s on IMDB. Someone has spoken to her about it, I?m sure. So what is with Renee?s ditz act? Is she holding out for more money? Could be. But I think Renee simply doesn?t want to do a third Bridget film because she doesn?t want to gain the weight again. And I also think that Renee doesn?t want to fly over to England for half a year to make a film because things are going so well between her and Bradley Cooper. Call me crazy, but I think she?s head over heels in love with that guy, and she?s putting everything on hold, preparing to really settle down with him.

Eminem has said that the forthcoming Relapse 2 will be more "emotionally driven," and pointed out that he's working with some new collaborators.
"[The album] is gonna be a lot different than people expect," Eminem said in an interview on his Shade 45 satellite-radio station last week. "As far as the contrast from the last album to this one, I got a couple of tracks with [D12's] Mr. Porter, two tracks with him so far. Four, possibly five with Just Blaze. The overall basis of this record, I went back to songs that are more emotionally driven. The last record I made, I think I was concentrating more on spitting. On this album, I feel like there's some of that, but I went back to songs with [feelings] to them as opposed to just rap records."
Blaze — who has worked in the past with Jay-Z, Kanye West, Usher, Mariah Carey, and many others — talked about working with Eminem during an interview with Distortion to Static
that was posted on Monday.
"Now that he's put it out there, I am working with Eminem on his new album," Blaze said. "We are working on Relapse 2 pretty heavily. As of yesterday, we've done about six or seven records. I go back in with him in a couple of weeks and do three or four more maybe. I've been quietly goin' back forth from New York to Detroit the past two months, just gettin' a feel for it and gettin' a feel for working with each other. He hasn't worked with too many people outside his camp. I haven't worked with him before. We got a good working relationship now, a good friendship now, so the records is comin' out good."
While Eminem has kept a fairly low profile in the weeks since the first Relapse was released, he told Shady 45 that he'll decide whether to go on tour after the second album is released.
"During the process of me getting sober and starting to record again like I used to, I got so excited about making music again that I wanted to concentrate [just] on that," he said. "I started recording so many records that we thought about putting out two albums. Then that became my motivation. I wanted to stay grinding and keep making music. But the time I got engulfed in [Relapse 2], it just kind of worked out this way, where I wanted to fall back from live performances for right now and concentrate on making the best music I could make. After this record comes out, we'll see what happens from there."

Following the trend of Hollywood actors taking the Broadway stage, Ashton Kutcher has been named to the roster of The 24 Hour Plays on Broadway program.
The “Butterfly Effect” stud will be making his Broadway debut on November 9th, starring in a production that will be written and rehearsed in just one day.
And he’s not alone- other top-name stars like Billy Crudup, Emmy Rossum, Julia Stiles, and Jeremy Sisto will also be taking part in the program.
Ticket sales from the show will go to benefit Rosie Perez’s Urban Arts Partnership, helping bring arts education into New York City public schools.

It’s the little things in life that matter most - even for celebrities.
Reese Witherspoon loves working out and hitting the gym while socializing with some of her best friends.
The “Sweet Home Alabama” actress says, “I try to exercise every day. I like to run for about an hour, and I’m big into working out with girlfriends.”
Not too many people can run and talk for an hour straight while running, but Reese can do it! “It’s an acquired skill, being able to discuss your love life, children and friends, all while you’re running! But we have mastered it.”
The lovely mother also says she’s more confident than she has ever been in her life.
“As you get older, you know what you like and what you don’t like and you’re not apologetic about it,” Witherspoon says. “I used to judge myself so harshly — I think women in their 20s do. But you start to realize that none of it is really all that important. As long as you’re comfortable, the best parts of yourself come through no matter what.”
And after having two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, how do you make it through a rough public divorce?
“You just have to keep going,” said the star. “You have to keep it together for your kids and for yourself too.
But currently the actress is dating Jake Gyllenhaal, and making the most of her life. “I’m trying to learn from the things that have happened in my life, live more in the moment and have more fun.”

In fact Heidi recently refused to go to her own sister?s birthday party. Does she have a beef with her sis? No ? though she probably does now. Holly Montag celebrated her 26th Birthday at Empire Hollywood in Los Angeles on Saturday night, but notably absent from the festive affair was Holly?s little sis, Heidi Montag and her hubby Spencer Pratt.
We?re told Heidi was invited, but was a no-show.
“Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid,” an insider snitched to Tarts. “I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn?t even show up without a fee. That?s disgusting.”
The evening ended up garnering publicity, however, as the birthday girl?s BFF and MTV co-star, Stephanie Pratt, was arrested on suspicion of a DUI after leaving.

So did Heidi expect her family to pay her? Her sister to pay her? Or the venue to pay her? Maybe all three. I?m confused about how she thinks this works. Does she charge for baptisms and bar mitzvahs as well, or just celebrations of aging? I assume it?s safe to say she charges for all events. I only remember seeing Heidi and Spencer at one charity ?function? ? handing out Taco Bell for a food bank or homeless charity. Still, I doubt they donated their time. Or their ugly little faces and smarmy grins.
Too bad Heidi made such a bad choice. Of course, it obviously wasn?t the worst choice of the night ? that auspicious title goes to Stephanie Pratt. But to think, Heidi just handed over the limelight to Stephanie, when she could have been a good sister AND stolen some attention.

Britney Spears has cleaned up her act. GK Reid, who recently styled the music video shoot for her hit new single, “3,” tells us, “She exhibited amazing energy and was in great shape — her body looked better than it has in years.?

Mischa Barton seemed like an entitled brat to me when I saw her on The View last month. She acted haughty and downplayed her breakdown, blaming it on her schedule and the painkillers she was taking after the removal of her wisdom teeth. I guess you would expect her to make it seem like her involuntary mental hospitalization wasn’t a big deal, but she also made some snotty statements about the other people in the psych ward, saying “you realize I?m nothing like these people. I have a career, I worked so hard for it.”
Mischa’s career isn’t much to speak of lately. Her CW show “The Beautiful Life” was abruptly canceled after just two episodes aired, which one of her co-stars attributed to lack of promotion by the network. I saw the first episode and the show was a disjointed mess. The plot was all over the place, there were too many characters and Mischa seemed like a parody of herself. What’s more is that a lot of critics attributed the show’s failure to raccoon-eyed Mischa’s inability to carry a series. I think that may have been a small part of it, but that there was much more at play.
It doesn’t matter to Mischa, who seems to think that TV is beneath her. She told People Magazine that she doesn’t think TV is for her and that she’s getting offers for roles but they’re not good enough. She wants to “go fight for interesting things.”
Demonstrating that she’d regained her model figure with a Versace gown at the Whitney Museum Gala, Barton, 23, said she doesn’t mind not working for the small screen anymore.
“I think I need to back away from the whole TV approach,” she said. “That whole world of network television, probably isn’t, for me, a good idea now. I need to start reading for more serious roles.”
But she’s not sure exactly what the next project will be.
“It’s too early to tell yet,” she said. “I’m passing on all the [early] offers, because that’s not the stuff you want to do. I want to go fight for interesting things and look for something that’s going to be interesting for me … as a role.”
For now, her focus is on her body ? she said she regularly works out with girlfriends ? and on embracing life in Gotham.
“Reading scripts and enjoying living in New York,” she said, calling her break from work “lovely.” “Now that I’m not doing the TV show, I’ve got lots of time to work out.”

You know, I really was rooting for Mischa after she had her breakdown. I loved her on The OC and was hoping that things would work out for her and that she would move on to better things. Mischa just sounds like such a snob though. According to IMDB she’s done a bunch of movies but I know I haven’t heard of any of them. Maybe she’s overcompensating because she feels insecure that she doesn’t have something lined up right away, but she doesn’t need to act like that. It’s her voice, too. I just hear her nasally voice in my head saying these quotes and think “give me a break.” Maybe I’m misinterpreting her, though, and she’s not that bad.
On a positive note, Mischa looks really pretty here and she didn’t overdo the makeup.

Proving once and for all they?re no longer camera shy, hunky actor Eddie Cibrian and country cutie LeeAnn Rimes stepped out in style Monday night in West Hollywood.
The charismatic couple was spotted leaving Katsuya restaurant after dark. At first, the pair tried to leave the Japanese eatery through a side door, but they apparently changed their minds and left through the front entrance.
The CSI Miami star refused to speak out his tangled love life, but earlier Monday, Cibrian appeared on The Rachael Ray Show, and broke his silence about being a tabloid target since news broke of his affair with Rimes.
When Ray asked about his estranged wife Brandi Granville?s very public attacks on him, Cibrian said he?s opted to take the high road and stay quiet. ?I don?t think it?s very conducive to play anything out privately publically. It?s very hurtful. Unfortunately, you get only one side of a very complicated story.?
Ray also asked about the unwanted media attention is impacting his two sons with Granville.

Since court-ordered paternal conservatorship worked out so well for Britney Spears, Michael Lohan is hoping he’ll be able to work the same magic on daughter Lindsay. But if the courts won’t give him control of her estate, it’s not going to stop him from saving her the only way he knows how: a class B felony. According to MSNBC
?If I can?t get a conservatorship, then I?m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight,? Michael Lohan [said]. ?But I know I?m going to get charged with kidnapping.”
Not if Lindsay Lohan gets her way. LiLo plans to file a restraining order to keep her estranged dad far outside of kidnapping range.
?[My ex-wife] Dina is the one that told her to get a restraining order,? Michael Lohan said. ?But you know what? I?m still going to try to do everything to get Lindsay better.?
And if kidnapping and forcibly institutionalizing her doesn’t work, he could always hook her up to a car battery and electroshock her straight himself. In a recent interview, Shakira confessed that she went incognito as a tomboy and took a class at UCLA following her massive world tour back in May of 2007.
“It was such a long tour, I needed a break from me. The universe is so broad, I cannot be at the center of it. So I decided to go to the university and study history for a summer course, just to kind of switch gears, taste the student life.”
“I used to wear a cap and a big backpack, I looked like a boy. I didn’t get recognized. Some people looked at me very suspiciously, a few people asked me, but I told them my name was Isabelle. I would go to university over and over again if I could.”

Still sporting his scruffy look, Brad Pitt was spotted out grabbing a bite to eat for lunch at the Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood on Monday (October 19).
Upon finishing off his midday meal, the “Fight Club” stud hopped into his car and headed off to his office to tend to work duties.
The sighting comes just after the release of a Star magazine report, claiming that Brad and Angelina Jolie’s six children have taken over the household.
“They have dinner around 11 p.m. And it’s a real smorgasbord of snacks — cheese and crackers, chips, grapes and chocolate,” Star’s source said. “They all sleep in Brad and Angie’s bed. And the kids wear whatever they want. Sometimes Zahara falls asleep in her Sleeping Beauty dress, which has permanent chocolate milk stains on it.”
The insider continues, “Maddox and Pax are double trouble. They have every sort of toy known to man, including paint guns, which they splatter all over the walls of the house. During the course of the day’s outing, the “Fool’s Gold” actress got particularly excited when A-Rod hit another home run during the fourth inning.
As for Hudson and Rodriguez’s romance, an alleged insider told InTouch Weekly that Kate’s itching for a wedding.
“She brings up the subject almost every day. Kate is ready to marry Alex and have a baby with him,” the source dished. “They’re already like a family. They’d love to have more kids in the future.”
