Here is Emily Ratajkowski attending the amfAR Gala in New York last night and proved once more why she’s the ultimate babe. It would be easy to hate her but when someone is this beautiful you just have to stand back and admire.
And she made the most of her incredible figure wearing a nude gown by Michael Kors Collection. From the label’s Pre-Fall 2016 line it features slinky slip dress style straps and tonal lace inserts.

I never thought I would ever put “Kim Kardashian” and “inspirational” in the same story, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Disney alum and singer Demi Lovato sat down with Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday for a chat and the topic of Demi’s “no clothes, no makeup, no Photoshop” shoot for Vanity Fair came up. Demi, who has had a history of eating disorders and body image issues, told Ellen that seeing Kim Kardashian and her sisters helped her to learn to love her body, explaining:
“When I was growing up, at the kind of age where your body starts changing and you want to be cool, it was in that era of when very, very, very thin people were the popular people in Hollywood,” she explains. “So that’s what I had to look up to. And after having had my issues with eating, looking back I thought, ‘I want to be the difference for people growing up’ because I wish that somebody had gone to me whenever I was 12, 13 and said, ‘Hey, you don’t have to look like that to be cool.’ And when the Kardashians came on the scene, that was the first time that I really associated curves with beauty and it was just so new to me,” she continues. “I remember thinking, ‘Wow, that’s so cool’ and even in a time where I was still struggling with food, I was able to look at Kim’s curves and be like, ‘I should really be proud of my curves.’”

The 23-year-old singer, embarking on the Future Now Tour with Nick Jonas this summer, also dished with Ellen about her boyfriend, actor Wilmer Valderrama. When Ellen brought up the rumor that the two, dating on and off for about 5 years, were engaged, Demi joked “I don’t see a ring!” She quickly added, “I wouldn’t mind if I saw one. But there’s time for everything. We’ve been together this long. Obviously I’m not going anywhere and vice versa.” Last week, Demi posted a photo of Wilmer on her Instagram, wishing him a happy 36th birthday. The caption, in part, read, “I thank God every single day that this man came into my life for so many reasons. But mainly because I’m so blessed to not only have been able to meet such an incredible, loving, funny and inspiring soul, but even more blessed and honored to call him mine.” Oh, she’s smitten. I can maybe muster up an emoji heart on occasion for that special someone, but words are another thing entirely.
This beautiful man turned 36 today. I thank God every single day that this man came into my life for so many reasons.. But mainly because I'm so blessed to not only have been able to meet such an incredible, loving, funny and inspiring soul, but even more blessed and honored to call him mine. I love you My Wilmer. You deserve the world and more.. Here's to so many more memories Feliz Cupleanos..???

Gwyneth Paltrow is still promoting the Goop collaboration with Juice Beauty, the organic and non-toxic beauty line. So Gwyneth gave an interview to this week?s issue of People Magazine. Unfortunately, the quotes are not as eye-rolly as her recent Glamour Magazine interview, where Goop came across as stuck so far into her bubble of privilege that she could not understand that she wasn?t and isn?t a self-made woman. This People interview is all about how Goop feels ?beautiful? and what she does to feel beautiful.
Gwyneth Paltrow is feeling beautiful and it’s no accident. The 43-year-old star tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue that she relies on balance in her life to keep her feeling her best.
“I think it’s really important to be happy, and I think women get happy by being authentic,” she says. “But I also believe in exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, sex, sleeping and being around people who make you feel good. And I think that glow that you get in life comes from a combination of all those things.”
The GOOP guru is taking her love for all things green to the next level with her very own skin care line in collaboration with Juice Beauty. Launching March 1, the non-toxic collection comes on the heels of a her recent makeup collaboration with the brand. The entrepreneur and mom of two says that she created the line because she feels that “women deserve to have a really effective, beautifully made product that’s non toxic and organic.”
With a lengthy career, family and GOOP under her belt, Paltrow says aging doesn’t faze her one bit.
“I earned these gray hairs,” Paltrow declares. “I really am not afraid of getting older.”

Just once, I would love to hear Gwyneth say ?You know what? I believe in ?You Do You.?? But that whole idea would cut into her cottage industry of sanctimonious advice. She came close to just saying ?women should be authentic,? but she remembered that her role on earth is to remind every woman that they can?t just be authentic, they also have to exercise, diet, drink lots of water, have sex, get a lot of sleep and be the Queen Bee of a group of Botoxed blonde women. Classic Goop. Achieving happiness is never as easy as saying ?just be yourself.?
Am I the only one who rolls her eyes every time Gwyneth talks about how hard she works? ?I earned these gray hairs.? Did you though?
Fun fact: Both Brad Falchuk and Gwyneth are still married to other people.

Here are photos from the amfAR gala last night in NYC, on behalf of New York Fashion Week. We?re splitting these photos up into multiple posts, so don?t yell if you don?t see the dress you want to discuss in this post! Let?s start with Diane Kruger, because we haven?t really talked about her since everything went down in December. By that I mean? there were widespread stories that Diane was in a dive bar with Norman Reedus and they were acting very kissy and loved-up. There was speculation that Diane and Joshua Jackson are over. Her Instagram seems to be hinting around about a breakup too. And this amfAR event is just the kind of thing that Diane would have normally done with Joshua. So? are they over? Sigh. Also: her dress is Prada and I surprisingly don?t hate it.
Coco Rocha in Fausto Puglisi. Wow, this is BAD. I?ve never been a huge CoCo fan as a model, but she?s much prettier than this normally.
Hannah Davis (Derek Jeter?s fiance) in Elie Saab Pre-fall 2015. This is a perfect example of why people roll their eyes at Elie Saab ? because this is a by-the-books ?safe? red carpet look, and when a boring person wears that kind of dress, the result is a collective MEH.
Paris & Nicky Hilton. Nicky is probably into her second trimester by now and she?s barely showing. Paris wore Elie Saab, because of course.
Carol Alt in Zang Toi. While it?s difficult to see past the absolutely AWFUL BANGS TRAUMA, I actually love this dress.
Chanel Iman in what seems like a bridal look, but? like, chic bridal. I would love it if a bride wore high-fashion slacks to her wedding.

Here are more photos from last night?s NYFW amfAR gala. They got a good turnout, better than last year?s gala, from what I remember. It probably helps that there just happened to be a lot of celebrities in NYC this week. Like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively ? he?s promoting the hell out of Deadpool, and Blake is along for the ride, trying to help him shill. So they came out to this event. Blake wore Chanel and? I guess the best thing I can say about this is that it?s better than the Chanel she wore earlier this week. How stiff is that skirt?!
Karlie Kloss wore Chanel too, if you couldn?t tell by the Lagerfeld-esque gloves. I like this as a simple LBD, and the way it?s styled is very ?from runway to red carpet.? Like, literally, this is exactly what it looked like on the runway.
Emily Ratajkowski in Michael Kors. I don?t think she should wear beige. She has lovely Mediterranean coloring, why not go for something brighter?
Jourdan Dunn in Dolce & Gabbana. I absolutely love this gown on her. It would have looked cheap on someone else, but she elevates a mundane floral and makes it look fabulous.
Andreja Pejic? beautiful color on that gown, but is she wearing it back-to-front?
Padma Lakshmi in hot pink? this looks like Calvin Klein to me, but who knows? I like this on her. Sure, it?s a little bit boring, but she looks pretty and simple.

The fashion at the amfAR gala in New York last night was a mixed bag. This is our third post on the event and you can see Kaiser’s other coverage here and here. Heidi Klum looked somewhat tacky in this black sequin full length Zuhair Murad gown with a cape, but that’s what we’ve come to expect from her. At least she wasn’t hanging out of it. This is positively demur for Heidi. Without the cape this might be ok and a pretty standard gala dress.
Karolina Kurkova was in this black culotte jumpsuit which I don’t hate. There’s something fun about it, like you just throw it on and go. This is an “I don’t care much” look.
Here’s Uma Thurman in a white fitted gown with puffy sleeves and a rounded v-neck. I really like this on her, it’s classic with some modern twists and her styling is so pretty. Her hair is a little limp but her makeup is perfect for this look. Check out that tennis bracelet.
Hailey Baldwin was also in white, in a Pamela Roland gown with metallic sequin sleeves. The neckline has a scifi touch but the sleeves are too long. In some photos you can’t see her hands but that looks like it’s part of the design. This would look great with different shoes. Her side braid is really cute.
Charli XCX is giving me HELENA BONHAM CARTER vibes in this giant white off the shoulder gown with ruffles. At first I didn’t like this but I think she’s pulling it off somewhat. It’s a bold look.
Jemima Kirke was a mess in this red unforgiving cap sleeve satin gown. She’s wearing platform shoes with it too.
Speaking of red mess here’s Adriana Lima in Marchesa. The top is too low and the lace scalloping around the leg slit gives it a lingerie feel. Plus it has a giant bow on the back! This is a bad prom dress.
Lauren Cohan is fairing slightly better in this red stripe spaghetti strap gown. That’s a very standard kind of dress design but the bold fabric makes it look fresh. Plus I like the slight mesh fabric around the bustline. Walking Dead comes back Sunday. I can’t wait!

Actress Lily Collins is the cover model for the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Australia. The 26-year-old, whom you may remember from her roles as Sandra Bullock’s daughter in The Blind Side and Snow White Mirror Mirror (a/k/a the “other” Snow White movie), looks otherworldly in a netted, ruffled and sequined dress by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel. The whole outfit looks a little stuck in the 80s for my tastes (it could be the fingerless gloves too), but I love the makeup and slick hairdo.
The 26-year-old is the daughter of rock god Phil Collins (whom you might remember from Genesis if you’re like me, or from that song Mike Tyson air drummed to in The Hangover if you’re a young’un) and American model Jill Tavelman. Lily told the magazine that her model mom is the reason she’s such a fashionista, claiming, “It’s funny because I also have fashion in my blood.” She goes on to say, “My mother’s family owned a shop called Tavelman’s on Wilshire Boulevard. They designed suits and clothing for so many actors her in town, starting in the 1930s. My mom would help out in the store when she was little. So it’s nice to share these passions with my family.”
Lily loves to talk fashion, but tries to keep mum about her love life – which is hard to do when you’re romantically linked to Nick Jonas. But Nick isn’t saying much either. When grilled about the relationship on the red carpet at a pre-Super Bowl party this past Friday, Nick kept his comments short. A reporter for Entertainment Tonight asked the 23-year-old singer if he could comment on the relationship to which Nick simply replied, “I can’t at all. At all.” Nick might have pleaded the fifth as he’s been recently seen with 36-year-old Kate Hudson. It’s always the quiet ones, isn’t it?
Nick’s romantic life is starting to resemble an old Three’s Company episode where Jack ends up with two dates scheduled for the same night. There are definitely some levels to his love (see what I did there?) You do have to give it to Nick though, as he’s already covered his bases for Valentine’s Day. He told E! News why he wasn’t celebrating the special day, telling the reporter, “It’s right before the Grammys, so there’s a lot of stuff happening in L.A., so I’ve gotta concentrate.” How convenient, huh?

Jaimie Alexander has a great publicist. A few years ago, I could barely pick Jaimie out of a line-up, and now she?s killing red carpets, getting major magazine covers and starring in her own network drama. Of course, her role on Blindspot is causing drama, but that just ups her name-recognition even more. Plus, she?s engaged to Peter Facinelli, which? er, good luck with that! Anyway, Jaimie covers the new issue of Shape Magazine and she comes across as a very tough woman. Physically tough, resilient, strong. It?s nice ? most actresses spend their interviews talking about yoga, diets and Pilates. Jaimie talks about boxing, wrestling, push-up competitions and eating all the time.
Skinny is so not her goal in life. “I pretty much eat all day to keep my strength up. I?m primarily a vegetarian who has an occasional side of fish. When I trained for the movie Thor, there were days when I was burning 4,000 calories and I had to slam lots of protein shakes. Now my day starts with a green shake called Garden of Plenty, which is packed with superfoods and grains. When I?m working, craft services makes me these amazing gluten-free wraps with lots of vegetables and ?vegannaisse? or hummus. I generally keep my diet pretty healthy, but if there?s pizza, I?ll eat it. And I will knock back a beer or some bourbon, too. I don?t deprive myself. And I hate being skinny. It?s not a good look for me. When I eat well and work out, I?m truly at my best.”
She was a wrestler in high school. “In competition, I only went up against females, but I trained with the guys because there weren?t enough girls on my school team. All the discipline and perseverance I have now comes from that sport. I get through all the intense physical training for Blindspot because of what I learned from wrestling.”
She learned to box with Chris Hemsworth. “I wasn?t very healthy in my twenties?I sat around and ate a lot of crap, and my weight peaked at 150 pounds. Then I got the part in Thor. I felt as if I had a whole new purpose in life. I was like, I can do this, but I was so out of shape. Chris and I started boxing to train for our roles, and I became the athlete I was in high school. I lost 20 pounds and packed on a ton of muscle.”
On her pushup contest with Arnold Schwarzenegger: ?I made a movie called The Last Stand with Arnold, and everybody went to the gym together. It was super intimidating to work out with him because he was curling a gazillion pounds, but I did it. On set, the crew had a perfect push-up contest, which Arnold supervised. I lost, but I learned that I can do 25 of them, so I felt pretty good about it.?
On getting (glued) into character: ?When I read the script for Blindspot, I said, Wow, this ticks all my boxes.? The character is vulnerable but tough. The role uses my sports and fighting background. And my character?s body is a massive canvas with an endless number of tattoos. They?re actually glued onto me. The first time I got all the tattoos applied, my body kind of went into shock because my skin ? my largest organ ? was covered with glue! But once I relaxed, it was extraordinary, especially when I caught sight of myself in the mirror. Every Friday I take off the tattoos, and every Monday we put them on again. This has been such a cool role for me to play because honestly, if I weren?t an actress, I?d be fully sleeved with tattoos anyway.?
On being engaged to a vampire: ?I never saw myself getting married or having children. It just wasn?t on my agenda. But being with Peter [Facinelli, who played a vampire in the Twilight series] is the best-case scenario, because he has these three beautiful kids and I?m so happy to be in their lives.?

She comes across as very matter-of-fact, direct and dare I say, butch. That?s not a slam ? people always say that I?m butch, that I write, think and talk like a dude. So I recognize that quality in other women and I don?t think it?s a put-on in Jaimie?s case. She also tells the magazine that her current workout is called The Prison Workout, and she trained with a Navy SEAL for Blindspot. She really IS that tough.

Kanye West?s NYFW Yeezy show is today, so we?ll either have those photos for you later today or maybe tomorrow, depending on when we get the pics. Until then, please enjoy these photos of Kim Kardashian looking like an uncomfortable hot mess in NYC on Wednesday. Kim arrived in New York a few days ago, and this trip is the first time she?s been significantly pap?d since giving birth to Saint West back in December.
I actually feel for Kim. I know that?s an unpopular opinion, but there it is. She?s radiating discomfort in these photos and you just know she would have preferred to stay at her mom?s house with the baby and not have to pour herself into some too-tight and mostly-sheer clothes. She felt like she had to come to New York to support Kanye, because he?s a tantrum-prone child who would have thrown a hissy fit if his wifey didn?t come. Now, all that being said? no one would have cared one iota if she wanted to wander around NYC in sweatpants and an oversized sweater, you know? She didn?t have to wear THIS. And no, I have no idea if that coat is real fur or fake. I suspect it?s real? She?s worn real fur before.
To coincide with her return to the public sphere, Kim posted an update on her subscription app about her current headspace. She sounds really tired.
“I’m up at 4 a.m., pumping and delirious, hiding in my daughter’s closet because if she sees I snuck out of her bed, she will start to cry. My mom would always say, about having kids: ‘One is like one, and two are like twenty.’ I never really understood that until now. When I had North, all I did was feed and sleep. This time around, I get no sleep. Every waking second that I’m not with the baby, I’m with North. I actually think the harder parts aren’t with the newborn but with the toddler! I feel like I go into overdrive to give my daughter attention and make her feel loved.”
“Kanye is super helpful, taking North out to dinners (just them!), and I’m so lucky North looks up to Penelope a lot. She also has a baby brother so she gives North the best advice.”
“It’s definitely been challenging feeding the baby in between getting myself ready and getting my daughter ready. Being late and running behind gives me anxiety, but I know we will soon get into the perfect groove and just figure it out. My mom did, my sister did?and I will, too.”

I know she probably has nannies and night nurses and tons of help, but I don?t know? this feels real to me. She?s trying to figure out how to balance having two kids under the age of three. I also think it?s cute that North is so tight with her cousin Penelope, that?s really sweet. Still, someone needs to give Kim a strong cup of coffee and tell her that she doesn?t need to wear these kinds of outfits right now.
