Here are some photos from last night?s LA premiere of Cloud Atlas. I kind of want to see this completely bizarre movie, just because I think it?s probably going to be a total mindf?k and sometimes I enjoy those kinds of movies. The film stars an assortment of talent including Halle Berry, Hugh Grant, Tom Hanks, Susan Sarandon, Ben Whishaw, Jim Broadbent, Hugo Weaving, and many, many more, all of whom play multiple characters within the intertwined storylines. I?ll be covering some of the dudes at the premiere in another post. For now, I just want to talk about Halle Berry and her date, Olivier Martinez? and I?ll talk about Susan Sarandon too, at the end.
Halle wore a metallic Dolce & Gabbana cocktail dress to the premiere. I mean? she looks beautiful. She ALWAYS looks beautiful. But she has worn versions of this dress 20 million times before over the course of the past 15 years. This is one of her go-to looks ? a strapless cocktail dress, beautifully tailored, with interesting earrings. You could say that she definitely knows what looks good on her, and she totally does. But it gets boring.
As for Halle and Olivier? you know my thoughts on the matter. I think she keeps him in a dungeon. I think he?s afraid to break up with her, lest she go crazy on him and wage a ?HE?S RACIST? campaign against him. He does look less squinty here, and he looks good with that haircut. But I still feel bad for the guy. What does their body language say? Does it say “sex dungeon” or just “dungeon”?
I?m also including a photo of Susan Sarandon at the premiere ? she looked beautiful. Remember how Susan admitted that she had gotten tweaked? I think she should be The Face of ?Responsible Tweaking?. She had a great surgeon, she didn?t go in to try to look 30-something, she didn?t go too far.

I tend to forget that Keanu Reeves is a ?Forever Dong? for many of you. I like Keanu a great deal, but he?s a genuinely private celebrity, which means that there?s rarely good gossip about him these days, and there usually isn?t an opportunity to write about him. But Keanu was out last night to support his Matrix buddies, Andy & Lana (formerly Larry) Wachowski at their LA premiere of Cloud Atlas. Keanu looked great! Even with his mild alopecia barbae (scruffy beard). So, enjoy your Forever Dong. PS? Keanu is not IN Cloud Atlas, he just came to the premiere to support his friends.
Here?s Tom Hanks (who is in the film) and his wife Rita Wilson. I don?t love Tom with a mustache, but I love Tom in general, so I?ll take this version of him. I don?t like Rita?s hairstyle.
Speaking of unconvincing mustaches, um? here?s Jim Sturgess. I?ve never been into him, but I have had moments where I thought, ?Wow, he looks like a too-pretty pillow-weeper.? This is not one of those times. (?Pillow-Weeper? = the kind of dude who cries after sex.) This mustache is totally 1970s. He looks like a sleazy 1970s pimp in a Dirty Harry movie. PS? Why does he actually look like he?s been crying? PILLOW WEEPER 4 EVA.
And here?s one of my forever dongs, British actor James D?Arcy. This guy? I love him. He?s right up there with Benedict Cumberbatch for me, and I relish the chance to talk about him or post photos of him. He has a major role in Cloud Atlas, and I hope to see more of him in years to come. THIS is my type ? tall, English, dark hair and light eyes, lanky frame. This is my Dong Kryptonite.

This is just an FYI: Jennifer Lopez matches her Herms Birkin bag to her sweatsuit. Oh, should I call it a track suit? I never know what to call it. A matchy-matchy sweatpants and sweatshirt combo is to me a ?sweatsuit?. A ?track suit? is made out of nylon, and those are water-repellent. IMO. Anyway, that?s not the point. The point is that Jennifer needs to figure out something else for her ?casual look? because this is not working. What?s so wrong with a decent pair of jeans and a cute sweater, especially when the outing is ?a spot of shopping in London? (which is what they?re doing in these photos)? Why do I feel like J.Lo is trying to make this ?sweatsuit + Birkin? thing happen? It?s already ?happened? ? it happened circa 2001. Otherwise known as ?when Jennifer was relevant?. Harsh, I know. But good God, it?s photo-ops like these ? and those Birkin-tastic photo-ops by the Kardashians ? that make me loathe this kind of lowbrow style.
You know what really upsets me, though? Minus the Birkin, I?m sure the whole outfit costs something like $2000. And people like J.Lo actually pay to look like that.
By the way, have you heard of J.Lo?s new ?thing?? During two concert performances in the past week, Jennifer has had a ?nip slip?. So either A) her costumes don?t fit because she employs terrible people, B) her costumes don?t fit because she?s gained weight, maybe (?), C) her costumes don?t fit because she?s pregnant with Casper?s baby or D) she?s a dumb famewhore and she wants people to pay attention to her. Which one is it?

Here are some new photos of Stacy Keibler at an event yesterday in NYC. She was announcing her ?partnership? with Valspar Paint and their Valspar Foundation ? for a good cause! Stacy got to announce a new $21 million commitment to Habitat for Humanity. Which is pretty awesome, actually. I?m assuming this was some kind of paid gig for her? Or do you think this Stacy Keibler: Humanitarian Girlfriend of George Clooney, willing to pose with paint cans for a good cause? I really don?t know. I do know that she?s trying something different with her hair these days, and I have mixed feelings about it. In many ways, it?s an improvement. In other ways, it?s still kind of awful. I?m also not sure if it?s appropriate to wear a mostly sheer blouse to a charitable announcement press conference/photo-op. But whatever.
In other Keibler news, did you know that she?s completely taking marriage and babies off the table? Clever girl. She told E! News that she?s ?more of a guy? as far as those things go. Bold move, Keibler.
George Clooney and Stacy Keibler have been dating for more than a year, but it doesn’t sound like they’re in any rush to get hitched.
“That is not on my radar at all,” Keibler told me earlier today. “I’m definitely the girl who doesn’t talk about that kind of stuff. I’m not really interested in thinking about marriage or kids at all.”
“I live in the moment,” Keibler said. “I’m more of a guy that way.”
Not that Keibler doesn’t have other things to think about these days. Keibler is also hosting Lifetime’s upcoming reality competition show Supermarket Superstars for aspiring food product inventors, but she’s developing her own line of healthy snack food.
“I really feel strongly about trying to reeducate people about food and how you can really heal yourself with food,” she said. “I realized it’s such a passion of mine. I feel like I’ve found myself. I hope I can help people everywhere.”

I?ve said this before (and you guys yelled at me for it) but I?ll say it again: I think Stacy is angling to meet Michelle Obama. I think Stacy is positioning herself as some kind of healthy-eating advocate in the hopes of doing double dates with George and the Obamas.
Stacy also talked to Access Hollywood after this past weekend?s Carousel of Hope charity gala. Apparently, Clooney picked up a mic and started singing ?Sweet Caroline? to Neil Diamond, and Stacy wasn?t surprised that George actually has a good singing voice: ?George is good at everything.? She was also asked about how she met George, and she claimed that they?d been ?friends for years? We met at a party three years ago. I?d like to have a better story for you guys ? it?s so boring!? Uh-huh. Sure. Three years ago?? That was The Elisabetta Canalis Era. So Clooney met Stacy when he was with Elisabetta, and he just kept Stacy?s number just in case? Coughcallgirlcough.

Celebrating the debut screening were top bill co-stars Tom Hanks and Halle Berry, with the "Forrest Gump" big screen vet joined by wife Rita Wilson while the Oscar-winning "Monster's Ball" beauty turning up on the arm of actor fiance Olivier Martinez.
With fellow castmates including Susan Sarandon, Xun Zhou and Keanu Reeves also on-hand, the impressive lineup of talent's ensemble effort is based on David Mitchell's bestselling novel of the same name by exploring how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present, and future.
Directed by the trio of Tom Tykwer, Andy Wachowski, and Lana Wachowski, the epic journey hits theaters nationwide on Friday, October 25th.

In a recent interview on The Tonight Show, the 46-year-old actress was asked about rumors that she and costar Tom Hanks smoked marijuana on the set.
After needling Jay Leno about his own experience with the drug, she admitted, "I did. I smoked pot with Tom Hanks...in this movie," referring to a scene in the surreal film.
