She?s at a time in her life where she can make her own decisions, and it sounds like Miley Cyrus has decided to hold off on college.
On Monday morning (May 24), the 17-year-old star told Q100?s Bert Show, ?My sister went to NDSU in Nashville, so I?d probaby want to be there with all my friends, but I?m not gonna go to college right now.?
Defending her decision, Cyrus added, ?I am a firm believer that you can go back at any age you want, because my grandma went back to college at 62 years old.?
And of her latest music video, ?Can?t Be Tamed,? Miley said, "My song is clearly about breaking free and being out of a cage and being able to be truly who you are.?

Opening up for a new episode of "Nightline," Kourtney Kardashian has confessed that she's gone under the knife to boost her appearance.
Talking to co-anchor Cynthia McFadden, the E! reality star tells, "I have had breast implants, but it's so funny cause it's not a secret, I could care less."
In the same interview, set to air tonight (May 24) at 11:35PM ET, Kourtney's sister Kim tells that she's had work done - though she hasn't touched her nose r boobs.
Kim dishes, "But what's funny is about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done. ... I went to a doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't-- It-- I wouldn't look the same."

After her court hearing this morning, Lindsay Lohan was fitted with the degenerate must-have accessory for summer 2010 — an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet officially known as a SCRAM device. You might remember that Lindsay wore one voluntarily after her first DUI arrest in 2007. Like kidskin gloves and fedoras, some accessories never go out of style. According to People Magazine
[In addition to wearing the SCRAM bracelet], Lohan will also be subject to weekly random drug testing and is forbidden from drinking any alcohol as conditions for the actress to remain free on bail.
After Judge Revel set the conditions, Lohan’s attorney said that Lohan has “a number of photo shoots” and asked that in lieu of the ankle bracelet, Lohan be subject to random alcohol testing since the device would interfere with filming.
The judge flatly denied the request.
The judge also warned Lohan that a missed drug test “is the same as a dirty test” and ordered her to continue attending alcohol education courses once a week. The actress [was then] fitted with the bracelet.
A new hearing date, to determine if she violated the terms of her probation, was set for July 6. If found in violation, the DA is seeking up to six months in jail for the actress.
The great thing about cocaine is that it’s out of your system in 24 hours, so Lindsay can toot it up all she wants at the beginning of the week and still pass a drug test at the end of the week. That is, unless they’re testing for the metabolite benzoylecgonine, a substance that can linger in the body for up to thirty days after the ingestion of cocaine, in which case she’d be totally fucked. *cough* HINT, HINT *cough*.

Stepping out to face the consequences of her actions, Lindsay Lohan made her way to the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Monday morning (May 24).
Joined by lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, the "Mean Girls" star was escorted inside to see Judge Marsha Revel on a bail hearing.
While she won't be heading to the slammer, Miss Lohan was pretty much denied every other request in which she made.
As for the requirements, Lindsay must begin wearing the SCRAM bracelet within 24 hours while also attending alcohol education classes at least one time every week and submitting to random drug testing at an undisclosed location.
Arguing that the court's requirements would interfere with photo shoot and movie filming duties, Chapman Holley was quickly quieted by the testy judge.
Meanwhile, Judge Revel proceeded to schedule a hearing set for July 6th, at which time it will be determined whether or not Lohan already violated probation.
If at any time she happens to slip up, the 23-year-old would face 180 days in jail.

Lindsay Lohan finally made it into court today for a long overdue hearing after “losing” her passport and being forced to party in Cannes for an additional few days. The “actress” recently gave a typically delusional interview in which she denied that she should go to rehab or jail, and cried that she would have to miss her brother’s graduation in order to attend a court date that needed to be rescheduled due to her own negligence. As part of the terms of remaining free after posting $100,000 bail, Lindsay is ordered not to drink alcohol and to wear a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet to ensure that she complies. She’ll also have to submit to random drug testing. She’s still due to attend a hearing determining whether she violated the terms of her probation. That’s scheduled for July 6, and could result in six months jail time if she’s found guilty.
Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to refrain from drinking or doing drugs … and if she dares to try she could end up behind bars.
Judge Marsha Revel laid down the law during a hearing this AM in Beverly Hills court. Judge Revel told Lindsay in order to stay free on bail, she cannot drink alcohol, she must wear a SCRAM device and she must submit to random drug testing.
Lindsay must begin wearing the SCRAM bracelet within 24 hours.
Lindsay must also attend all scheduled alcohol ed classes at least once a week.
Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, began to object to the conditions, but when the judge said she would state out loud all the reasons why the conditions were appropriate — Holley backed off and accepted the conditions.
And the judge indicated Lindsay must stay in the L.A. area — which will get in the way of shooting a movie in Texas. The judge basically said, tough luck.
Mind you … the conditions the judge imposed must be met in order for Lindsay to remain free on bail. The judge is also scheduling a hearing to determine if Lindsay has violated her probation — the date for the hearing is July 6.
If the judge decides Lindsay violated her probation by not attending her alcohol ed program as required … she could be jailed for 180 days.

Do you think Lindsay is going to make it a whole six weeks without doing drugs or taking a drink? I doubt it. Maybe she’ll wind up in jail and detoxing in much harsher conditions than she could ever imagine. If there is anyone who is still looking out for her, and if they still have the cash to do so, they’ll get her into rehab now before she ends up locked up for months. Almost everyone left around her except her creepy dad is in denial, though. There are rumors that Lindsay’s mom has reached out to her ex girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, to help. That’s a start and suggests that the situation is starting to dawn on Dina. I forsee Lindsay throwing another drink in Sam’s face before she goes to rehab. And then her little ankle bracelet will start beeping and she’ll be hauled off to the slammer, the whole thing being Sam’s fault for making her throw the drink.

Dolly Parton was on Oprah last Friday and while she looked like a comic book version of herself I have to say that she was awesome. Dolly has such a wonderful view of life, and of herself. She was promoting the 25th anniversary of Dollywood and Oprah did a whole piece on Dolly’s evolution through the years. You could see Dolly gradually getting more plastic over the years, but she’s always had that great big heart that kind of shines through all that Barbie-like dazzle. Dolly told a funny story about how she entered a real life Dolly Parton drag queen lookalike contest unbeknownst to the judges - and lost! She also talked about her marriage of 44 years. She said it works because she has an agreement with her husband that he can stay out of the spotlight as long as he wants to. As for the rumors that she has an open marriage, she did say that once but claims it’s about letting her husband pursue his own interests and that she’d kill him if that involved another woman:

Dolly and her husband, Carl, have been married 44 years.”I met him the day I got to Nashville back in 1964,” she says. “I wasn’t a star then, so I’ve never had to worry that he loves me because I’m a star and I’ve got money or make money or whatever. I know he loves me for me, and that means a lot to me.”
It’s been rumored that Dolly and Carl have an open marriage, but Dolly says statements she’s made in the past have been taken out of context. “That just means we let each other be who we are and how we are. But I’d kill him if I knew he was with somebody,” she jokes. “We love people. He knows I’m a flirt and a tease, but it’s harmless. I’ve never met the man that would take his place.”
Dolly says respect for her husband’s character is the reason Carl lives his life out of the spotlight. “Early on in my career, I’d won [Song of the Year] in 1966, and I asked him to go with me. … He was so uncomfortable,” she says. “He said: ‘Now I want you to do everything you want to do. I want you to enjoy every minute of your life. But don’t you ever ask me to go to another one of these things. Because I am not going.’”
Dolly says she never asked him to make another public appearance. “He’s proud of me. He’s just basically shy about things like that. He doesn’t like crowds,” she says. “And I respect his privacy. I respect the fact that he loves to be out of the limelight. That’s one of the reasons I think we’ve lasted so long.”
On losing a Dolly Parton lookalike contest
Dolly admits she once lost a Dolly Parton lookalike contest in Santa Monica. “Lots of drag queens dress up on Halloween like Dolly, and that was back when everybody was dressing like Cher or like me. So I thought how fun would this be?” she says. “I just kind of over-exaggerated everything I am?bigger hair, bigger beauty mark, bigger boobs, if you can imagine.”
Standing just over 5 feet without heels, Dolly says she was the smallest contestant there. “Here all these big drag queens are at least 6 feet tall with their high heels,” she says. “I was kind of lost in the shuffle. They didn’t take me serious at all.”
Dolly ended up coming in second place. “I did it just for fun,” she says. “It was just fun to tell the story.”

Dolly also explained that she even cooks on the bus and is currently on a low-carb diet during the week and eats what she wants on the weekends. I love Dolly!

Cheryl - who moved Joan into her marital home while she was still living with her now estranged husband Ashley Cole - said: “My mum’s a great person. When I was growing up, she was never somebody who commented on other women. You know you hear women commenting on other women in a mean way? My mother was never like that. Everybody is lovely in her eyes.”
The Girls Aloud singer accepts she is now a role model to thousands of women, but it is something she is comfortable with and proud of.
She added in an interview with Style magazine: “If you could just give me one word to be, ‘inspirational’ would be the one. I want to inspire women to make the best of themselves. Like, one woman, said to me, ‘I’ve got you on my fridge door to inspire me to go to the gym,’ and I felt like that about Britney Spears when she did ‘I’m a Slave 4 You’. So to think that I can be inspiring someone like that - or in any kind of way - is great.”

The ?American Pie? babe looked lovely as she meandered around the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in a simple-yet-sexy purple dress with black heels.
In a new interview, Tara opens up about her botched plastic surgery procedures. "First of all, I asked for big Bs, and he did not give me big Bs. He gave me Cs, and I didn't want them. Right after the surgery, I had some bumps along the edges of my nipples, but the doctor said, 'Don't worry, it's going to be better.' But after six months of 'it's going to get better,' it started to get worse and worse."
"I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted, I'm not going to lie - a six-pack. I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing."

The beautiful blonde businesswoman looked amazing in a striking red dress as she arrived at the Trump SoHo for the event.
And of course, the man of the night, besides ?The Donald,? was Bret Michaels who literally climbed out of his hospital bed to be there.
Michaels won the season?s $250,000 prize for the American Diabetes Association, and looked to be in good spirits despite his recent brain hemorrhage/warning stroke medical drama.

Jumping back into her career as a judge, Paula Abdul is set to work on a brand new show on CBS.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former ?American Idol? judge will be the lead judge, executive producer, creative partner, mentor and coach on ?Got to Dance? which is based on an already popular British dance competition.
The new show will involve everything from "ballroom to breakdance, bhangra to ballet and tap to tango." The acts will compete before a panel of judges, and viewers will vote for their favorites during the semifinals and finals.
The program is likely to be a mid-season replacement, which could mean that Ms Abdul will go head-to-head with ?American Idol? in 2011.

It always surprises me when someone I consider to be a mess turns up somewhere looking healthy and pulled-together. It was just a few months ago that several sources had Kirsten Dunst chugging straight vodka all the time and basically giving Lindsay Lohan a run for her money. While that still may be the case, Kiki spent several days in Cannes, and she looked really pulled together and healthy. Granted, I still don?t care for her style in general, and Kiki?s red carpet appearances have more of the same vintagey, precious, too-old looks. I have to think that this black bikini probably did the most for Kiki?s image, you know? She looks healthy and pretty in the bikini, on the beach in a candid photo. On the red carpet, she looks like a drugged-out vampire most of the time.
When CB saw Kiki?s red carpet photos, she mistook her for Kate Moss, a woman who is eight years older, but living the same hard-knock/hard-drug life Kiki allegedly is. But if Kiki cleans up so well for a wholesome beach photo, then maybe it is just crappy styling. You decide:

I was drawn to these photos because A) Kourtney is making a mega-bitchface in most of the red carpet photos and B) Kourtney looks like she went to Kim?s plastic surgeon. As I?m looking more closely at Kourtney though, maybe not? Maybe I had just gotten used to seeing Kourt with the baby weight, and she?s lost the weight, so her face thinned out. Plus, her hair is pulled so tight it?s like a no-surgery facelift. Although? in last week?s In Touch Weekly, there was a story about Scott Disick making fun of Kourtney?s post-baby body, and how she was considering a tummy tuck. Did Kourt go through with it? I doubt it, actually. I think she lost the weight the old fashioned way - through her family?s deal with the Trim Spa devil.
Oh, yeah, and Kim is there too. She does not look as plasticy as she has been lately. Maybe she eased up on the Botox and fillers?
Fun fact: Kendra Wilkinson?s sex tape is already outselling Kim Kardashian?s, and Kendra?s is only in pre-sales at this point. Ha!
One last non-story: Socialite Life pointed out that Kim bitch-slapped a business on Twitter - apparently, the business is some kind of specialty phone-bedazzling service, and Kim sent them her phone and they haven?t sent it back? I was trying to read Kim?s Twitter feed, but I got a headache with all of the TrimSpa ads. This is honestly how Kim spends her days. Fighting over bedazzled phones, standing beside a bitchfaced sister on the red carpet, getting some Botox. Ah, the life!

The ?Mean Girls? babe did a video interview yesterday (May 23) in which she stated that she?s in compliance with the judge?s terms of probation and isn?t anticipating any push back from the court.
