Showing up for a promo appearance, Kelly Brook was spotted arriving at the screening of ?Piranha 3D? in Paris, France on Wednesday (September 1).
The British model looked lovely in a cleavage-baring black dress as she sauntered down the red carpet, stopping to pose for pictures along the way.
As far as ?Piranha 3D? goes, last week ?Avatar?s? James Cameron told Vanity Fair that the film is ?an example of what we should not be doing in 3-D. It just cheapens the medium and reminds you of the bad 3-D horror films from the 70s and 80s, like 'Friday the 13th 3-D.?
Meanwhile, ?Piranha 3-D? producer, Mark Canton, responded in an email that not only disagreed with Cameron?s statement but included the quote, ?My sense is that Mr Cameron has never seen ?Piranha 3D.??

The ban is a result of police discovering a bag of cocaine in the heiress? purse after the car she was riding in a vehicle that was pulled over due to the smell of marijuana wafting out of the window.
Furthermore, Ms Hilton?s boyfriend, nightclub executive Cy Waits, has been ?separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests.?
Waits - who failed a sobriety test at the time of the arrest - is still waiting on his charges, according to the Clark County Attorney?s office.

Putting an end to Eminem's record-setting run, the ?California Gurls? singer sold 192,000 copies of her second official major label album.
Coming in at number is Fantasia?s ?Back to Me? with sales of 117,000, pushing Eminem?s ?Recovery? down to number three, its lowest spot yet.
Usher?s mini-album ?Versus? is sitting in the number four position with 46,000.

This is not Matthew McConaughey. This is some alien hybrid of McConaughey, a biscuit, a giraffe and? Tom Cruise, maybe? There?s definitely some gene-splicing going on. Anyway, this is a new image from Matthew?s return engagement as the alien-face of Dolce & Gabbana?s fragrance campaign. The perfume/cologne is called The One Gentleman, and it debuts in October magazines. This was shot by an actual word-famous photographer - Jean Baptiste Mondino. No word on what 14-year-old did the Photoshop for it.
I wonder why Matthew was chosen for this. I don?t look at photos of him and think ?I bet he smells nice.? I look at photos of him and think ?I bet he has cheese growing in places I have no interest in seeing. And his dinosaur arms suck.? They were the ones who greenlit the Madonna ad campaign, otherwise known as ?Grandma Madge and her weird alien face wrestle some chickens and her weird-looking grandson.? Giving the folks over in Italy a first look at her new film, Natalie Portman was spotted at the Venice Film Festival premiere of ?Black Swan? today (September 1).
The ?Garden State? actress joined director Darren Aronofsky and actor Vince Cassel at the Opening Ceremony at the Palazzo del Casino for the swanky event.
And while Natalie has always risen to the occasion regarding challenging roles, she had to work extra hard to get prepped this time around.
She explained, "Six months ahead of the film, I went into sort of hyper-training, where five hours a day I was doing both ballet and cross-training, with swimming. A few months before was when we started getting into the choreography. It was very extreme."

After months of battling his accountant in court, Nicolas Cage has finally settled the lawsuit with Sam Levin.
According to reports, the ?Raising Arizona? actor accused Levin of making poor investments on his behalf, which cost him millions of dollars and put him $14 millions in tax debt.
On the contrary, in his countersuit, Levin claimed Nic was a spendthrift who bought $33 million worth of homes and 22 cars, including 9 Rolls-Royces.
No word at this time about any specific details of the outcome, but a source has said that Cage is happy the situation is resolved.

On Tuesday (August 31), the ?Full House? actress and her boyfriend, Morty Coyle, welcomed a 7lb, 4 oz daughter, who they named Beatrix.
"Jodie was amazing and is doing great," Coyle told People Magazine.
"We're already madly in love with Beatrix and are so grateful for the support from our family and friends. And we can't wait for her big sister Zoie to meet her," the couple said in a statement.
Sweetin also has 2-year-old daughter, Zoie, with ex-husband Cody Herpin.

Hitting headlines just yesterday, Miss Von Teese is suing her former landlord after learning of some crude anti-Semitic comments aimed at her managers.
The burlesque dancer was reportedly told to 'beware Jews' when she instructed her business partners to approach the landlord. He had allegedly failed to pay back a $5,000 deposit.
According to TMZ, Von Teese has filed a lawsuit claiming that she requested the deposit and had given the property boss notice that she was moving out.
The suit claims that the star was told to "beware of Jews". The landlord reportedly added: "In your business no-one can do anything without them."

I don’t know much about actress Kristen Bell, 30, but after reading this recent interview with her in Parade I have to say I like her! She seems really normal and like she’s just grateful to be a working actress. There’s not a lot of artifice from her, and maybe the reason we haven’t heard much about her is because she doesn’t go to every event or have much tabloid drama to speak of. Bell has been engaged to actor Dax Shephard, 35, since early this year. In Parade she gushes about Shephard and talks about how she feels more comfortable in her own skin now that she’s 30. Yes, it’s a common interview theme from actresses, but I like her take on it and how she admits that she’s been too hard on herself in the past.
Bell is promoting her new film You Again, co-starring such Hollywood luminaries as (poop goddess) Jamie Lee Curtis, Sigourney Weaver and Betty White. It’s out in the US on September 24. Here’s part of Bell’s interview, with more at the source:
Remembering her high-school days.
“I think I was somewhere in between popular and nerdy. I went to a very small school where the consequences of bullying were a lot more dramatic than they were at a big school. You couldn’t just walk down the hall and shove a nameless face because we all knew each other’s families. There wasn’t a stereotypical bully. But in high school, I was just very insecure because I was always so concerned that everybody liked me so I was just very sweet, a little meeker than I am now, but I was really just so hopeful that I wouldn’t fight with anybody.”
Why she’s keeping it real.
“I have no desire to put on this face of perfection. I’m constantly striving to better myself, but that’s also maybe out of intense insecurities. Feeling like I went right from high school to Hollywood, it’s essentially the same dynamic. But I can admit, I don’t always have the best style. I trip a lot, I go to therapy because I make mistakes, I just try to be as real and as well-rounded as possible because there’s nothing really that interesting about perfection. It’s been done so many times before.”
On recently turning 30.
“I love 30 more than I’ve ever loved anything. I feel like I was born on my 30th birthday. It’s finally the time where I’ve fully accepted and loved myself, which I’m realizing more and more each day — it is so important to love yourself. Because if you don’t love yourself than nothing really matters. For a long time, I went through life kind of beating myself up and trying to be a perfectionist and do everything right and I just thought, ‘What’s the point?’ I have faults, that’s fine. I can still strive to be better, but I’m not going to be as rough on myself as I used to and it’s just kind of alleviating all of this stress and kind of taken a weight off my shoulders and I think now I’m just happy.”
Finding comfort in her engagement to Dax Shepard.
“I never loved dating. I think it’s very uncomfortable to put yourself out there and be vulnerable. I’m much more comfortable in a relationship and I’m very happy.”
They’re not your typical Hollywood couple.
“I’m definitely a homebody. I don’t know if I’ve been to a club in the last seven years, at least not one that I was forced to go to because it was for a friends’ birthday party. I’m not much for the club atmosphere, but I don’t drink so that may have something to do with it! I love to cook and I have a garden at home and I’m much more like a 1950s housewife, I think.”
The shows she’s hooked on.
“I like Damages, I like Mad Men. I love 30 Rock. I really like Friday Night Lights and was over the moon when they were finally acknowledged on the Emmys this year because I think they’ve been one of the better shows on television for a while now.”
Her one guilty pleasure.
“I’m always DVR’ing Jersey Shore, but I’ve never been ashamed to admit that. I probably should be ashamed to admit that, but I’m not. I think that it’s one of the greatest disasters to ever come to television and I just love the lessons they learn each week and the trouble they get into.”

See - she seems nice and normal and I like how she admits that she has trouble with her style. I’m getting mild Reese Witherspoon “type A” vibes from her, but I kind of have that personality too and appreciate it when I see it. (Bell seems a little less cutthroat than Reese, although it’s hard to tell.) I don’t know much about her fiance, Dax Shephard, but I watched him on Parenthood this season and think he’s a great actor. He’s also in a new film called The Freebie that’s getting a lot of positive buzz.

Busy with some overseas promotion, Natalie Portman was spotted at the Style Star Lounge in Venice, Italy today (September 1).
The ?V for Vendetta? actress was all smiles as she attended the ?Black Swan? Arrivals shindig as part of the 67th Venice Film Festival.
Natalie?s role in the film was key to the whole project, according to iconic director Darren Aronofsky.
He explained, ?One of the best things about the film is the casting of Natalie. She took the part and ran with it. I don't know if when I was working with the writers we were consciously channeling Natalie or Natalie somehow transformed herself to the part, but they grew together. I first talked with Natalie about this project at least 10 years ago. We were in Times Square and had a coffee at the old Howard Johnson. I had this idea of setting something in the ballet world. It was very loose. I didn't have a script. And then I found out she was fascinated by ballet and wanted to play a dancer.?

She?s always up to something and last night (August 31) Kim Kardashian was spotted paying a visit to ?The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.?
The ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians? babe looked amazing as she chatted with the late night host about the many facets of her crazy life.
As for her ability to avoid the legal woes of her Tinseltown peers, Kim told Jay, "Well, I've never really been a drinker. I've never gotten really?well, not really?I've never gotten into drugs. You know, I think I have such a close family..."
"At a young age, you know, I think my sisters did enough drinking to kind of fill up the whole family, so I think from a young age, my dad made it very clear that, 'OK, you're the responsible one, you have to watch your sister.'?
"And he taught me how to drive when I was 14 in case my sister or her friends were going to be drinking, and I had always had permission to drive, or else I had to call him from the destination to the final place...So I always felt this sense of pride that he had in me as the responsible one, so I've always wanted to make him proud.?

Making for quite the swanky evening to get things underway in Venice, the stars were out for an Uomo Vogue dinner party in celebration of director Quentin Tarrantino on Tuesday night (August 31).
Held on the eve of the 67th Venice International Film Festival, lovely ladies such as Jessica Alba and Naomi Campbell got all prettied up before attending the annual fashion party in the Italian locale.
Others in attendance were Quentin, as well as Robert Rodriguez, Stephen Dorff, Danny Trejo, Beatrice Bulgari and Danny Elfman.
As for the Venice Film Festival, tomorrow's opening day is loaded with action - as Natalie Portman's "Black Swan" kicks things off before screenings of Hong Kong director Andrew Lau's "The Legend of the Fist: The Return of Chen Zhen" and a midnight capper of Miss Alba's "Machete".

Stepping out to share a late night out on the town, Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy were spotted making their rounds in London, England on Tuesday (August 31).
The couple, who made separate entrances and exits so as not to be photographed together, slid out the back door at Ivy Restaurant before heading over to Groucho club - where they partied until 2AM before returning to the hotel.
And while the couple seems to be getting along quite nicely, Kate recently said that she's not quite ready to walk down the aisle for the second time.
The 31-year-old, who was previously married to rocker Chris Robinson, told press, ?Marriage is definitely not something I?m looking for. But the divorce doesn?t put me off. I?ll just see what happens.?
She added, ?I think a lot of times people are terrified of love and stop themselves from experiencing it. I do believe in love. I believe that when you really open yourself up to love, it?s the most beautiful thing.?

The sighting comes as everyone awaits the official announcement that Miss Cole will be ditching UK's "X Factor" to head to the new version coming out in the States.
Of the expected plans, "California Gurls" singer Katy Perry previously said, "Simon [Cowell] absolutely adores her. I'm convinced he?ll be taking her to LA. She has all the star qualities."
