I was just glancing through these new photos of Nicole Kidman promoting Omega (she?s one of the faces of the brand) in Hong Kong today, and for the most part, my thoughts ran to the same old talking points. As in ?Why does she do that to her beautiful face?? and ?It?s funny to see how nothing moves on her jacked face when she tries to smile.? That?s honestly why people still have sympathy for Nicole - she always looks like she?s in pain. She probably is in pain. Every time she tries to smile, the wall of Botox in her face screams ?DON?T DO IT ? DO NOT SHOW EMOTION? MAN THE TORPEDOS.?
And then I came to this part of the photo array - Nicole wearing a plunging black cocktail number, also for part of the Omega press.
Now? I?ve put this out there before, and I have to ask it again - did Nicole get implants? Or are we still holding strong to the theory that Nicole?s boobs look like that because she was pregnant with little Sunday Roast? I know many of you hate when I say this, but I can?t help what I believe in my heart - Nicole wasn?t pregnant. So how did she get those boobs? I really think they?re implants. She just went from an A-cup to a B/C-cup, but she?s been jacking those things up lately.
By the way, when she was doing press, she was talking to a reporter about her marriage to Keith Urban, and how her marriage rule (for this marriage at least) is that they can?t be apart for more than three days. Kidman told the reporter: ?I think I’ve reached a point in my life where I’ve slowed down a lot, so it’s not difficult. My priority is very much keeping my family together and not being away from them.” Um? isn?t Keith on tour or something? Hasn?t he been on tour a lot since their marriage? Does Nicole follow him around on tour? I thought she had better things to do with her time.

The ?Jesus, Take the Wheel? songstress has teamed up with ACM Lifting Lives to house thousands of displaced people after the recent disaster.
Underwood is set to donate the money she won from her Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year prize to the cause.

With court proceedings going as expected, Lindsay Lohan has been issued an arrest warrant for violating her probation on Thursday (May 20).
Breaking reports tell that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued the bench warrant while setting bail at $100,000.
With Lindsay missing the hearing due to being stranded in Cannes, Judge Revel said that the "Mean Girls" actress "may have violated her probation" - adding that a court date will be set for a later date.
When Lindsay is arrested and posts bail, she will be forced to wear a "scram bracelet" and submit to random drug testing until the matter is resolved.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, showed up at court with his attorney, Lisa Bloom, asking for rehab instead of jail time.

I?m seriously starting to wonder if the stylists and editors over at Harper?s Bazaar have something of a Grace Kelly fetish. They got their hands on yet another blonde cover girl - this time Katherine Heigl - and made her look very Grace Kelly-ish. They did the same thing with Gwyneth Paltrow for her Harper?s photo shoot. Well, Goopy?s was Grace Kelly-meets-Lady-of-the-manor. For Heigl, they just gave her some dogs to play with. Just as well, Heigl loves dogs. She has six dogs! She also loves her daughter, Naliegh, and Heigl talks a lot about Naleigh in the interview (full piece here):
On rescuing puppies: She heads to an outdoor deck, leaving Naleigh to watch The Backyardigans with her husband, singer Josh Kelley, and Mojo, one of their six dogs. For the moment, the rest of the pack is at the park, so the house is relatively quiet. When Katherine found Mojo on the set of 27 Dresses, Josh told her no more dogs. “I started crying,” says Katherine, who everyone calls Katie. “I said, ‘Where’s your heart? Where’s your soul? I’m supposed to be marrying you, and you don’t know who I am by now,’ and he’s like, ‘Fine, just take the dog. Jesus.’”
On Naleigh?s medical condition: Though Naleigh has been described in the press as special-needs, she was actually born with a congenital heart problem that was fixed via open-heart surgery before she left Korea. “Her heart is 100 percent fine now. She has a scar, so she won’t be wearing bikinis, which is fine by us,” Katherine explains, unembarrassed by her overprotectiveness. “A lot of children don’t find forever homes because they’re on that special-needs list, even if it’s because of something as simple as her mother smoked cigarettes for a month, not knowing she was pregnant. That’s not so huge that you couldn’t handle it.”
On working with babies in her new film Life as We Know It: “It was crazy, because as my character was learning how to take care of a one-year-old, I was too. But as I was working with these gorgeous little triplets who play my child, I was feeling bad that I was spending more time with them than with my own kid. And that broke my heart.”
Spending three months solid with her husband Josh Kelley, the most time they?ve spent together all the way through: “There were a good few weeks when I almost smothered him with his pillow,” she says. But that’s marriage, she adds: “two people with totally different lives and totally different experiences just trying to fit.”
On the diva criticisms, or why she?s a loud-mouth: “I spent so many years just saying what I felt without thinking about the ramifications, without understanding that I have this opinion but not everyone might share that opinion and now they don’t like me because of it. That was really awkward. I hate it when people say this, but I’m a people pleaser. I was really raised with the idea that it’s important to be honest and to share your experiences, both disappointing and exhilarating. But sometimes I think the American public just wants to see my life as good fortune. They don’t want to know about the day-to-day. It ruins the fantasy. It’s lame to say that I’m a normal girl, but I think I am.”
On competing with other celebrity moms: She also finds it a challenge to keep up with the fashions of fellow celebrities’ daughters, like Suri Cruise or Zahara Jolie-Pitt. “Dude, I try, but I’m not nailing the baby fashion. It’s intimidating. I get beautiful outfits from Gap and baby Juicy, but I’m not layering it or putting her in Prada flats. It’s really stressing me out.” She also doesn’t want her daughter to grow up to be a spoiled rich kid. “I want her privilege to afford her to seek many different things that might fulfill her. I don’t want her to have a Beemer on her 16th birthday or spend the summer at a beach house with friends. Nope. You want a beach house, you pay for it.”
On Hollywood: “High school on steroids.” She and Kelley are considering a move to Nashville so he can be closer to his country-music career.
Dreams for Naleigh: Perhaps Naleigh will become “a Korean country-music star. That’d be sick,” she laughs. “I know she’s going to get pushed into music.”
On her relationship with her mom: “The relationship I have with my mother is rare, and I know for some people it looks like I’m a real mama’s girl. I never cut the apron strings, but that’s one thing I will never deny. It has saved me.”
Ashton Kutcher? “looks so hot with his shirt off.?
Plans for the future: “Now it’s time to reevaluate and grow up. I hope by my mid-30s, I get to the point where I don’t doubt myself. I’m going to make mistakes and say stupid things, but I won’t have to sit in a room in the dark and wonder, ‘Am I a bad person?’ It will be ‘Okay, Katie, enough with the drama.’”

But I also think she is a self-absorbed, narcissistic, loud-mouthed, unprofessional, shoot-herself-in-the-foot diva. And it?s not just ?saying stupid things?. Megan Fox says stupid things. Megan Fox is a f-cking idiot. Katherine Heigl is not. The things she?s said aren?t dumb, they?re unprofessional, rude and contradict this ?I?m just a normal girl, I?m accessible? image that she?s selling.

News broke late yesterday afternoon that Megan Fox had been fired from the third installation of the Transformers movie. This coming from somebody who hasn’t seen a single one of the Transformers movies and won’t ever see a single one of the Transformer movies, unless Russian spies tie me to a chair and hook a car battery up to my nipples and forcibly pry my eyelids open to make me watch it in their misguided attempts to make me turn on my own country. Then I’d be willing to take one for the team in the name of national security. Some might even call me a hero. Yahoo News says:
A source at Paramount told Access Hollywood that Megan, who played star Shia Labeouf’s love interest in the franchise, would not return for the third movie, [saying] that in order to take Shia’s character in a new direction, it was better if Sam wasn’t tied down to a love interest.
Perhaps instead of calling Michael Bay Hitler and publicly bashing the movie, she should have shown a little gratitude for being given the opportunity to bend over and look pretty in his piece of shit movie. But I guess none of that really matters, because it was Megan Fox who quit that bitch anyway, not the other way around.
Reps for the actress [claimed] that it was Megan’s decision to leave the movie.
“Megan Fox will not be starring in ‘Transformers 3,’” the reps told People magazine. “It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”
Except maybe not:
Nikki Finke, who first reported the news for Deadline that Megan was out, claimed that decision was “ultimately” director Michael Bay’s.
Sorry, but you can’t get fired if you quit first. Those are the rules. That’s what those little asterisks next to my employment history very clearly state.

A bench warrant has been issued for Lindsay Lohan after she missed her mandatory DUI hearing in Los Angeles today. Apparently the “volcano and stolen passport” excuse doesn’t hold up well in a court of law. TMZ says
Judge Revel set bail at $100,000 and said Lindsay can post bail and remain free until the next court hearing, IF she does the following:
- drink no alcohol
- wear a SCRAM bracelet
- submit to random drug testing at least once a week
[Lohan's lawyer argued that] there was no reason to require drug testing, but the judge noted that Lindsay was charged in 2007 with being under the influence of cocaine.
Judge Revel said Lindsay knew she was going to jail if she violated probation and knew she needed to get court approval before missing her alcohol ed classes.
If the judge [at the next hearing] determines Lindsay did indeed violate her probation, she could be jailed for 180 days.
Lindsay’s lawyer argued that she was in Cannes “on business” (not vacation, like the judge suggested) promoting her new movie and had every intention to returning in time for the hearing before she was thwarted by malcontent passport thieves. So why didn’t the judge take into account the role her strong work ethic and commitment to responsibility played in this unfortunate event? Um, probably because of this:
Lohan went to Cannes amid rumors that she would play 1970s “Deep Throat” porn star Linda Lovelace in an upcoming biography film. But no official announcement has [yet to be] made.
Well, I don’t see what the big deal is. I thought running away to France when there’s a warrant out for your arrest was just par for the course. It’s certainly worked wonders for Roman Polanski for the last thirty years. If its turning tail and running or sticking your head in the sand you want, then France is definitely the place to be. That’s why “We Brake for Cowards and Sex Offenders!” is their national motto. Otherwise they wouldn’t put in the brochure.

The outing comes shortly after Miss Price was criticized by 70-year-old fitness expert Diana Moran - who called her a "plastic Barbie".
"Life's too precious for all of that," Moran said. "What is the long-term effect of all that stuff? Look at Katie Price. She was a pretty girl. That is not the person we now see, this plastic sort of Barbie, is it? Dreadful. Isn't it so sad?"

But LiLo says she?s not at fault for her presumed no-show, claiming her passport was stolen and therefore she cannot fly back to LA from Cannes, France.
Lindsay is also blaming her alcohol education instructor for making things uncomfortable for her by texting her and asking to hang out. It seems Miss Lohan is shirking all blame for her failure to comply with, and appear before, the court.

Yesterday, I tried to sum up all of the sketchy, cracked out excuses Lindsay Lohan was making for her inability to fly back to Los Angeles to face her court date, which is today. Her lawyer claimed that Lindsay had lost her passport, and that they were trying to get some kind of emergency temp passport from the American embassy. Dina Lohan went to Radar and threw herself a little pity party because there wasn’t ?someone in a higher echelon to help us? at the French embassy. Uh? French embassy? That would if a French citizen was caught in America. Not an American citizen caught in France. Ugh, Dina, f-ck your damn lies. Anyway, as predictable as this sounds, it turns out that the Lohans got caught out on their bullsh-t quick. Radar is reporting that according to the duty officer at the U.S. Embassy in France, Lindsay has not applied for a new passport.
Lindsay Lohan has not requested a new passport and may be stuck in France for a little while longer, RadarOnline.com has exclusively confirmed. Maryse Nebatti, the Duty Officer in Marseille for the U.S. Embassy in France, told RadarOnline.com that Lindsay reported the passport stolen but “has not requested a new passport.”
The embassy office in Marseille is the closest location to Lindsay who has been in Cannes promoting her latest role as porn star Linda Lovelace.
Lindsay’s mother Dina told RadarOnline.com that her passport was stolen and she was turned away from a flight back to the United States on Tuesday.
“This was not a planned scheme,” she said.
The U.S. Embassy confirmed that Lindsay faxed a copy of her passport to their Paris embassy but has not specifically requested a new one. According to the Duty Officer, neither Lindsay nor her mother Dina have contacted the Embassy, but a representative of hers from the United States phoned the Embassy in Paris at 6:25pm local time.
The Embassy closed at 6pm local time but the representative spoke to an after hours staffer.
Nabatti told RadarOnline.com that even though she has not received a request for the new passport, she has contacted the Consul to alert them of Lindsay’s situation.
“There is nothing we can do this late,” Nabatti told RadarOnline.com.
According to the Embassy, Lindsay needs to fill out the paperwork to get a temporary passport. That paperwork cannot be obtained until Thursday morning. Danette Meyers, the Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles who is handling Lindsay’s case, told RadarOnline.com that she will seek to jail Lindsay for up to 180 if she is found to be in violation of her probation. Lindsay’s mother Dina insisted this was not an excuse for Lindsay to get out of the court hearing on Thursday in Los Angeles.
“I’m exhausted… I’ve been up for the last 24 hours with Lindsay and her attorneys dealing with this,” she told RadarOnline.com earlier on Wednesday. “We are actively dealing with the French Embassy as we speak but unfortunately they close at a certain hour so were trying to get someone in a higher echelon to help us.”

Jesus, what cracked out drama. And for what? Because Lindsay wanted to party in France. Because she wanted to f-ck Dominic Cooper and pose on red carpets and do the heavier French drugs. And because she doesn?t give a sh-t about court appearances or even doing the very bare minimum to see that she doesn?t go to jail. Well, she?s still ?stuck? in France. So she?s going to jail.

Second point: ?On the advance tip sheet for a party happening tomorrow night, her name was ON IT. So if she was supposed to be back in LA, how come someone told the party organizers that she?d be showing up?? Because Lindsay?s plan was to have a cracked out adventure in France all along. Wouldn?t it be awesome if she stayed there, a la Roman Polanski? Like, she would be a cracked-out fugitive from justice.

While many jumped to the conclusion that the sexy actress was given the boot after criticizing director Michael Bay, Miss Fox has since spoken out against the initial assumptions.
