Since we won’t be able to see Miley Cyrus in concert due to an “allergic reaction,” here’s the next best thing. The two-minute video that plays before she starts her performances forher “Bangerz” shows. It’s an artsy video where her nips are covered with black tape and she rubs black oil over herself as she writhes around. The whole thing is all very classy because it’s shot in black and white and she sings inSpanish and French. I had to put in my monocle just to watch this.

I’m sure this story is exaggerated for effect, but that’s not going to stop me from repeating it. In an appearance on the Graham Norton show, which airs tonight, superhero hunk Hugh Jackman said that he recently had to switch from genuine metal claws for his character Wolverine to plastic claws. The reason being that his manhood was in peril from a near miss with the metal claws. Here’s what he said:
High Jackman… was trying to protect his modesty while filming a naked scene for the upcoming superhero film when he nearly lost little Hugh permanently.
“There was a very intense first scene and I insisted on a closed set,” he told Graham Norton on his chat show. “I ran round the corner and all the female members of the crew were gathered there.
“I tried to cover myself and cut my inner thigh – it was just the inner thigh thankfully! The metal claws had to go – you can’t have bits and pieces flying off.”
The actor – who will soon be hosting this year’s Tony Awards – made the comment during his appearance on this week’s episode of The Graham Norton Show, where his co-star Michael Fassbender praised Hugh’s commitment to his gym routine and admitted his energy was infectious.
“His discipline is incredible – he is up and in the gym at 4.30 in the morning, every morning,” said Michael, slightly in awe. “When we arrived there was a Jackman effect and we all started training to try and keep up.”
Hugh spent 18 months in total toning up for his most recent stint as mutant Marvel Comics hero Wolverine, who possesses animal-keen senses and a capacity to heal quickly.

I need to see more of the Graham Norton interview considering that Jackman, Fassbender AND McAvoy were there. Yes please. They were promoting X Men: Days of Future Past, of course, which is not out until May 23, damnit. I was hoping it was out sooner.
As for Jackman’s story, I imagine that the female crew members were all gathered in that particular location for a reason, amiright? I mean I would wait around for hours just for a chance to see Jackman shirtless. Tell me he’s naked and I’ll be at the film on opening night. (You know they’re not going to show the goods that were in peril, though. It’s only PG 13.)
There’s a new X Men Days of Future Past preview featuring Magneto and Charles Xavier, but beware that it’s slightly spoilery. Also another preview featuring Jennifer Lawrence and Peter Dinklage has also been released. Lawrence kicks some serious ass.

Here are some new photos of LeAnn Rimes, out and about yesterday. I don’t know what she’s wearing either. It’s awful. Anyway, are you surprised that LeAnn Rimes hasn?t gotten pregnant yet? It?s sort of a blessing and a curse. If she got pregnant, it would be months of amusement because LeAnn is such a drama queen and a hypochondriac. But I?m also kind of glad she hasn?t had a baby, because it will be less complicated when this marriage falls apart. Plus, I just don?t think LeAnn could share the spotlight with a baby. It would be a disaster. IgNori West would look well-adjusted and well-cared for.
But there are still questions as to WHY LeAnn hasn?t gotten pregnant. Some theories include ?Eddie had a vasectomy and didn?t tell her? and ?LeAnn is focused on re-launching her career.? But what if something happens? Well, Star Magazine says that LeAnn is confident that she?s got a secure Plan B: she?s frozen Eddie?s sperm.
LeAnn Rimes is putting her future with Eddie Cibrian on ice. Star has learned that LeAnn is so determined to get pregnant that she?s freezing her 40-year-old husband?s sperm.
?LeAnn thought she would be a mother by now,? reveals a source close to the couple, adding that LeAnn wants a girl. ?She?s afraid something unexpected might happen to render Eddie incapable of fathering another child, so she?s storing his sperm as a backup plan.?
While the pair insist that they are happier than ever, some friends question LeAnn?s true motives.
?She might be preparing for the day Eddie dumps her. Getting pregnant would be the perfet way to get him to stick around.?

I mean, I would understand her concern if Eddie was employed as radioactive dong tester, but is this a normal concern for a wife to have about her unemployed husband? So, let?s make a list of all the ?unexpected? things that could happen to Eddie?s gentles.

3. Front-seat beej, then car accident (World According to Garp reference).
4. LeAnn snaps and tries to snap it off.
5. Nuclear holocaust concentrated on Eddie?s dong.
6. A mistress with a mental imbalance.

8. ?Secret? vasectomy.
9. Football to the groin.
10. Brandi punched him where it hurts.

What will happen to our Canadian friends up north if they no longer have any cultural trainwrecks to mock? Mayor Rob Ford is headed to rehab. Justin Bieber spends most of his time in the US. And now there?s gossip that the First Couple of Canada, Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger, might be over. NO!! To be fair, this is from Star. So it probably isn?t true. But to be fair to Star, it?s Avril and Chad. I still don?t know how they even got together in the first place.
Avril Lavigne is having major issues with her husband of less than one year, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger. The couple, who famously have a strict set of marital rules that include no drinking or clubbing when they?re apart, have been fighting more than ever.
?When they first got together, Avril wore the pants,? reveals a close friend. ?But Chad has reverted back to his old ways and doesn?t check in with her like he used to.?
No word of a split yet, but Avril made her feelings loud and clear when she was photographed shopping in Malibu on April 17 without her wedding ring.

See, I don?t have any problem believing this. Chad and Avril made such a big deal about how they were ?changing? for one another and Avril was really going to curb Chad?s sketchy ways and then it only lasted for a year or so? Sounds about right.
Chad and Avril did step out together a few days ago ? go here to see the photos. They?re together physically, which I guess helps repudiate some of the rumors. But then again, they look sort of miserable. And if you told me that Avril looked knocked up? well, I would agree with you. Maybe that?s how their marriage will be saved (for one more year): she?ll get pregnant. Honestly, I would prefer that to Avril focusing more energy on her racist career.
