All of last week, Kirsten Dunst was doing a blitz promotional tour in New York. She?s promoting On Becoming a God in Central Florida, a series about scams and scam artists in (you guessed it) Florida. Kirsten plays the lead, a sort of white-trash single mother who gets ruined by a pyramid scheme and then decides to game the same pyramid scheme. It?s a showy role for Kirsten, and honestly, she seems happier than she?s ever been. She?s with her partner, Jesse Plemons, they have a son, Ennis, and she?s doing the most demanding work of her career now, on television. Anyway, these are photos from Kirsten?s promotional blitz. I feel like she was trying to do the Blake Lively thing of wearing a million cute outfits over the course of three days, but Kiki?s style is more? vintage-y and cutesy.
One of Kirsten?s stops was on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and she told a funny story about how she had to prepare to play her character in OBAGICF. It involved Sunday spray tans to be appropriately orange for a Floridian, and how that orange spray tan would rub off on her poor baby Ennis:
?I had a spray tan every Sunday for this role. I remember Monday morning my mother-in-law is texting me. She?s like, ?I think Ennis has a little bit of brown, reddish hair coming in right here!? I was like, ?Lisa, that?s my spray tan!? So, on Sundays I couldn?t hold my kid. I would postpone it to the latest possible minute so that I could hold my baby before he went to bed or before I put him to bed. I couldn?t put him to bed on Sunday nights because I would just get spray tan all over him!?

It?s super-cute. She?s cute throughout the whole interview, actually. Not in a try-hard way at all she?s just really comfortable with her life these days and it shows. The part about the spray tans is late in this clip, around the 7:30-mark. She talks about her baby a lot and how much she hates to clean baby bottles.

Many people grow more conservative as they get older. They start making more money, they pay more in taxes, they worry about the messages being sent to the youths. Perhaps they grow bitter and disillusioned and perhaps one day, they find themselves watching Fox News and agreeing with that kind of propaganda. I see that all the time. But can I just say? If anything, I?m getting more liberal/socialist/progressive with each year that passes. My views on all kinds of social issues, reproductive issues and women?s issues have all gotten MORE liberal. So it is with my views on abortion when I was in college, most pro-choice candidates went with ?legal, safe and rare? and I agreed with that. But as the restrictions on abortion access grow with each hellish year, I?m like 100% that person saying we need an abortion-providing Planned Parenthood on every corner. Every single woman needs access to abortion services, birth control services and free gynocological care at every fking level. That?s where I am now: safe, legal abortions on demand for anyone who wants them. Make ?em free. Make birth control free too.
I also appreciate that women are still telling their abortion stories publicly. Celebrity women have been increasingly vocal about reproductive rights, support for Planned Parenthood and their own personal abortion stories. On her podcast, Alyssa Milano is the latest she spoke about getting two abortions in 1993.
Alyssa Milano has candidly detailed how she had two abortions just months apart while in her twenties after her birth control failed. The actress, 46, revealed that when she fell pregnant twice in 1993 she decided it was the right choice to have the procedures, as she didnt feel ready to become a parent and her career was just taking off.
Speaking on her podcast Sorry not Sorry, she explained: In 1993, I had two abortions. I was in love for the first time, in the breathless way you can only be in love when you are young. It was huge ? It filled every part of living. It was a joyful and exciting and powerful time in my life.
Another part of her decision was due to the fact she was taking medicine Accutane, which can cause birth defects in pregnancies. She said: I still got pregnant [despite using birth control]. It was devastating. I was raised Catholic and was suddenly put in conflict with my faith. ? I had a career and a future and potential. And also, I suffered from sometimes crippling anxiety. I wasnt equipped to be a mother. I chose to have an abortion. I chose. It was my choice. And it was absolutely the right choice for me. It was not an easy choice. It was not something I wanted but it was something I needed ? like most health care is.
She said: A few months later I found out I was pregnant again. And once again I made the right decision to end the pregnancy. Alyssa, who didnt divulge who her partner was at the time, said she has no regrets and her life would have been very different if she hadnt of had the abortions. She said: I would not have my children ? my beautiful, perfect, loving, kind and inquisitive children who have a mother who was so very, very ready for them. I would not have my career. I would not have the ability or platform I use to fight against oppression with all my heart ? I would never have been free to be myself ? and thats what this fight is all about: freedom.

Her story is her story and her choice is her choice. It sounds like she was sad about it and she had some mixed feelings and Catholic guilt, but she knew then that she was not ready for motherhood. And that?s fine there are all kinds of emotions for some women, and utter certainty for other women and that?s exactly why it?s every individual woman?s choice.

Miley Cyrus?s rep announced her split from Liam Hemsworth two weekends ago, while Miley was on vacation in Italy with Kaitlynn Carter, who recently got out of a fake marriage to Brody Jenner. Within a day of the split announcement, Miley and Kaitlynn were making out for the paparazzi, and they?ve been inseparable since. There are various tabloid stories about how Miley and Kaitlynn have been happening for a few months, which I tend to believe you don?t go from zero to 60 overnight, out of nowhere. Miley and Kaitlynn were happening on some level for a while before we learned about them. In the past week and a half, they?ve basically moved in together, Miley?s mom has met Kaitlynn, and now we?re hearing about how they were basically having sex at Soho House. Classy.
Kaitlynn Carter?s all in on the Miley-high club. Hours after dropping ?Slide Away? ? her dewy-eyed ballad presumably about her breakup with husband Liam Hemsworth ? Miley Cyrus was ?basically having sex? with Carter, at Soho House in West Hollywood on Friday, Page Six is told.
?They were obsessed with each other. They couldn?t keep their hands off each other,? said a spy. ?They were kissing and making out everywhere. In the bathroom, at the bar, in the middle of the floor. They were basically having sex. There?s no question they?re together.?
A day after the ?Wrecking Ball? singer and her actor husband announced that they were splitting after less than a year of marriage, pictures appeared online showing Cyrus and Carter canoodling on a boat on Lake Como in Italy. But until now, it wasn?t clear if the pair are an item or whether that was a one-time hookup.
?They were making out all over the place, and didn?t care who saw,? said the spy, who was left in no doubt about their itemhood. We reported that Hemsworth was ?devastated? and ?blindsided? by the Como shots. Reps didn?t comment.

What?s funny/strange is that for the past week, Miley?s people have gone from ?this breakup is Liam?s fault because he?s moody and he parties? to ?Miley thinks they?ll get back together in a few months anyway.? Kaitlynn seems like the jumpoff, for sure, but Kaitlynn also seems like a very intense fling for Miley. Like, it?s something Miley needed to get out of her system and they?ll burn out in a few months and then Miley thinks she?ll go back to Liam. Of course, Miley also wants Liam to hear all about this too.

The straw man argument being made by Bernie Sanders supporters and Russian bots is that ?Dumb liberals say Susan Sarandon is the reason why Hillary Clinton lost.? Or some version of that. Susan Sarandon is not the reason why Hillary Clinton won the popular vote and lost the electoral college. Susan Sarandon and her ilk of uninformed, toxic third-party supporters are one of several reasons why Hillary Clinton failed to squeak by in certain states. All of the people voting for Jill Stein could have actually made a difference if they gave a damn, if they werent focused on purity and unhinged Russian conspiracies. Unfortunately, Sarandon personally despised Hillary Clinton and seemingly every female candidate to the point where I?m just, likewhat is even going on here? Is this a personal vendetta or a presidential race? Anyway, Susan Sarandon is still supporting Bernie Sanders, because I guess Boomers still believe that we need a 77-year-old white man screaming at us constantly. Sarandon made an appearance at one of Sanders? Iowa events and of course she had to take a swipe at? Elizabeth Warren.
During her introduction of Senator Bernie Sanders at a campaign event in Cedar County, Iowa on Monday, Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon took what appeared to be a swipe at his primary progressive competition for the 2020 presidential nomination.
?When people know and when they hear the senator?s policies, when they see his track record, when they know how authentic he is and how he has been fighting for these issues for so long, he is the only one who has that reputation,? Sarandon said from the stage. ?He is not someone who used to be a Republican. He is not someone who used to take money?or still takes money?from Wall Street. He is the real deal.?
The line about ?someone who used to be a Republican? caught the ear of Politico?s 2020 campaign reporter Holly Otterbein, who pointed out on Twitter that while Sarandon didn?t ?name names,? of the other major candidates in the race it is Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) who was a registered Republican until the mid-1990s.

I am so excited that Bernie Sanders and his supporters want purity tests during the 2020 election cycle. The purity tests worked so well in 2016, right? No one can ever vote for anyone who ever was a registered Republican (if they happen to be a woman). No one can ever vote for a? woman. Especially a woman running against Bernie Sanders. Anyway, this is just an update: Susan Sarandon is still up in her bullst.
