Always a sound choice for a photo shoot focus, Keri Russell is the picture of elegance in the October 2010 issue of Esquire.
Getting a steamy spread in the popular magazine, the former "Felicity" star sprawled out onto a bed for a few shots before stripping to the nude and tossing on a trench coat for another round of photos.
The Esquire gig comes as Miss Russell has been promoting her new FOX sitcom titled "Running Wilde".
Of her character (Mitchell Hurwitz) and the show in general, Keri said, ?It?s so refreshing and I love it! It?s something you can watch the second and third time and notice new things and get different jokes."
?I?m obviously a huge Arrested Development fan, and I was just so taken by Mitch that I couldn?t pass it up,? she adds. ?It?s just been a delight. It?s hilarious. I feel like I?m hanging out with my older brother and all his cool friends or something and I?m just tagging along every day.?

It is being reported that while Hank is moving to Minnesota to play for the Vikings, Kendra and baby Hank may stay in Philadelphia to film the rest of ?Kendra.?
An insider told Life&Style, ?The locations have already been cleared, and they have story lines to finish. In Minnesota, they?ll have to get permits. It?s a disaster right now.?
"The marriage is still strong, but Kendra and Hank are stressed," says another insider.
The source close to Kendra added, "She wants to go to Minnesota and is desperately trying to get there. Will she make it? It all depends on what her show's production team can pull off."

Dealing with negatives as well as anyone, the "Mine" singer showed her fortitude during the MTV VMAs Kanye West incident, as she tells FOX News, "For me, I felt like performing VMAs was the best way to go out there and sing how I was actually feeling. Being there really helped put all that behind me."
Continuing on, Miss Swift said, "There's nothing that hard about [being famous]. It's not that tough. I'm not complaining."
Currently getting ready for the release of her new album, Speak Now, Taylor tells of her new material, "I've written all the songs on it about things that have happened over the last two years, and a lot has happened over the last two years. It's been every eventful, a lot of adventures and misadventures. I have a lot of fun doing this and getting to write songs about what happens in my life, but putting it all out there in your music ? all the details ? you're taking a chance with that because you are very vulnerable."

Shock of shocks, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher?s marriage/cheating drama did not get any tabloid covers this week. For why?!? It?s a decent tabloid story, and you would think more people would be all over it. From what I can see, only Life & Style carried a major story about Ashton and Demi, and it only made their cover?s sidebar (?Why Demi?s Okay With Ashton?s Cheating?). As for the crux of the story (via Jezebel?s summary), it sticks to what seem to be the basics: Demi is going to stick with Ashton, Ashton is going to stick with Demi, but neither one is thrilled about it. Life & Style does offer a f-cked rationale/explanation for why Ashton might have cheated with the little famewhore club girl Brittany Jones, though - apparently, Ashton has ?empty nest syndrome?. Because he got used to having all of Demi?s daughters around, and now he doesn?t have anyone young to play with! Ew. Also: Ashton?s career sucks these days, so he?s looking to get his ego (amongst other things) stroked with other women:
“Why Demi Is Still Standing By Ashton” doesn’t really reveal anything about their relationship, except to point out the obvious: She Tweets about him constantly while remaining very private.
A “source” says Demi is desperate to hold on to Ashton, and won’t pressure him to address the cheating reports, because if she does, “she risks driving him away.”
Meanwhile, Ashton allegedly has “empty nest syndrome” because when he met Demi, she had all these fun kids ? he’d make sandwiches and babysit and entertain ? and now they’re all grown up and don’t need that anymore.
Add this to the fact that Ashton “hasn’t had a hit movie in a long time” and a source claims: “Frankly, I think he’s having some issues with where he is with his life. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did stray.”

Don?t hate me, but I can kind of see this. I mean, I?m not excusing Ashton?s alleged behavior/affair, but I can see how this could be going through his head. Demi?s daughters are growing up and moving away and they don?t have time to hang out with their super-cool step-dad anymore (nor do they still think he?s super-cool), and that hurts him. Plus, Ashton?s career isn?t that great, and neither is Demi?s. All they?ve got is Twitter and each other (and lots of money). All that time, money, boredom, and denial on their hands? yeah, I can see it.
Also, I?m no body-language expert, but I still love these photos because of the exquisite discomfort both of them are giving off.

‘Lost’ actress Michelle Rodriguez poses in front of a swastika flag in this picture posted on her official Twitter page. While the screen star appeared to be mocking Nazi supporters - whom the ancient symbol is often associated with - she nevertheless angered some fans.
Posting the image from Texas she wrote: “Hehehhehee Only in Austin can you find such Happy Nazi flag shooters look at the holes on this flag.”
But one fan said: “That is NOT cool. Even if I know you’re against the Nazi regime, it is INACCEPTABLE to pose in front of a swastika flag. Sorry Michelle, but that’s over the top.”
Earlier the 32-year-old posed with a massive weapon, saying: “Love me some range shootin;)” Her new film, ‘Machete’, was partly shot on location in Austin.

Is it just dumb or is it offensively dumb? I think the important little fact here is that the flag had been shot to hell, although it?s difficult to notice that right away. The drama in her life is on-going, and now Lindsay Lohan is reportedly pleading to stay in rehab instead of going to jail while waiting for her October hearing.
According to a source who spoke with Radar Online, "Lindsay is still being assessed by her treatment team but the team is saying that she should spend at least 45 days getting in-patient treatment. It's going to take her body at least 30 days to get the substances out of her system.?
?Her body needs to do a lot of healing, and the doctors want to treat her after the remnants of the drug use have left her body. The real work begins after that has occurred, and that is when progress begins to happen."
Furthermore, the source added, "Lindsay is required to be at the hearing. She will be there. She will be escorted by at least one person from the rehab facility to make sure she doesn't stray. It's likely that a member of Lindsay's treatment team will also be called to testify. At that point, if Lindsay is making improvements, Lindsay's team would ask Judge Fox to not put her in jail at all, or defer her sentence until she is finished with her in-patient treatment."
Lindsay?s hearing is scheduled for October 22.

Apparently, LeAnn?s next album has been delayed, and our source thinks it?s the combination of ?poor ticket sales on her little acoustic tour? plus she thinks ?it’s due to her media soundbites surrounding her affairs and the stupid ?I don’t regret the outcome? interviews to People.? This could be very true - I?ll admit, I never really considered that LeAnn?s recording and touring could be taking a hit because of her delusional insanity and her continued inappropriateness regarding Eddie Cibrian, Brandi Glanville and their sons.
According to this source, LeAnn is now in an awkward position with her record label, Curb Records - ?it’s as if she’s now a development artist on her record label, Curb Records and not the major country star she used to be? just can’t get over that LeAnn Rimes who had major success from a young age has fallen like this to a development act, per se. You would never see Carrie Underwood or Taylor Swift have this type of problem in their career. Neither should Leann, but I think her actions and mouth did it with the public.?
LeAnn even tried to address the album delay in a video post on her site:

Making sure that rumors of a breakup don't get started, the "Lizzie McGuire" star tells that Mike had to go to Pittsburgh for pre-season training with his NHL team.
"He left too soon," Duff told E! News. "Now he's gone and I'm alone and it's like, 'What? I'm alone? Why am I alone right now, I'm a newlywed!'"
Continuing on, she adds, "We're so used to traveling and being apart and making it work long distance that I'm not worried about it at all."
As for herself, Hil is gearing up for a book promotional tour for "Elixir," while also landing a guest spot on the TV show "Community".
Talking about her schedule, Duff said, "I'm going to fly to Pittsburgh for [Comrie's] first game and then I'm going to New York to start the tour. I think we're going to eight or nine cities in two weeks, which is hard. Then I'm going to come home and start writing the follow up book right away so I'll be busy for the next couple months."

The star, getting Oscar buzz for her role in “The Kids Are All Right,” lined up with hundreds of excited girls to give her daughter, Liv Helen Freundlich, the chance to meet Selena Gomez, who was promoting her new fashion line Dream Out Loud at Kmart Penn Plaza the other day.
A spy told Us, “It was really sweet. Julianne and her daughter patiently waited to meet Selena. Liv was really excited.”

Katherine Heigl and her new shade of washed-out blonde were on Letterman last night. In this latest appearance, she wasn’t complaining bitterly about her work schedule or trying to seem human by explaining how heartbreaking motherhood can be. She was puffing on an electronic cigarette and trying to act badass. Heigl explained that she’s trying to quit smoking after multiple attempts. The electronic cigarette contains liquid nicotine and emits a water vapor that’s harmless and gives the user the feeling of smoking. Betty Confidential has more on Heigl’s Letterman appearance and some background on the device she was using:
It was a TV scene straight out of the 1960s, when everybody smoked everywhere: Katherine Heigl fired up a cigarette while talking with David Letterman. With the widely known health risks of cigarettes, they?ve been banned everywhere from offices to restaurants.
But Heigl smoked an e-cigarette, an electronic device that provides short hits of nicotine or a vapor that actually tastes like nicotine. The smoker blows the smoke out, just like they would do with a ?real? cigarette. Heigl, 31, began smoking at age 25 (most users start much earlier) and told Letterman that she really wants to quit but hasn?t been able to. ?I did the patch, I did the gum, I did the [prescription medicine] Chantix twice. I went bananas,? the actress told Letterman, according to tvsquad. But the e-cigarette seems to be working.
Heigl even convinced Letterman, a cigar smoker, to try the e-cigarette. He said it made him feel dizzy; people often have that side effect when taking nicotine for the first time, or after a long period of not using it.
The drawback to the e-cigarette : It?s addictive, just as nicotine gum is. ?I?m totally addicted to the device,? Heigl said to Letterman.
So what?s the difference from being addicted to tobacco as we know it? It depends on how much nicotine you?re using in in the electronic cigarette. The amounts are designated low to extra-high. Heigl didn?t say what the level of nicotine was in her smokes.
The federal Food and Drug Administration hasn?t ruled yet on the e-cigarettes, although preliminary tests have shown that there are often low levels of nicotine even in cigarettes that say they are nicotine-free. The FDA also has said that the products should be sold with health warnings and that they?re concerned that the e-cigarette is being marketed to young people.
E-cigarettes have already been banned in Australia and Canada, and while it?s not certain whether that will happen in the U.S., Heigl might want to stock up on her supply.

Heigl is promoting yet another romcom that looks like a piece of crap (and contains multiple crap jokes), Life As We Know It, which is out October 8 and co-stars Josh Duhamel. Her only other film this year, Killers, bombed at the box office and was critically panned. I’m obviously not a fan of hers, but good for her for quitting smoking. She may want to quit smoking the electronic cigarettes too, though. An FDA study in 2009 found that many contained dangerous carcinogens including chemicals found in antifreeze. At least the smoker is the only one being exposed, but it sounds scary and people should be warned. Up until earlier this month, the FDA had not regulated e-Cigarettes, although they won a court battle this year and recently announced that they planned to do so.
Let’s get back to Heigl’s hair - as Kaiser mentioned it’s a very bad shade for her. Here’s a comparison photo from back when she had dark Dallas-style hair. It was just as bad and it’s hard to tell which is worse. She’s so pretty and her hair just ruins it for her.

A source tells the new Us Weekly (out now) that Aniston, 41, and the Cougar Town star, 40, began casually dating in May after meeting through Courteney Cox, her BFF and his costar on the ABC comedy. Before long, Aniston “wanted a relationship. And he was like, ‘No, thank you,’” the source says.
Hopkins is “a player and is into meeting younger girls,” the insider adds. “He definitely lies to girls.”
The actor (who romances Cox on the series) even has a raunchy nickname for Aniston, with whom he was spotted sharing a flirty meal at West Hollywood’s Madeo Sept. 2.
“Josh calls Jennifer his ’sport f–k,’” a Hopkins pal tells Us, adding that the duo were simply “friends with benefits.”
Hopkins has been careful to publicly deny a romance with Brad Pitt’s ex-wife. Asked about his dinner at Madeo with Aniston, he told Us, “We were just friends having dinner.” (That talked-about meal turned out to be their “final date,” the source adds.)
Aniston, who famously dated John Mayer, isn’t crying.
She “likes her life the way it is,” a source tells Us. Her type? “Really good-looking a–holes.”

Naomi on fame and Robert DeNiro: ?I was always told a long time ago by a mutual friend of ours, Bob [De Niro], to avoid being famous just for being famous. That?s something that has always stuck in my mind. I like to work. It helps if you like what you do. I understand when people complain about their work?they do what they do so they can make a living and take care of their families. So I am grateful to be doing something that I like. I also got to be around the group of beautiful women I came into this business with?Linda [Evangelista], Christy [Turlington], Cindy [Crawford], Tatjana [Patitz], Stephanie [Seymour], Claudia [Schiffer], and Helena [Christensen].?
On the 1980s supermodels: ?You know, none of us ever cared about this word supermodel. It was just a kind of terminology that the press came up with for whatever reason. But what we did like was being together. We were very supportive of one another, my group of girls, and I don?t think that happens so much nowadays. We were all doing shows in each country, working nonstop, but it didn?t matter, because we enjoyed being together. We would all have our rooms next to one another?it was like a dorm on tour. Even if we were always in fittings until one or two o?clock in the morning, we didn?t care, because we felt like we were part of something. We used to shoot all night in Paris?couture with Patrick Demarchelier. There?s only one of each couture dress, and they have to go around to every magazine, so we?d be waiting?sometimes for hours?for a dress to arrive. But as long as we had good music, nobody said they were tired. Nobody cared. So I?m happy that I got to be around such a great group of ladies. Don?t get me wrong, it was hard work. But it was also a lot of fun?and I didn?t feel alone. Those ladies still look amazing today. Time has gone by, but they still look amazing.?
On Carla Bruni: ?I don?t like to discuss private events or matters, because, naturally, I respect people?s privacy, but I?ve always loved Carla. She?s an amazing woman. She has always been a great friend to me?and a great confidante. She?s always had this elegance about her, as far back as I can remember. We travel a lot, so we don?t get a chance to see each other that often, but we do try to stay in touch whenever possible? I love the way that President Sarkozy speaks about Carla. It?s wonderful to see someone speak about their wife with such love, admiration, and pride.?
On moving to New York, and her friendship with Christy Turlington: ?Well, Christy had said to me, ?You know, why don?t you come and be my roommate?? I went back home and moved to New York later that year to live with Christy. We lived downtown, in SoHo. Honestly, for me it was a blessing to have a friend like Christy. I was so indebted to her for so many things. You know, when I was younger there were certain designers who hadn?t used models of color in their shows, and Christy and Linda said to them, ?If you don?t take Naomi, then you don?t get us.? My friends and comrades stuck up for me?and that doesn?t happen in fashion. I will never forget that. I don?t forget what people do. No matter how many years go by, I always remember.?
On being a black model: ?There are always obstacles in life, and even if I did see obstacles, I never looked at it like, ?Okay, we can?t achieve what we wanted. We can?t achieve what needs to be achieved.? I?d look at whatever obstacles were in front of me and find the people who could help me overcome them. Patrick Demarchelier was the one who got me my first Vogue cover. It was French Vogue?I think in ?87 or ?88. I think I was the first black model to be on the cover of French Vogue, which was shocking to me because when I asked them about it, they were like, ?Oh, no. We?ve never had that before.? And I was like, ?Oh, really?? I remember one time I went to Australia. I don?t know if this is true or not, but the editor in chief of a magazine there told me that she got fired for putting me on the cover.?
On testifying at The Hague at Charles Taylor?s war crimes tribunal: ?Well, I think most people?most intelligent people?understand that it?s a case that has been going on for a few years. But for some people it seemed like all of the sudden it was brought to their attention. Why? Because I had to go testify? I mean, I did the best I could there with my knowledge and what I could remember. They were asking me about things that happened 13 years ago . . . Okay, I said one word?that it was inconvenient?and that was wrong, and I take that. But I wasn?t saying . . . Someone asked me, ?Are you nervous to be here?? But when asked if someone?s nervous sitting there, when you?ve got the whole world?people from Australia, people from Brazil, New Zealand?of course I was nervous! This is not what I?m used to. Being on a runway, doing a fashion show is what I know. Not being on this other platform.?
On not being a role model: ?Listen, I make many mistakes. Many mistakes. I?m not a perfect human being. I have to learn from my mistakes. And a lot of the ones I?ve made have been public. So I always get nervous when people speak about something that sounds like a role model, because I don?t know if I?ve been a great role model myself. I don?t think I have in certain aspects of my life . . . But I?m trying to do better. I admit to my mistakes. I admit to the things that I?ve done wrong. I admit it. But I?m trying to do right by myself and my life now. I don?t get depressed. When I feel an attack, I withdraw. I disappear, I replenish, and then I come back. I?m not going to wallow in self-pity and not live my life. There are always going to be some falls in life for everybody, no matter what career you have. Reunited now that he's finished up touring with his brothers, Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene were hand-in-hand in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday (September 28).
The JoBros rocker and his "Twilight" actress girlfriend looked happy to be together as they partook in a bout of shopping at the local Walgreens.
As for the reason behind the trip, Joe was grabbing a last minute card and gift for little brother Frankie Jonas - who happens to be celebrating his 10th birthday.
Meanwhile, Miss Greene is enjoying her little remaining free time - as she's set to get to work on "Breaking Dawn" next month with the two-part movie expected to be shooting through April 2011.

Drawing the attention of passer-bys with her fiery red locks, Rihanna was spotted making her way around New York City on Tuesday afternoon (September 28).
Wearing one leather glove to go with her skintight trousers, acid grey denim jacket, leopard print scarf and beige Louboutin heels, the "Rude Boy" singer dropped by Da Silvano for lunch before greeting fans en route to her hotel room.
The sighting comes as RiRi readies to release her "Only Girl In the World" video on Wednesday, September 29th.
The Barbadian beauty is also gearing up for the release of her new album titled "Loud," on which fans will find a song featuring Canadian musician Drake.
Of the tune, Drake told MTV, "I just did this great song,. I don't know if I'm supposed to talk about it. I just did this great song with Rihanna; hopefully we can do a video for it. I'm really excited about that."

Braving the abnormally hot temperatures out west, Emma Roberts was spotted making her way around Los Angeles, Califronia on Tuesday (September 28).
Looking to fancy up her hairdo, the "Hotel for Dogs" darling strolled into a local salon to get her coif prettied up by one of Hollywood's top stylists.
On the career front, Miss Roberts has recently been working on "Scream 4" - which is due in theaters on April 15, 2011.
Talking to MTV News, Emma dished, "It's going to be really fun. I think that this is the best one, dare I say. It's amazing because they have the original cast?Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Neve Campbell?and then we have this whole new young cast we're introducing that's, to name a few, me, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin who I've done a few movies with, which is great, and Wes Craven's directing this one, and he's just one of the coolest people I've ever met."
Also asked if a new series of "Scream" films could be underway with the new generation of actors, Emma replied, "You know, you never know, it could be. You're going to have to wait and see."

Someone wake up Mother Crackhead, her baby just entered rehab for the FIFTH time. What, you can’t wake her up? She was doing tequila shoots with Shawn Chapman Holley until 4 a.m. That’s okay. She;ll find out tomorrow. So… tat?s number five, Dina. So when Dina is asked about it again, on yet another of her Mother Crackhead media blitzes, and she gets the ?So your kid was has been in and out of rehab five times - aren?t you a horrible mother?? question, we all know the real answer. The real answer? ?Lindsay is playing HARDBALL, and she was FIRED, basically.? Or something.
Anyway, TMZ is dancing about this because they somehow got the first confirmation that Lindsay officially went back to rehab today. According to their sources, Lindsay plans to stay in rehab crackhead lockdown until her October 22 hearing. Will she be white-knuckling it until then? Or will she ?magically? be cured in one week and somehow be back to crack shenanigans come next week? I know where I?ve got my money. Meanwhile, a source tells Us Weekly: “She finally admitted she needs help to fix her addiction.? Yeah? ?admitting? that you have a problem is still a long way off from ?acknowledging that you have to do the heavy lifting of getting healthy instead of just falling back into your crack-hustling, day-to-day, shenanigan-filled life.?

Getting a little exercise and fresh air to start the day, Olivia Wilde was spotted cycling away in Santa Monica, CA on Tuesday morning (September 28).
The "House" hottie was joined by her husband, Tao Ruspoli, as the cute couple tool their bikes for a ride to grab a hearty breakfast.
Currently taking a break from her hit show "House," Miss Wilde is looking forward to the December 17th release of "Tron: Legacy".
Of shooting the role in the upcoming flick, Olivia told press, "It was much more challenging. I enjoy the physicality because it was a tool with which to unlock who Quorra was. I was doing a tremendous amount of research on Joan of Arc and Buddhist warriors, and all sorts of things that informed who she was, but it wasn?t until I had physically transformed through the martial arts training and cross-training, and everything else we were doing, that I was like, 'Oh, this is how she feels. This is how she walks.' She?s the kind of person who could protect herself, if she were jumped on a dark street. That?s not who I am. I?m not a physically powerful person. So, without that training and the physical element of the transformation, I wouldn?t have been able to capture who she really is. It was really challenging, but useful as another tool."
