Life is a mystery. Everyone must stand alone. Unless you use AI to generate photos of yourself standing next to the Pope. Standing very close next to the Pope. Which is what Madonna did on Friday night, posting two images to her Instagram where she and Pope Francis are embracing, with the odd captions, ?Going into the weekend like?? for one, and ?Feels good go be seen?? for the other. But just like a dream, these pics are not what they seem. In both ?photos,? Miss Madge is scantily-clad in lacey black while Francis complements her in papal white. While Madame X dressing provocatively isn?t anything new, her unsuspectingly dragging the head of the Catholic Church into a couple of intimate-looking poses has plenty of people upset. Let the choir sing:
The first photo depicted the pope, 87, hugging the ?Frozen? singer, 66, from the side with a huge smile across his face. His nose was pressed against her cheek.
?Going into the weekend like?? she captioned the head-turning snap.
The second image showed Madonna in a lacy corset with Pope Francis seemingly going in for a kiss as he wrapped one arm around her waist.
?Feels Good to Be Seen??? the ?Like a Virgin? singer penned atop the second snap.
Social media users were quick to slam Madonna over the images, with one calling her actions ?ridiculously disrespectful.?
Another person wrote via X that the ?Vogue? singer?s post was ?creepy,? while a third unamused individual said, ?This is just weird as hell? she?s lost it.?
?Disgusting! I pray her soul gets saved!? another critic seemingly shouted from behind their screen.
Page Six reached out to Madonna?s reps for comment on the backlash but did not immediately hear back.
The seven-time Grammy winner is no stranger to stirring up controversy, however, as she had done so several times throughout her career.
The Vatican once suggested that people boycott Madonna?s Blond Ambition World Tour due to her 1989 ?Like a Prayer? music video, per Entertainment Tonight.
The controversial video featured her kissing a black saint who was wrongly accused of murder and several religious symbols, such as burning crosses.
Her commercial with Pepsi was even pulled at the time, though Madonna was given permission to share it in September 2023.
?Artists are here to disturb the peace,? she wrote in the caption of an Instagram Reel at the time, as she debuted the commercial after it sat in the dark for 34 years.
Earlier this year, Madonna was sued by a fan who attended her ?Celebration? tour and accused her of exposing fans to ?pornography without warning.?
Her shows surely had some punch to them ? as her backup dancers were routinely filmed giving raunchy lap dances on stage.
[From Page Six]
Ah yes, I remember that lawsuit from the California concertgoer who was ?forced to watch topless women on stage.? In that instance I was leaning on Madonna?s side ? Celebration was her 12th concert tour, I think it was fairly predictable that Madonna would have racy material, girl. But the difference with a concert is that an audience member chooses to purchase a ticket. The Vatican may correct me if I?m wrong, but I don?t think Pope Francis sanctified Madonna using him as an AI prop. There is so much that doesn?t make sense to me in regard to these images. What do the captions mean? She?s going into the weekend with the Pope, and he?s the only one who really sees her? Why is he seemingly canoodling with her, going off of the body language? But I think my biggest question of all is, Madge had to have known that the photos would quickly be identified as AI-generated. So? why?? What is she trying to say here? This isn?t my religion, so I?m not offended on those grounds; I?m offended by a celebrity with Madonna?s following making such a desperate attention grab. Heaven help her.
Note by CB: It looks like these photos were created by an AI/Photoshop artist named Rick Dick and that Madonna, or her social media person, just reposted them in her Instagram stories.

| One lawsuit against Madonna dismissed, her lawyers say there was no settlement | Added 183 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Madonna has been sued three times for starting three different concerts on her Celebration Tour two or more hours late. The first of this trifecta of lawsuits was filed by two fans who had attended her Brooklyn show in December. Madonna?s team issued a broad statement that that particular show was derailed due to technical reasons, which I took to mean the fact that it is technically impossible for Madonna to start a show on time. Nobody?s perfect, but most people aren?t charging an arm and a leg for the privilege of seeing a beautiful stranger perform, either. Just a few days ago we had an update that Madonna?s lawyers were crying ?harassment!? over the plaintiffs? lawyers saying they had reached a settlement. They had not. And they still have not reached a settlement, which Madonna?s lawyers emphasized when news broke that the case has officially been dismissed by the plaintiffs with prejudice, which means they can never ever bring the suit again. I did not see this one coming.
The lawsuit against Madonna pertaining to the late start time of her Celebration World Tour has been dismissed without settlement.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Wednesday, June 19, the lawsuit, which was filed by plaintiffs Michael Fellows and Jason Alvarez against the singer, sent a notice of a ?voluntary dismissal with prejudice.?
The Grammy winner, 65, was sued on January 17 over a delayed start time during the December 13 show of her Celebration World Tour in Brooklyn. The plaintiffs accused her of ?false advertising? and filed the suit.
Due to their recent dismissal with prejudice, Fellows and Alvarez cannot re-file their claims. The singer and Live Nation?s attorney, Jeff Warshafsky, wrote a letter on June 19, noting that the dismissal ?was not the result of any settlement? between the parties.
The letter stated that Madonna and Live Nation ?do not agree with plaintiffs? position that each party should bear its own fees and costs.?
?Defendants believe that this action was a frivolous strike suit designed to force them to incur legal expenses,? read Warshafsky?s letter. ?Plaintiffs have now abandoned this lawsuit when it became clear that this approach would not result in a settlement payment and that they would need to oppose defendants? motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint.?
Additionally, Warshafsky noted that the ?defendants reserve the right to move for sanctions, attorneys? fees, and costs? due to the plaintiffs? false ?Notice of Settlement? that the Court struck on June 10.
The plaintiffs claim that the popstar?s Dec. 13 concert started at 10:30 p.m., despite the tickets advertising that it would start at 8:30 p.m. The two fans accused the delay of being a ?wanton exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.?
The original filing stated that the two fans ?would not have paid for tickets? had they known about the start time. The filing also noted that the plaintiffs argued that concert attendees were ?confronted with limited public transportation, limited ride-sharing, and/or increased public and private transportation costs at that late hour? when they left the venue after 1 a.m.
[From People]
I am gobsmacked by this development! So it?s lose-lose for the plaintiffs ? no settlement and no adjudication of the case. What happened behind the scenes? Because the fact that Madonna started more than two hours late is undisputed. Since her lawyers are calling it a ?frivolous? suit, I?m wondering if the language from the original filing came back to bite the plaintiffs, the parts about their having to be up and at work the next morning. This tactic never seemed like a good strategy to me; they were saying too much that the defense could use against them ? which it seems they did ? when the facts alone were strong enough. So again I ask: what happened behind the scenes, here? Also, it seems especially pernicious that Madonna and Live Nation?s lawyers are talking about going after the plaintiffs to pay her legal fees. Come on, I know Madge is an unapologetic bitch, but the Material Girl just made $225 million from this tour alone, and Live Nation is the touring world?s biggest monopoly. Don?t make two poor fans who have to get up for work in the morning foot the bill for everyone?s fees!
There?s at least one more chance for the justice system to get it right, as two lawsuits still stand: one for a Washington, DC concert that Madonna began by saying ?I am sorry I am late? no, I am not sorry, it?s who I am? I?m always late,? and one in California where the plaintiff added charges

| 1.6 million people attended Madonna's free concert in Rio | Added 228 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

As mentioned last week, Madonna has come to the end of her Celebration Tour. After 80 ticketed shows, two continents, and two lawsuits for starting late (resolutions still pending), all that was left was a free concert in Rio on May 4. And how did it go? An estimated 1.6 million people attended last Saturday?s show. We?ll never know how much it was the power of Madonna, the appeal of free tickets, or some combination of both. But reports indicate that the revelry was joyful in the days leading up to the concert and on the night of, when Madge took to the stage only 52 minutes late! That?s basically on time for her, right? Associated Press captured highlights of the scene at Copacabana beach:
Madonna takes a bow: Madonna put on a free concert on Copacabana beach Saturday night, turning Rio de Janeiro?s vast stretch of sand into an enormous dance floor teeming with a multitude of her fans. ? Huge cheers rose from the buzzing, tightly packed crowd, pressed up against the barriers. Others held house parties in brightly lighted apartments and hotels overlooking the beachfront. Helicopters and drones flew overhead, and motorboats and sailboats anchored off the beach filled the bay. ?Here we are in the most beautiful place in the world,? Madonna, 65, told the crowd. Pointing out the ocean view, the mountains and the Christ the Redeemer statue overlooking the city, she added: ?this place is magic.?
Madge?s previous audience record was broken: An estimated 1.6 million people attended the show, G1 reported, citing Rio City Hall?s tourism agency. That is more than 10 times Madonna?s record attendance of 130,000 at Paris? Parc des Sceaux in 1987. Madonna?s official website hyped the show as the biggest ever in her four-decade career.
Copacabana beach got into the groove: In recent days, the buzz was palpable. Fans milled outside that stately, beachfront Copacabana Palace hotel, where Madonna is staying, hoping to catch a glimpse of the pop star. During the sound check on the stage set up in front of the hotel, they danced on the sand. ? Flags with ?Madonna? printed against a background of Copacabana?s iconic black and white waved sidewalk pattern hung from balconies. The area was packed with street vendors and concert attendees kitted out in themed T-shirts, sweating under a baking sun. ? Eighteen sound towers were spread along the beach to ensure that all attendees can hear the hits. Her two-hour show started at 10:37 p.m. local time, nearly 50 minutes behind schedule.
Rio followed NYE holiday planning: Organization of the mega-event was similar to New Year?s Eve, when millions of people gather on Copacabana for its fireworks display, local authorities said. That annual event often produces widespread thefts and muggings, and there was some concern such problems might occur at Madonna?s show. Rio state?s security plan included the presence of 3,200 military personnel and 1,500 civilian police officers on stand by. In the lead-up to the concert, Brazil?s navy inspected vessels that wished to position themselves offshore to follow the show.
A fan justifies her love: Ana Beatriz Soares, a fan who was at Copacabana on Saturday said Madonna has made her mark across the decades. ?Madonna had to run so that today?s pop artists could walk. That?s why she?s important, because she serves as an inspiration for today?s pop divas,? Soares said.
[From Associated Press]
You guys, I know there may be a second language issue here, but I am positively howling at the statement, ?Madonna had to run so that today?s pop artists could walk.? We have to keep it, it?s too good! So instead of paving the way for artists to follow, Madonna flew high so that others could trudge after her? I think Madonna would (not so) secretly endorse this twist on the popular phrase. I can just see her going, ?Hey Gaga, I ran so you could walk!? Anyway, it sounds like it was everything you?d want for a final show, with millions of fans excited to be there. And I guess having the concert be free somehow removed the pressure for Madge to start on time. At least that?s what I?m going with. Or Rio really is magical enough that even Madonna can begin within an hour of the scheduled start time (which was 9:45pm). Lastly, kudos to the AP writer for subtly referencing the Christ the Redeemer statue in an article about 1.6 million people turning out to worship a pop idol. The devil?s in the details.

| Madonna sued again by ticket holders for starting DC concert two hours late | Added 241 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

It?s been 25 years since Madonna debuted ?Like A Prayer? and first sang the illusory lyrics ?life is a mystery.? And time seems to have proven that the greatest mystery of all for Her Madgesty is how to start her own concerts on time. I guess she just can?t get into the groove! Her clock is on holiday! The stage manager says ?We only got four minutes? but Madge doesn?t listen! Oh, I crack myself up. Madonna was sued in January by two concertgoers for starting her Dec. 13 Brooklyn show more than two hours late. Now three attendees of her Dec. 18 show in DC have filed another suit over Madonna?s tardiness. The kicker with this one is that Madame X started out the DC concert by rescinding an apology for the two hour delay. Your honor, Exhibit A: ?It?s who I am? I?m always late.?
Seeing red: Three formerly true-blue Madonna fans are now seeing red. They have filed a federal class-action lawsuit in Washington, D.C. against the singer and Live Nation complaining that she was allegedly late getting onstage. The fans, Elizabeth Halper-Asefi, Mary Conoboy, and Nestor Monte, Jr., claim that their tickets said the Celebration Tour would begin at 8:30 p.m. but that Madge didn?t make an appearance until 10:30 p.m. on each of her D.C. dates in December.
?A consumer?s worst nightmare?: In the filing, obtained by Rolling Stone, the D.C. three say they feel ?deceived.? They also claim that they ?had to leave the concerts early prior to the concerts? conclusion, therefore depriving each of them of the benefit of seeing the complete concert.? The lawsuit further alleges that Madonna ?maintained[ed] a hot and uncomfortable temperature in the venue during her performance? and that she ?lip sync[ed] much of her performance.? These alleged actions, they claim, represent ?Madonna?s arrogant and total disrespect? for ticketholders. ?In essence, Madonna and Live Nation are a consumer?s worst nightmare,? the lawsuit claims.
Sorry, not sorry: When Madonna got onstage at the Dec. 18 D.C. show that the fans were at, the suit claims she told the crowd: ?I am sorry I am late? no, I am not sorry, it?s who I am? I?m always late.? One of the plaintiffs, Halper-Asefi, spent $992.76 on tickets from StubHub, while the others purchased theirs from Ticketmaster. Conoboy spent $537.70 on two tickets while Monte shelled out $252.44 for two. ?Defendants failed to provide any notice to the ticketholders that the Concerts would start much later than the start time printed on the ticket and as advertised, which resulted in the ticketholders waiting for hours for the Concerts to begin at the venue,? the lawsuit claims.
A pattern of behavior: Interestingly, the suit cites several examples of past Madonna tours where she did not get onstage promptly, including her 2016 Rebel Heart tour and Madame X concerts in Brooklyn, suggesting Madonna?s alleged tardiness is well known. ?There have been myriad articles in the media and the internet over the years of fans complaining about Madonna not taking the stage for several hours after the advertised start time of her concerts,? the complaint reads. ?Unfortunately, not all people who rely on advertising for the concerts know this. Further, even if some ticket purchasers know of Madonna?s unfortunate history of starting her concerts late, they do not know how late she will show-up [sic] on stage at any particular concert, so ticket purchasers arrived at the start time as advertised.?
Read the footnote: A lawyer for the plaintiffs directed Rolling Stone to a footnote from the filing that states, ?This Complaint is not about unhappy fans who don?t want to stay up late, but instead, reasonable, responsible people who had commitments to babysitters, work, getting their vehicles out of parking lots that closed at 12:00 midnight, and realizing that public transportation would no longer be operating.?
[From Rolling Stone]
Most of the arguments here are the same as with the other lawsuit. With that first one, I was going back and forth on whether it?s effective for the plaintiffs to harp on Madonna?s history of starting shows late. My concern was that they were making themselves vulnerable to the counter-argument that if she?s notorious for being late, shouldn?t the concertgoers have anticipated that possibility? But I?ve come around now, especially with seeing the ticket prices included in the filing. People have a right to expect the show to start at the time it says on the ticket, so that they can make all other logistical arrangements AND get to see the whole show. I can?t wait to see fake Celebration Tour merch pop up on Etsy with the tagline, Madonna + Live Nation: a consumer?s worst nightmare.
Lastly, I have to bring up again ? because it cannot be forgotten amid these lawsuits ? that Madonna used to charge her backup dancers $100 a minute for being late to rehearsals. Karma is a slick mistress with patience, a sense of poetry, and a long memory.

Remember that time Madonna started her Celebration Tour concert in New York nearly three hours late, then two ticket holders from that night banded together to sue her, and Her Madgesty?s lawyers rebutted saying they were going to fight the case ?vigorously!? but the kicker in all of it was that Madonna used to charge her backup dancers $100 for every minute they were late to rehearsals? Hey, you know that we are living in a material world! Experience has made Madge rich and now they?re after her. We haven?t had an update on the case, but last week Madonna made a concert-

Madonna was hospitalized in New York last June for a bacterial infection so severe she was in the ICU and put in an induced coma for 48 hours. Thankfully she recovered and was discharged to continue recuperating at home. But the health emergency meant that she couldn?t kick off her Celebration Tour in mid-July. Instead she assured her fans (and Live Nation) that she would be back on track with the European leg of the tour by October. The US leg began in December when she played the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and it was heralded as a triumphant return to New York? when it finally got started more than two hours late. We don?t know if the delay was due to health, technical, or other reasons, but two attendees were not happy about it and have now filed a lawsuit against Her Madgesty:
Two Madonna fans filed a federal lawsuit against the Material Girl for starting her concert several hours late, claiming they had to wake up early for work the next day.
Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden wanted to get into the groove and purchased tickets for Madonna?s Dec. 13 concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
According to the lawsuit, the tickets for the ?Celebration? tour show stated the performance would start at 8:30 p.m. However, Madonna did not take the stage until some time after 10:45 p.m., a habit that appears to be en vogue for the pop superstar.
The men claim that by the time they left the venue at 1 a.m., they were ?stranded? due to limited public transportation options and had to pay more to order a ride-share, which was also experiencing surge pricing due to demand. The concert was held on a Wednesday, and the men are hung up over the fact that they ?had to get up early to work? the next day.
Fellows and Hadden are suing Madonna and Live Nation for ?unconscionable, unfair, and/or deceptive trade practices,? claiming a breach of contract. Barclays Center is also listed as a defendant.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Brooklyn federal court, seeks class action status, alleging the 65-year-old popstar has a ?years-long history? of starting concerts late, including at other ?Celebration? tour stops.
[From NBC News]
I am not a lawyer, but I did play one on my high school?s mock trial team, and I fear the aggrieved concertgoers have said too much in this statement. The show starting two hours and fifteen minutes late is an undisputed fact (you better believe it was noted in real time on the interwebs). I would think that?s enough of a case right there. I don?t see how these gentlemen sharing that they had to wake up early the next day is strictly relevant ? they bought tickets for a nighttime concert knowing they had work in the morning. That bit isn?t Madge?s fault. And calling attention to the fact that she?s (allegedly) notorious for starting late ? doesn?t that just establish that they should have expected or at least anticipated that this would happen? It just feels like they?re undercutting themselves right from the get, when again, all you have to say is an 8:30pm concert didn?t begin until 10:45pm.
What kills me as a New Yorker, though, is the argument that they were ?stranded!? at Barclays Center. Barclays sits atop perhaps the largest subway station in Brooklyn, if not the whole city. It?s a huge thoroughfare, above and below ground. There are 11 subway lines! Yes, after midnight the frequency of trains is somewhat reduced. But we?re talking about the city that never sleeps! I can personally vouch for being on the subway at that hour, multiple times. If they had to catch transportation like PATH or LIRR out of the city, then the late hour would have been a bigger problem. But if they had to go that far out, a ride-share would have been outrageously expensive anyway, before surge pricing. Aren?t we supposed to factor these logistics into the cost and planning for a night out? Or should I be spending more money on lawyers to get some money back on transit?
Finally, let us not forget that Madonna used to charge her backup dancers $100 a minute for being late to rehearsals. Oh the delicious karma of it all.

Carrie Ann Inaba was on The Jennifer Hudson Show this week, presumably plugging Dancing With The Stars which is currently airing its Season 827, after an inauspicious start. Keeping with the dance theme, Carrie fondly spoke about being a backup dancer in her twenties for Madonna ? who began her Celebration Tour in London this month after recovering from an emergency stay in the ICU this summer. No surprise, Madge ran a tight ship. Case in point: she deducted $100 from your paycheck for every minute you were late.
?Dancing With the Stars? judge Carrie Ann Inaba reflected on her career on ?The Jennifer Hudson Show? Monday and spoke about being hired as a backup dancer for one of Madonna?s tours when she was just 23 years old.
And although Inaba had pretty positive things to say about her experience working with the ?Vogue? singer, she did say that Madonna had one outrageous rule that would make many want to express themselves to the HR department.
?Back in the day she was very strict,? Inaba said. ?She gave us this one rule ? which I?m so grateful she did. It was, for every minute you?re late, you have to pay her $100 out of your paycheck.?
?I ain?t going to lie, I?d be broke,? Hudson said exasperated. ?Cause I?m always late.?
Inaba then shared how following that costly rule affected her the rest of her life ? and she doesn?t sound traumatized at all.
?I?m never late,? Inaba said. ?I?m always early, in fact so much so, that I waste half my day ? showing up too early.?
Despite the rule, Inaba told Hudson that it was a dream come true to work for Madonna.
?There was like Michael [Jackson], Prince, and Madonna at the time. Right?? Inaba said. ?I got on Madonna?s tour, and I was like, ?That?s all I need!??
In fact, after Inaba was done with the tour, she said she ?retired? from dancing and went back to school.
?As a dancer, you?re kind of put out to pasture when you?re 25,? Inaba said.
Madonna is currently embarked on her Celebration Tour, so fingers crossed that her current and likely very young backup dancers have plenty of emergency funds in their savings account.
[From HuffPost]
I?d like to start my commentary by commending the author for the line, ?Madonna had one outrageous rule that would make many want to express themselves to the HR department.? The lyric inclusion is so unsmooth that it swings back to being fabulous, non? Love it. While $100/minute is a bit excessive, especially considering this tour was a couple decades ago, I don?t think this overall vibe is actually all that outrageous in the performing arts arena. At the Atlantic Theater Company ? the group David Mamet and William H. Macy founded ? they lock you out if you aren?t there 15 minutes ahead of class or rehearsal. Are these methods harsh? For sure. But Carrie sure sounds genuinely grateful for the standard it set to show up on time. On the other hand, she did retire from dancing right after that tour with Madge, so take from it what you will! I went back to the original interview cause I was dying to find out how much money Carrie had to fork over, but she was cheeky and only said ?I learned quickly.? Oh cmon, Carrie, dont be a tease. Tell us!

At some point, we have to start treating Madonna like we treat Khloe Kardashian. Like, I?m not even surprised when Khloe turns up with a whole new face. That?s how it should be with Madonna too she?s been messing with her face since she was married to Guy Ritchie, and it?s only gotten worse over the past five years or so. It?s a toxic combination of plastic surgery, fillers and the kitchen sink. It is not limited to her face she also got ass implants several years ago and they are BAD. Whoever is doing her work these days is not the best plastic surgeon in the business. The good surgeons must have turned her down. My take: stop being shocked by it!
Madonna went to the Grammys to introduce Sam Smith and Kim Petras. Fans were ?stunned,? because (again) we?re still in the cycle of ?is that really Madonna?? It is. Madge also went to some of the post-Grammy parties too and I?m including those photos.
Maybe Madge was never going to age naturally and gracefully, but there is a huge gap between ?aging naturally? and whatever this is. As I?ve said before, I do find it sad.

| Madonna says her two marriages were not good ideas | Added 839 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Madonna just released a remix album called Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones. And to go with it, she uploaded a Q&A video to her YouTube channel called Finally Enough Talk: 50 Questions with Madonna. Nice play on titles. I guess the Q&A is with herself because a digital voice asks her the questions and she answers. I guess props for not pretending its a real interview, unlike those celebs who get their friends to profile them. The interview was pretty varied and Madonna touched upon a variety of topics, like sex, astrology, her likes and favorites, her secret to success, and a decision she made that wasnt a good idea. Apparently, Madonna thinks both of her marriages to Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie were bad ideas.
Asked about a life decision that wasnt the best idea, Madonna assuredly said, Getting married. Both times!
The superstar was previously married to Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989 and Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008. One year after her second marriage ended, Madonna appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and said, I think Id rather get run over by a train [then get married again].
While Madonnas remained friends with Penn, 62, she said her marriage to Ritchie, 53, left her feeling imprisoned in a 2015 interview with The Sun. There were times I felt incarcerated. I wasnt really allowed to be myself, the performer told the outlet at the time. Youve got to find someone who accepts who you are and is comfortable with that.
Speaking to Details magazine in 2011, Ritchie called their marriage a soap opera but said, Its definitely not something I regret The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids [Rocco Ritchie, 22, and David Banda, 16] and that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take.
[From People]
Most people would probably say that marrying Sean Penn is a bad idea, full stop. That relationship was literally before my time they divorced the year I was born but wasnt he completely awful to her? Like with a capital A like some other words? There were some allegations floating around in 2015, but then in 2017 Madonna said it never happened. And theyre still friends. But then Madonna said her eight-year marriage to Guy Ritchie kind of stifled her and she couldnt really be herself. Some people just dont like the institution of marriage. Madonna hasnt been married since, so that might be it. And you can regret getting married without regretting all the experiences or the relationship or the children.
