Stepping out for a morning outing, Gwen Stefani was spotted making her way to the gym for a workout in London on Friday (December 11).
Braving the cold winter weather, the No Doubt frontwoman bundled up in a warm winter coat as she strolled past the always-present paparazzi.
Meanwhile, Gwen and her bandmates have been the subjects of a countersuit via Activision after they sued the video game company for the misuse of their likenesses in the Band Hero game.
In the counterclaim, filed on December 3 in United States District Court in California, Activision said that “members of the group participated in motion capture sessions, knowing that these would be used to create playable avatars.”
According to NY Times reports, the counterclaim added that “it is publicly known that certain users of Guitar Hero video games are able to ‘unlock’ in-game characters and then can choose to play songs performed by other artists using ‘unlocked’ characters.”

After giving birth to a baby boy earlier in the week, Gisele Bundchen has now sold her New York City townhouse for a cool $13.95 million.
The Brazilian beauty, who has been house hunting in Boston with NFL star husband Tom Brady, bought the townhouse for $5.8m in 2005.
The four-bedroom, six-bath property in Manhattan’s West Village has seven wood-burning fireplaces and even an elevator.
The sale comes just a month after she sold a Manhattan penthouse apartment for $4.4 million, according to Boston Herald reports.
The couple has also listed their home in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood on the marker for an asking price of $10.9 million.

Matt Damon is out there pushing his new movie, Invictus, which I think looks awesome. It?s the true story of Nelson Mandela?s attempt (and success) to use the South African Rugby team?s bid to win the Rugby World Cup to further the cause of racial and political peace. The film is getting wonderful reviews, and Matt is being singled out for his performance as South Africa?s rugby captain Francois Pienaar.
Beyond the politics of the film, Matt has always been known as an activist and advocate for leftie causes - and unlike some celebrities, he defends his positions with a lot of intelligence, and without degrading the political discussion into nastiness and name-calling. Actually, he was kind of mean about Sarah Palin when he was interviewed last year, but as it turns out, he wasn’t even as harsh as many Republicans turned out to be, so whatever. Anyway, Matt was discussing the movie and he dropped this bombshell (not really): he thinks Nelson Mandela is ?the greatest political leader in the world in our lifetime.?
No world leader has ever surpassed the accomplishments of former South African President Nelson Mandela. So says actor Matt Damon, who plays rugby team captain Francois Pienaar in Clint Eastwood’s Nelson Mandela film, “Invictus,” which opens nationwide Friday.
?Mandela convinced everybody to not go to war. That involves a lot of personal responsibility,” Damon told Tarts at last week?s Los Angeles premiere. “South Africa had the greatest political leader in the world in our lifetime. Period.?
The film covers the months in 1995 after Nelson Mandela was elected president of South Africa after decades of white apartheid rule, a time during which the country was close to devolving into civil war.
Damon says that Mandela couldn’t save his country alone, though.
?There was responsibility taken by the citizens as well, that?s a lesson for the rest of the world about how to handle conflict.?
Handling conflict is something Damon, 39, is getting more practice with as his two daughters get older. But Damon couldn’t be happier with his situation.
?It?s so great as any father of girls will tell you,” Damon gushed. “It?s the best.?

In other Matt Damon news, he really, really, really wants Tina Fey to write him a part on 30 Rock. There?s even a rumor going around Entertainment Weekly and Buddy TV that it?s going to happen. Matt totally geeked out about 30 Rock and Tina Fey when asked about it, telling EW (via Buddy TV): ?I would do [30 Rock] in a heartbeat if they asked me to come on. I have not been approached about doing it. She should call my people — or even better me. Or I could call her. Let’s make this happen. Tina is a brilliant comedy writer. My wife and I download that show in bulk. That’s actually one of the downsides to working so much this year; I have fallen behind on this season. But we love that show, so if she has a part for me, I’m game.” After Tina got to pretend date Jon Hamm, I?m not sure if I want Liz Lemon to get Matt Damon. But they don?t necessarily have to write him in as a love interest. The sky?s the limit! By the way, how cute was Julianne Moore last night? Her Boston accent was rough at times, but I just love the hell out of her!

We heard last week that Nicole Richie would produce and star in a new sitcom for ABC. That’s fair enough, we’ve already seen that Richie can be funny, albeit by being rude and mean, on her scripted reality show with Paris Hilton, “The Simple Life.” Maybe Richie has changed since becoming a mother and is ready to show that she’s a gentler person who can find humor in everyday life. We have yet to see if she can act, though.
There’s a new report in the National Enquirer that suggests that Richie might be sinking her big chance at sitcom stardom before it’s begun. She’s said to be besties with Ashlee Simpson and to be offering Simpson a major role on the show. Ashlee can’t act her way out of a paper bag and this is a huge mistake on Richie’s part. I have a hard time sitting through Ashlee’s scenes on Melrose Place and I love that trashy soap opera.
Nicole Richie has a generous Christmas gift for BFF Ashlee Simpson-Wentz - a co-starring role on her ABC sitcom…
“Nicole promised Ashlee that writers would craft a central role for her,” revealed the source. The two women and their children spend a lot of time socializing together, and Nicole decided she’d like to work with her close friend.
Nicole’s generous offer could not have come at a better time for Ashlee.
The 25 year-old former pop star is still being devastated over being uncermoniously axed from “Melrose Place” just two months into the season. She made her Broadway debut on Nov. 30, taking on the role of Roxie Hart in a revival of “Chicago,” but her planned 10-week-run ends in February.
Again, have these writers not seen the Melrose Place reboot? Ashlee’s character is being killed off for a good reason. The girl thinks that acting involves widening her eyes and scrunching up her mouth. I hope that someone tells Richie that she’ll have to have a real actress as co-star instead of a friend. If not, this series is surely doomed. Why doesn’t Ashlee go back to making mediocre pop music? I thought she was trying to pass herself off as a singer, not an actress. Musical theater is also a decent route for her, but not acting.

After greeting fans lining the Ed Sullivan Theatre entrance, the “Fool’s Gold” actress headed inside to promote her new movie, “Nine,” which hits theaters on December 25th.

Getting the day started with a retail outing, Victoria Beckham was spotted heading out of her luxury hotel in Paris, France on Friday (December 11).
The former Spice Girl was decked out in a stylish white winter coat with red heels, proceeding to hit the City of Light’s shopping district.
Meanwhile, Miss Beckham recently opened up with Women’s Wear Daily about her past - telling that she was “mentally and physically” abused by other children.
“I was mentally and physically bullied when I was at school and that gave me a very thick skin,” Victoria said.
“The only reason for me bringing that up is I have always been a fighter. I have always had to work very, very hard with everything I do. That is just my work ethic,” she added.

The night before, Fergie and Josh were spotted at the Hollywood premiere of her new film “Nine,” along with costars Penelope Cruz and Nicole Kidman.
Of the experience of working on the film with such major Hollywood stars, Fergie revealed, “I have to say that it was very intimidating flying there, going to my dressing room and going to the set – but once I got there everyone was so normal and down to earth that it was cool. The ice was broken. When I walked in it was basically me and Daniel-Day Lewis and … I’m having to be at the piano, singing ‘Be Italian’ in full voice in front of him and about a hundred other people. I had to get over it real quickly!”

Kendra Wilkinson went into labor yesterday, and she gave birth to a son early this morning via C-section. Kendra and husband Hank Baskett have confirmed that they are naming their son Hank Baskett IV, and the baby weighs 9 pounds, 5 ounces. Kendra gave birth in Indianapolis. Kendra had previously told US Weekly that the baby was unplanned: ?We always hinted to each other that we wouldn’t mind having kids soon. We weren’t trying, but we didn’t use a condom that night.” Kendra also admitted that her first pregnancy was very emotional, and that she was amazed by how much her boobs grew. The couple tells E! News that everyone is happy and healthy, and it sounds like everything went well:

The E! star and her NFL-player hubby Hank Baskett welcomed their first child together, son Hank Baskett IV, at 12:37 a.m. Friday in Indianapolis.
The wee one was delivered via C-section, weighing a robust 9 pounds, 5 ounces. (He is a football player’s son, after all.)
“We’re happy and healthy and enjoying every second with little Hank,” the proud parents exclusively tell E! News.
Hank, 27, and Kendra, 24, swapped vows in June in a glamorous ceremony at the Playboy Mansion, where the bride called home for four years?and where she met Hank (at the Playboy Scramble) in 2008.
Two of Kendra’s bridesmaids and former Girls Next Door costars, big spender Bridget Marquardt and Peep Show star Holly Madison, have also been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their pal’s little boy.
“I can’t wait to meet little Hank!” Holly told E!. “I am so excited for Kendra and Hank. They are going to have the best holiday ever!”
“This is what I call a Christmas gift that will keep on giving (and taking…lol)!!!” Bridget said in an email to E! News. “I wish both of them and little Hank Jr. a lifetime of joy and happiness! The only things I wonder…Can I help plan the birthday parties and how will they top this gift next Christmas???”
Added Kendra’s other onetime roommate, Hugh Hefner: “I send my love to Kendra, Hank and the baby on this memorable day.”
And they’ll take it.
After Hank was picked up by the Indianapolis Colts, the couple and their two dogs, Rascal and Martini, relocated from Philadelphia and are now living in the same gated community as Indiana Pacers star Jermaine O’Neal, though they plan on house-hunting in L.A. so that they can live there in the off-season.
“I never in my wildest dreams thought that little Hank would be born in Indianapolis,” Kendra told the Indianapolis Star.
“People come up to me, but it’s very different,” she said of living in the decidedly low-key (lower than L.A., at least) capital city. “They’re not all up in my grill. They’re very caring. Everybody’s been so helpful.”
Not that living in a town full of kind strangers has changed the former Playmate’s ribald sense of humor.
“I told Hank, ‘Do you know what you’re getting in your stocking this Christmas?’” she joked. “Not coal?well a little bit of that?but condoms. A whole lot of condoms. I want a little girl. In a couple of years.”

I don?t wish them ill, and I like how Kendra seemed to really calm down and take a step back once she got together with Hank. It seems Owen Wilson was recently in Caf Habana in Manhattan, and he became quite taken with the waitress, Monica Mateo. So he asked her out - only to be refused. Simple story, right? “Hollywood Hunk Gets Shut Down”. Not so much. It seems that Mateo?s boss got freaked out and tried to force her to go out with Owen Wilson, telling her ?You know what coffee means in Hollywood, right? . . . Don’t screw this up. Owen’s a good customer.? Yikes. Is he a manager or a pimp?
Turning down Owen Wilson for a date was bad for the career of a waitress at Cafe Habana, she claims.
Monica Mateo is suing the eco-friendly NoLIta eatery, claiming her hours were slashed after she rejected an offer by the “Butterscotch Stallion” to take her out for coffee, The Post’s Bruce Golding reports.
Mateo claims in a Manhattan federal court filing that restaurant manager Leslie Meenan went ballistic after learning of the snub, saying: “You know what coffee means in Hollywood, right? . . . Don’t screw this up. Owen’s a good customer.”
Mateo’s lawyer, Maimon Kirschenbaum, said the 30-something server already had a boyfriend and “had no interest” in the “Wedding Crashers” star, who once dated Kate Hudson. Cafe Habana owner Sean Meenan, Leslie’s brother, couldn’t be reached, and Wilson’s rep didn’t return our e-mails for comment.

Owen probably didn?t know anything about it, and from what little I know about him, he seems like the kind of guy who would be horrified that some waitress lost her job over his advances. According to reports, the former “Girls Next Door” star gave birth to Hank Baskett IV - who weighed in at an impressive 9 lbs 5 oz - via a C-section procedure on Friday morning in Indianapolis.
Letting everyone know that things went smoothly, an insider tells Us magazine, “Mother and baby are doing well. Kendra and Hank are very happy.”
Of her motherly duties, Miss Wilkinson previously told press, “I want to make sure that my boy knows I’m there every step of the way. I will be putting 100 percent of my love and time into my child.”

After being handed his award, Weintraub, who co-founded the nonprofit humanitarian organization Not On Our Watch Foundation with Clooney, Pitt, Damon, Don Cheadle and David Pressman, said, “When UNICEF came to me, and my friends came to me and asked me to do this, I said I will do it because of the crazy things going on in the world, and the help that we can give.”
