Searching for a piece of real estate, Kim Kardashian stepped out in New York City on Friday afternoon (June 27).
Rocking a nude dress that flaunted her famous curves, the ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians? babe looked at a prospective apartment on Mercer St and was greeted by a mob of cameras and fans.
In regards to her E! series, the latest clip to hit the web dates back to when Kim and her momma Kris Jenner hit up the Vienna Opera Ball.
While at the swanky affair, a man in black face came up to the newlywed and introduced himself as Kanye West. Watch the uncomfortable footage below.

She famously split up the marriage of her ?Snow White and the Huntsman? director Rupert Sanders and it doesn?t look like Kristen Stewart will be returning for round two.
According to The Wrap, the ?Twilight Saga: New Moon? babe isn?t expected to reprise her role and even if she does, it will only be a small cameo.
Meanwhile, Sanders is also steering clear of the project, as ?Walking Dead? creator Frank Darabont has been tapped to man the helm.
On the positive side, both Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron have signed on for the sequel, slated to hit theaters in May 2016.

The heiress played around with a long blond wig and blunt bangs as she stomped around on set wearing a bondage-inspired ensemble and a teetering pair of heels. Heavy black eye makeup and long red nails polished off the edgy look.

He?s not usually a big fan of going out in public, but Leonardo DiCaprio didn?t seem to care about being photographed while strolling around SoHo, New York City on Thursday afternoon (June 26).
Sporting a blue top and khaki cargo shorts, the ?Wolf of Wall Street? stud looked to be a bit downcast as he ran errands and chatted with a male fan all by his lonesome.
Over the weekend, Leo?s model friend Katie Cleary estranged husband Andrew Stern shot himself at a shooting range in California. Stern allegedly suspected that Cleary and DiCaprio were romantically involved when they were seen together at the Cannes Film Festival.
An insider told press, ?I don't think she did anything with Leonardo. She was very passionate about her animals, she did a documentary called Give Me Shelter, so everyone she meets she is handing out DVDs, so I think with Leo she was just pushing her animal agenda.?
?She works non-stop on animal stuff. Leo has that girlfriend so I don't think anything happened between them at all. At the same time [Katie's] being shot by the paparazzi at a film festival and [Andrew] is at home dealing with all the mental stuff, so it probably did not help.?

Clearing the slate, save for veteran Whoopi Goldberg, ?The View? is letting go of Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy.
According to an insider, the popular talk show?s bosses were unable to find acceptable terms to keep Shepherd on board, and Ms. McCarthy is getting the boot as they?re ?moving in a new direction creatively.?
Sherri took to her Twitter account with her announcement- "The number 7 is God?s number of completion & after 7 seasons my time at The View is now complete! So grateful 2 every1 4 their love & support? Incredibly grateful to my second mom Barbara Walters for pushing me beyond my comfort zone ? it's been amazing doing it scared! #joy.?
Shepherd also released a statement to Deadline-"After careful consideration, it is time for me to move on. I am extremely grateful to Barbara Walters and Bill Gedde for giving me the opportunity. I look forward to the business opportunities that lay ahead for me and I am incredibly grateful to my View family and my fans for supporting me on this journey."
Meanwhile, the ?Singled Out? star tried to make it sound like it was her own decision to depart. McCarthy tweeted, ?If Sherri goes ... I go too. #sisters? My View will be changing too. As will with many hard working folks. Thanks to everyone at the show for your dedication and an amazing year ... We will be back."

Joined by sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie and Kendall Jenner, the ?Disaster Movie? actress was stunning in a black halter-style gown.
As part of the popular ?Throwback Thursday? theme on social media, Kim shared a pair of photos from her past.
One shot featured Bruce Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian, with the caption, "#TBT Shooting an infomercial with Bruce, @kourtneykardash @courtenaysemel #1992 #11yearsold.?
And the other photo was from 1981 and included both Kim and her sister Kourtney, both dressed in ruffled collars!

It?s been a rough 24 hours for Shia Labeouf and this morning (June 27) the ?Constantine? actor was definitely disheveled as he exited the Midtown Police Station in New York City.
The 28-year-old star sported bedhead along with a blue t-shirt, dark jeans and work boots as he began walking up the sidewalk, surrounded by reporters.
Last night (June 26) Shia was arrested for being wasted and smoking a cigarette while attending a performance of ?Cabaret? at Studio 54.
LaBeouf was hauled out of the Broadway theater, booked, and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. He?ll face the judge on July 24th.

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian out and about in NYC yesterday. She?s no longer trying to punk everyone with that stupid blonde wig. Good. She looks awful with blonde hair. Many of you claimed in yesterday?s post that Kim didn?t even bring North West to NYC with her, that she only pretended to bring North by strutting around with a covered-up baby carrier at LAX. Media Takeout claimed that Kim was just carting around a carrier full of towels. Er? I?m not sure if I believe that. I?ll believe a lot of conspiracies involving Lucifer?s Favorite Family, but I?m not sure about that one.
As for these photos? God, I?m still trying to figure out Kim?s body. Kim has been stepping out a lot over the past week, and in nearly every photo, she looks like she?s gained a lot of weight since the wedding. But then in these photos, she looks sleek and slender. WTF? But the face ? the face still looks like wax. And who wears suede in the middle of a heat wave? I bet her butt crack is like a swamp.
Meanwhile, did you hear about the weird comparison that Newt Gingrich made between Hillary Clinton and Kim Kardashian? At first I only heard the headline, and I thought it was going to be another lame attempt to try to make a Democratic politician seem like a ?celebrity.? But Newt?s full comment is actually kind of funny, because he references a hilarious Kardashian story from a few years ago and the comparison in context actually made me chuckle.
Wait, what?! Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich compared former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to Kim Kardashian on CNN’s Crossfire on Tuesday, June 24.
“You have to understand the problem Bill has,” Gingrich started while discussing how former President Bill Clinton came out defending his wife, Clinton, who recently revealed they were “dead broke” when they left the White House. “Bill is to politics what Fred Astaire is to dancing, he is just automatically amazing and he wants to have Ginger Rogers out there dancing,” the former House Speaker went on.
“Instead [with Hillary Clinton] it?s a little bit like watching Kim Kardashian get kicked off the stage by Prince because she couldn?t dance,” he concluded in reference to when the reality star was booted off stage by the iconic singer in 2011 at a concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City. (In case you missed it, Mrs. West was invited on stage by Prince, until she started dancing and he yelled, “Get off the stage!”)
Gingrich didn’t stop there. When it came to politics and the former First Lady, the 71-year-old continued his dance metaphor.
“I think there?s a big problem, because I don?t think, as a candidate, that [she] dances very well,” Gingrich said.

Right? I don?t know, I thought this was funny. I know Newt is slamming Hillary, but he does have a point and I appreciate the fact that Newt actually reads celebrity blogs (right?!). That?s why people call Bill Clinton ?The Big Dog.? Bill can get away with anything because he?s one of the greatest political ?dancers? ever. And there?s Hillary, getting surly for absolutely no reason with Terry Gross. Who gets surly with Terry Gross?!!?!?! Bill is totally like Prince ? ?Get off the stage!!!?

He?s no stranger to controversy and Shia Labeouf will likely face jail time after being hauled out of a Broadway theater and arrested by the NYPD last night (June 26).
The ?Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen? hunk reportedly cussed up a storm, smoked a cigarette and caused a massive disturbance during a performance of ?Cabaret? at Studio 54.
Following the first act, Johnny Law apprehended LaBeouf and took him out of the building in handcuffs, en route to the nearby midtown north police station.
After the incident, actor Benj Pasek tweeted, "Just saw Shia Labeouf in handcuffs in tears surrounded by 6 police officers outside of CABARET the musical. Oh New York, u is a crazy b*tch.?
And Danny Burstein, who stars in ?Cabaret,? shared an update on Facebook- "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your places call for Act II. Also, to let you know, Shia Labeouf has just been escorted from the building in handcuffs."
At this point, Shia has been charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

And along with the ?awwww?-worthy snapshot, Cox added the thrilling caption, ?I?m engaged to him!?
Back in April, Courtney gushed over her man at the premiere of a film she directed called ?Just Before I Go.? ?I've had a lot more support from him than him just being here tonight. Snow Patrol wrote three original songs for this movie. I'm really fortunate. It's amazing, all the musical things that he brought to it. I couldn't be happier. It really elevates the film in so many ways."

It was just last week when Lindsay Lohan gave a completely delusional and crack-lie-tastic interview to the NY Times where she claimed that she was preparing to do David Mamet?s Speed-the-Plow on stage in London. The Cracken then followed up on that claim by posting a selfie outside of what appeared to be the stage door of Her Majesty?s Theatre, and announcing that she was heading into her first day of read-throughs. Many of us (including me) wondered aloud if Lindsay was living in a crack-delusion bubble so intense that she really didn?t even realize that she was lying. Well, guess what? She wasn?t lying. She actually got cast in Speed-the-Plow.
The much-in-the-news screen star Lindsay Lohan will make her professional stage debut this fall in David Mamet’s Speed-the-Plow at London?s Playhouse Theatre. Performances will begin Sept. 24 and continue through Nov. 29. Opening night is scheduled for Oct. 2. Lindsay Posner directs. Additional casting will be announced at a later time.
“When a hugely bankable star agrees to appear in a sure-fire commercial hit, film producers Bobby Gould and Charlie Fox are convinced this is the break of a lifetime,” according to press notes. “That is until Karen (played by Lindsay Lohan), a temporary secretary, derails the dream. When she persuades Bobby to dump the blockbuster in favour of a story which can only be described as box-office poison, Charlie is forced to resort to desperate measures?.”

Everybody is already joking about how the understudy better be prepared, because she?s the one who will be performing the play for most of the run. But here?s what I honestly think: this play will never happen. It just won?t. It?s like almost every ?legit? career move Lindsay has made over the past five years. She throws her name out there, presumably to drum up financing for a project, but by attaching her name the project almost instantly becomes poison, something that no self-respecting professional would want any part of. Remember the Linda Lovelace bio-pic Lohan was supposed to star in? Remember the John Gotti bio-pic that Lohan was supposed to star in? Yeah. I will be shocked if September 24th rolls around and Lindsay is actually still in London, about to perform in a play.

If you?ve been reading her Goop-letters for a while, you may know that Gwyneth seems to have a huge assortment of holistic healers, yoga gurus, herbalists, pseudo-doctors and questionable ?specialists? available to her at a moment?s notice. She often promotes their work, their theories, their ?specialties? and their fake sciences on Goop, and I?m consistently amazed at just how many of them Gwyneth seems to know personally. Turns out, she would make Edina Monsoon balk at the sheer size of her health/beauty/body/soul entourage.
For Gwyneth Paltrow, it really does take a village to keep her forever young!
?Gwyneth has an army of people looking after her health,? says a source revealing that the actress keeps a battalion of 20 medical care providers on call, including an allergist, blood analyst, naturopath and osteopath Vicky Vlachonis, whose actual skill set is murky.
She also has a stress-relief team comprising a meditation teacher, a yoga guru, a Qi Gong expert and not one but four different massage therapists for cupping, Rolfing, hot stones and shiatsu.
And while Gwyn touts herself as a kitchen all-star, her lithe figure is really due to her four nutritionists, three personal trainers and ?detox advocate? Dr. Alejandro Junger, who puts her on his signature cleanses.
?If anyone balks at all her gurus, she fires back that with her high-profile lifestyle, it?s necessary. Gwyneth should be the healthiest human walking the planet based on all the medical support she has!?

??Vicky Vlachonis, whose actual skill set is murky?? Let?s be real, almost all of these jobs are very ?murky.? I actually had to look up ?Rolfing? because I thought it was just the elite way of saying Gwyneth has an eating disorder (?She doesn?t have bulimia, darling, she just Rolfs.?) Does anyone else find it funny that Gwyneth doesn?t have a GP (general practitioner)? It doesn?t seem like ANY of the ?20 medical care providers on call? actually have a medical degree from an accredited medical school. Granted, I bet many of these healers have PhDs in Feelings from Sunbeam Granola University.
Sigh? this whole thing makes me sad. This is the very definition of #FirstWorldProblems. And what?s worse is that Gwyneth is only paying these people to tell her what she wants to hear ? I doubt her health situation is any better or worse than the average peasant on the street. It might even be worse considering all of those stupid cleanses.

Meanwhile, Candice previously shared that she likes bringing her hair regimen to the beach with her while on holiday. ?Because I'm in the ocean all the time, I use a lot of different oils and conditioning creams on my hair. In Brazil it's very normal to take products and your brush to the beach, people dye their hair... so I take all of my conditioning treatments to the beach when I'm there.?
