Making a stylish appearance in the Fatherland, Paris Hilton attended the Beauty International Convention in Dusseldorf, Germany on Friday (March 21).
Catching the eyes of onlookers with her magnificent blond locks, the irresistible heiress sported a sexy white designer dress while showing off the new Striplac Travel Kit for Alessandro International.
Excited for her trip to Central Europe, the 33-year-old posted a fun good-morning video on her Twitter account, telling fans all about her plans for the next few days.
In the video, Paris is standing on a balcony overlooking her elegant hotel, saying, "Good morning, everyone, it's Paris. I'm here in Dusseldorf, Germany, here for a short trip! I just got here last night, leaving tomorrow morning, so a quick little trip over to Europe, excited to be here, and I'll be posting pictures all day. Love you guys!"

Stepping out for a delicious meal, Rihanna headed to Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles on Thursday (March 20).
The ?Diamonds? songstress donned white crop top with a see-through white skirt that exposed her hot Pink panties as she made her way into her favorite dinner spot.
During the day, an L.A. police officer who had distributed a photo of Rihanna?s injuries after she was attacked by Chris Brown in 2009 was properly fired for her actions. Rebecca Reyes was accused of taking a picture of the evidence photo then selling it to TMZ.
According to the court filings, she snapped the photo to show the other officers and acquaintances, including a former girlfriend who worked for the celebrity site?s television show. After reviewing the record, Lavin stated he agreed that Reyes should no longer be a police officer and noted that evidences also supported that she ?participated in the release of the photography showing [Rihanna?s] injuries to TMZ.?
?At a minimum, the public is entitled to protection from unprofessional employees whose conduct places people at risk of injury and the government at risk of incurring liability,? Lavin wrote in his ruling.
Although Rebecca?s attorney Ira Salzman accepted the Lavin's decision, he disagreed with the judge?s description of his client as unprofessional, declaring, ?Rebecca Reyes is an outstanding person and was an outstanding officer.?

A few days ago, some photos surfaced of Tori Spelling looking “painfully thin.” To be honest, Tori doesn’t look any thinner than she does in the above photo (taken last fall). The new photos (you can see them here) are rather bizarre. They seem photoshopped. Look at the window next to Tori. The top half looks stretched out. Am I imagining things? These aren’t pictures from our agencies, and they look doctored.
It would make sense if Tori appeared in some manipulated photos just as she and Dean are trying mightily (ha!) to work on their marriage. If you couldn’t tell, I think Tori and Dean are completely full of crap at this point. I don’t see Dean as a ladies’ man and doubt he’s been getting it on with hot young things. I can believe that he whines about their sex life, and Tori puts up with it. They’ve had problems, but I don’t think they’ve ever been on the verge of splitting. Tori and Dean are tied together by their mutual desire to cash in on as much drama as possible. This week’s issue of Star says Tori’s “heartbreak pays off!” Basically they’re working on a new reality show. Surprise:

Her play? Pitch a new reality show and try out for VH1?s Couple’s Terapy.
“Tori would sell her soul to make money,” a friend tells Star. “She doesn’t mind airing her dirty laundry to get paid.” Indeed, Tori, 40, who welcomed Dean, 47, back home for one last chance, wants to base their new reality show on their broken marriage. “It would be them rebuilding their family after a crisis,” says the source. “They are thinking of calling it Tori & Dean: Coming Back to Life.” More like, Tori & Dean: Give It a Rest!.

Ugh, this sounds like a televised disaster. Who would want to watch Tori shopping for discount groceries with a grumpy Dean? I do think a lot of their problems have been either made up or substantially plumped up for the tabs. Team Tori has totally been feeding all of these cheating stories to the press, and they must sell because they keep on printing them. I’d never wish for a family to break up, but Dean is financial dead weight. He’s only with Tori for money and fame. Sadly, she seems fine with that. Will anyone watch this new show? Not me.

Oh. My. God. I hope I?m including enough angles on these photos of Scarlett Johansson, because I am astounded by the fact that she seems to be carrying this baby in her boobs and her boobs alone. No, that?s not right. Her face is changing too, in kind of a weird way. But that?s it. Only her face and boobs look pregnant. Nothing else. I even think her waist looks even more slender than usual.
Anyway, these are photos of ScarJo at last night?s London premiere of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Scarlett wore this red Vivienne Westwood Fall 2014 dress which is being strained to its limit. Westwood makes dresses that flatter the large-busted (Christina Hendricks was the face of Westwood jewelry for a while), but I feel like even Vivienne Westwood was like, ?Damn, these puppies cannot be contained!? I also think Westwod added that special top bust panel just for Scarlett?s puppies ? the usual Westwood design is more of a low-cut bustier, so I think we?re dealing with some additional fabric. Plus, I can actually see the bottom bust panel (probably the original paneled design) as it strains to lift and push Scarlett?s boobs. That fabric panel is sending out an S-O-S. I feel you, Scarlett. Her back must be killing her. Her boobs are so distracting, I almost didn?t notice that fabulous Sonia Boyajian necklace. LOOK AT IT.
As for what?s going on with her face? well, she looks tired and she?s wearing a mountain of makeup. Like, Christina Aguilera-level caked-on foundation. Scarlett doesn?t need all that, and it?s making her look really weird. Last thing about ScarJo: I like a good brick-red shade as much as anyone, but I feel like this Westwood is going too ?muddy? on Scarlett. She needs more of a blue-red.
I?m also including a few shots of Hayley Atwell in Julien MacDonald. I think if ladies want to do a bold and non-matchy shoe, that?s fine? but this contrast is too much. I kind of think a green or a silver shoe would have looked much cuter.

Looking forward to welcoming home two bundles of joy, Chris Hemsworth's wife Elsa Pataky gave birth to twins on Thursday (March 20).
According to TMZ, two security guards are standing at the door of the delivery room while the "Thor" star's wife brings a double dose of Hemsworths into the world.
The twins will join their older sister, India Rose Hemsworth, who is not yet two years of age. Though he's present at the hospital, filming is underway on Chris's latest movie "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
