Jennifer Aniston is known for many things: being Rachel from Friends, eating chicken salads, faking a marriage to a man who wears skinny jeans and, of course, her hair. Her hair has been a topic of conversation for three fking decades. She?s probably turned down millions of dollars in hair-care product endorsements over the years. At one point, nearly a decade ago, she did invest in an MIT-created haircare line, although I?m not sure what ever became of it. So she?s taking a mulligan, and yet there?s a throwback element to it. She is launching a new haircare line which she?s named LolaVie. Long-time Aniston-watchers might remember that she also named her first fragrance LolaVie, only she ended up needing to rename it because of a trademark issue. Now she works with Elizabeth Arden on a fragrance line, although I have no idea whats happening with that. Do people want to smell like Aniston? No, we want her hair secrets. So she?s giving us hair products at long last. Some highlights from this lengthy People Magazine interview, which is entirely about HAIR.
Her first LolaVie product is a Glossing Detangler: Ive been working on this for quite a long time. I got the bug [to go] behind the curtain and figure out development of hair products years ago. To embark on this journey, Aniston enlisted the help of Amy Sachs and Joel Ronkin, who developed some of her fragrances. Now, theyre her LolaVie co-founders. When they moved on to create their own business, it was like a match made in heaven, she says of her now co-founders.
Why ?LolaVie?: When I [arrived] and bought my very first car, a used car, somebody said to me, What did you name it? And I looked at them and I went, Is that something you do? And they were like, Uh, yeah! So I named my car Lola on the spot. Maybe its because I love that song [Sarah Vaughan's "Whatever Lola Wants"]. Then every time Id come over, theyd be like, Lolas here. So it just kind of became a name that I was called whenever I showed up [somewhere].
The product: It?s a cruelty-free, vegan formula thats packed with naturally-derived ingredients (key among them is repairing chia seed) and created without gluten, parabens, preservatives, phthalates, silicones and sulfates.
Having wavy hair: Its the perfect product for the star, who describes her head full of waves as having 300 personalitiesTheres not one strand thats doing the same thing. And its just always been a challenge for me, ever since I was a kid. Well, actually, I feel like [this is] punishment, because I had this incredible head of hair that was long and straight and down to my waist. And I always wanted to cut it, but my mom never let me. She said, When youre 13, you can do whatever you want. And that was the biggest mistake I ever made because I cut it all off. I think I mightve hit the Dorothy Hamill!
After that, her hair changed: Its always been a problem growing it and keeping it healthy. So, its been my thorn, for sure, which is why this all feels very organic for me to face a hair product head on and go, Lets make something great.
She loves blowouts: I just love a good blowout. Hairstyles have never been my thing. I just want to feel good in my skin at the end of the day, no matter what I am wearing.

This interview reminded me of something I hadn?t thought about in years, which is that something similar happened to my hair around the same age. I used to have jet-black, pin-straight hair and I wore it LONG when I was a kid. Then around the age of 12/13, I got a big haircut and suddenly my hair really changed. It got lighter, the texture was different, and it wasn?t pin-straight anymore. I don?t think it was about the haircut, but it must be something that happens to a lot of girls around that age. Just a dramatic hair change. Anyway, Jennifer?s insistence on naming sh-t ?LolaVie? is pretty funny to me. Other than that, it sounds like a good product and I?m glad she?s finally doing something about the decades-long interest in her hair.

Nikki Reed has almost completely dropped out of the acting spotlight to run her farm with husband Ian Somerhalder. In addition to that, she runs her own jewelry line, Bayou with Love. Her stuff is cute. Recently, she partnered with Wondercide who makes essential oil-based pest control products. Shes also a hands-on mom to her four-year-old daughter, Bodhi, and said she enlists no professional childcare at all. Nikki said there?s nothing wrong with having help, she just doesn?t want any. Fortunately, she also said her intuition has never led her astray, so obviously she?s made the right decision.
On being environmental friendly: Its just a part of our everyday life. She sees that Mommy makes the extra effort For example, Im in a place right now where they dont pick up your recycling. So most people would just combine trash and recycling and say, I dont care. But my daughter knows that every other day Mommys gonna load up the recycling into the back of the car and were going to drive it to the recycling center because theres no way Im not going to do that stuff I buy water in bulk, in glass, so thats always a conversation; she knows that we dont drink out of plastic. She knows that when we go anywhere in the car or travel or do anything, I keep all of our reusable silverware in the center console of the car. If we ever pick up take-out food, she knows that Mommys going to bring my own Tupperware to pick it up.
On motherly intuition: Ive learned a lot about intuition for sure. Ive always had really solid intuition, but Ive learned now, since becoming a mom, that I dont question it at all; I dont even give it one second of overthinking. If I know something in my gut, I know it and I go with it You just know in your gut what the right move is for your child, you know?
On finding a life balance: And so I learned to slow down in some ways. Yes, Im still operating my company and Im involved in every aspect of the business, from operations to the creative, to web copy, to design photography, all of it. So Im very involved in my company, and that is totally consuming at times. And then I also sit on the board of a couple of other companies as the strategic marketing adviser and I have a couple of other jobs too. So theres a lot happening in my world, but the greatest gift is that Ive learned that its OK to say no to people around me, but also to myself.
On not employing any help: Im a very hands-on parent. I work full-time, but I also dont have any professional childcare ? not that theres anything wrong with that at all; I think its wonderful if thats what suits your family. But I really want to be as present as possible with my daughter. I like being there for every bath time and every meal time, so I kind of work around that. I set my alarm and I work really early, from 5 in the morning until 8:30, when shes up, and then I take a break for her breakfast, and then I go back to work in the in-between times. She has been in preschool and stuff like that, so those are my moments of break and work. And then I work late into the evenings.

How? How does a person run every aspect of their own company, sit on the board of other companies, and not employ any help with their child? I?m trying to remember preschool hours, do they have full day options? I guess if Nikki?s daughter is out of the house from 9-5 she could run her business during that time. Of course, Nikki specifies she doesn?t have professional childcare, not that she doesn?t employ assistants and housekeepers. If someone else is helping tend to the house and do the shopping and run errands, that would make it doable. I mean, good for her, it just sounds exhausting. But she?s right, she needs to do what she thinks is best. And if sacrificing sleep is what she?s willing to do to forego childcare, then she?s found her system. Can we assume Ian is helping? At one point, Nikki referred to Bodhi as her ?first? child. So I guess they?re still planning on more. One thing is clear, Nikki adores being Bodhi?s mom so thank goodness she?s been able to arrange her world around that.
I?m also jealous of her intuition. I don?t know if there was ever a time I didn?t question something I?d decided or done. That must be a wonderful feeling to be so sure of your choices.
This is less important, but I was really curious about Nikki?s Tupperware comments. Will take-out places let you bring your own? It seems like there would be some legalities involved. Maybe it?s places they know the owners or something, farmers tend to be a tight knit community.

Since the start of Bennifer 2.0 in the spring, I repeatedly said that I wanted them to last until the Met Gala, which is next Monday. But that was before Ben Affleck was scheduled to appear at the Venice Film Festival to premiere The Last Duel, with Matt Damon and Jodie Comer. Some of us theorized that Venice might be the site of Ben and J.Lo?s first red carpet appearance of their relationship revival. Back in the Bennifer 1.0 days, they walked tons of red carpets together, with Ben growing more and more orange and groomed with every carpet. Nowadays, it?s different. And yet still the same!!
Ben and J.Lo have just arrived, today, in Venice. The Last Duel is scheduled to premiere on Friday, which I think we can assume will be Bennifer?s First Red Carpet (in 2021). I like the pacing on this back together in April, vacations in the US and abroad, yacht butt-rubbing and now this, red carpet official. Ben seems very pleased about it too, that he?s got his girlfriend there to support HIS film. He looks like the cat who got the cream.
I can?t believe we?re truly getting Bennifer In Venice for their first red carpet. I?m so happy!!! And of course J.Lo is wearing white lace. How? bridal. Look at that diamond bracelet too! Is that the one Ben gave her years ago?

Is anyone else kind of surprised that Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde haven?t had a dramatic summer? No reports of breakups or makeups, and not just that, no sugary reports about all of their future plans. Olivia and Harry just ARE. They?re living in the moment. They are enjoying each other and everything seems kind of fine between them. We haven?t even talked about them or heard anything about them since early July, when they were photographed making out on a yacht off the coast of Italy. According to People Magazine, they spent the summer together and they?re ?serious? about each other.
After a quiet, romantic summer, Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde are back at work, yet still setting relationship goals. On Saturday, the Booksmart director stepped out to support the Watermelon Sugar singer at the launch of his Love On Tour in Las Vegas.
Though the director is busy filming her upcoming movie Babylon with Brad Pitt, a source tells PEOPLE in this weeks issue ? Wilde, 37, will join him when she can, while Styles, 27, is on the road.
They seem very serious and happy, the source adds.
Earlier this week, a concertgoer told E! News that Wilde was so happy and dancing all night at his concert. It was very cute. She was singing along to almost every song and having a good time with the people she was with, the eyewitness told the outlet.

Oh, I didn?t realize she was already working. Babylon is filming in LA, and it?s directed by Damien Chazelle. So did Harry and Olivia spend the summer together or nah? Did he join her in LA while she worked or was he prepping his tour somewhere else? Hm. Anyway, I feel pretty strongly that Harry and Olivia will be together for a while longer. At least until their movie is released. Don?t Worry Darling was supposed to come out this year, but it?s already being pushed back to a 2022 release date.

In early August, paparazzi got some photos of Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender on the set of Alicia?s latest movie. Michael was seen holding a baby and there were some questions about whether it was a stunt baby, a prop baby, his own baby or perhaps just a baby of some friend or relation. Photographers ended up getting pics of both Michael and Alicia holding said baby, so it seemed pretty clear that it was their baby after all. Now Alicia has confirmed: she gave birth to a child and she?s very happy about it.
Alicia Vikander is opening up about becoming a mom. The fiercely private star, 32, quietly welcomed her first child with husband Michael Fassbender, 44, earlier this year and says shes embracing her happy new life changes daily.
I now have a whole new understanding of life in general, the Swedish star tells PEOPLE in the latest issue. Thats pretty beautiful, and obviously will give a lot to any of my work in the future.
The actress is currently promoting her new emotional film, Blue Bayou, in which she plays an expectant mother opposite writer/director Justin Chon (Gook, Twilight).
Asked to sum up exactly how much life has changed having a baby, Vikander says shes keeping the finer details to herself, but doing her best to live in the moment with each new milestone.
No, I think Ill wait with that one, she says. Im enjoying finding it out in the moment right now, more than anything.

I?ll admit that I was surprised when we saw the photos last month. I was surprised that they ?hid? a whole-ass pregnancy, although commenters told me that there were photos of Alicia last year (I guess) looking pretty pregnant. Alicia and Michael married in October 2017 after meeting on the set of The Light Between Oceans in 2014. I still haven?t seen that film! I LOATHED the book. We read the book for our now-defunct Celebitchy Book Club and that book was so bad, we ended the book club shortly after that. Anyway, where was I? Oh, yes, the Fassbaby. From the paparazzi photos, the baby doesn?t have much hair, so you can?t really tell if the Fassbaby is a ginger like his or her dad. I hope the ginger genes are strong!

There?s been a lot of baby talk this week, what with Cardi B revealing she gave birth to a boy, Alicia Vikander revealing that she gave birth to a Fassbaby at some point in the past year, Kylie Jenner confirming her pregnancy too, plus the mess with John Mulaney and his girlfriend. At some point, I did think to myself ?I wonder if that?s why we haven?t heard from Jennifer Lawrence in a while, maybe she?s secretly pregnant too.? Yep.
Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant! The 31-year-old Oscar winner is expecting her first child with her husband, art gallery director Cooke Maroney, PEOPLE can exclusively confirm.
The actress rep confirmed the happy baby news to PEOPLE on Wednesday.
Lawrence and Maroney were first linked in June 2018 and the star and the art dealer, 37, were engaged the following February. The couple tied the knot on Oct. 19, 2019, in Rhode Island.

A Maroney Baby is coming! I feel like she only would have confirmed this if she was pretty far along and/or she was trying to get ahead of an inevitable ?bump reveal? via paparazzi photos. She?s got some promotion to do in a few months for Don?t Look Up, which comes out in December. She already wrapped on another film, although she?s got two big projects yet to film, Mob Girl and the Elizabeth Holmes/Bad Blood movie. I guess those films will be delayed. Which is fine, sometimes stuff gets delayed. Anyway, congrats to J-Law and Cooke.
Oh, Netflix released their new trailer for Don?t Look Up! Don?t even say a word about J-Law?s wig in this movie. Just? don?t. I cannot.
