Setting out for a photo shoot in New York City, Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick were spotted on the Upper West Side on Tuesday afternoon (August 9).
Decked out in their characters? wardrobe, the ?Gossip Girl? co-stars happened to be shooting promotional pics for their hit CW show's upcoming fifth season - which premieres Monday, September 26th at 8/7c.
And though Miss Meester?s Blair Waldorf character is always super trendy, Leighton recently said that she doesn?t care too much about fashion.
The 25-year-old actress told press, "I think it?s fine if you?re expecting to be judged. I completely close my eyes to all of that - I just wear whatever I like."

The ?Jersey Shore? gal looked to be dressed for fall in jeans and boots, and smiled happily for the on-hand photogs.
Earlier today, the reality TV star made an appearance on ?Live! With Regis and Kelly? and discussed her disappointment in the tanning situation in Italy.
She told, "Their beds just weren't up to our standards, so we would go for like, 28 minutes or double sessions, and I would come out with just freckles," she said. "So I was doubling up on the spray-tanning day and night, and not only that ? you'd have to walk to the tanning salon."

Taking some time out for arts and crafts, Angelina Jolie took her beautiful brood for some afternoon activities at The Pottery Cafe while in Richmond, London earlier today (August 9).
The "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," star, who could be seen holding on to Shiloh and Zahara, showed off her classic style as she donned a pair of overs-zied sunglasses, black knit sweater and gray skirt for the family play-date.
Meanwhile, Angie's partner, Brad Pitt has taken it upon himself to publicly praise the mother of his six children, honoring Jolie for looking after their super-sized family, with the understanding of how hard it can be.
?Angelina is the organizational talent in our family. She always has thousands of lists. Our life has nothing to do with relaxation," Pitt told while talking with the German Edition of OK! magazine.

Most photo agencies have new photos of Kim Kardashian every day, or maybe every other day. I can?t even remember a time when there weren?t new Kim photos at least three times a week. I?ve grown to accept it (and you should too). Kim is here to stay, and her life is an open book, which means that nothing is really off-limits as far as gossip and criticism goes. I feel the same way about the royal family, by the way: they exist for the sake of gossip and to be public figures simply because of their titles. Kim and the rest of the Kardashian clan exist, in the public sphere, simply so we can have filler gossip until someone more important comes along. Which is fine with me - I?m not in love with the family, sure, but I don?t have the rabid hate-on for them that many of you have. I find them amusing in a mindless-fluff kind of way.
So given that the Kardashians will literally whore out ANYTHING, is it really surprising that Kim would pap herself when visiting the cemetery where her father, Robert Kardashian, was buried? Kim brought her fianc, Kris, and some girl who was holding the camera, filming the famewhore-grieving process up-close. Is this ridiculous? Absolutely. But I care enough about it to declare it so, thus, Kim has won.
The biggest surprise? The photos of Kim and Kris at her father?s gravestone aren?t better quality. I?m sure if the photographer had just asked, Kim would have let him get closer, just so he could get some good shots of her Botoxy kat-face contorting with fake grief. Oh, wait? she?s smiling. Nevermind.
PS? I included the photo of Kim and the tire just because for a second I thought the tire was Kim?s skirt.

So, it doesn’t come as a shock that she hasn’t had a man in a while and is now trolling reality dating shows for rejects and asking them out on dates through Twitter. Which is what she did with Ben Flajnik, a 28-year-old winemaker that was given the boot by Ashley Hebert on The Bachelorette.
“OMG! Ben F [accept] my final rose!!!” she excitedly tweeted on Aug. 2, a day after Ashley dumped Ben for JP Rosenbaum. “Gotta book a flight to Sonoma!!!”
Guess what? She wasn’t joking. Life & Style can reveal that the actress flew to San Francisco on Aug. 6 for a sexy date with the 28-year-old winemaker. The two hung out at San Francisco hot spot Lion’s Pub. “Ben from The Bachelorette is making out with Jennifer Love Hewitt,” one eyewitness claimed. Another fan who saw the two even said they may be a couple already, exclaiming, “Oh yeah, Ben and Jennifer Love Hewitt appeared to be dating. All in all, Ben seemed to be perfectly content as the second-place loser on The Bachelorette.”
If there’s any piece of advice someone can give Ben right now it’s run. Run away as far and as fast as you can before you’re stuck holding your crazy girlfriend’s Swarovski crystals as she bedazzle her vagina.

Mila Kunis doesn?t even look like a real person in a few of the shots from her Glamour UK cover shoot. That?s a testament to the Photoshop, sure, but a good chunk of it is just MILA. She?s gorgeous. The kitty photo in particular is one of the loveliest, most striking images I?ve seen in a while. Mila took the Glamour cover because she?s promoting Friends With Benefits overseas, and probably hoping to find an international audience. Which shouldn?t be too difficult, considering she?s so hot when she?s speaking Russian. As for the interview - it?s kind of meh, but it?s not bad:
She shed an astonishing 20lbs from her already slim frame to play a ballerina in Oscar-winning movie Black Swan. And now Mila Kunis has admitted losing the weight has entirely changed her views on body image. The 27-year-old actress, a self-confessed ‘foodie’, said she was stunned with how much her body was capable of changing.
She told the new issue of Britain’s Glamour magazine: ‘I don?t think I ever fully realised what a human body is capable of doing. But I think I was also, in a beautiful way, incredibly nave. I believed I could do anything. I never for one moment thought that I couldn?t do it. I believe in hard work. In self-drive and self-worth. I’m a huge foodie, I love food. But when people say, ?I can?t lose weight?, no no no, you can. Your body can do everything and anything, you just have to want to do it.’
Mila, who was born in Chernivtsi in the Ukrainian SSR, also revealed she finds it difficult to accept that people find her attractive - despite the fact she won Spike TV?s Guys? Choice award this summer for the Holy Grail of Hot. Talking about the award, Mila laughed: ‘It?s insane. Listen, I couldn?t be happier to get any of this, because I think it?s hysterical and it makes all my friends laugh. If somebody finds me attractive, God bless them, I think it?s fantastic.’
Mila added the reason she is able to stay so refreshingly grounded in the movie industry is because she stays positive. She said: ‘I?m in an industry based on rejection. On negativity and let-downs. People are rejected every single day purely based on opinion, about who?s a good actress, who?s a bad actress, who?s pretty, who?s ugly, who?s fat, who?s skinny. So why go there? You have to have a positive outlook. Otherwise you?re in a very dark place.’
Mila can next be seen in this summer’s hottest romcom, Friends With Benefits, alongside Justin Timberlake. But despite reports the actors are more than friends, Mila was quick to scotch the rumours. The pair raised eyebrows in June when she and Justin, 30, presented an award to Robert Pattinson by sending up rumours that they were a couple with Justin cupping Mila?s breasts as she gripped his crotch. They then furthered relationship reports when they were spotted on an apparent date in London last week.
However, Mila insisted the claim was ‘an unfortunate thing that comes with the circumstances, but there?s no truth to it whatsoever.’ She added: ‘Being single, I find myself not being able to be in a room with a man without, the next day, I?m dating that man. That happened for a solid six months (after Black Swan) when maybe - maybe! - I?d been in the same room.’
But Mila did say of her co-star: ‘He?s incredibly funny, we laughed a lot on set,’ saying of the MTV skit: ‘We thought it was hilarious and we were promoting an R-rated comedy.’
As for what she’s looking for in a man - it’s humour rather than looks. She said: ‘Humour is an amazing quality to have. I like sarcasm, satire, self-deprecating humour. But I also think there?s something to be said for not looking for anything and being pleasantly surprised.’
And despite the fact that Mila was catapulted into super-stardom through her role in Black Swan, she remains logical about how much her profession affects the rest of the world.
She explained: ‘No one?s curing cancer in this industry, remember? It?s not changing the world. It?s just entertainment, an art, a form of escapism. My friends and family are my number one thing in life, but you need a healthy balance. It?s not to say my goal in life is to have a family and kids, and let that be my number one priority either. This is a phenomenal job, but the most important lesson I?ve learnt is that you never want to let your only source of happiness come from something that?s so filled with uncertainty.’

Mila sounds very grounded and humble here, which gives me hope that she?s going to last a long time in the industry - she has the right kind of attitude, and she seems healthy in a population of very unhealthy people. Of course, I should note that this interview was probably done a few months ago, before Mila and JT had their date nights in London, and before I was convinced that they are, in fact, boning. JT just had to get his douche all over her. God knows who she is now.

As we found out last week, George Clooney has a new piece. She?s a blonde too, which doesn?t give me confidence that she?ll last more than a few months. The blonde in question is WWE wrestler Stacy Keibler, and she?s already positioning herself to make the most of out of this liaison with Clooney. Girl has already been tweeting cryptic messages about how happy she is and how ?sore? she is (no joke). So instead of asking ?how long will Clooney keep her around?? we now face a barrage of reports about the state of their awesome relationship.
When former WWE wrestler and actress Stacy Keibler drove her Mercedes through the gates to George Clooney’s Studio City, Calif., home Sunday, she seems to have unwittingly confirmed that the two are dating.
“It’s more than just a fling,” a source told USmagazine.com, adding that the odd pair have known one another for a number of years and have even vacationed together in London and at Clooney’s home in Italy.
It was just a quick trip in California, though, that has people talking: As of Monday morning, a day after Keibler arrived at Clooney’s home, she had yet to leave.
If the two are camping out together in Clooney’s love nest, it’s been a long time in the making. They met in 2006 at an Oscars party and struck up a longtime friendship when the “Up In The Air” star approached Keibler and told her he recognized her from her role on the “Dancing With the Stars.”
“It’s so funny,” she told People magazine at the time. “George Clooney came up to me, and he was like, ‘You’re so great. You should win.’ And I said, ‘You watch “Dancing with the Stars”?’”
Clooney, who has over the years been linked to various ladies, recently split with his girlfriend of two years, Elisabetta Canalis, leaving him wide open for a beauty like Keibler to stake her claim.

Monday's date follows the couple's PDA-filled Coldplay concert stop last week, where, as one witness told Us Weekly, Kate "kept hanging all over him, kissing him, coming up behind him and squeezing him while kissing the back of his neck and biting his ear!"
Bosworth, who split with "True Blood" actor Alexander Skarsgaard last month, is just one of the many A-listers attached to Polish's big screen adaption of the life of Jack Kerouac.

Yesterday, as I was covering the new photos of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri, I was wondering why the family was in LA when it seemed like Tom was having the time of his life down in Miami (Those poor Miami hustlers - I bet they got audited. HARD.). Sure, Tom took Katie out for a ?date night? Katy Perry concert (in which Katie wore one of the worst dong-repellent ensembles ever), but surely they didn?t go to LA just for a concert? Yeah, they totally did. Because yesterday, the Cruise-Holmes clan flew to NYC for Katie?s premiere. Her film Don?t Be Afraid of the Dark had it?s big red carpet premiere last night, and these are the photos. Note: Katie seems to have walked the red carpet by herself, but Tom was definitely there, and the paparazzi got lots of photos of the two of them after the premiere.
As for Katie?s style? I don?t hate the dress. It?s not the best thing ever, but it?s cute enough, especially when she pairs it with the grey cardigan. Guess who did the dress? KATIE! The dress is Holmes & Yang! It?s always funny to me that Katie fronts like she?s the second coming of Ralph Lauren when the Holmes & Yang line looks so budget. As I said, this dress is cute and everything, but if you were going to design something cute for your own premiere, why do a simple LBD?
What I do like about Katie?s premiere look: her hair looks good. I think she?s just decided to copy whatever Kate Middleton has done. And Katie?s makeup looks decent too. It?s funny, though - she looks alert and sober on the red carpet, but as soon as she?s holding hands with Tom, it?s like she becomes instantly zonked. Tom looked kind of weird last night too. What?s going on with him? His hair looks limp, he didn?t take his sunglasses off, and he didn?t walk the carpet with Katie. Is anyone else worried?

I?ve often wondered if Sharon Stone has gotten some minor tweaking over the years. If she has, I can?t tell. It?s not one of those situations where I can?t put my finger on what a celebrity has gotten done, but I know for sure that they look different. Sharon always looks natural to me, in that she?s not full of fillers and Botox, and she?s never appeared to suddenly have a completely new face. She?s 53 years old, and we should all be so lucky to look this good at her age.
Of course, in these photos, Sharon is being helped by professional hair and makeup. These are from the set of Gods Behaving Badly, where Sharon is playing a goddess living in NYC. The film also stars Alicia Silverstone and Christopher Walken (he?s playing Zeus).
So is Sharon all-natural, or is her surgeon just one of the best in the business? Does she get tweaked, but keeps it as close to natural as possible, or does she simply take great care of herself and have great genes? I still don?t know. I like the mystery, though. I wish more ladies had such natural-looking faces. I feel that way when I look at Meryl Streep too - at this point, I think ladies look YOUNGER when they are un-tweaked.

I thought this was one of those things like on soap operas where one day the baby is a baby and the next day it’s a walking-and-talking five-year old. But then I read the tags on the pics and saw that it was actually some kid named Bailee Madison, but by then I had already uploaded the pictures. I’m as much a victim in this as you are.

Is it patronizing to say that I find this sad? I like Jennifer Love Hewitt and I want her to be happy and everything, but it seems like a massively bad idea to pick up a guy from a reality dating show. No matter how decent Ben may have looked on the show, (and I have no idea because it’s not like I watched it), he’s a guy who went on the Bachelorette and was willing to go through that in the public eye. Usually those Bachelor and Bachelorette participants aren’t in it to find a partner and want the fame and money that goes along with it.
Plus it’s sad to me that she did this through Twitter and is now leaking details to the press. I guess I shouldn’t hold her to a higher standard, since she regularly gets dressed up to go shopping for the paparazzi and made us privvy to the details of all her past relationships. She’s not above the same famewhore tricks that everyone else plays. So maybe this will be a love match after all since J.Love and this Ben guy have that in common. She can teach him a few things.
I checked J.Love’s Twitter and she seems to be on it constantly. She calls her followers “lovelys” and tweets about giving “twugs” and “twisses.” She’s moving from sweet to “annoying” territory quickly. She gives good duckface too:

A paparazzo just happened to be there at the moment the tattoo was completed to get a very clear close-up photos of LeAnn showing it off. Then People Magazine, and various outlets ran stories on the tattoo, with Radar claiming that LeAnn was considering having the ink made permanent. Only LeAnn then had the gall to claim that her tattoo-lite wasn’t “news” and that a random photographer just happened to have caught photos of the entire session. She’s ridiculous. Just months after she married Eddie Cibrian in April, LeAnn Rimes revisits her wedding day with some new body art.
The country crooner displayed a temporary tattoo inspired by the promises her husband made to her on their big day while attending the Lollapalooza music festival this past weekend in Chicago ? where Cibrian is also filming The Playboy Club.
“You gave me the courage to be truthful,” the ink, etched on her ribcage, reads. “I promise to give you the comfort to be trustful.”

Isn’t that vow and tattoo ironic considering how LeAnn got together with Eddie? He convinced her to be truthful, because she was sneaking around with him behind both their then-spouses backs, and now it’s hard for her to trust the guy, because just like her he’s a conniving cheat.

Back in the good old days, when Elisabetta Canalis and George Clooney were together, Clooney made sure that his girlfriend got some ?jobs?. Clooney does this much too often - he picks up some cocktail waitress/escort and suddenly her job description is listed as ?actress and model? and Clooney pulls strings with his friends to get her work. Personally, I find it kind of sad to see some 30-something ?girlfriend of? try to pretend that she?s always wanted to be a runway model (Sarah Larson) or an underwear model (Elisabetta). When Eli and George were together, Eli got a contract with Roberto Cavalli, she got more ?presenting/hostessing? gigs in Italy, and she got to make her debut on American television in the show Leverage. That?s really where it should have ended, because once people saw Elisabetta in action on screen, it was pretty obvious that her talents were never going to be found in front of a camera. So, considering that Elisabetta no longer has a big Hollywood boyfriend who is actively trying to promote her, you would think that no one would even take Elisabetta?s calls, right? Wrong! According to Page Six, Elisabetta has been in LA, ?taking meetings?. Ugh.
Elisabetta Canalis doesn’t appear to be wilting over her ex George Clooney’s new relationship with former wrestler Stacy Keibler. A confident-looking Canalis has been doing the rounds in Los Angeles taking meetings, sources tell us.
Showing off her figure in leather pants, she was spotted late last week dining at Ago in West Hollywood with girlfriends including “Watchmen” star Carla Gugino.
A source told us, “She looked carefree as she and her friends sipped white wine and dined on steak and langoustines.”

Well, maybe people are just being polite. She can take meetings and never get another role in Hollywood again. Of course, there will be someone, some dumbass, who agrees with Elisabetta and thinks that because Eli has made a ?name? for herself (as ?the girlfriend of?) then suddenly, she?s got a career. Look, I don?t have a problem with Elisabetta being a celebrity in Italy - good for her, and that?s where she should stay. But let?s not pretend that Clooney?s girlfriends should have Hollywood careers after he dumps them. After all, I’m sure Stacy Keibler is “taking meetings” right now too. There will always be a new crop.

I?m quite content to blame Olivia Wilde for the respective box office failures/disappointments of The Change-Up and Cowboys & Aliens. Sure, there are lots of people you could blame, but what do those two movies have in common? Bangs-Trauma Cockburn. Still, Olivia continues to book movie after movie for whatever reason, so there?s going to be at least a three-year lag before her movie career goes belly-up when people realize that she?s like the Typhoid Mary of box office disappointments. She?s even rumored to be taking over the Linda Lovelace role in some version of Lovelace?s life story (no word on whether it?s the same project that Linnocent was involved with).
Anyway, these are new photos of Olivia at the Berlin premiere of Cowboys & Aliens. I guess Olivia, Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford are going to be doing a lot of press in Europe, and probably Asia too, just so this damn film breaks even. Instead of trying to sex it up and sell it that way, Olivia looks like the odd man out - even Daniel seems to be holding her at a distance, like he knows she?s bad news. Olivia?s dress is Tom Ford, and it?s? kind of boring.
Meanwhile, Daniel seems to be clutching Harrison Ford lovingly. And Harrison looks like he doesn?t give a good goddamn about any of this. What?s up with Harrison?s hair, by the way? It looks like a piece from some angles.

Yesterday, CB and I debated whether we should cover Zoe Saldana?s appearance at the Teen Choice Awards. CB?s take was basically that Zoe isn?t really important, in that people don?t give a crap about her in general. My take? The people who do care enough about her only care enough to dislike her. Personally, I tried to like Zoe, but after that horribly annoying Calvin Klein commercial (which she ?wrote? herself), I find her somewhat insufferable.
Anyway, CB and I ended up ignoring Zoe yesterday, so now there?s even more to love (or hate) today. Zoe covers the September issue of Latina Magazine to promote her new film, Colombiana. The trailer is below - it?s like The Professional meets La Femme Nikita, with a heavy dose of been there, done that. Don?t get me wrong - it?s certainly interesting to see Zoe try to take on this kind of stunt-heavy lead role in her own action film, but this doesn?t look very good:
See? It doesn?t look bad per se, it just looks repetitive, derivative and kind of tedious. As for Zoe?s Latina interview, she doesn?t come across too badly here:

Last night was the big NYC premiere of One Day, that Anne Hathaway-Jim Sturgess film that I?m worried about. I?m worried about Anne?s wonky accent, I?m worried that The Pillow-Weeper isn?t going to be good enough to play Dexter, I?m worried that this movie seems to be getting dumped in the dead of August, where movies go to die. Maybe it?s not such a bad thing - I read the book, and I?m not as in love with the story as some people, so maybe Anne and Jim and everyone involved is just trying to get through minimal film promotion with as little attention as possible.
As for Anne?s dress? it?s McQueen. It?s pretty and it says ?fun party frock?. Look at how tiny her little waist is! She wasn?t always this skinny - they say that she?s been training really hard for The Dark Knight Rises, so this is probably the most fit she?s ever been. To me, she doesn?t really look ?pulled together? but I suspect she just threw this on in between her Catwoman film schedule. Sidenote: did you hear that Catwoman/Selina Kyle has ?a history of abuse and works as a stripper and is also a pickpocket?? Anne Hathaway as a stripper? interesting.
As for Jim ?Pillow Weeper? Sturgess? he looks good. Not particularly masculine or heartthrobby or anything, but he looks presentable and attractive. The itty-bitty bangs trauma still kills me, though. As do his weepy eyes. Also: I added a photo of Patricia Clarkson - she plays Jim/Dexter?s mother in the film.

Stepping out in the spotlight for her latest theatrical effort, Katie Holmes was front and center at the New York City premiere of "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" on Monday night (August 8).
Joined by co-star Bailee Madison, producer Guillermo del Toro and director Troy Nixey, the 32-year-old actress was on-hand at the Walter Reade Theater venue after flying into town with husband Tom Cruise and daughter Suri earlier the same morning.
As for Katie's new offering, the horror/thriller tells the tale of "a young girl who is sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend, only to discover creatures in her new home who want to claim her as one of their own."
Also starring Guy Pearce, Alan Dale and Nicholas Bell, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" is set for U.S. release on August 26, 2011.

Getting all dolled up for a night on the red carpet, Anne Hathaway looked spectacular as she took to the New York City premiere of "One Day" on Monday night (August 8).
Held at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 theater, the 28-year-old actress joined up with co-star Jim Sturgess as the pair promoted their upcoming romantic drama.
The heartfelt theatrical offering is about Dexter and Em who, after spending the night together on the night of their college graduation, are shown each year on the same date to see where they are in their lives. They are sometimes together, sometimes not, on that day."
Directed by Lone Scherfig, the film also stars Jodie Whittaker, Tom Mison, Jodie Whittaker and Tim Key with a release date set for August 19th.
