French police boarded Rihanna’s mega yacht today off the coast of France because she was playing her music too loud. Not much happened. They just went on board to check things out and had a drink with everyone.
French police seem cool. Especially since they patrol the waters on sweet looking jet skis in tactical life vests and one of those helmets straight out of a video game. Not like the police here who put around the water in stupid looking boats wearing stuffy uniforms.

The "Good Luck Chuck" actress showed off her goddess sense of style in a flowing white dress and gold gladiator sandals as she made her way through the streets of the Big Apple pushing Honor and Haven in a trendy looking stroller.
Jessica's family outing comes just hours after promoting her Honest company on "Fox and Friends" this morning where she talked about recently lobbying Congress for the Safe Chemicals Act to prevent companies from using harmful toxins in their products.
Explaining the importance of the legislation, the actress said, ?The chemical industry, as it stands now, doesn?t really need to test chemicals for their safety before they put them in personal care products. There are lots of potentially very harmful things that could happen like autism, obesity, all sorts of cancers.?

Once finished up, Miss Beckinsale strapped on some sexy, tight leather trousers while chowing down a delicious birthday dinner at the Little Door restaurant with her man and their daughter, Lily Mo.
The celebratory affairs come as Kate has been busily promoting her upcoming movie "Total Recall" ahead of its August 3rd release date, with the brunette beauty most recently making an appearance on Wednesday night (July 25) on "Conan" (watch her interview below!).

Yet again gracing our eardrums with wonderful music, Gwen Stefani and her "No Doubt" band mates rocked Central Park while performing live on "Good Morning America" In New York City, New York on Friday (July 27).
The red lipstick clad "Hollaback Girl" danced around on stage in a kisser-matching sheer top and baggy pants while belting out four songs, including her new hit "Settle Down" from her upcoming album Push and Shove.
Gwen took to Twitter several times throughout the morning to share back stage spinets including one picture of herself sitting in a chair wearing nothing but a bright red bra and pants as her team surrounded her touching up her hair and make-up adding the caption, "Glam central - cooling off."
During a sit down interview with the ABC morning show Gwen opened up about her new album admitting, "It's not all fun on the record. That's for sure. There's always something to complain about. But there's a little bit of being overwhelmed on the record, I think, because it was really hard trying to find the time with those two little bunny rabbits I made. It's crazy."
However at the same time, the 42-year-old mother explained, "The music is just, it's heavenly. I love it." No Doubt's Push and Shove studio album i slated to hit store shelved sometime in September.

Narcissistic. Of course, I don’t want to have a baby because I think I’d be a terrible mother and I want to projectile vom when I think about childbirth. So maybe I should just keep my mouth shut?
KIM KARDASHIAN has come up with the perfect plan to have a baby with KANYE WEST and still keep her massive assets ? hire a surrogate to carry the child for her!
According to a close source, Kim, who?s been dating 35-year-old rapper Kanye since early April, would like to have a young woman in her mid to late 20s ?with a calm, soothing demeanor, a lot of patience and a positive outlook? to serve as a surrogate.
The curvy 31-year-old reality star would also prefer a woman who has siblings and is married with a happy home life, added the source.
In exchange for having for having the power couple?s baby, the surrogate could stand to collect a whopping $200,000 to cover medical bills, expenses and the surrogacy fee.
?As far as Kim?s concerned, this is the answer to her dreams,? divulged the source. ?She desperately wants a baby with Kanye, but she doesn?t want to gain weight like her oldest sister Kourtney did!
?Kim actually said, ?I won?t ruin my body by getting pregnant.???
?Kim doesn?t want to go through the pain and heartbreak that Khloe has endured,? said the source, referring to the two frustrating years that Kim?s younger sister has suffered in her still-fruitless attempt to have a baby with Lamar Odom. ?While Kourtney has had no problems getting pregnant, Kim?s seen how miserable Khloe has been trying to conceive ? and that?s the last thing she wants to go through.?
But the main reason Kim is opting for surrogacy is because she?s concerned about her weight.
?Kim loves food and packs on pounds easily,? explained the source. ?She?s been on an organic diet and has been working closely with a trainer to trim down ? and it shows?. Kim knows that if she gets pregnant, all that hard work goes down the drain and her famous butt with expand. She?d also have to take a break from modeling and advertising, which is where she makes most of her money.?
As for Kanye, he seems to be happy to let Kim handle the decision.

I had a total brain-fart when I was going through these new photos of Jessica Biel in LA yesterday. She was photographed out and about in one outfit, and then she added a blazer to go into Jimmy Kimmel?s studio, and then she wore a third outfit for Kimmel?s show. My brain-fart was: ?WTF is she even promoting? Her wedding? Her relationship with Justin Timberlake?? But no, Jessica actually has a movie ? the Total Recall remake, which comes out? next week? Yes, next week. Honestly, Jessica looks like the weakest link in an already weak film, but who knows? It might make some money. Kate Beckinsale actually looks like she?s doing a pretty good job with her ass-kicking role, but the previews make me worry about Biel AND Colin Farrell. Here?s a clip of Biel on Kimmel ? her dress is AWFUL.
Biel has been doing press throughout the week, but she kind of got eclipsed by this Kristen Stewart stuff. Everything has gotten eclipsed by it, except for maybe the stuff with the Jackson family and the Olympics. Biel hasn?t really been saying anything of interest during her junket ? she said she enjoyed her ?vacation? in Puerto Rico while she was keeping an eye on Justin while he films. She said she wants to start a restaurant, despite the fact that she can?t cook and doesn?t know anything about food. This quote in particular annoyed me: “I would have the bakery component. I say I’m into it, but I’m not a great beaker — yet. Baking is really very mathematical and I’m terrible at math. I’m a really good loaf person. I do loaves — but sweet loaves! — like zucchini loaf or banana loaf or banana blueberry loaf. It’s really good! Please come to my restaurant. It’s going to be called Oh, Fudge.? I hate when women are all, ?OMG, MATH IZ HARD.? I mean, really? Is that where we are?
The Enquirer had a slightly interesting story about Biel and her ?jealousy? over JT?s ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz. Allegedly, Biel thinks Camy still wants to get back with JT, and Biel is trying to shut it down because Biel is just so focused on getting Justin down the aisle that she?s willing to overlook EVERY sign that Justin will make a horrible husband.
Dear God? her BANGS. I am filled with loathing for those bangs. She looks so much better without them. I really do think Justin is going to make her be a bangsy bride. Which is so sad, right? And yes, Biel is wearing a ?Justin? necklace. Would he ever wear a ?Jessica? necklace?

Ben Affleck is cheating on his wife with a tanning bed!! I actually have a theory, though, and one that might explain Ben?s actions (but not his wife?s alleged freakout). The theory: Ben is currently filming Runner, Runner in Puerto Rico with Justin Timberlake (I?m including some photos from the set below). It?s possible that his character is supposed to be someone who has been living on the island for a while, maybe? Someone used to beach living? And maybe Ben decided to do some preparation and he got a nice tan before he came to the set. Either that or Ben?s side-piece likes him tan. Either/or.

Every girl loves a little retail therapy, and it's safe to say Christina Hendricks is no exception after seeing her take on the shops along Melrose Ave in Los Angeles this afternoon (July 26).
Making her initial stop at Rummage, the red-haired and red dress-wearing "Mad Men" stunner continued on to a nearby antique shop, where she looked ever so happy to pick up a vintage lamp.
During a recent sitdown with The Look, Christina chatted about her style, her favorite places to shop and how her style has changed.
As for how her fashion know-how has evolved in the past five years, Hendericks explained, "I've learned a lot from being on 'Mad Men,' as far as tailoring and silhouettes," adding that she "has a lot of pencil skirts" now.
"I used to like very 1920s baggy, floral, lacy things that probably weren't the most flattering on me, but they were just so gorgeous that I wore them anyway," Christina continued.
And just where does she like to pick up her vintage wares? While Hendricks says the Salvation Army used to be her spot growing up, she's moved on to more high-end spots such as L.A's eclectic My Ulrika storefront.

With reports touting that the talented twosome rekindled their flame with a kiss, Chris' camp quickly came to his defense, telling press, "[Chris Brown] is in France to shoot a music video for [the] Swizz Beatz album and Ludacris is in it. It's Swizz's song."
Brown's rep further rejected any speculation, explaining, "Karrueche is there with him. ... They never broke up. He is not on [Rihanna's] yacht. There is no Rihanna connection."

The 30-year-old actress was clad in a two-tone teal-blue and Pink Roland Mouret ?Angel? frock with black pumps for her sitdown interview which comes ahead of the August 3rd release of her new movie "Total Recall".
During her chat with Leno, Miss Biel dished about her recent romantic getaway to Puerto Rico with her man, Justin Timberlake.
Of this, she said, "I was visiting my fiance there. He's shooting a film there. So I'm vacationing. I'm having the best time of my life. It's fantastic."
Along with sunning herself and getting some much-deserved rest, Jessica also went scuba diving, as she told, "I got an advanced certification because I love, love scuba diving. You can go around 100 feet and a little bit deeper. You learn how to use a compass underwater in case you get lost."
Biel added, "When you're down there it's so peaceful. No one's talking to you, no one's bothering you. It's just you and the fishes."
